[Resolved] Aircel — GPRS / pocket internet | |
I m using aircel in delhimy number is[protected], I purchased a aircel sim card on 10th of june, 2009 I recharged with rs.98 to get unlimited internet, but when i started using pocket internet, browsing/surfing was fine, but download was very poor, when i try to download a file which is more than 750kb-1mb, it doesn't downloads the full file, it gets paused, and now after 5 days the browsing is also getting poor and downloading is literally 'nill', this is pure cheating and looting by them in the name of free unlimited internet. I am having building consist of on an area of 300square yards in 520, vijay nagar, vijay mandir road, alwar(rajasthan) these are most populated areas where mobile networks faces communicartion problems.

Aircel — Slow GPRS
I am writing about Aircel's substandard GPRS service for the second time this month because I am fed up with their service. As a follow through to the complaint I posted here they called me and promised me that the issue will be resolved in no time. What happened I don't know all of a sudden one day my issue got resolved I was getting full speed of 27KBps. Some one from customer called me a confirmed that the issue is resolved and I got a an SMS also stating that your issue is resolved, but after some time the issue again started.Now I am doubting that all this things are a setup. They are playing with the customers so that they will not be able to use the 3 GB data limit.
One improvement they have done with their GPRS service is that they restricted the monthly data usage from unlimited to 3 GB limit.

Aircel — Misusing of my balance
My name is Sagar Dakhane,and my Aircell no. is [protected].I am complaining to your forum again regarding the same complain as it was before.And this is my 8th Complain to Aircel Company in this 5 months.They are been deducing my bal with Rs.98 again and again and again and again in the name of Pocket Internet as i said earlier i never use there Internet.my problem was solved previously and i was assured by them that they will not re-activate this service again but still they have done it again this Saturday they really don't have any sign to improve i am fed up of complaining every month(like i have no other business to do so) i want a permanent solution as well as my refund.Is there any permanent solution or i have to shift from this telecom provider to some reliable one who are not thief's and i'll make sure if i shift, my friends,relative and my colleagues will also shift.
Aircel — For deducting my rupees
last date 10/5/2011 to early morning i wakeup to 11/30 am and then i watch ma hendset nokia 2626. in to the mobile one SMS pending. so i read that sms.that sms for deducting my 30/- rupees. But why i asking my self. then after i read in to the metter. they continue music content scheme in my mobile hendset. but they have not taken my decesion. and they not do call for that scheme also any sms. this scheme is continuing automaticaly. then after I called to Aircel costmer care and taking about my problem with telly callar in Aircel. he say to me i dont given my oppinion this time but you call after two days. so thinking ok. and i calling two days letar Aircel costomer care with Mr.devang he understand my problem and take my complaint.my complaint no.is SR-1- [protected].so plz help me.
Aircel — money deduction for without requested services
Dear sir,my name is Rahul gupta & i m customer of aircel my no. is [protected]. yesterday,i got a massage that balance is low only Rs 12.53 plz recharge but before yesterday it was Rs. 42.53.
when i call customer care its say that a music service is activated in your no. since[protected] & that time we deducted Rs 10 from your balance and now for renewal Rs 30.
so cant submit ur complain nw.
There is no any massege or call since then that this service is activated on my no.
plz answer me.
(1) is this a new way of aircel to cheating customer ?
(2) is this a regular activity of yours ?
becz this time i caught u becz my balance was low otherwise i was anable to do that this time also.
