[Resolved]  Aircel — GPRS / pocket internet

I m using aircel in delhimy number is[protected],
I purchased a aircel sim card on 10th of june, 2009
I recharged with rs.98 to get unlimited internet, but when i started using pocket internet, browsing/surfing was fine, but download was very poor, when i try to download a file which is more than 750kb-1mb, it doesn't downloads the full file, it gets paused, and now after 5 days the browsing is also getting poor and downloading is literally 'nill', this is pure cheating and looting by them in the name of free unlimited internet.

i want my number [protected] of Aircel to be deactivated ASAP.. the sim was misplaced few months ago and i found out today that it is being used by someone else in Kolkata.. it's my urgent request to deactivate the above number which is registered under the name of Narayan Ch. Sarkar.. Thank you..

Aircel — not operating on time

Aircel is taking rupees 98 for one month subscription of the internet and the connection goes off in just 23-24 days
Aircel dialer tunes are getting activated automatically even when we do not activate dialer tunes
Aircel customer care gives always fake commitments about the complaints they receive
Aircel is not giving th facilities which are available in kerala and bangalore

ARE MOBILE OPERATORS OR GODS IN INDIA ?
There is no one above them?
when any advertisement call comes it clearly mentions to subscribe that service dial * when I have not pressed that start button in my mobile they still detected the amount.
have our politician sold our Indian people to this operator so that they can rape us ?

on 23 may 8.55 pm I am received i subcribed the service and detected the amount.
AIRCEL cheating people.if they really need money let them beg in road not to cheat these people.

aircel pocket internet speed is to slow.and the aircel customercare not repair this problem.i had complaned for so many time.they just told me wait for 6 hourse and after that your problem will solve.but nothing happen...

Aircel — Dialer Tone Deactivation

Dear Sir,

A dialer tone has been assigned to my mobile for which I had not made any request. to unsubscribe this one, I had talked to the customer care executive and he has assured me also but nothing has happened till date. According to his advice I had sent SMS too.I am being unnecessarily charged for this service which I didn't ask for. I want to withdraw this one at the earliest so that I should not be charged any more.

Aircel Pocket Internet speed is no doubt very discouraging. It makes no meaning to recharge with Rs.98/-. How the Govt. of India is allowing them to make the customers as fools like this way, I don't know?
For updating the antivirus, it takes atleast 6-7 hours o time for any type of antivirus. Instead of spending more time and consuming more electricity for the sake of this inept Aircel Pocket Internet, it is better to go for BSNL Broadband for getting good speed & saving much time, which automatically reduce our Electricity consumption.

I have an aircel mobile connection. I live at sector 14 Noida (very close to Delhi). My home is not in basement. But Aircel shows No Coverage while I am at home. I works fine when I am outside. Kindly improve your frequency range at Noida.
