[Resolved]  Aircel Mobile Company — call cut during talk and network is very bad in my area and customer care not give satisfying answer

this is Amitava chowdhury, from 88, baburbag, burdwan, panchanuntala, burdwan, west bengal=713104, want to lodge complaint against my aircel connection that whenever i do call somebody or if someone call me then the line is cut in between my talk and here in my locality the network is very, very bad and also the customer care is not give any satisfying answer.

It is important that i have check my mobile and the mechanics told me that my mobile is ok and fine technically and i know it is the network problem of aircel mobile.

So, i request you to take step against my problem as soon as possible or in between tomorrow or i will take harsh step against it but still i belief aircel company so that i lodge the complaint before take any harsh step and i belief that you will take to solve the problem by tomorrow, thank you

hi this is devanand from dhanbad, sijua.i have rechared with 59 rate cutter before 2 weeks but still i am not getting facility of that rate cutter.i talked to customer care but i am not satisfied with them and he did not solved my problem so it is request to u to solved my problem and returned my money.
My no.[protected] is of Samba (Jammu) running in roaming chandigargh but presentlyservice is totally stopped while i talked to customer care and so many persons of Aircel office but i am not get any solution with them and he did not solved my problem so it is request to u to solved my problem .
hello sir there was no aircel network tours in andhra pradesh in srikakulam so please put tours and expend your network sir please do this i am waiting for aircel network please give reply to my e_mail id
sir in delhi circle specially in N.C.R area such as ghaziabad, noida the aircel mobile company is not provided the full satisfaction to the customer because there is worst signal connectivity of aircel.
plzzzzzzz the network is too bad even in mumbai central (dombivili west). plzzzz do something my it is the life time card and other all things are just excellent but only bad network.

hi i m hitesh from agra i m not with ur all service many times i face gprs prob, hello tunes prob, network problem but i did not satisfied with ur any customer care exu., shame on ur company its a big deal to maintain a company but ur are unable to do anything.
Ur logos is looking gud...bt as a citizenand Designer there is no company looking on that logo...i[censored] don't mind as soon as possible..change the logo...and try to get a gud logo looking as a company...

this is Ravi kant sharma from lanka, varanasi(U.P), want to lodge compliant against my aircel connection that whenever i call anybody mainly on aircel network line is disconnect during talk and your network in varanasi is very bad even your gprs is start many times. many times i talk to customer care, always give me information your problem will solved within 48 hours but from 2 months. so problem is still remain.

Hi this is tarun kanti das from Kolkata. My Aircel No is [protected]. [protected] and [protected]. After a 03 months continous trying at last I register my no i.e. [protected] for NDND facility on[protected] which have a Registration No: V[protected]. The customer care executive assure me that within 48 hours al promotional calls and messages from the AIRCEL company will be stoped and within 45 days I will be registered for NDND, then no unwanted call will be received. But after 4 or 5 days I again start receiving calls and sms from the company continiously. Then I lodge a complaine which no is 1-[protected].
But there is no soluation. I am receiving the calls & sms from the company continiously.
Today when I tried to contact the customer care executive about the matter they didnot help me at all and they cut off the line.
IS the company following the Rules & Regulation of TRAI.
For the other two nos i.e. [protected] and [protected] I till can't register my no for DND Service even after send mesage as START DND to 1909, calling 1909 and calling the Customer care Executive.
I have faced several problems with this AIRCEL service provider. I have registered do not distrub on 31.12.09 by their outlet person and as per norms that should be stop within 45 days. But it is not so smooth. I am being distrubbed regularly and again called their customer service on 19.02.10 and got a no. and the person told the calling and sms will stop within 48 hours. But still i am getting the pain. Another problem they are activating dialer tone with their own interest and not against my request and taking my balance. Its a shame for this company and I found no justice against my complain several times. I will go to another service provider and this sim i will kept for incoming calls only. They are the big cheater and beaware of them.
