    I buy a aircel prepaid connection and i have no network coverage of aircel network on my phone when i talk to customer care representative he assure me to rectify the same within 2 days but still the problem is not solved even when i search manually i did not get aircel in the list they said they have congestion free network but in reality they have no network
    One of the worst mobile operator i have ever seen. Recently i bought aircel sim.

    I heard they are expanding all over india. Better they improve thier quality rather expanding.

    1.unable to connect net on my cell, & (, 2), i m facing a problem in network in my area.so as soon as possible resolve my problem of gprs speed & network coverage
    What is the reason that you are not able to connect to the net? Is your phone compatible with the GPRS settings required? If you are unsure of the settings and need guidance your best bet is to visit the nearest Aircel showroom and let customer care guide you there and then.
    Sometimes the network does slow down in certain areas especially due to congestion at certain peak hours or due to the availability of towers. If you continue to face the problem constantly you must speak to customer care, they will surely be able to explain better.
    I could not call any mumbai vodafone number. I called their cutomer care (can't call them that as they do not really care) 3 times and on an average must have been on hold for 15 min. The last time i was kept on hold for 35 min. Every time i called them I got the same response "your problem will be resolved within 24 hrs". Now it is 7 days old but it is till now not resolved. In short Aircel has the WORST service. DO NOT GO FOR AIRCEL.

    That’s strange coz I have been enjoying an amazing speed with Aircel since the last 6 months. Why don’t you try to reset your gprs settings again or else just visit the nearest Aircel store and speak to the technical people there. Happy surfing 
    There is a lot of problems of network in alappuzha district. There are pboblems in the main roads too.

    It’s a growing company and still setting up network towers in various areas. It is quite possible that your place Barh is under low network frequency for a while, but I am sure you will have full signal very soon and the technical department is quite efficient at their task they are definitely looking to solve your problem.     Aircel service in Delhi has been great, the dip in network connectivity might be temporary. You should call the Customer care for help
    i am using aircel prepaid [protected] and my sister is using an other aircel prepaid sim [protected] and both of the connections have network problem. i live in faridabad sector 8 near main huda market, if any of my friends(using aircel) come to my place they even face a network problem here.

    only 1 or 0 single tower i use to get inside my house.

    It might be by a matter of chance that both the locations are a case of low network zone, so try and visit the nearest Aircel store and report the issue, they will figure out the appropriate reason and also give the best possible resolution
    I myself puneet thakur interested in putting tower of HUTCH, IDEA, TATA-INDICOM, RELIANCE, AIRTEL, BSNL OR ANY COMPANY, AS WE HAVING THE REQUIRED SPACE FOR THE TOWER.

    Aircel sucks !!! I stay in heart of pune city but still my phone dosenot get signal for hours, but were as in the same handset when i insert my IDEA sim card it gives me full coverage...

    Big promises which are never to be fullfiled
    i am living in kurla(mumbai). i am using aircel sim since 3 months. but i dont get network signal.when i insert my reliance gsm or vodafone sim i get full network. when i go outside i get network . but in my college which is in PANVEL i dont get any network . aircel network and POCKET INTERNET download is very poor.please give better service of network.
    My office is in Sion (Mumbai). I get full strength for 2 mins, and it completely goes for 5 mins.

    Sir,
    These is hereby to inform you that, as on 27th August 2010, I have received a phone call from DIPHENDU DUTTA (+[protected] around 5.30pm in my aircel number (My aircel number - +[protected]. That person (DIPHENDU DUTTA – Senior Dept.) was stating that he is calling from AIRCEL CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE and he wants to inform me that my mobile number has won some offer in the lucky draw. He also told me some confidential information about me (like my full name, address, pin code) and information about my mobile accounts (like last recharge amount, account balance etc.) to gain my trust.
    The offer was something like this – “If I recharge my cell phone for 200 INR within 30mins then my local outgoing will be free for next 6 months. But yes I have to do that using mobile recharge voucher not using easy recharge. This was the condition.”
    After that I have purchased 8 vouchers of 25 INR. I got the call from that same number (+[protected] for second time around 6.00pm. That person asked me to follow the following steps.
    1. They will do that recharge from their systems.
    2. They have taken all secret numbers from me for those 8 vouchers. (details of the vouchers are given below) (image copy of those vouches are also attached)
    3. He told me that within 1hr I will receive a SERVICE MESSAGE from their customer care service. (24hrs passed away but I haven’t received any messages like this.)
    4. After receiving that message I have to dial those following numbers[protected], 123456, [protected]) one by one to activate that offer.
    I trusted that person as he is calling from customer care, having all information about me and waited for long time to receive that SERVICE MESSAGE. 24hrs passed away but I haven’t received any messages like this. After that I have also tried to recharge my mobile using those vouchers, but all those vouchers were already used. I realized that this was a FRAUD CASE.
    Therefore, I request you to accept my general diary towards this fraud case. I will also lodge a case in the consumer court and would like to help Burdwan Police Authority and Officers who will investigate the case and catch all culprits those who are running this racket.

    AIRCEL IS COMPANY...I am not scare to posting this bad word, they are telling to buy aircel 3g. They are insulting iphone, they dont have 3g in mumbai then why their aircel store is having 3g.     time for solving the problem. But they don't solve this problem. And they take
    another 6 months time for solving the problem. But they don't solve this problem

    I'm using Aircel services in Chennai.. I recharge 3g every month for 1.25 GB. Inspite of having 3g i get my money deducted suddenly with a message "Thank You for Using Aircel Services" have already complained many times and still no use.. The response I recieve from their Customer service is "Sir You have 3g data enabled, but since You sim card is 2g your mobile has been charged" how the [censored] can i use 2g and 3g two different simcards...
    I have atleast a minimum deduction of 15rs per month.. and no one is bloddy concered to reverse it back.. have already sent them screenshots and everything.. Aircel thinks the customer is illitrate.. they fool by saying you used a vedio pack .. Why the hell will a customer with Iphone and 3g data activated watch a chargable Vedio pack.
    I live in Bahadurpur, samastipur(BIHAR) area, since last 30 days me and my friends facing sevire network problem.
    Most of the time network disappears completely foe 2-3 hours. It seems that local tower stops functioning that time.

    when i am outside from my society, i am getting the aircel signal. if i enter in my society i am not getting the signal. so, if i have an emergency to call from my home, there is no option for call. the only single option is i have to come out from my society for call in emergency. is it the right way in emergency? so, Provide a proper network coverage in the area. my area is (Nandivali takdi) nandivali, dombivali east, thane.

    Provide the useful solution asap. this is not only for me. its for all aircel users in that area.

        I am using AIRCEL prepaid mobile connection since 2 years.Now from 22.11.10.it is showing me "SIM REGISTRATION FAIL ".I could not make any call since then.Then I Called to AIRCLE Customer Care.
        They suggest me to go to AUNDH outlet and submit the document again,which i had already submitted 15 days before as i got the sms from aircel office/govt. that plz submit all your document to aircel.
        But Still the same problem persist and today is 01.12.2010.and I can not make call.
        For 7-8 days I am trying but they do not inform or not trying to solve the issue.
        they told that the number is deleted from their system.

            Hi Aircel,

            After all your hidden policies like uninformed Billing Cycle and uninformed pro ration of free usage, you billed me 7500+ Rs for usage of just 15 days. No one was able to take ownership and try to resolve my issue.

            Finally I got fed up and paid the bill amount in whole on June 1st 2012 and also placed a request for re-activation on the same day. Then I was able to use my connection till Jun 4th 2012.

            On Jun 5th 2012 I found my connection again barred and no one in Customer Care were able to answer why my connection was barred after my successful reactivation based on my request on Jun 1st.

            I called your Customer Care on 5th Jun 2012 around 9 pm IST and they said the connection will be activated again in next 2 hrs. As expected it didn't happen. I again called today morning around 7.30 AM and have been told that my connection will be activated in next 1 hour.

            Still waiting, and called customer care again @ 8.30 PM 6th Jun 2012 to hear them telling that my connection will be activated in next 30 mins.

            Can someone explain/at-least feel sorry about your procedures which let your customers suffer. Will you be not charging me for the past 2 days where I was not able to you my services and of-course I am paying for it.

            Please reply and I am sending a copy of the same to India Consumer Complaints. This is my first experience with Aircel and so far the worst as well with any Telecom Service providers.

            1. I have been told that I will be getting 7 GB of free uasge for the first month
            2. But my connection has been barred stating that I exceeded my credit limit of 1500 Rs
            3. I got my billed amt 7557.00 Rs

            Can someone help me understand,
            1. why my connection has been barred if my usage is under free uasge of 7 GB
            2. If it is based on credit limit, why I am now charged 7557.00 which is way too above my credit limit of 1500.00
            3. The customer care personell was telling that they cant control credit limit, but also can't explain why my connection has been barred (as he gave the same reason that my usage went beyond credit limit inspite of my usage being under 7GB free usage).
            4. The reason I have changed the plan to unlimited before 2 days of my billing cycle is just because
            a) My connection has been barred
            b) No one informed me that I will be loosing my &GB free usage if I change my plan between billing cycle.

              My mobile no. is [protected] and I am a customer of Aircel mobile services. On April 13,2010 I received a SMS from one of the aircel company at about 6.33am. It is like this- " Thank you for subscribing Friend Zone. your chat id is 788806. To unsubscribe call 570001"
              Then i connect customer care and i gave a complain above matter. customer care executive give me a complain no.[protected].After 2 days i get my feedback. the feed back was 'I active this system when friend zone number call, I pressed some of the buttons of my cell phone to activate friend zone at 6.00am(13 Apr)' . But the fact is that I have not received any call from aircel services on that day. They are complete ignoring the matter and refused me for this matter.
              So, I request you to please look into that matter and take necessary steps accordingly.

From June 1st 2012 it has been disconnected without any intimation ( WHY ) I have done the refilling on 30th May 2012 of Rs 199 and after 2 days it is showing No service. Kindly look into the matter and restore the number quickly.We have all the details of the recharging from 2009 till May 2012.                   Aircel unlimited 3G plans are very bad. After free usage they say that the speed will be capped upto 128 kbps. Which means I should be getting at least 12.8 kbps download speed after speed gets capped.

                  But I only get 3 kbps download speed.

                  Aircel is cheating it's customers. Even we get more speed in 2G than 3 kbps.

                            Please check the speed I am getting for the past 1 week from Aircel Pocket Internet Kerala for my mobile number [protected].

                            It's pretty fast ha, .7KB download and .2 KB upload. Please check the screenshot for proof.
                            I called they CC and even their Nodal Officer in vain for a number of times.

                            If some one from US see this, they will definitely get a heart attack as they even consider 10Mbps as a slow connection.

                              I have not activated Aircel Music connect for my no. [protected]. Without any prior information, Rs. 30/- getting deducted for the second month. Pl. have this deactivated and confirm at the earliest.

                              i used Haryana Aircel prepaid number. this is my number [protected]. i do not activate any service like music connect. but deducted daily 7 rupees from account. with out my permission how can do u actvate. Please deactivated and confirm at ASAP.

                                on Sunday 03/06/2012 i started using Internet service from my mobile no.[protected] of aircel company . in the mean time a message flashed that babe video service is activated with charges rs.3 per day. for this i registered a complained to aircel with complaint no. 1-[protected] that how company has activated this service without my consent. the person dealing on customer care assured me that service will be terminated in next 24 hours. but till 05.06.2012 service was not terminated . now the person of customer care did not take my call properly and dose not give me any fresh request number for the above said complaint . till time rs.9 have been deducted from my account.pls look into matter.

                                Idea — Activation of video service without any request

                                Some video 3 or video daily service gets activated on my number everytime. I have never made any request for the same. However, when it got activated first time, i simply called to customer care and ask them to deactivate it and request them to not to activate it again in any future. But again i got message that my video daily service has been activated. I dont understand what's the issue with these people. On calling to customer care, they said it wil be deactivated. They have no answer for why this service gets activated on my number everytime. Plz resovle this issue.

                                  Problem:
                                  Without any authorization Aircel, activates value added services and deducts charges (in prepaid connection).

                                  Incident:
                                  You get a call from a number, you attend it - it means that value added service is activated. You get a message on activation with an option that you need to call a number to de-activation. However, if you call that number (in my latest case - it is cookery tips and the number given was 5800025), either you will not be able to connect to that number or it will be an pre-recorded call with no option for de-activating it.

                                  After trying you assume that its one time issue, then later you will realise that amount is deducted for every month.

                                  In my mother's number, they have enabled 4 such services(as on today it is 4 services) and deducting Rs. 120/- per month since September 2011. My mother's monthly call charges will be less than 100 and they were deducting more than Rs.120/-pm.

                                  Without knowing the real culprit, she thought the problem is in mobile and was planning to change the mobile. I am looking for options to make a compliant with Telecom authority as well.

                                  Aircel customer care has communicated that they will not refund the money deducted till now.

                                  I am raising this compliant so that Aircel should not do the same to other customers

                                  Aircel — illegal charges

                                  i have been subscribed friend zone service and i paid its charge.
                                  Within last 15 i have unsubscribed it but still i charged 30 rs. today
                                  which is not legal
                                  would you please register my complain and give me some satisfactory answer
                                  and please return my balance

                                  Buddy you must understand that these value added services cannot be activate and charged without your prior approval. I am sure there is a gap somewhere. Why don’t you get in touch with the customer care or visit the nearest Aircel store for a solution..

                                    Unnecessary deduction of a/c balance
                                    There is unnecessary deduction of my a/c balance and i want to know the reasons of this deduction i haven't requested for any dialer tune but charges for this have been charged from my account..
                                    So kindly revert back my account balance and stop my dialer tune otherwise i have to leave your connection services..
                                    i also try to call customer care but they are also not responding..
