Hi There

i am getting unsolicited phone calls from the number [protected]. He call himself as Md. Akhtar Ali, Address Chhatdudher bKuthi, Dewanbash, Coochbehar Pin -736170 West Bengal.

Please do something where i just stop receiving phone calls from this number.

i m writing u to complaint about mobile number [protected]. the person names himself as abuzar. he often gives miss calls and vulgur messages. when i call back he talks rudly and uses foul language.

I have been getting missed calls from this # +91 [protected] from past two weeks. I just called back once. The person at the other end dose not speak properly. As though some kid is talking. But every morning I get a call. Please help.

    Hi recently on 21feb 2013 i port my vodafone no.[protected] to ur aircel because o[censored]r unlimited 3g plan but i am not able to recharge any o[censored]r 3g plan and cant able to recharge any o[censored]r 2g plans also 5rs.17rs.29rs.46rs no plan is working when ever i try to activate these plans i get this sms.. Your request to recharge cannot be processed at this time. I try 9-10 times not working ... i am crying on my bad luck now why i join ur aircel very very bad service...i want to revert back to my old vodafone carrier

As per validation & checks done on the mobile number [protected], you tried to recharge your number via online recharge facility, Pocket internet packs cannot be recharged via online mode. You can avail this facility by visiting authorized retailers only.

      my following aircel mobile no [protected] outgoing barred my bill amount 1600 as per my credit limit i can use upto 1500, so i have paid 1000 rupees before two days,now my outstanding bill amount 600 only,but still my mobile no not activated.please help me

      Hey Anuj I completely understand your problem. However you must consider that these documents are a statutory requirement which has to be followed by each and every operator like Aircel. I would suggest you to just get to the nearest Aircel store speak to the people there and provide the required documents once and for all….

            Sir/Madam
            I was forced to replace my sim card as it had got locked due to entering of wrong pin on 16th Feb 2013 but till 18th feb 2013 morning they continuously said that their system is upgrading and was not showing my puk. So I was forced to replace my sim from their Melarmath office. But till today i.e 21st Feb 2013 they did not activate my sim card. Though they had blocked my old sim but they didn't activate my new sim and it is very troublesome for me to roam in their offices daily. Please take action asap so they activate my sim asap. Thank You.

              I called to 198 they deactivated the service and said they will not refund the money

              And please tell me the process to port I don't want to be a customer of aircel which is doing business in improper ways

              yesterday subscribe one offer. please check what subscribe and send subscribe details for this number [protected]. And deactivate that offer because that offer when activate daily Rs.4 charge. I not interested in this offer.

                hi,

                I bought AIRCEL 3G dongle few months back for Rs.1999 with a promised speed of 3.6Mbps in 3g or 120 Kbps in 2G.But the maximum speed that i am getting is only 30 Kbps that too once in a while for rest of the times 3 to 4 kbps and mostly it remains in 0.00 kbps and often gets disconnected.
                Worst of all i experienced a very bad customer service when i called customer care, 121 asked me to call a number for complaints and when called they asked me to call 121 again .. and the same happened for some 5 to 6 times... and they cut the call often... no status was given for the previous complaints made... very poor customer service

                      Ported out of Aircel a month back by doing extra bill payment. No info given on the outstanding amount. Now when calling to the customer care from any other number, first there is a waiting of 5-10 mins, then it gets connected to prepaid , and the excuse they give is "due to your technical problem you got connected here, search for an aircel postpaid number and then dial 121." So now to get my money back I have to look for an aircel number first. Also they dont have any facility to transfer to postpaid department. Now the only option remain visit an aircel gallery, hope that helps.

                        Sir can you tell me that how we can know the remail balance if we recharge with rs 135. pls sir
                        I recharged for 135 rupees today but I got only 120.15Inr in some pf but my main account remained unchanged .according to the offer I am supposed to get 150 inr credit to my main balance . My number is [protected] . Please help me what do I have to do to get the special account balance to my main account balance and other 30 inr...

                        The transaction i made was to activate 3G 399 prepaid. But received below message from aircel.

                        Neither 3G plan is active nor view recharged amount in account balance.

Its such a waste and probably a new tactic to scam money out of your so called valued customers.                         How Aircel, such a name cheating like this?

                        Wow.. A lotta people seem to be having this problem, I recharged INR 65, (december delight 65=70 offer), and all the money went into pf, (TT = 0). What does pf mean? what am i supposed to do?
                        When I placed the same query about "PF" Aircel twitter service replied that "PF" stands for "promotional balance" which is unlikely. Later I got a call from their customer service informing me that "PF" stands for "Processing Fee" for that particular recharge. To get details of the account balance dial *125# for data balances dial *129*125# and for unlimited data *122*011#. The code may however vary for region to region.

                        I did a recharge of 88 and they had not given my money they had charged processing fees 76 and Service tax 16 so please take action against them they are cheating people.

                          I purchased a sim of aircel, Recently have been getting many problems.Round about my 50-100 rupees have been debited from my account on note of reality bay pack(15/- + 20/- +5/-) when haven't done any registration.
                          Recently some money got deducted for aircel power play. Every time I fill some money and try to have some balance, this people make it sure to debit it from my account. It's really of no use calling the customer care people as to get connected with them it's impossible.

                          This is very bad to deduct money form balance in the name of vedeo talkey, bay pack and many more.
                          Aircel is worst cheting company in the world. I hv lost around rs 250 from my balance. And i am going to file a case against them, big cheates.

                            In Adv. Aircel giving 3.6 mb Speed upto 1 Gb Data and after 1 gb 128 Kbps But at the time aircel costumer care saying 1 gb 3g and 250 mb 128 kbps and after that 32 kbps but in adv. aircel giving unlimited 128 kbps .plz do something about this adv.

                              I Recharged my mobile on 10-feb-13 for Rs. 108 it was successful and again after few minutes i recharged a rate cutter for Rs. 57 it also was successful thro my net banking account both are deducted in bank account due to successful recharge, eventhough they deducted again Rs. 57 from my phone balance, so after recharge they net banking amount Rs. 57 deducted it ok but again they deducted from in my phone main balance, regarding this i aked customer care they told me that, you have recharged twice thro net banking once and also from your phone so both are deducted, i said clearly that i dont know the ussd rate cutter code, but they told we dont know, you have beed activated twice. Two times deducted for the same amount for the same rate cutter for the same mobile number.

                              Tow time deducted my amount once from my bank account another from my mobile balance, for the same rate cutter, same day deducted, i asking A how it is possible a person to activate rate cutter thro mobile phone without knowing the ussd code, due to their technical fault they blaming me.

                                    For last one month I am trying to move my mobile number from Aircel to AirTel as Aircel service and customer service is the worst and junk one.

                                    Airtel customer care clearly mentioned that the Aircel will intentionally reject and maintain a credit above the outstanding balance.
                                    I am maintaining from the day I have applied for the Mobile number porting.

                                    My first request was rejected mentioning "Request Rejected by Donor as this post-paid subscriber has outstanding payments due", though I was maintaining 100 rs in excess.
                                    I had sent a mail to the Aircel customer care "[protected]@aircel.co.in" (ERN-657427-FKRT6K) and they replied after 4 days.
                                    Their response is that re-create a port in request. Nothing else and the there is no justification.

                                    Again I asked Airtel to send a request for porting. The same thing is repeating again. These junk Aircel is rejecting my request.

                                    NEVER EVER GET INTO AIRCEL. One of the junkest and sick service provider.

                                      Mobile network provider Aircel has stopped all service on my mobile number in panipat. Today, when i visited local Aircel customer care office located in panipat, i found their office closed. When i asked the reason from adjacent office people, they told me that they closed their office for ever. When i put the sim in phone , there is no network and "Emergency calls only" text is shown on the mobile screen. The problem is from last two weeks. I am totally disconnected from my friends and relatives. I want them to solve the issue as soon as possible. My mobile number is +[protected].
