I purchased a aircel sim card on June 2010
i recharged with Rs14 to get unlimited internet, but when i started using pocket internet, browsing/surfing was fine, but download and surching was very poor, when i try to download a file which is more than 750kb-1mb, it doesn't downloads the full file, it gets paused, and now after 5 days the browsing is also getting poor and downloading is literally 'nill', this is pure cheating and looting by them in the name of free unlimited internet

There is another way. Just visit the nearest company outlet and get your settings there.

I WOULD LIKE U TO KNOW THAT I AM USING AIRCEL SIM SINCE 8TH OCT 2010 AND I MADE A LOT OF ATTEMPT TO ACTIVATE GPRS BY TALKING TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT UNFORTUNATELY I AM ONLY RECEIVING THE WELCOME AND THANKYOU MESSAGE AND NO MESSAGE FOR GPRS SETTING.
I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE. SO PLEASE TRY MAKE OUT SOME SOLUTIONS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

AirCell — unwanted calls from aircel

I am getting unwanted calls from various numbers of aircell ,few of them are [protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protect...⇄ etc I get disturbed from these calls.

Kindly look into the matter and make sure not to disturbe me any more.

sir i m using pocket internet .with a big trust i chose aircel for its internet quality but i think i was wrong because its speed is too low and i think airtel is better than aircel sorry not better best .and i wanna give u an advise dat do somethink 4 ur internet speed otherwise aircel will be finished
