[Resolved]  Aircel — GPRS / pocket internet

i recharch 14 pocket internet card on 3/3/10. after recharge card i connect internet but the connection stay approx 1-2 minute and see the pocket data connection closed by network. i live diamond harbour, 24pgs(s). in this place network (tower) is very good condition.i communicate customarcare on 3/3/10 but the customercare does not solved this problem.please solve this problem as soon as possible.thank you.

Aircel — Cheated by Aircel

My mobile no is [protected].I'm using the service of Aircel over a year.But now a days they provide a worst service.Because they cheated me.Today 4th March 2010 they activated a dialer tune service.And charged Rs 7.I just got a sms like"You dialer Tune has been activated".But I did not activated it.Before this on 20th they activated a Dialer Tune on my ph and charged Rs 7. And for that I didnot get any information that my Dialer Tune has bee activated. Then I launched a complaint.But there is no feedback.so I deactivate the service then..But this same incident happens again.So why I pay Rs 14,without any reason why they are activate these kind of services.
And not only me my near and dear friends has similar kinds of problems.Like automatically activating Dialer Tune,Voice Chat and was charged without any reason.
So I therefore requests the Higher Authority to kindly check this matter and refund my Rs 14 as early as possible.And further this kinds of services not to provide me.

Dialer tune is an automated Value added service, and its takes the customer authorisation before any activation. Promo calls and messages can be the reason when responded knowingly or unknowingly so I would suggest you to activate your DND service which will block all such messages and calls.

That is unusual as the pocket internet is really great and a real value for money, please check if the settings are in place.

As you must know the dialer tune is an automated service and hence need user confirmation to be activated, it can happen when you respond to the promo calls or messages. Just get your DND activated to block all these calls and messages.

Aircel cheating me too much in the name of pocket internet, i purchased a new sim along with that i activated the pocket internet for one month but They not yet send any GPRS setting to my mobile and i call there customer care they say that after 24 hours u get a call from our office...actually they cheat me too much, there customer executives are simply foolish people..they actually don't know what is GPRS and there settings...BETTER DON'T TAKE AIRCEL CONNECTION THAT'S BETTER...

Aircel — slam/unauthorised activation

On my number ending with 446 a friendz voice chat has been activated without my knowledge and without my consent.which is very wrong and they are not listening to me and dont want to refund my balance.after few days i got a call from an outbound call center of aircel. A girl called me up and told me that she wouldl ike to give the information about caller tune. She gave me the information and disconnectd the call. In that conversation there was nothing happened that i want dialer tune or some other service but later on i got to know that the dialer tone service was activated.I talked to them several time and in result my 121 services was barred. I talked totheir supervisor named,Vinod today and his reply was(Sir yeh service apke number par hi kyon activate huyi hai or kisi ke number par kyon nahi huyi, us conversation ki mere pas recording bhi hai.

sir i use a china mobile i try to use INTERNET through pocket INTERNET. but there are no response in my mobile. i contact so meny time of your custmore casre but i have no get any response.
so i request to you please help me for my internet

Hello friends I m sending a very important Information about aircel pocket internet pls go through it...I m using this service for checking my mail and for using mobile banking I never go in their value added content to subscribe but one day a message came from aircel that "thank you for subscribing babes vedio pack you will be charged with rs. 3 per day" since that day they are deducting rs 3 per day from my account when I called customer care it was really horrible to me to see their view, instead of solving my problem they are saying that "u might be subscribe unknowingly", realy friends in my life i never saw such type of cheating and now i m thinking to move to consumer court. My advice to all u that pls never go to aircel and its services. My number is [protected]

These are promotional calls and messages if you want to avoid these in future, get you DND activated. This should also solve your unwanted activations

Aircel's pocket internet service absolutely rubbish in Siliguri circle(West Bengal). Neither it connects nor contents are downloaded. Its a cheating with net customers. If it goes on like this your company will loose a huge customers. Please do the needful to provide good service to us.

hi, i am mukesh kumar bist, having aircell connection in bareily. the network coverage here is very poor. i want to install a tower nearly my locality. is it possible?

aircel is chaeting, the comments are really true.I advising the aircel users to use it in the very morning for good service as i am getting.but the interesting fact is that i am using it free using aircel pocket internet, with only changing some configuration settings, that's why i am enjoying in.
