Sub: Mobile Number Portability problem from airtel to aircel

On 24/4/2012 i got the unique porting code from airtel. i wanted to get it ported to aircel as there was cheaper Internet packs available in aircel compared to airtel. i submitted the porting code to aircel company in hubli bt till today i have not got the connection to aircel. since 1 month my Sim is dead. after 5 days of applying to aircel, airtel company failed the registration of the Sim. i waited for 1 week bt i dint get the connection. so, i approached aircel office and asked about the problem. but they asked me to verify it in the airtel office as i had not got the message regarding disconnection before failing the registration of the Sim. when i approached the airtel office, they told that the Sim had been ported out from airtel company. but the aircel is telling that they have not received any intimation regarding the porting out from airtel. aircel took 1 week time saying that they will fix the the problem through their head office but now neither the airtel nor the aircel are listening to my problem and they are blaming each other for problem i am facing.
my unique porting code from airtel is AX231198

so kindly solve my problem as soon as possible as i am not in contact with any of my friends since 1 month due to this problem.

    I have paid my bill Rs.1200 through aircel online and payment channel is billdesk, but it is not reflecting in my account. I received an SMS from ICICI stating 1200 has been paid through aircel billdesk and when i checked with Aircel customer care they denied the same. Need update how to proceed.

    Aircel epayment made but not reflecting in my account.


    I have paid my bill Rs.740/- through aircel online on 03.01.13 and payment channel is billdesk, but it is not reflecting in my account. I received an SMS from Aircel stating 740/- transaction has been failed due to technical issue and when i checked with Aircel customer care they also denied for the receipt of the same then I have again made payment of Rs. 740/- through epayment on 05.01.13 to avoide any late payment or disconnection. Then I have discussed this matter with my bank & lodged a written complaint in their customer care cell for crediting the said amount of Rs. 740/- which bank has debited from my A/C twice. Need update how to proceed.

      Someone named Subhrakanti Dey ([protected]) calling me and using vulgarly and threatening words to my daughter as well as me at any point of time, rigorously.
      When I pick up the phone then he starts vulgarity with me. It is keeping in huge instability in my like and disturbing my professional life too.
      He calls any time of day / night and just trigger all lot of foul and vulgar words .I am right in a huge trouble.
      Please help me by any means and take me out of this unwanted problem making an appropriate action against him as soon as possible.

        I recharged Aircel Smart PI for Rs. 198 twice (Total Rs. 398) on 22 May 2012 for my Aircel No. [protected] using internet banking. The above amounts was deducted from my account but the recharges were not successful. I do not know why this happened. I also do not know whether I can get back the amount?

        I am also facing the same issue.In Aircel site they clearly mentioned that the deducted amount will refund within 5 days.
        Dont worry wait for 5 more days.I believe the same.

        i'm facing the same problem in shimoga. i'm trying to do 3g pi recharges of 128 or 17 etc but everytime the recharge is unsuccessful. the cc call centre people say 3g is not activated on my mobile even though. i was calling them on 3g network (what a shame) seriously i'm very frustrated with aircel and would advise anyone not to choose aircel

          Hi,

          I have been facing many issues with my Aircel Number as follows
          1. My parents and friends from other state are not able to call me as it says "check the number you have dial" Number does not exist.
          2. I have been charged 10 rupees every 2 days for powerplay which i have not subscribed on my mobile.
          3. I have been charged 7 rupees every 7 days for dosti pack which i have not subscribed on my mobile.

          Hi,
          I have been facing many issues with my Aircel Number as follows
          I have been charged 20 rupees every month for video talkies which i have not subscribed on my mobile.I lose 20 rupees from my balance account.29 December, 2012 i have lost 20 rupees from my balance account for video talkies and i have not subscribed for it but it gets activated automatically.i tried to call customer care complaint center but they say the service is busy call later.this happens everytime.i hope u look into this and refund my 20 rupees as fast as possible.

              I had submitted application for MNP from Reliance to Aircel more than 2 weeks back. Nothing has happened. I am not sure why Aircel is not willing to help me - they will get my business after MNP is complete. When TRAI guidelines say that the transfer needs to happen within 1 week - why are they just not porting my number. I have waited for 16 days already. And there is no way to complain against these guys..

                Hi!

                I have been an Aircel Customer from past 3 months in Rajasthan. On early saturday morning i was charged with 2 packs ( One i don't know and another unlimited game zone pack). They said that i clicked on it when i was online when I remember that i never did such thing. They charged me as a whole Rs. 20. In the morning @ 8:30 i asked the support executive to deactivate the same and she said that she has generated a request number for the same. (1-[protected]). But it was neither deactivated that day nor the next day and still today they are deducting my balance @ Rs. 3 per day.

                Please help me regarding the same.

                      aircel new 3g offer ..... i think this offer is cheating bcz they provide 3g speed not getting to me (aircel provide speed 3.2 mb/s after 100mb they will exousting speed to 128 kb/sec) but every time aircel speed is 8 or 15 kb/sec 3g speed less than 2g .... not a gud respnce to there c-care they not solving complnts......
                      recently I am using new samsung GT S5360 ,but aircel customer service is very worst

                      This is Pabitra from Kolkata. Using an Aircel connection from last 4 months but never get assured speed of 7.2 mbps till now. On October 1st I did a recharge of Rs. 697 for 5GB data (7.2mbps)for my datacard net and thought it'd be charm to browse net and download files. But in reality browsing speed is 70-80 kbps and download speed is 130 to 160 kbps which is very disappointing and make me angry. For an example in youtube a video clip of 7 minutes takes to complete in 30 minutes, it keeps on buffering after every 30sec.
                      Every time I called up to customer care, they say it's a server problem and will be okay within 4hrs. But it never happens! My question is why should I invest so much money to get this 2g speed? I switched over from BSNL with a better hope that I can get a better service and speed! At the end it's really pathetic and frustrating.
                      I want to hear from Aircel that to solve this problem as like me many are suffering.

                                    on the night of 12 May,2012 10:05 PM , i had received a message "1. we have received your reqest n it will be processed shortly" "2. thank you 4 Aircel music connect at Rs 30 ". Even i had not requested for that service, i have not messaged to aircel for this service, i have not attended any call of AIRCEL after 8 PM on that night. And Again at 10:51 PM on that night, i got message "thank you for subscribing to Aircel dialer tunes. U havebeen charged Rs 7/7 days ". Even i have not messaged or attended the aircels call on 10:51 PM on 12 May2012. ON the very next day, i contacted aircel customers care at 198 for this complaint 3 times, but after attending the call , they disconnect it after listening my grievance and do not REFUND my money even on my request to disable those services & re-imburse my money RS 37 deducted on that day, and many more like this 3 or 4 times during past 3 or 4 months previously. So take necessary action to resolve my grievance at your earliest & refund of total Rs 37.

                                    Aircel cellular services — Deduction of rupees

                                    Rs.30.00 has been debited from my account without my prior permission. I had have recharge my mobile no with Rs.110.00 on 13 Dec 2010 & got balance of 110.00 exactly but next early morning found Rs.30.00 missing from my account. Had complaint to 4 aircel excutive named Swati,Swarna Chetna etc.. but all of them made me fool & didn't even given complaint or reference no.
                                    Please take necessary action to solve this matter.

                                      Today i got a call from customer care on my no. [protected] (ported into aircel), a girl told me about some pack and put down the phone. And after some time she activated that pack without asking me which had sms+gprs and deducted my balance Rs.40/-.
                                      But i already have sms+gprs so y would i need one more and i did't even ask her to activate..
                                      And now cust.care executives are not picking my call.kindly look into the matter Asap. Thanks!

                                      Aircel — Deducting balance unnecessarily

                                      I have a aircel sim of Siliguri(in West Bengal).The problem is each time I have balance more than 30.00 INR they deduct Rs.30 right away. I tried complaining to Aircel Customer Care but they literally LIE that I have taken some sort of value added services that’s why they have deducted my balance. But I haven’t. If it is really so then why they deduct my balance only when I have balance more than 30.00. Today is the 4th time they have done this and when I am talk to a customer care officer nobody is taking my call.
                                      Please take some action
                                      when i use aircel gprs they simply cut 20 paise and after sometime it comes on the mobile screene that request failed and the gprs speed is also very slow
                                      My number was [protected] from 2001 onwards Post paid at Salem Dt, TN. I asked the monthly bill to my address. But they send some other phone bills to my address instead of mine. I don't know, Why you they send some other bill details. I again submit 25 Rs for individual bills. Again they done the same mistake.

                                      Aircel — Unnecessary balance deductions

                                      Aircel prepaid service, which i consumed recently based upon the growth of the company seem to be faked and still the worst in providing support and services. In aircel prepaid, we've GPRS facility which is accessed in the name of "POCKET INTERNET" when we utilise this service, the speed level of net access is pathetic when compared with other services like Airtel/Docomo!
                                      COMPLAINT:
                                      I was curious to make use of this service and logged into these 'POCKET INTERNET' and when i was browsing it took me to the homepage where we find Game downloads etc. Though i thought it was a good utility provided. I subscribed Game downloads @ Rs.5/- And i used this GPRS service only twice but still date i get charged Rs.5 whenever there's balance in my mobile. And whenever i call upon the "Customer Service" it is another pathetic support that Aircel has. Truly worthless! They don't even understand my query and say "Dont worry sir, i'll take your complaint!" Even though i didn't even explain my issue, they try to end the call! I'm very dissatisfied with Aircel and i'm going to change my service provider but i feel so worse that there's only an option to 'Subscribe' but i cant Unsubscribe!!! How so cheap? If they want Rs.5 everyday, why do they beg like this...? Fraud service. THERE'S NO SUPPORT TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND AM SICK OF CALLING aircel customer service!
                                      Well there is another option, try and visit the nearest Aircel store and report it there, I am sure you will get the best possible solution.
                                      I've purchased aircel sim with 98s facility only for pocket internet. The first month it worked fine. but before the end of validity of deposite amount, I recharged it with Rs. 125 I recieved the right balanced amount , I started surfing again, But very first next morning when I started surfing I got error message ppp protocol not available. I made contact with customer care for gprs. They gave me same setting suggestios as for the first time. I tried but failed to reconnect. I searched for my balance, I got astonishd to see it only Rs. 0.03 left. Then again I tried to call customer care but no response. I again recharged with Rs. 125, but the situation was same i.e. First day It worked fine but after that in the next morning I recieved balance only same as before i.e. Rs. 0.03. This is too much. Cheating on highest extent, and with no customer care support. What to do I don't know.
                                      Did you try to visit any of their stores, I am sure your issue would be solved in no time, just try and visit the nearest store.

I complained at their customer care, but still they are disturbing. I also have free balance, though they are deducting from my main account. Customer care executives are not able to give right information. Whenever I call, they put me on hold for 10-15 minutes to gather information. Please take some steps against these problems. Many people are suffering from the same and they also unknown about how to complain against these.

                                      Last week I received a call which was an advertisement for Aircel's Comedy Bazaar service.
                                      I attended the call and since I was not interested I just disconnected it.Then on 14 April I found that Rs.30 was deducted from my balance.When I contacted the customer service they said they will check for the details and inform within 96hours.When I called today they said nothing could be done as it is recorded that i activated the service, which I am sure i didnt and there is nothing they could do.I hope some action is taken

                                      I, Soumya Das would like to reckon it as a great boon if you kindly consider my problem.Your company,customer care as well as senior officer too have deceived me a lot.On 7th september 2011 from my account aircel has deducted 30 Rs. for activating friend zone whether I have not done it at all.After contacting with customer care they told me that my balance will be credited to my account shortly within working hours.But no such thing happened to me. Then I contacted with senior supervisor named Rajib Kumar Das on 14th september.2011.He assured me to look upon my problem with a positive solution by calling me on 14th september between 4pm to 6 pm.But I have not received any call from him. Is aircel is paying money for telling lie on lie to that bloody customer care and senior supervisor.

                                      I am a Aircel consumer (+[protected]. I received a SMS to day[protected] on 2:33 PM that a dialer tunes service activated within 24 hours. I surprise have no make any request for this. Within a moment I called 198 and complained for this. They said the service will not activated on your mob. On 2:43 PM again a SMS came from Aircel that DT will be changed. Again I have complained on 198. After that on 2:58 PM a SMS came from Aircel that your request for Unsubscription will be processed within 24 hrs. Aircel have not inform me for deducting amount, but they deduct a handsome amount from my balance…
                                      these type of subscription done by company is totally wrong. It’s a cheating with customer also. I called several times to customer care to returning my detected balance but they deny me and abusing me also….
                                      sir I am requesting you to returning my balance as soon as possible… this is not a good way to cheat customer this way… I am your customer since 2years and I didn’t have face these type of problem before today…

                                      Two weeks before I got a VAS activated on my Number-[protected] and my balance of Rs. 10 got deducted which went unnoticed. Again it was renewed after deducting Rs. 10 last week for which I made several complains but they never refunded m money, not even Rs. 10. But I got the VAS deactivated and received a message for the same.
                                      Now yesterday, they again renewed the VAS and deducted the same amount. Also they are not responding to any calls & i'm continuously getting their traffic busy. I want all my Rs. 30 back as soon as possible.
                                      Two weeks before I got a VAS activated on uncle's my Number-[protected] and balance of Rs10 got deducted which went unnoticed. Again it was renewed after deducting Rs10 last week for which I made several complains but they never refunded any money, not even Rs10. But I got the VAS deactivated and received a message for the same.
                                      Now yesterday, they again renewed the VAS and deducted the same amount. Also they are not responding to any calls & I am continuously getting their traffic busy. I want all amount Rs30 back as soon as possible.

Against these recharged total credit given to me Rs. 120 + 17 = Rs. 137. Later the service UPE3G17 was activated on 05.11.2014 deducting Rs. 17/- and further on service named Giant Trucks was again activated on 07.11.2014 deducting Rs. 50/- . These services have been activated without my consent and I have to lost Rs. 67/- .
                                      Please de-activate both the services activated on my number on 5-11-14 and 7-11-14 and credit Rs. 67/- in my account immediately.

I have recently bought an Aircel connection but had a very bad experience. They have activated VAS service on my mobile number for which they deducted Rs.5 and then subsequently Rs.15. I called up customer care and they assured me to return the same within 24 hours. They didn't keep their word. They again deducted Rs. 25. I tried contacting customer care but they directly cut the call. Finally I contacted them and asked for refund of both the amounts and for deactivation of the VAS service. They assured me again but they refunded me only Rs. 25 but they again deducted Rs. 15. There is zero cooperation. I am seriously fed up with this. And i haven't requested for all these services.To inform about this i made a call to 198 and it had been answered by mr.                                       Which I never select or active before.
                                      They were deduct Rs.30/- from my balance for tiny tv subscription. I tell them about this irritating things before, but they never took any step for this and always deny for this incident.

                                      in the month of may I have purchased Aircell prepaid. sim card, It was activated by the company on 22/5/2015, on 23/5/2015 at 12.48 pm, as per stater pack benefits I have done recharge of ₹ 65/-
                                      as per the starter pack skim I have got ₹ 40 TT bal, 200mb free data/ month validity for 90 days,
                                      whenever I have tried to use net service . every time it shows network not available or in timing mode, so I fed up with net service and stopped using it..
                                      out of ₹ 40/- TT balance, till 12/6/2015 I have used ₹ ₹ 20.50
                                      but today morning (14/6/2015) when I tried to contact my business partner . Aircel service provider showing acc. bal. 00, due to which I couldn't contact and hence their was loss in my buseness..
                                      imidiatly I tried to contact with customer service, but their is no support, only machine replay..
                                      please do the need full action, so that other customers may not suffer ..

                                      As per the system check, the balance got deducted total Rs.30.46+89.54=120 for making outgoing call to this (sample number:- 90049#####, 93781#####, 90354#####) from 6/2/2016 at 11:17:00 AM to6/8/2016 at 12:57:12 PM, before DA balance Rs.120 & after DA balance Rs.0.00, (call charges deducted as per "BASE RATE" 0.2.5p), call duration 1405 sec. and Rs.89.54 for using GPRS in 2G connectivity (usage 05.7316 MB) from 6/6/2016 at 3:28:22 PM to 6/6/2016 at 6:30:08 PM, before DA balance Rs.89.62 & after DA balance Rs.0.08, after crossed free data balance then charges from DA account, so DA balance chraged as per default charges of GPRS rate as 15p/10KB .So charging found correct.
