Dear sir,
(a) I have just purchased a Aircel 3G Sim[protected] 96968) on 15th May 2012. It was very disheartening
after realizing that I am getting EDGE (Less then 1mbps) Speed speed while I am paying for 3G services. I purchased this sim from Aircel Office, Trimulghery, Secunderabad, AP, And the lady at office assured of 3G speed when i asked many times before buying. Later on i did contact lady for this problem she told me that she has complained the same to Aircel and it will be resolved in 48 hours... now its more then 4 days....
(b) My query to the Aircel Company is why it not providing the 3G services in this area. And if
the company is unable to provide 3G services then why I am charged for that. I should be
paying for EDGE service.
(c) In addition to this, internet service is not uninterrupted. Many a times we loose
connectivity.
(d) In the view of above, i would request the company to do the needful for providing the
3G services in Trimulghery Area, Secunderabad and if not then the customer must be charged for what they are
provided.
