i ported my reliance no. on aircel.. and i came in roaming. i have to stay here atleast 2 month. number is ported successfully but it is not activated.. varification is must. but 59059 is not working in roaming.
and my number is still not in service.

I was forced to replace my sim card as it had got locked due to entering of wrong pin on 16th Feb 2013 but till 18th feb 2013 morning they continuously said that their system is upgrading and was not showing my puk. I bought AIRCEL 3G dongle few months back for Rs.1999 with a promised speed of 3.6Mbps in 3g or 120 Kbps in 2G.But the maximum speed that i am getting is only 30 Kbps that too once in a while for rest of the times 3 to 4 kbps and mostly it remains in 0.00 kbps and often gets disconnected.
Worst of all i experienced a very bad customer service when i called customer care, 121 asked me to call a number for complaints...

My no -[protected].i get aircel customer care call.if i reject the call then they auto subscribe the services.if i try to 198.then they don't attend my call upto 20 min....

Mobile Number Portability Problem in Bangalore (Switch from Airtel to Aircel - My Airtel No. [protected])

I had requested for my number to be ported to Aircel from Airtel- No. [protected] one week before. Still, my number has not been ported out from Airtel to Aircel so far.
Please look into this matter immediately and switch from Airtel to Aircel.

Ported out of Aircel a month back by doing extra bill payment. No info given on the outstanding amount. Now when calling to the customer care from any other number, first there is a waiting of 5-10 mins, then it gets connected to prepaid , and the excuse they give is "due to your technical problem you got connected here, search for an aircel postpaid number and then dial 121." So now to get my money back I have to look for an aircel...

I purchased a sim of aircel, Recently have been getting many problems.Round about my 50-100 rupees have been debited from my account on note of reality bay pack(15/- + 20/- +5/-) when haven't done any registration.
Recently some money got deducted for aircel power play. Every time I fill some money and try to have some balance, this people make it sure to debit it from my account. It's really of no use calling...

Need your help recover my money. Aircel is cheating me with auto renewals of my 3g account.
Sending screen dumps of auto renew. How can they auto renew without my consent when i havent even opted for it.
Also, i took a recharge of 399 3G pack on 4th feb and 5th feb my account is 0. Their response time on query is pathetic. Anyone reading this request them to avoid aircel connections....

I have free aircel messages, but still i'm getting charged for every message which im sending.My number is [protected].
Also when i called customer care to enquire about the free sms, they deducted 50p even when i didn't get one of the representative.
Please help me with the same.I want to use my free messages, but they are deducting my balance.
