[Resolved]  Aircel — deduction of balance

Dear sir/madam
I have got aircel mob no.[protected].i have activated pocket internet monthly plan of Rs 98 on 29 may 2012.On 08 of jun while browsing they deducted my my whole amount of Rs 122 .On asking to customercare they said your 3G service is on and we have charged for that.I told them that i did not make any request for 3G service,how you can start it without my consent, Though my pocket internet balance was sufficient,instead of charging from pocket internet they duducted my balance of Rs 122.i have raised the compalaint([protected]) but response was negative.
This is one kind of cheating,whenevever there is sufficient amount is balance these companies their own starts the paid service without your consent/request or information and charge undue amounts from custmores.
pls help and guide me how to resove the issue.

ON 24 MAY DEDUCTION OF 16 RS. MADE FROM MY ACCOUNT WHICH MOBILE NO-[protected], EXECUTIVE TOLD ME THAT THIS DEDUCTION MADE AGAINST GPRS(NET) USAGE, BT AT THAT TIME WHEN DEDUCTION MADE, I HAD DATA IN MY ACCOUNT, UR EXECUTIVE TOLD ME THAT HE LAUNCHED COMPLAINT, BT TILL NOW I DID'NT GET REFUND FROM U.

SO PLS LOOK INTO MATTER N MAKE REFUND ASAP
I want to complain regarding balance deducted automatically by AIRCEL.

Whenever i recharge with Rs 111 after 2-3 days Rs98 gets deducted. In the first instance i got the money credited back but now i am facing the same problem. The balance was deducted on 15th June 2010 and after complaining 4-5 times still the customer care department has not solved my problem.

The Service request number given by them are as follows,

The message received by me when balance was deducted was as follows,

" Your account has been successfully recharged Amount Rs -98
Account balance Rs 25.98"

My mobile number is [protected].

I hope that my complaint get resolved through this forum.
first ask why the balance was deducted means any VAS/GPRS etc services are activated on your number if not than ask how long time will take to resolve the problem. finally you can call your aircel nodal office for solution. Nodal officers number can be found on trai website or from google with search key "list of CC NO AA AIRCEL"

Am Vamshi Krishna Thotempudi having a prepaid aircel connection with the mobile number +91-[protected].
Aircel has deducted my balance by rs.10/- without my knowledge and confirmation for a service called LKD.
There is no proper response from the Aircel when i asked about the details and unsubscription process of LKD service.

Sir,
I have aircel connection No. [protected]. Today i receive a message from 543219 that i have sucessfully subscribed to Aircel Music connect service at Rs 30 for 100 mins. I did not subcribed any type of service. They deduct my balance of 30/- without subscribing any service which is a big harashment of a customer. I think Aircel is the worst service provider in India. They are doing these types of act very frequently. If we want to talk to customer care, it will take atleast half an hour. Aircel — deduction of the unused 3g service bill.

information i want to submit - i have asked to stop the 3g service for my mobile(no.[protected]) on 24th april 2011(stop sms to 121) and i have recived an acknowledgement and a message stating that the 3g service for my mobile no.is deactivated from 24th april 2011 from aircel. but the bill generated from 26th april 2011 to 25th may 2011 includes an amount of around 850 rs for 3g service alone. to note , i have not used internet facility also in my mobile for the bill date.

complaint is -1) to deduce the 850 rs amount for 3g service which was deactivated for my cellphone.
2) not to discontinue the outgoing service in my mobile phone until this issue is solved.

i have already filed the same complaint to sathish- customer care in kilpauk branch on 24th april
to hemanth- customer care in kilpauk branch may 1st week.
and many times to the customer care by calling thro [protected].
and i have voice recorded all the calls for referrence.

kindly do the favour for ur valuable customer (8.5 years)and prevent him from discontinuing aircel service.

Aircel — Subscribing Services and deducting charges without user consent.

A service (Aircel Friendz) has been activated without taking may permission and corresponding charge (rs 30) was deducted from my pre-paid account.

When ever i recharge my mobile([protected]),my mobile balance will automatically reduced . so many times i complain to customer care but the result is negligible. then i try to port (MNP) my number so they doesn't provide me portability code.
so i want all the balance which is reduced from my account.

i have a working BIS(blackberry internet services) over this no.

now the aircel is deducting my balance now and then by sending me the message cost: xxx rs. and data usage: xxx kbs.

i dont know wht they are deducting balance on there own and even when i am just USING THE COSTLIEST PLAN of the BIS..

everytime i get my phone recharged, after sometime they start deducting my balance.....

and MOREOVER when there is ZERO bal. in my account they send messages for cost: 0 rs. and data usage: xxx kbs.
