    AIRCEL service provider deducts money from main account balance in the name of Value Added Services (VAS) without the consent of the customer. They will activate the VAS from their system. As soon as the customer recharge the TOP-UP, they will send the SMS stating that we have activated or subscribe such and such services for a week and Rs 7 is gone. Services like, WLoss, Shayari Pack etc which does not mean anything to us. And, for those who do not wish to subscribe the dialer tune, they are there to activate and deduct Rs 30 per month. And if your account balance is less than Rs 30, their system will auto activate the service for one week again and deduct Rs 7. Not only this, I was in need for BB Services so, I subscribe the BB Internet pack for one month and Rs 399 was charged for the service. I received the confirmation SMS, and my service was valid for 1 month. My remaining balance was Rs 142. And the worst part began again, within 2 hrs, I received another SMS stating that I have successfully activate my BB services for 1 week and again Rs 99 was deducted. I made a complain to 198 and talk to the customer care executive and made a complain registration bearing registration no. 1-[protected] of 25/1/2013. I was told that their system is such a way that I need to deactivate whatever service i was subscribing or else the system will activate as soon as I have the BALANCE. Here, I would like to mentioned that I have already activated BB service for 1 month and how can the system activate another service of 1 week and charging twice for the same service? And, that service for 1 week is over today and my service for 1 month is also gone now. AIRCEL is collecting money from lakhs of customer in the name of value added services, the sum they are collecting per customer is just Rs 7 per week, and most of the consumer does not care for such a small amount, however, collecting such amount from a large number of consumer will amount to a huge sum. It is not less than a SCAM.

    Aircel — Dialer Tone activation without any confirmation and Balance deduction

    I have switched off my mobile for charging on[protected] around 1P.M.;when I switched on it after 2.30hrs around 4P.M. I just got an messages of dialer tone activation and I also found that 30rs. was deducted from my balance.I just called customer care twice but they disconnected my call.Now I am trying again to contact them but I am unable as the call is automatically disconnected.I just want my deducted amount back.

    Aircel — ACTIVATING THE SERVICES ON THEIR END AND DEDUCTING THE MONEY FREQUENTLY

    Aircel is one of the worst Services I have ever used in my Life.They do a promotional calls on their end and activate the Services without even taking your concern.
    They have activated Music On Demand and Callertune from their end.
    Every month they do the deductions and dont even listen to you if you give a call to Service desk.Everytime the say that they are forwarding the Call to their Senior person and cut the call instantaneously.
    Mr Om,Mr Saurabh and Ms Kaur have done the same things.They dont even listen your voice.
    I have used so many services till date.But will say that it is the worst service I have ever used.
    I will change my Service Provider in accordance to Number Poratbility.
    DONT GO FOR AIRCEL ever in your life.
    I call up the customer service (198) and ask for the supervisor, I was told to stay on hold while they connect me to their SUPERVISOR, my call was dropped 2 times and on the third time I was told that SUPERVISOR is not available and I was told to call back again after 2 hrs. Hah... what a service you are providing AIRCEL?

    I have notice that frequently my balance get reduce without any cause.
    When I called them they do not provide the reason clearly.

    Case: I have recharged on Friday with Rs128 for internet access and Rs 60 for top up but when I tried to access data, balance got cut down from Rs 60 to RS 0.05 .
    When I called at coustomer care no, first time they told me that my phone is 2 G and I recharged with 3g plan.

    Second time I tried to connect again, I describe the problem, then call receiver pass it senior associate, first he told me what junior member told me.then he told me 3g got activated from my Thursday thatswhy it was happening and he disconnect my phone.

    Both are contradict.Plesae resolve my issue.
    I am using Aircel cellular (Tamil Nadu) from past one year.
    My mobile number is +91 [protected]
    From last couple of months, whenever I am recharging my number, the service provider is deducting balance (talktime) from my account without any informations or any intimations.
    Whenever I call to the customer care, there is no proper response (they simply say some value added pack is activated) and disconnect the call.
    It is not the first time, it happened many times and am fed up with the service provider.
    Please help on this issue to be fixed.

        Mene abhi 498 ka recharge karwaya tha but wo work hi nahi kar pa rha wo sabhi no. Call ho pa rahi hai but aircel to aircel call nahi ho pa rahi but msg ja rahe hai agar me alag se recharge karwata ho to baat hoti hai aur paise bhi cut Te hai mene coustmer care par bhi baat Kari unhone mujhe kha khahi aap ko black list pe daal rakha hoga but aesa kuch nahi hai mene conferm kiya aesa kuch nahi aur ek problem aur hai mujhe agar balance check karna hai to balance hamesha 0 hi show hota hai aur fir bhi other no.           I am having aircel prepaid connection since 2 years, now network is not there in Visakhapatnam, i want to port this number to another network, when i asked to dealer they said to bring port code for porting but i am trying since 2 weeks i am not getting code because of network problem, what to do for porting my number: [protected] .
          i am from bbsr.
          i have apply my no for porting on 25th jan, 13 but till date there no action has been taken.
          i went yesterday to the bbsr aircel office they treated badly with me when i told them my problem.
          they said u wait.
          i am waiting from 25th.
          they had told it would take 4 days what the ****.
          its more than 11 days.
          how long should i wait.
          i want that u should improve your coustomers sevice.
          and plz take a fast action for my port plz.i am facing a lots of problems.

            In my Jan month bill (Bill Date : 20/01/2013) i found that extra charges for my SMS , I am using SMS Booster (TN_SMS [protected]@50 Plan - 6000 SMS (L+N) ) according to this 6000 SMS free local and National , In This Billing i used nearly 5972 SMS, In this Jan month bill they use to give only 3000 free SMS remaining they charged one Rupee, when i enquired in customer care they telling that this pack not in use , Whats the Comedy is in this bill they charged Rs50 for that booster also, I don't know without any intimation how they cancel this Booster , I am using this same plan for a last four months

                I am the user of aircel telecomunication company. Meri problem ye hai ki maine aircel ka 42 ka recharge mere no. [protected] par 28/01/2013 ko karwaya tha jo ki aircel to aircel night calling ke liye hota hai lekin ye recharge mere mobile pe hone ke bavjood mere ko ish suvidha ka benefit nahi mil pa raha h. Maine 20-30 bar coustomer care helpline no 198 par call kiya lekin waha par baithe executive ek hi bat bolte h ki 1 hour bad me call kare. Plz help me sir i am really nerveous about this problem.

                  Kindly read carefully,
                  I am a regular user of 3g Aircel.About 15 days before I recharged with 198 and get 1gb 3g data.I used it in 2 days and again recharged with 198 and again get 1 gb data more.

                  But this time i recharged with 198 three times but i get only one time 1 gb data.

                  I went to all the dealers .they showed me the messages of Successful recharge.But Today I talked to the Customer Care and they say that ""Your all recharges on 24,25,27-01-13 are successful but you will get benefit of Only One rechagre""
                  When I asked that then why i get data on recharging again and agian in same plan with 198 before 15 days but not now..
                  They say""Company se kch galti ho gyi hogi phle""
                  Recharges are successful from dealers and from company too...But the company is not giving me my money back nor my benefits please help...

                      We are prepaid customer of Aircel India Ltd. and our Mobile Number are [protected] and [protected] which are currently disconnected by service provider (Aircel India Ltd.) without any prior information about continues of service and suddenly disconnect the services on[protected] and[protected] respectively. Then after we trying to connect with customer care and they said that it is permanently close but we argued with them and they cannot answered on this situation and describe that as per TRAI rules your numbers was disconnect and you cannot activate this numbers.
                      Then after we tried to talk with customer care (date:[protected] and they answered that your uses are not normal within one month and that so why we disconnected your services and after we talk about what is mean for normal uses? and they are not able to describe more and said that sorry, your SIM is permanently disconnect and only one sentence said repeatedly that sorry sir we cannot help for this type of problem. On the next day (date :[protected] we are once again try to connect with customer care (121)(from another aircel No. [protected] and also from aircel no.[protected] to198) in both case, line transfer to customer care waiting for more than 10 minutes ( 3 time try to 121 and 1 time try to 198) wait with long time (24 minutes). In all case automatically disconnect from line.
                      And we also try to visited at Aircel store (U-1, Bhavik Complex, Ghod dod Road, Surat) but every time it was closed.
                      And we also attach the advertise which is given by Aircel India Ltd. in news paper (Sandesh, surat, Date:[protected]. This advertise disclose various numbers for complaint about any query and visit to the website aircel.com and the site provide Contact Numbers which are (Bikram dash -[protected], Payal Sinhadass-[protected]) but in the presence time all numbers are connecting but no one can receive it.
                      My another Aircel Numbers are [protected] and [protected] also disconnected at the morning of[protected] which are disconnected without giving any prior information.
                      Regarding the above problem, we hope that you will take quick action against this type of problem which is created by Aircel India Ltd. We also disturbing from mentally, socially and economically and no one can contact to us at our above numbers and our all transactions are stop. We are not only customers which is facing this problem but in Gujarat many customers of Aircel India Ltd. face to this problems. We said that it is not fair and reasonable for us as a customer. So, please sir, take a quick action against this problems.

                        I get a phone call on approx. date[protected] from aircel company to change of number to postpaid conection.
                        I allowed him to do so , for this i Have paid Rs.250 and photo copy of my documents or id proof and 2 photos to a field executive name RAVI of aircel on 19.01.13
                        After veryfying my documents they said that your docoment is not eligible for this connection. then i said them to refund my Rs.250 which i paid them. Then they tell me that there is a chance of refunding your money only when u will come to office situated in SANJAY NAGAR, ROHINI ,DELHI .
                        Why they dnt sending my money through field executive i have not time to go there . I have a recipt of Rs.250 which i paid them.

                        hi,

                        iam naresh amarnadh aravalapalli. i taken message offer for 30 days with the aircel company. on november 20th night i given messages to my friend, at the time i dont know that they are charging one rupee per sms. so i sent 20 msgs and i charged 20 rs for sms. as the same way my friend also gets charged 20rs. next day i called to their customer service and i asked that why you deducted my amount, even though iam having message offer. they told from yesterday after 100 sms we are charging amount as per new rules. i asked them first of all you have to intimate us that we are charging after 100 sms. but the customer care executive given rash reply and told if you want to complaint, you can complaint. we wont give you refund. as a customer iam having the right to ask them, but they didnt given formal reply and also deducted my amount.

                          Sir,
                          I was using the Aircel prepaid connection [protected] for almost 1 year and now my sim is blocked for not recharging it to the required amount of Rs.200 for a period of six months. I'm doing my graduate degree away from my home state and it is waste of money for recharging my number while I'm not in my home state and it is not possible to purchase a new sim every six months.
                          I have contacted the customer care and they said they can't reactivate the number and they have provided the porting ID for my number. With the porting ID on 17 Jan 2013 i port my Aircel prepaid number to Airtel prepaid. Till today my number is not activated.
                          Please do find me a solution as soon as possible.

                                My name is N.SAIKUMAR .My mobile number is [protected]. I have been using my aircel mobile number past 2 years .Due to some reasons network has been banded(khammam) from last 45 days.so i have ported my mobile number to tata docomo.according to TRAI regulations number should be ported in 7 working days.But my number was not activated upto know and today is 16th day .The aircel network provider has De-activated my number i have observed it in Hyderabad there the network is going on. so i made a call to the customer care of tata docomo network they said that aircel network provider was not accepting your request.So i made call to the aircel customer care he said that make a call to 59059 it is impossible to make a call to any number without network connection.I am facing lot of difficulties in accessing internet banking without my mobile number.and i have many of the people in contact with this number.Even they have not intimated about the inconvenience provided by them.So please make a note of this complaint and please clear my problem as soon as possible.

                                Network problem where living in a room or in a workshop or staying outside in a rainy day. Though I had complained through 198 on 23.08.2010 at 10.11am, they provided me a complain no. 1-[protected] but my network problem still alive. The call charges of this network is very cheap but network is so poor. If my problem will not been solved as soon as possible, I will change my network connection. Some time the tower signal used to abolish from my mobile handset. My clients and family members can not be getting touch with me. My address- 54/62, Udaypur(2nd lane), Nimta, Kolkata- 700049 & the alternative nos. are- i)[protected] & ii)[protected].

                                    Sir a fake call was made on my Aircel number that i have won 25 lakh and gave a number to call.when i call they recieve call but did not talk me.as the number was a foreign country results a huge deduction so please look the matter.

                                    On 30/5/2013, I have recieved a call from a no. +121. He told me his name Vijay Kumar. Then, he told me that you won a 25 lakh ruppees from AIRCEL KBC. He gave me the pakistani no. [protected] of Sunder Singh (the head of India Lotteries). He asked me my account no. and told me switch off my mobile till tommorow's 8:30am. When on 31/5/2013, I have called Mr. Sunder Singh, he told me that 25lakh has a PIN CODE. to open it, I have to deposit 18, 100rs. in the BHARTIE STATE BANK and to told me the deposit no. So, I advised you all that not ever trust on any Lucky Draw or Lotteries. Plzzzz beeeeeeeee safeeeeeeeee...
                                    I have also received a call that u have won Rs. 10, 00, 000/- from KBC and asked my account No. I had also send my account No. but no reply recd so far
                                    i've got a call from a person name suresh pandey saying i've won 25 lakhs in a lottery, when i called back it was an international number and my call charges where high, this person has called me many a times today and asking to register with SBI bank, after that i'll be receiving the amount of 25 lakhs in my account. infact he said the call charges are high because this is company personal number, and i'll be credited with an amount of 5000 in my mobile after the transaction is done. i really want the company to look into this matter and make a note of this number. his number is [protected] and[protected]

                                    there is no solution...now the new number from which they are calling is [protected] or [protected] please take any action towards this issue... i got a call from this number on 7/07/2015...they are asking me to deposite an amount of Rs.5000/- in their account their account number is[protected] on the name of vikash jaishwal, SBI, gorakhpur branch. NEW DELHI.AND he is suggesting me not to show any number or a message which they are sendind and to switch off my mobile for 1 hour...as the process towards my number is going on...
                                    I had been called with a number which speaks i have won rs 25 lakhs then they told me to come to mumbai bandra to recieve or to give my acc.nos failure to go i give my acc.num then they r telling to deposit rs 25000 as the transaction amount ..when i put the number in true caller it identifies to be a pakistani number...so be aware

                                        My number is [protected]. Yesterday suddenly the caller tune got activated and i lost 30 RS . I tried calling customer care for which i lost few rupee with no use as it keeps me waiting in queue and deducting money( Very nice policy).

                                        May i know why you activated the caller tune. Please refund me my balance. You cant fool customers like this.
