[Resolved] Aircel — Couldn't stop auto renewal | |||
I subscribed for aircel 3G internet packs for a day (Rs.8) for 3 days (Rs.17) and for a week (Rs.37). Now it is getting auto renewed. I wanted 3G internet only for few days and hence i subscribed for it. Now if I try to deactivate autorenewal I couldn't do it. I tried calling 121 but the customer care executive does not speak. Now it had deducted all my balance and I couldn't recharge. The service to customers is poor. Now I regret for choosing Aircel. Was this information helpful? | |||

How can we deactivate the 6am to 9am package it was auto renewed every day [protected] this is my number plzz deactivate this subscription ...
List out all the packages deactivate code you people send the activation code only but we cant deactivate when we wnat to stop the service customer care also not responding for our calls list out all the internet packet deactivation codes this thing not good daily u deduct some balance from the customer for some reasons

If we called twice means they will do something in there system.. so that our call will not get connect to them.
what they are thinking about the customers i am not getting. Connecting to line will get nearly 10-15 mins.. after that also if the msg "our executives are too busy so you can call later or msg HELP to 121" comes means what can customer do after calling many times..
thats why the executives will get good scoldings from customers..

how to remove auto renew pi 37 pack...my almost rs.200 is gone...i wondered how it went...just now 37 was gone n a message saying renewed 300 Mb for 10 days at pi37...i did, *121*3701# is it deactivated?...it gave me message saying service deactivated...but do i have 300MB for 10 days or it's also gone...because i have activated 2gb*3 month at 447 already... I want that 300 MB to finish 1st because my 2GP may not finish in 10 days. so 300MB willl go in vain. How does it work??
how would i know how much 3G data is left or total used after i start using...aircel only shows how much is used each time??
what would happen if i activated another 2GB*3 month pack after 15 days of my previous same plan. Does it works like this, after 2GB of previous plan finishes, new plan starts working and when it finishes, again previous plan start working.

Hi Nabin, whichever is latest pack that would be your pack.(In other words it would replace your existing pack). I faced the same issue.
By mistake i e-recharged PI 128 twice. but the customer care told me it wont be considered and the latest one would be the final one.

Please someone help me on how to deactivate the aircel auto renewal pack, there is no way even to reach the customer care executive as there is heavy traffic. This is not good, i[censored] have an auto renewal code which works fine the deactivation code doesnt work makes no sense.

[protected] on this number i recharged PI-9 yesterday using ussd code...but it is getting auto renewd or something like that ... I had done a recharge of 20 before but after deducting now it is 5.28 ... plz look into this matter
