Dear sir, Today Rs. 49 was deducted from my balance ([protected]), when I asked for that at 198, your representative told me that it was download charges of game. But no game was downloaded by me. I am ready to show my handset if it is true or not.

This the complaint regarding the deduction. when i got up at 10 am in the morning i checked my main balance and found that it has been reduced to 198 rs that is there was a deduction of 30 rs, and regarding the same when i called up the customer care to raise a complaint and escalate this issue so that i can get a refund ..but the answer i got from them was that they cannot take any complaint and thus there wont be any refund as the amount deducted was genuine and the reason they told me was the internet usage at 4 am in the morning..and that cant be possible in any way beacuse first of all i went on sleep at 1 am and got up at 1o am and i dint get up once during this whole time and 2nd thing my phone was switched off during the whole night and last thing my data network mode was turned off as i use internet using my tikona wifi services...sir thus i kindly request u to do this refund as soon as possible otherwise i have escalate this issue to consumer forum and other administrative authorities and sir this is not the first for the deduction infact it happens too often and i m totally fed up with your services, especially the customer care, its so disgusting and bad that they hardly care about customer satisfaction and always try to either hang up the call or transfer it... n even the environment of the call center is so noisy that a customer hardly understands anything...please do some necessary actions to improve your services otherwise the day wont be far that this company would hardly remain with handful of customers...

Aircel has deducted once again rs.5 from my account.
I already told you that every time i am recharging my account the company is deducting money from my account.
No services have been activated from my side.
Well this is last warning and now i am going to seek legal actions against your company.

Your company is mentally harashing me becausing of this wrong deduction again and again.

Total rs 12 have been deducted 7rs earlier and 5 rs today.
Refund this amount at earliest

    Aircel Web Recharge (Rs 110.00 - full talk time) via HDFC debit card on[protected] through Billdesk payment gateway.

    but recharge unsuccessful and balance debited from my bank account.

    Bank transaction details is given below in this mail.


    Now reply me what to do? Recharge Unsuccessful and amount did not refund.

    I'm afraid to recharge online because it may unsuccessful and balance will wipe out from my account.

    Is this procedure secure? Why are you doing such cheating with your customer. In this age of competition market you are cheating your customer.

    Either modify your programming loopholes in payment gateway system or stop the online recharge facility by which people are cheated.

    Please help me by replying How could I get my debited amount (Rs.110/-)

    I want immediate actions else I have to complaint against AIRCEL.

    I suffered in same problem of Rs 108 recharge. After so many follow ups they refund me after a month ! Shame on aircel service.
    Hello Friends,

    Thank to Aircel very much for their kind support and customer care.
    I got my debited balance in my bank account on 7th June 2012. They kept their promises.
    I appreciate them for their work and wish such care and support will always remain with customers.

        I am Bhagwati prasad mob no [protected](MNP ON 1 MAY 2012) my outgoing and incomming calls bared on 27 may then i submitted documents set in aircel office (INDERGANJ, GWALIOR ) on 15 may & 27 May 2012 they told me for 24Hr but My mobile no [protected] is dissconnected from Aircel services on 29-May-12 due to documents not received. number got deleted from Aircel service. while i alreddy submitted documents with filled form on 27 may 2012 at aircel office (inderganj,Gwalior) what is my fault sir ?         hi i m aaryan from ghazaibad f-143 nandgram i have a aircel sim which i was using from last 5 to 6 months and my sim card was rejected on 3-9-2010 witout any reason i had a rechrge of 225 last week now i want to know that where i can complain about this problem i had no other mobile or sim from which i can complain about this plzz provide me sugeestion .

        I have mistakenly with out my knowledge on what exactly the pin Number and the PUK number were meant for. I Entered wrong info as i wasn't aware of what it was nor any information is given to the user (In this case Me)..

          Hi,

          I bought a aircel data card([protected]) from bomnhalli sangeetha stores. i choosed aircel datacard only bocz of 3gb free offer. the datacard worked till 3gb and stopped without any notice.

          They initially charged me 10000+ rs for the free usage. No paper statement sent to me and online statements are password protected(this things were not known and not at all informed).

          I said i cannot pay for free usage they commited and the datacard is no use after 7 days. am still getting pressure from your customer sevice to pay a mere amount of 3K request & saying some appologies for my email communication / complaints.

          Thier is no faith in the way happened and how it can be billed like this.. havent seen the paper statement / online statement. simply threating me to pay 3K. Thier are many service providers still giving 5gb and 10gb free. how can i pay for free usage of 3gb and no usage after that.

          Aircel — Service not as per Contract

          Dear Sir,

          I had taken an Aircel Connection appx: 1 Month ago in Delhi. Paid for a Silver Number and ISD and International Roaming. Till Date Aircel has not bothered to switch on my International Roaming and ISD Facility despite having collected for the same.

          Their Nodal Officers have stopped picking my calls now and Call Centre is Incompetent at the Best.

          What can I do in this Case???

          My issue worst!! for one month service from May 22, 2012 - June 21, 2012
          $475.00 one cycle--Sprint in Arizona, United States. Contract billing from Jan 22, 2011 - Present is $59.63 unlimited not to pass 6G which is way high transferring for personal computer usage!!! Normal should not even use 1G --- Help someone this is INSANE ! None of the cell companies are able to claim what, which, & where their cells are owned & billed This is internet air card not phone --- Too bad not billed like the good old days! Kilowat usage per kilowatt waves going throw wires!!! Much more safe & economical!!!
          My experience also not so good. I took data card prepaid connection for 750RS (4GB +3.5GB) from Indira Nagar Bangalore and I used 7 GB. Aircel billed me 24000 and when I went back to them, they are suggesting it was wrong and pay 5000RS. How can i pay 5000Rs when i taken 750RS connection? I did not pay and now I am getting calls from police and aircel legal advocate and asking me to pay 33000RS. Though I have de-activated the card that month and I have been issued with another bill next month. This is really a bad service. Please review all this issues and help customers to go for Aircel.

            Am an Aircel Post Paid customer from the last month. Tried to pay my bill using the link https://auth.aircel.com/aircel/jsp/LoginSelfcare.jsp. I can enter my credentials, but can't see my account. Just throwing an error as "Unable to process/retrieve your request now.Please try again". Am seeing this error from the last month end.

            I tried bulk times to short the issue by using forget password options. But, no use.I have send the mail to aircel service but no response.

            AirCell — Error in mobile bill

            Aircell has stopped all outgoing calls with effect from[protected] on my wife's (Rita Deka) moble no.[protected]. On enquiry ,the company said this was done for crossing the credit limit of Rs.500. But upto[protected] the bill amount was Rs.256, whereas on[protected] the bill amont rose suddenly to Rs.610, that too without making any calls.On meeting the desk executive at the Christian Basti, Guwahati office and on complaining at the Customer Care Service over telephone they promised all possible help but no positive action has yet been taken.

            automatic subscripton of hungama store service and pocketstore service on my aircel number and my balance is deducted by rs. 5 everyday so many times i requsted to the custmer support executive.they all told me for no more deductin of my balance and unsubscription of service but the service automaticaaly activates again and again and it is suffering me so much .If you'll not take instant action then i will be pushed to take the advantage of portability.

            I have changed my network to Aircel two years back through mobile portability option. My number is in a group account along with my brother in Chennai. Now I want my account to be separated from a group account. In aircel offices and agents say that the group account can not be changed i.e. the name of the account will be my brother's, with his own address. But I want everything in my own name and address. If that is not possible, I shall move to any other network and leave aircel. Is this the only way for wrongly entered into aircel group account?

            Complaint Number 2: web portal does not work it throws error every time, different errors different time "This page may have moved or is no longer available. Please check the URL that you have accessed.-Server Configuration Error.Please contact System Administrator. " . If web browser does not work it will be difficult for us to know our plans account balance tariffs. I am not able to track my account.

            Complaint Number 3: I have met one Aircel Representative in My office, He showed me a plan Rs 200 for corporate, I agreed for the plan after that no news, how will I know which plan is activated for me. Also I gave him my updated Address to update and change the Number owner name. After that there is no news.

            Over all, the main complaint is information passed to Aircel representative is not completely reaching the back end and web portal is not working.

            Logging to Aircel through my credential is a big task it took half an hour of my time to login. After login could not able to do any process even viewing the bills is a big task. This happens for me for more than six months worst site spending money on advertising is waste instead they can spend it for enchancing their site.
            Yes When ever i login Aircel always server problem, i am unable to contact. Today is the due date for the payment, where as today itself they disconnected out going. In this they are proper where they are good service provider.
            Log in for Aircel never works.. it is very clear that they are poor on technology when it come to maintaining the online portal or possibility being done intentionally so that we cannot check our bills online... The saving grace is that the bill are received by email. I have been paying bills online directly on the website without logging into the account - the only issue here is that you should know the bill amount.

              With regards to enabling outgoing facility for both of my numbers, I have been holding Aircel account for more than 6 years and the bill amounts have been paid regularly. Though, there is credit limit of 1500, all of a sudden; outgoing facility has been disconnected. I understand there is an outstanding payment of 207 Rupees. I am not sure about this one time payment, when I checked with all your customer services associates; they are not able to find out the why it has been charged hence requested us to lodge a complaint. The complaint has been lodged more than 2 times and there is no single response any of the teams.I am deeply concerned and worried about the service that you guys provide. I have been trying for the past 4 hours for enabling the numbers. The worst part, aircel having to as pay absolutely nothing in the form manners or even a gesture of apology for their inefficiency and incompetency.

                    Aircel Telecom — balance deduction and incorrect information

                    there was an automatic activation on my cell phone of service named aircel talkies and a balance was reduced of rs 20, i called the customer care and there was not a gud response from them,
                    they held my line for about half an hour nd after they said that your balance will be refunded with 7 days and now they are that the company is not responsible for it and the service is deactivated, no senior person is willing to talk and they keep the phone on hold for about 15-20 mins,
                    there was also an call from the caller tunes service and the person from the customer care said no balance will be diducted accept for the charges of 30rs per month, he said hat change of another song will not be charged done in any manner, but it is also chargable,
                    aircel is providing a very bady service, they call a person about 15-20 times a day for activation for some crazy schemes,
                    it is not the thong of getting rs 20 back, but will these telecom companies will be taking our money when ever they want at there own choice,,
                    this kind of behaviour is not expected.
                    Indian telecom companies are taking it for stake and we he customers are going crazy...
                    this type of behaviour is not tolerable
                    DND service is the solution to such problems. You can also visit the nearest Aircel store for best results.

                      Aircel cellular — NON REFUNDING OF DEPOSIT

                      Dear Sir,

                      I have submitted an written letter to an outlet of Aircel for deactivation of my number [protected], at the time of submitting of the letter the outstanding was Rs.277, for which I have confirmed that the company can reduce the amount on the deposit I had of Rs. 1500/- and return the balance. To my surprise the snext month bill was raised for Rs. 406, and once more bill of Rs. 28.19 has been raised.

                      The customer care officers Mr. Anand(Escalating handling supervisor), Banuchitra.p, divya are not responding properly.

                      The complaint no. raised 1-[protected] and 1-[protected]

                      I request concerned people to take this issue very seriously and help me in getting back my amount.
                      There is some confusion for sure which is causing such an issue, try to visit the nearest Aircel and clarify it there. I am sure it will help you to get a solution.
                      if you deactiveted your number after the bill cycle date than you have to pay the current cycle amount with the tax (unbilled amount).its a post paid nummber so the bill amount will be calculated using pro-rate basis.anyways try to have a talk with cell city

                      Aircel Cellular — Wrong Billing & Fine for the same

                      Problem started in May 2010 with AIRCEL CELLULAR LTD.

                      I was billed wrongly & after lengthy discussions with numerous staff of aircel , the y concluded that it was wrong bill & that the amount would not be needed by me to pay , But ... the amount is showing in my subsequent monthly bills & fine for late fee is being charged every month. Collection agents are coming to my house and creating issues due to this i am mentally tortured , i am on the verge of quitting my job because of this, if i am unemployed then i would put charge on aircell for estimated cost of 20 lacs.

                      If any aircel guy is volunteering to resolve this issue asap , i may consider otherwise.

                      On Jan 21st I converted my above mentioed number from Postpaid to Prepaid and I was suppose to get a refund for the deposite paid which is 500.00 rs. I was told it would not take 10-15 days to get the refund check. However, the customer care people does not want to resolve my issue and now saying it would take 40 days. Where on eartth it take 40 days to give my money back ???? I tried calling their customer service 5 times and the charged me .50 for every 3 minutes. I don't know what type of god damn service they have to charge their own customers for the toll free call. I want to teach them a lesson so that in future others can get good service. They don't respect on calls so I would request you to review the call if you get the recordings. I hope this will be resolved within 24 hrs.

                          (a) I have just purchased a Aircel 3G Sim[protected] 96968) on 15th May 2012. It was very disheartening
                          after realizing that I am getting EDGE (Less then 1mbps) Speed speed while I am paying for 3G services. I purchased this sim from Aircel Office, Trimulghery, Secunderabad, AP, And the lady at office assured of 3G speed when i asked many times before buying. Later on i did contact lady for this problem she told me that she has complained the same to Aircel and it will be resolved in 48 hours... now its more then 4 days....

                          (b) My query to the Aircel Company is why it not providing the 3G services in this area. And if
                          the company is unable to provide 3G services then why I am charged for that. I should be
                          paying for EDGE service.

                          (c) In addition to this, internet service is not uninterrupted. Many a times we loose
                          connectivity.

                          (d) In the view of above, i would request the company to do the needful for providing the
                          3G services in Trimulghery Area, Secunderabad and if not then the customer must be charged for what they are
                          provided.

                            Sir,
                            I have been using aircel mobile bearing number [protected] from past 8 months and from past 15 days my account is been deducted for rs 17/- every 3 days stating this is for internet package which I have never activated. Past 3 days when this issue came to my notice I called up customer care and they said they will refund rs 17/- after 24 hours which they did and they ensured that this problem will not be repeated again. But again today morning at 12.42 am again rs 17/- has been deducted from my balance.
                            kindly suggest me where shud I complain against them as I want to resolve this problem and get my refund amount back. Why do they cheat us like this..?
                            Why aircel activates non selected packs without the concent of the customers.. I thought aircel does not do unfair deductions but no.. they have been deducting 17 rs every three days from my account from past 18 days which i noticed just 2 days back and on my conversation with customer care executive they refunded only 17/- rs and said that this kind will not be repeated but today 27th may again rs 17/- was deducted from my account at 12.42 am.. this is really very very disappointing ..

I purchase a 3G SIM and activate 3G by sending SMS 'start 3g' to121 0n 16 th May,the no is [protected], 3G started,but after setting all it is not giving 3G peed,it is giving 128-140 Kbps Mind Not (KBps) up and 150-200 Kbps download approx. I have lodge a complain to customar care the told all are correct we will rectify,but 15 days gun i amusing poor connection speed the have not done anything.                               Dear all,

                              I purchase a new postpaid connection from Aircel on 7th April & their executive committed me to activate the same within in 5 hours but this activate after three or four days. I am already called for the same three times at [protected] & the GPRS conectivity for which I purchased the same not activate till now. I already called & mail many times for the same.

                              I also agree to deactivate my No. & refund my ID & money but they never send their executive for the same. Their executive gave me the connection at my office

                              Well doesn’t sound like a pleasant experience, but it takes sometime before they can verify your documents and activate your account. Happened with me on my Vodafone account as well, so guess that’s a norm. I found it easier to drop by at the store and talk to the customer service people directly instead of hanging around on the phone that has worked more effectively for me.

                              Aircel is just cheating in 3g plans...speed is very low but they committed high speed up to 7.3 mpbs//but actually highest speed is sparingly 400 kbps

                              I have recharged my aircel prepaid no [protected] with rs 198 3g 1 gb pack on 28 may 2012. But considering my usage n subsequent decreased speed I once again recharged my no with Rs 198 for another high speed data of 1gb on 1st june 2012. But soon after recharge a sms came that I have exhaUTSED mu high speed data quota and virtually my second recharge became meaningless. Please answer me what to do...because in 5 days time I have paid Rs 198 + 198 but the speed is as 2g

                              Please take n/a or return back me Rs 198 or give me 1gb high speed data or I shall carry this message to public n honourable consumer court for getting a suitable justice.

                              This means companies ARE having hidden strategies to fool people. Guys, , , I think our govt company BSNL may be giving the best service in terms of speed...as my other colleagues are saying.Anyway...lets see how the aircel people give justice to my problem.Now-a-days its very easy to choose any other network but the real problem is that why they will charge much more...but service they deliver is a big laddu...zero

                              My name is Sujoy. Contact No. [protected]. If people are getting low speed instead of the high speed promised to them. The grievances of the customers are definitely genuine. Concerned authorities should resolve the issue. If not, customers must be compensated and the service provider should also be punished for making false promises.

                              Business groups should also focus on ethics rather than only profit. If people make it a point not to take service from any particular service provider, that company is sure to get wiped out within no time.
                              01-Aug-12 i Purchase Aircel 3G Dongle Sim and i recharged 198 rupees but it's not giving good speed ... it's giving only 4.0KB downloading speed ... I called customer care service ... they could not solve my problem... what should i do to increase internet downloading speed ... please guide me ... my number [protected]

While try outgoing i am getting message "call barred". Kindly advice what should do to active outgoing calls while roaming in UAE.

                                  I have balance 200+ INR. If it is not enough pleas advice how much minimum amount should be for outgoing calls in UAE Roaming.
                                  I am a business man and i need outgoing facility. (Ready to recharge whatever amount required as balance)

                                    my message card is expired on 24 may 2012 then i recharged with Rs 17 i.e 1p/msg.but after this when i messaging they cut 60 paise from my main account.I had calling customer care from evening 24 may but when dialing 121 i.e customer care no. but after pressing 1 they say your call is important plz wait then after 3 min call automatically disconnected and on 25 may 2012 one call is connected then he say we will troubleshoot your problem within 1 hour but not then after i called them more then 100 time but after 2 min call disconnected i wasted my more than 6 hour for called.
                                    sir i want my balance and suitable more balance for mental harassment.

                                      Aircel — 2 Forced activation of services and deduction of balance by 'AIRCEL'

                                      Dear sir,

                                      My name is MURALI KRISHNA T (Ph no.[protected]) and i am using AIRCEL network. I am facing a problem from my network provider regarding the forced activation of services and deduction of balance with out my knowledge, i am seriously suffering with this network provider. I have logged a complain to the customer care, first connected to Balance and Billing department then he (Sai krishna) asked me to connect GPRS department and again they (Prasant) asked me to connect Balance and Billing department and this guy (Mizar) is saying that first guy (sai krishna) already deactivated some services (without my knowledge), but i don't know what services has been activated and deactivated. They are playing with me and again i called customer care and there was no response and they were putting me hold and disconnecting the call after 10 minuts. I need u to take some serious action regarding this service provider whose cheating many innocent people like this.

                                        I am using Aircel services from last 5 years and now plan to MNP for your deplorable services.

                                        1st Your great Dialer tune services

                                        On 4th May, 2012 I have activated your dialer tune service via sms for my signature tune, I am got activation conformation massage also from your side. After that I called customer care (121) to get signature tune code for name of Mr. Yogesh, got an error <Code send by you is not correct>.
                                        I called customer care and received reply that the service should be activated in 24 Hours.

                                        This service was not activated even after 38 hrs. After contacting customer care they told that there is some technical problem & the service will be activate after 48 hrs.

                                        Still after 2 days the service was not activated but the amount was deducted on the first day itself.

                                        I call to customer care and received reply from you proceed wrongly for activation and then after that told to take complaint, complaint is still pending and got massage your complaint is resolved now.

                                        Again, I call to customer care and reply is that code sending is wrong (space is not given after DT  lol {do not tell that reason even non-educated people}).

                                        I am sending that code at 6 times after call to customer care but still got error massage.
                                        Now just for deduction of balance on 4th may but not given services I am activating song for deactivate on end of the period.
                                        2nd Your great online and Customer care services

                                        On 25th May, 2012 when I go to Aircel web site and select Maharashtra location.

                                        I recharge online of Rs. 199 and wow what happen got balance Rs 230 only
                                        After that I call to customer care and asking for that, reply given by him (Nilesh) sorry sir we can’t help for that you have to go in gallery for that (then why they sitting there).

                                        After some words request for transfer my call to Manager and after that request for stay on hold fine but then hold on 8 min call is disconnected.
                                        Note that: This is the type of services you are providing to your old customers also
