[Resolved] Aircel — online gprs | |
I requested for GPRS by sending SMS to Aircel. But they send the service is alredy activated. When I called customer care they asked me to go to aircell cell city(Customer care centres)for maniula setings. But cell city in tirupur are bill collection centres and they dont know technical details. Cell city people redirected me to Customer care. I have called morethan 70 times the customer care in the span of 90 days, each time different person are picking up and misleading me. Still it is not activated for me. sir this is varun, and the issue of complaint is:1. Aircell automatically activate a Dialer tone on my mobile on 22nd of Jan. without awaring me about this and deduct a rs. 30/- balance from my account.
when i complaint about this to the customer care exective they put my complaint in process and said it can b activated by your confirmation and all.
2. i call them on 121 alot of times, but they cant solve my query then i said ok u can activate it when i confirm then the tone is not ringing on my mobile.i put a complaint against it which is still under process today is 11th of feburary..how mch time it take to process..n their CCE think we are fool, sometimes they disconnect, nver give me the correct information.
plz. take neccessary actions against them.
it is not the matter of little price..but it is the matter about company repo,hw they treat theri customers..

Aircel customer service is bad., no proper billing details. extra charges.always network problem.No response in customer care service.
in my mobile no [protected] unnecessary cutting of my account balance happens regularly. no customer care reply on this no.I called aircel customer care but the support is very worst every time when i call they will miss guide. They didnt solve the problem. They will tell lot of lies.

i am using vodafone prepaid .my balance is deducted without activating any scheme.and when ever I call coustmer care they say that you have activated service, that is why your balance has been deducted.But I hav, nt activated any scheme.
I AM NOT GETTING ANY REMEDY.
