on the night of 12 May,2012 10:05 PM , i had received a message "1. we have received your reqest n it will be processed shortly" "2. thank you 4 Aircel music connect at Rs 30 ". Even i had not requested for that service, i have not messaged to aircel for this service, i have not attended any call of AIRCEL after 8 PM on that night. And Again at 10:51 PM on that night, i got message "thank you for subscribing to Aircel dialer tunes. U havebeen charged Rs 7/7 days ". Even i have not messaged or attended the aircels call on 10:51 PM on 12 May2012. ON the very next day, i contacted aircel customers care at 198 for this complaint 3 times, but after attending the call , they disconnect it after listening my grievance and do not REFUND my money even on my request to disable those services & re-imburse my money RS 37 deducted on that day, and many more like this 3 or 4 times during past 3 or 4 months previously. So take necessary action to resolve my grievance at your earliest & refund of total Rs 37.
