    please kindly update what im faceing problam with aircel poket inter net.about this im raissing the complet. see becose Aircel is pakka 420 & usseless & "0"+ compeny. do you know y? simply detecting corence but ther is no perpor network totaly network "000"? always it ill come unebalt conecet this connection. then way should lonching peodecet in morket..... please consumer's cheque it give a lincess na. do you know 1 mail accsess it will take 1 houre or cont opensee this is tje service compeny na..see many peoples pedaf with this AIRCEL connection so please cancel it this lisence they are selling duflicat prodect

    Aircel — pocket internet and others complaint

    i went to aircel.com today i searched for the easy access for the pocket internet to put in my cell .... i viewed in www.aircel.com/pocket internet packages. i needed 3 days of net and i found out that also in that page.
    it was written that "PI14" and to access it "we must just dial *234*114#"
    I tried this but that aircel providers changed my access of pocket internet to sportsnewspack. Now i can't net with my phone i lost Rs. 20 instantly...
    So, I conclude my complaint with one advise.. If any info is printed in page it must be true. If it not its mere waste to put that in that aircel. So only all hates aircel and aircel providers.. If the providers give good services all people will surely buy your sim. I hope the providers will notice this and change that..
    No, Aircel Service Providers Must change their mistakes soon...

      I have Aircel prepaid mobile connection which number is [protected] and last 20 days Network connection is not continued so i want to do mobile number portability but network is not running so i cannot send sms for mobile number portability code. and when i went to their aircel customer care office in rajkot they told me that in 3 to 5 days you will received your MNP code but till now i have no received my MNP code and After i called them when i called to aircel from other mobile they told me that they are trying to solve the problem and after few days, connection will be received., but actually passed 20 to 25 days and i have no network so i request to them that generate MNP code from them computer system but they were not give me my mobile number portability number so i request to you please help me and please contact me if any query my mobile number is [protected].

        mob no. [protected] My balance got automatically got deducted. Pocket internet rs 54 service is active on my sim. I was having rs. 9.xx balance yesterday. In morning i saw it was just rs.0.09 . When i called customer care at 198 they told i have been charged for gprs use. Infact i have PI 54 service activated then how can i be charged for using gprs ? I think Aircel and customer care representatives are bunch of liars. I called at customer care 3 times. First time they told that he is not able to give any information on balance deduction and told me to call after 1 hour. When i called second time they told my problem will be solved after few minutes and i will get a message after 15 min. But i didnt got any message nor my problem was solved. I again called after 1 and half hour . They told me my balance was cut due to gprs use. I told him my pocket internet service is active. Then he told me he cannot do anything with that . I want my 9 Rs refunded.

        Couple of days ago, there was unnecessary deduction of my mobile balance in my aircel number ( [protected] ). I've made call to customer care and complaint about the services and deduction of balance.but they didn't give the exact response for my query. and they said Call to 299. But this number not in Exist. And i tried to contact 198, but they cut my customer care services.

          no signal when used in datacard

          sir, i have bought a aircel sim in gorakhpur, east uttar pradeshj having no.[protected]. problem is that it works fine in mobile having full signal. but when used in datacard for net access with 2g plan, there is no signal. datacard working fine with my other relaince and bsnl sim. i complt several times with c/care but they told that it would be resolved in 2-3 days, but never resolved.

          GSM SIM — non functioning of mobile number

          i am a reliance customer my number is [protected] for the last eight days it is not working shows emergency only. i contacted customer care but they answered that my number is active. But neither can i receive calls nor can dial please confirm
          there is no responce it is very disappointing

            Amount of Rs 27/- is deducted from mobile no [protected], on 7/2/2013, without using any 3G service or any power play services, and this is the second time happening in a month, when contacted to customer care executives they refused it and disconnected my call.

                I HAVE SUMBIT A APPLICATION TO BSNL FOR PORT MY SIM FROM AIRCEL TO BSNL ON 01.02.2013 AND THE CUSTOMER CARE OF BSNL IS CALLING ME ON 02.02.2013 FOR TELEFERIFICATION AND ASSURED ME THAT AFTER 4 DAYS YOUR BSNL SIM WILL BE ACTIVATED BUT TILL DATED THE SAME CANNOT BE ACTIVATED.

                Aircel — No network itself

                Poor coverage at domlur area. From the day i have got the sim. And if you call up the customer care people they say same repitation of the words our technical people are working on it.They gave me a complaint number too and it was said by 20th of august it will be done but still am facing the same prob. Now i have given a complaint to nodel people lets she what she does.
                Well it fine i[censored] hve contacted the nodal pple….hopefully it wil be sorted out, , u are right on the track….  
                i have submit a application to change network from AIRCEL to AIRTEL and the airtel customer care people do our side works properly but the aircel customer care only not response my request... may 5th i send portability request but still now the aircel not accept my request for firther movement.. my num [protected]
                my num [protected]. i try to chat aircel customer care at early morning 3.30 itself but the call not connected. stupit network. worst customer care response. totally waste...

                  Today/yesterday I got a mssg from Aircel regarding to processing of some request.I ignored and deleted this mssg.
                  Then got the following mssg->
                  You talk-time has been transferred to [protected].You have been charged Rs.2 for the transaction."
                  :o
                  Then I tried to call the above said no. but No .
                  Then tried to call but No responce.
                  costumer care :> :> an impossible thing for aircel costumer.
                  My bal. was transferred to an unknown no. and I couldn't do anything.
                  Plz help and GIVE my Rs. 27 BACK!!!

                    Sir i got fake messages from this number [protected] , i got big problem by this as he pretended to be my friend and because of this our total friends gang got parted into pieces...

                      I have purchased Philips Handset from Aircel COCO (Maninagar) after 20 days there are fault in H/s that Speaker & Mike was not working properly in H/s. I have complaint at Philips Customer care but reply got that there are no any Philips Service Center in Gujarat state & we can not provide any kind of services so pls Visit Aircel COCO where you had purchased H/s when i go at COCO they had told me that we will try for resolve this problem but till date my problem is not resolve & after 4 months this issue is still presist.
                      I have not any alt. H/s to use my both sim & my both numbers are not is use!

                      So I want to ask that for this kind of problem I had purchased H/s ? almost 4 months has gone but no any way to get resolve this issue.

                      I have paid money in Indian money as dicussed with him that they will give Genuine lead to me but after make payment nobody reply well as not pick up the call.

                      Lead were provide buy him were all in negetive status and not getting proper answer from the customer.

                      Already one month passed but not a single customer ready or give appointment.

                      I have tried many time to contact indian money but not getting proper resolution and also after many attampt one time helpline number pick the call but the said pls talk with Mr. Sarandip (acount manager) but he is not pick up the call.

                      I NEED MY MONEY BACK.
                      Reason : Very Very Poor Service & Third categorie service

                        I am a loyal Aircel customer been using this service for more than 6 years now and my number is - [protected]. In the last couple of weeks I have found around Rs 450(250+100+100) balnce is auto withdrawn from my account. Whenever I tried to contact Aircel customer care they are either cant explain whats happened or telling me system data is not updated.

                        Even in last couple of days they are not even picking up call!!!. I have tried to email their customer care and these seem to be no response.

                        Please check and let me know if this issue can be resolved otherwise I really dont have any other option than MNP.

                        Hoping to get this resolved.

                          Hello,
                          I am now quiet fed up with the Aircel as they frequenlty keep deducting balance.I currently have a prepaid connection with Aircel with the number [protected].These guyz had deducted my balance everytime i recharge.
                          I have been there customer from the past two years but never had any sort of problem. Now on the on 28/01/2013 these guyz had deducted 20 Rs from my balance which they accounted to being the activation charge for some kind of 'Namita Pack' of which i never even have heard of, and when speaking to the customer care about it thay said that it was activated bt my side because i had used its wap portal, whereas the truth is that i never even have opened their wap portal. Even after many complains i was never refunded my balance.
                          After the previous one my balance left was 0. but then on the 31st when i had to recharge my account i called the customre care if there was any such pack active and if they would cut my balance again... The exective said No. He also said that there was no pack currently active.. Then when i got my phone recharged.They instantly cut an amount of 30 Rs from my balance which they acounted nw for 'Shayari Pack' again which hadn't been activated by me. this time when i called the customer care, they agreed to the fact that it was their mistake and the balance would be refunded within 24 hrs because the service was activated by them. But after 24 hrs when i called them they told a different story that the pack was activated by my side and they would not refund the balance.When i tried to reach their supervisor the call everytime gets disconnected.

                          This is the worst network i have experienced with. I request if you could try and help me out to get back my refund.

                            Good Evening!!

                            It's a general complaint. Actually Aircel shows the add that pocket Internet pack available for Rs.17 with 3 days validity. But if we recharged via mobile by own with that separate codes (*122*3000#) they charge Rs.26 with few number of free messages. My problem is I am the person separately recharge for message, in this situation what is the use of providing the unnecessary messages with Rs. 9 extra. Or else they must show in the add as 26 rs pack, but they didn't show like that. Each and every pocket Internet pack they increase the cost and provide free messages for that. It's ridiculous.

                              I'm Narendra Singh my cell no is [protected] call details in outgoing or incoming details. I already complaint to the customer care over 10 times in last 15 Days to deactivation of portfolio manager. But no one take it seriously.                               Aircel Postpaid — no proper response in tracing cell phone

                              i hav lost my mobile phone during my trip...i took a few steps in finding through imei number...but i want success...i went forwars to my service provider for the same ...they never gave a proper response..they never help me out in finding...where else should i go for the same...

                                  on 31st January i recharged my aircel phone number ([protected]) with 3g pocket internet card of rs 128/- with 30 days of validity. i was able to connect to internet on the 31st and 1st january, but since today morning i am unable to connect to internet from both my phone and 3g data card. i tried calling the customer care but they did not responded even after about 5 minutes. i also tried downloading the net setting by sending PI to 121, but it was unable to recognize my mobile phone (nokia x2-02) .

                                    Dear sir,

                                    The aircel network coverage has been suddenly stopped at my at my home town, which has trobuled me much during my last visit.

                                    And now I'm trying to farward my calls to my other BSNL number it displays the message as "Network Error" and the call divert won't gets activated.

                                    I have contacted cc but could not provide any solution even after repeated calls and long waiting on the call for transferring it to the technical staff.

                                    They just say try it with different mobile and there is no problem with network.

                                    The thing is problem with network but not with the mobile, I have already experimented and my mobile is brand new samsung which works fine, where I can also divert calls with the same mobile using other network sims.

                                    I have tried it with other networks and it worked partially with Airtel and Idea, partially means sometimes gets diverted with Airtel and at times it wont.

                                    I have unnecessarily ported to this network AIRCEL to receive the worst service and coverage.

In my city there is no network coverage how can i convert my number to other network My mobile Num is [protected] please help me .. Because not only my city surroundings also there is no network coverage that is the main problem.

                                      my aircel 3g dongle is very very slow. it takes too much time to open a page, iam really feeling frustrated,
                                      i[censored] restart ur mobiles configureration settions and master reset ur mobile it will be able peocess beter but remember when ur doing this it will erase ur all phone memory so change the things to ur card memmory ya thi is saran.[protected]@gmail.com

                                        On 19/01/'13, I was given a new sim by aircel main office in Puducherry for Porting purpose (from Docomo to Aircel )of my cell No;[protected]. I paid Rs20/-(no receipt given) & was told that the new server (Aircel) would take effect after 10 days. After 10 days waiting, nothing happened & on 01/02/'13, I went to Aircel office to enquire.
                                        The attending lady, told me that the new sim(Aircel) was defective & replaced it by another sim. She demanded Rs 25/- for it. I told her money isn't an issue, but why should I pay again for replacing a defective sim which never functioned? She kept quiet.
                                        Today (02/02/'13) at 0958 hrs,she called me (her recorded cell no. is [protected]) and said, my number is active and I'll have to pay Rs25/-. I politely refused by telling her that I'll be lodging a complain about this issue & I would require her name etc.
                                        She got annoyed and rude & blabbered away in Tamil (I regret I am not conversant with the language ) & after completing her annoyance,she hung-up.
                                        Aircel requires customers to call 59059 for verbal verification, which I did. So why should she call?

                                        Kindly advise on this issue. It is an attitude problem I feel & I am not willing to pay Rs25/- for a cause which is not my doing.
