Hello,

Need your help recover my money. Aircel is cheating me with auto renewals of my 3g account.
Sending screen dumps of auto renew. How can they auto renew without my consent when i havent even opted for it.
Also, i took a recharge of 399 3G pack on 4th feb and 5th feb my account is 0. Their response time on query is pathetic. Anyone reading this request them to avoid aircel connections.

      Hi,

      I have free aircel messages, but still i'm getting charged for every message which im sending.My number is [protected].
      Also when i called customer care to enquire about the free sms, they deducted 50p even when i didn't get one of the representative.
      Please help me with the same.I want to use my free messages, but they are deducting my balance.

          i revived a massage from company recharge 106 Rs. 14/02/2013 and get the many profit as like local call 10/p , night calling 5/p ,750 mb, 2000 massage. when i recharged it i haven't got it properly. when i called costumer care center that toed not these type offer available. so i want write to compliant for AIRCEL mobile.

            I am using mobile number [protected] in Aircel kolkata circle. I have
            done an online topup recharge of Rs.135 expecting a talktime of Rs.
            150 but to my dismay, i got a sms saying" TXN no.[protected]
            recharge MRP 135 is sussessfull. TT=0 INR................."

            My money got deducted from credit card without any talktime given to
            me. I felt cheated that instead of giving me Rs 150 talktime you have
            given me zero ( 0) talk time and looted my Rs. 135.

            I have written mails to care.[protected]@aircel.co.in but no response as well as tried reaching customer care multiple times and unable to contact customer care.

            Please clarify.

                  The aircel tower at kuttikkattoor near to calicut town had been switched off
                  from 1/2/13,even without informing, and i thought this was happened only in my area and i traveled to calicut town with my dead sim but the towers was switched off there too.They cheated us without informing ,i am not able to port my number other networks .I had sent mail to [protected]@aircel.co.in ,care.[protected]@aircel.co.in and they had not replayed even after one week

                    my aircel 3g sim no.[protected] used in iball dongle but its speed is very very slow. I have recharched with 198. transaction ID is KOR[protected] dt.17.03.13. Speed should have been 3.6mbps as per your tariff rate but i am getting 0-5kbps.customer care 198 does not response. In this circumstances what should I do? Should I switch over to another service provider? please advise me.

                        I am Aircel customer and whenever i recharge for 225Rs and wont use the amount in a month the next month the company will cut my amount by enabling some caller tone.
                        Without my knowledge company has enabled some caller tone to my mobile number ([protected]) and this happened even after calling and requesting not apply any caller tone for my number repeatedly twice or thrice.

                            On december 26th I have recieved a message that I have subscribed for aircel power play games and it costs of 10 Rs. per two days from that day onwards from my balance for every 2 days 10 Rs. is deducting.I was shocked because I have not even subscribed for that on that day but aircel company sent me a message that I have subscribed and it is going on extending continously even on this month with out invovlement in that at all.Please take a action on this company.Even I visited its site to unsubsribe even though I can't find any link that can forward me to unsubscription.

                              The Mobile Store/Aircel — Regarding pending Mobile connection

                              I had purchased a mobile phone (Moto W388) from "The Mobile Store Ltd", City Centre, Salt Lake, Kolkata on 19/11/2008. I had received the phone in good condition. A free prepaid mobile phone sim card was also given to me (under an offer) along with the mobile set. The sim is of "Aircel". I had submitted required documents (photo identity card, photograph and application form)asloo while the purchase.I also paid an additional Rs 249 towards the recharge of the same sim. However till date the connection has not materialized and is lying dead. I have visited the store 4 times after this and each time my name and contact details were noted down with a false promise to get back to me. However no one ever called me or bothered to answer my queries. The authorities have shrugged off the matter by telling that Aircel is not responding. I have neither received any application rejection letter nor any communication from Aircel/The Mobile store so far.
                              I want a complete refund of the amount paid by me towards recharging (Rs 249/-) the dead connection along with a compensation for all the hassles that I had to face and the free mobile connection which I have due.

                                  It is a great concern that I am receiving various calls which are unwanted . For example today I have received a call at 9.14am, another at 10.01 am and the whole day it will be coming like this,which hampers me in

                                      I HAVE TAKEN AN AIRCEL 3G SIM ON 31 JANUARY 2013 AND MY NO IS [protected],,IT GOT ACTIVTED ON 4TH FEB. AFTER THAT IT IS GIVING 2G SPEED ONLY. EVRY PAGE TAKES ABOUT A MINUTE TO LOAD. DOWNLOAD SPEED IS ALSO AS LOW AS 15-20 kbps. I HAVE COMPLAINED TO CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT ON 6 FEB WHOSE NO IS 1-[protected] AND SAID THAT IT WILL BE RESLOVED WITHIN 24 HOURS BUT NOW ITS ALMOST 72 HOURS BUT NO ACTION IS BEING TAKEN FROM THERE SIDE. I HAVE CALLED A NUMBER OF TIMES BUT THEY TURNED A DEAF EAR TO MY COMPLAINTS...

                                        i m an esteemed customer of Aircel, my monthly rental plan includes some additional benefits, but unfortunately when i saw the bill of the last month there were few inapplicable charges of 800 or more.. after that i spoke to the customer care dept for the complaint, they infact accepted that its a mistake, also registered my complaint on 21st of January 2013, but till date they are still not working on it though i had requested them so many times on phone as well as mail...but still they say that they are not able to resolve this issue, its now been more than 20 days...

                                        moreover i paid my rest of the bill apart from inapplicable charges but the main concern is they barred my number though i m no where at fault.. my business got stucked i m unable to make calls anymore..

                                        so i request you to kindly do the justice & provide me the reimbursement for the harassment done with me by the telecom operator & the adjust of the bills as well...

                                        i would appreciate the fast action which is in your hand..
