Hi,

I have been facing many issues with my Aircel Number as follows
1. My parents and friends from other state are not able to call me as it says "check the number you have dial" Number does not exist.
2. I have been charged 10 rupees every 2 days for powerplay which i have not subscribed on my mobile.
3. I have been charged 7 rupees every 7 days for dosti pack which i have not subscribed...

i am user of aircel.my mob no. is [protected].i want my no's upc code.i sent email to naodal officer,appellate officer(ERN[protected]TTQYR) but did not get any response from there.before this time once i have allready received my other no's([protected]) upc code by email.i sent whole details of my no yet i did not get upc code.about 10 days has been past but i did not get my upc code....

I had submitted application for MNP from Reliance to Aircel more than 2 weeks back. Nothing has happened. I am not sure why Aircel is not willing to help me - they will get my business after MNP is complete. When TRAI guidelines say that the transfer needs to happen within 1 week - why are they just not porting my number. I have waited for 16 days already. And there is no way to complain against these guys.....

I have been an Aircel Customer from past 3 months in Rajasthan. On early saturday morning i was charged with 2 packs ( One i don't know and another unlimited game zone pack). They said that i clicked on it when i was online when I remember that i never did such thing. They charged me as a whole Rs. 20. In the morning @ 8:30 i asked the support executive to deactivate the same and she said that she has generated a...

i had activated my pocket internet pack in my aircel mobile with RS14/- yesterday thats became deactivate today,which is a unlimited pack for 3 days,and i recharged RS30/- today and thats became zero without any activation and call ,i want satisfactory answer soon....

plz sir can i get the call details of mobile nos of Aircel prepaid service (outgoing calls as well as incoming)[protected] it wuld be my pleasur i[censored] plz send me the details on my e-mail id its a request from me to u sir.

aircel new 3g offer ..... i think this offer is cheating bcz they provide 3g speed not getting to me (aircel provide speed 3.2 mb/s after 100mb they will exousting speed to 128 kb/sec) but every time aircel speed is 8 or 15 kb/sec 3g speed less than 2g .... not a gud respnce to there c-care they not solving complnts.........

i am facing a lot of problem to using aircel, its network priority is too poor i am not able to proper connect to any one, i am also registered the complaints on customer care but every time it shows your complaints is registered and their are not any progress in it...

i want to block my aircel number [protected].becuse there are some probleam . i was lost my number...

The fact is I have not subscribed for any of Aircel:s stupid and unwanted services. They keep on sending messages and deduct my prepaid balance.

Please stop them from harassing and pestering me. I am a retired person and a pensioner....

DEAR SIR/ MADAM,

My aircel Number is [protected]. My number was not working in last week from still now.
i dont know why my number not working. i had contact customer care they told id proof is wrong. then i can handed over the correct id proof on 10.05.2012 , but they are not take any action. still now my number was not working.


Pls do the needful.

with reference to above numbers I like ti draw your attention, I have not activated any GPRS sms but you'll have charged for it without our knowledge for these mobil no [protected],[protected],[protected].And for the last six months I didnt receive any bill ,I got bill only this month.so kindly deactivate and don't send any sms to all these mobile...

on the night of 12 May,2012 10:05 PM , i had received a message "1. we have received your reqest n it will be processed shortly" "2. thank you 4 Aircel music connect at Rs 30 ". Even i had not requested for that service, i have not messaged to aircel for this service, i have not attended any call of AIRCEL after 8 PM on that night. Hi , This is Rahul !
Today i got a call from customer care on my no. [protected] (ported into aircel), a girl told me about some pack and put down the phone. And after some time she activated that pack without asking me which had sms+gprs and deducted my balance Rs.40/-.
But i already have sms+gprs so y would i need one more and i did't even ask her to activate..
And now cust.care executives are not picking my...

i have recently recharged with pi 98,they deducted 21 rs and 6 rs next time,i called the customer care ,they assured me to give a refund,but they did nothing,every time called they just told mecall other no.s but that no.s were busy.plz help.my no. is [protected]...

We havev recently ported our four cell numberss to Aircel ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) with the hope that the quality of network of Aircel in GOOD, but immediately on taking the same from the very 1st Day we have faced lots of problems with the connection / network. Most of the times, the cell are found in not reacheable modes, sometimes the messages are got geting delivered, most of the times, while calling to someone,...
