i revived a massage from company recharge 106 Rs. 14/02/2013 and get the many profit as like local call 10/p , night calling 5/p ,750 mb, 2000 massage. when i recharged it i haven't got it properly. when i called costumer care center that toed not these type offer available. so i want write to compliant for AIRCEL mobile....

Recharge Value Zero.

Hi,

I am using mobile number [protected] in Aircel kolkata circle. I have
done an online topup recharge of Rs.135 expecting a talktime of Rs.
150 but to my dismay, i got a sms saying" TXN no.[protected]
recharge MRP 135 is sussessfull. TT=0 INR................."

My money got deducted from credit card without any talktime given to

activation of net pack twice on the same day

switched off the tower

The aircel tower at kuttikkattoor near to calicut town had been switched off
from 1/2/13,even without informing, and i thought this was happened only in my area and i traveled to calicut town with my dead sim but the towers was switched off there too.They cheated us without informing ,i am not able to port my number other networks .I had sent mail to [protected]@aircel.co.in ,care.[protected]@aircel.co.in and they had not replayed...

activation of unnecessary services

dear sir,from the last couple of days on my aircel number there is the unnecessary activation of services and deduction of my balance.these services are activated without being approved my be.they activate these services without me requesting for these services and they also deduct my balance.
i complained to customer care service operator but they didnt respond and never returned back my balance.

Without my knowledge company has enabled some caller tone

Dear sir/madam,

I am Aircel customer and whenever i recharge for 225Rs and wont use the amount in a month the next month the company will cut my amount by enabling some caller tone.
Without my knowledge company has enabled some caller tone to my mobile number ([protected]) and this happened even after calling and requesting not apply any caller tone for my number repeatedly twice or thrice....

To stop subscription of power play games in Aircel

i m an esteemed customer of Aircel, my monthly rental plan includes some additional benefits, but unfortunately when i saw the bill of the last month there were few inapplicable charges of 800 or more.. after that i spoke to the customer care dept for the complaint, they infact accepted that its a mistake, also registered my complaint on 21st of January 2013, but till date they are still not working on it though...
