Hey, what happening there at aircel. There is a call from aircel customer care and tell an offer for aircel postpaid. And then they come and collect my id proof and give number but that sim is in "SIM REG FAILED" this is 3rd time fro me still there is no action. Worst service..

    My numbers were disconnected in Jan 2012 after my interaction with the Area Sales Manager they were reactivated and again they were disconnected in the month of Feb 2012 without any intimation, I filed a complaint with customer care and nodal officer, they were reactivated in about 4 days time. Once again today at around 7pm they are deactivated. Why is Aircel playing these games ??? Is it because I pointed out the deficiency in the sales team taking documents and not submitting it at the concerned office ???? Is it because I wanted them to account for my submitted documents which can be misused to take another number???? How can a service provider activate the numbers without submission of documents??? So is it logical that a few days after activation you ask me for a new set of documents ???? I really feel that someone at Aircel is playing games with the customer which needs to be probed.

    Hello, I am customer from Khanapur Taluka.Dist: Belgaum.
    I have purchased Aircell simcard from belgaum and i stay in khanapur. The problem is that their is no Aircell network in Khanapur. Its last 1 month i have got sim card, but its not in use.

    So plz i want to know when your aircel network will be available in khanapur area. Plz reply... . ..
    I think you should visit the nearest Aircel store in your area and put forward this question, its strange that there is no network for a month in an entire area.. visit an Aircel store and get a network check done for your area, or get your sim card checked once..
    I have bought new aircel preapaid sim.and I use it but when I enter my house there is no network.so I cant use internet when I am at home.
    Did you check with other connections or if they also behave in the same way at your house or it is only with Aircel.

    AirCell — NETWORK PROBLEM

    I am the resident of Rajahmundry , recently I Portable my number through Number Portability shheme from Idea to Aircell since 2 months I giving complaints to Aircell authorities but not take any care. There is a voice break and call droping. Hence I tell the Rajahmundry People not face the same problem what I am facing.

    The network complaint for the mobile no [protected] was informed to the above said dealer for the past 60 days,but there is no response taken by them,and reacting lethargically.

    am used tatadocomo. he worst of worst . maine internet recharge kiya and use kiya and he diducted my balance daily 1 rupees. I am called customer care he told daily rental for internet using. am screeming on tatadocomo [protected]

    I Dr. P. Venkata Chalapathi, residing in the premises of S.V. Vedapatasala, Dharmagiri, Tirumala. I am using Aircel connection from 2 years with good signal, even some times network problem arises it was rectified by them. Recently form 15 days, I am not getting signal of Aircel in my residing place. As usual when I contact to Customer Care they are not responding properly besides saying the process of portability. As a citizen, every person has right to choose the Mobile operator who provides good signal with suitable talking tariff etc. As such, I decide to use Aircel only and I am not interested in portability. Even after talking to Appellate Authority, he is also suggesting me for portability.

    In this connection, I am submitting why Aircel is playing with their customers. When I called to Appellate Authority, he is saying that due to some business and technical problem we are unable to provide the signals. In Andhra Pradesh, Aircel withdraws its signal in many districts without notice causes many people suffering with loss of signal and their balance amount also. There is no proper answer from customer care. No directions/instructions were given from their authorities to customer care people. Hence, they are telling the process of Portability to all the Aircel customers.

    In my case, full signal is available at Tirumala. Dharmagiri is a place of about 3kms from Tirumala is not getting signal. When I asked the same the Aircel is not giving proper answer. I am asking the Aircel authorities is this the distance of 3kms required new tower or the Aircel is not interested to provide signal here. Today because of the high cost of living, every person chooses the less talking tariff mobile operator. Is it the mistake of me to choose the Aircel as my mobile operator?

    Please find the solution in favour to avail the Aircel Signal in Dharmagiri.

    phone shows full network. but data speed is very low not even 60 kbps as a costumercare member of the company told me. worst network, no improvement in network internet service, only tariff prices arw hiked.

      To start with, its a displeasure being with any mobile service providers. Everybody fleeces and takes the customers for a ride. People are cheated. Excess charges, rude behaviour, improper solution, sticking to their point and not ready to listen to customers' woes are a few among many issues I have faced with Aircel.

      This February, I had requested to activate 3g. I called the customer care to confirm and was informed about that I will be in demo period for 2 weeks with a max download data of 250 mb. This was on Feb 11. I, promptly, called the customer care on 25th and asked them to put me on to the 202 pack that has a max download data of 500 mb.

      I got the shock of my life when I saw the bill. I was charged for the data during this demo period. When I called the customer care, I was told that it was their mistake and they would adjust the charges in the forthcoming bills. I informed my bill amount does not cross Rs.400 each month and I have to wait for another 4 months to get this adjusted. I said I would rather not pay the entire amount and just pay for the services alone that I used. The executive took a complaint and in a day or two, I received a call from Aircel informing me that I used the services and I was supposed to pay. The executive says this demo period was applicable only for first time activations and not for second time activations. That was news to me in the first place. The executive said 3g was first activated last April. That was when it stuck and I said, I received a promotional sms from Aircel stating 3g was activated free of cost. Later, when the customer care called me to confirm, I straight away refused saying how can this be activated without even asking me. I told I was not interested in using 3g at that moment and asked them to deactivate it for which they said I have to call another number for deactivating. I asked why should I call when I did not even request for the service.

      No customer in Aircel will have first time activation since If you have a 3g enabled handset, 3g would have been activated already by Aircel. The demo period is an eye wash, just to lure people. Customer care would not inform us about the activation before hand. Why is there no transparency? Cheating customers have become the walk of life.

      The complaint is still active and they are not ready to hear to my woes and want me to pay it. People, beware of Aircel.

              Hello,

              As several time I have complained for unnecessary deduction of aircel service.
              I would like to elaborate this problem because this not the first time I am facing ... It happened on 1st mar 2012, Rs. 17/- was deducted from my account when I checked in the morning (2nd Mar). I have raised it to CC (customer care) with complaint no. SR[protected] (Tanushree Nayak) and she told me that it will be resolved within 48 hrs. Next day I received SMS that the complant has been resolved and then I asked it to CC regarding this but I got unsatisfactory answer and I did not get back the amount (Rs. 17/-) which had deducted from my account.

              Again on 9th Mar 2012 there was deduction of Rs. 30/- happened for "Friends Zone" service which I have never subscribed and it happened at 5:22 PM, Friday. and before that I have not received any call/SMS regarding this service then how can the service has been automatically activated on my number that I am SURPRISED !! and quickly I have complained for this and CC said that the amount will be refunded to you and it happens sometime like this. sunday I received a SMS that the complant has been resolved and then again I asked it to CC regarding this and CC said that It will not refund to you.
              I also contacted to head office, BBSR and the person who has taken my call. he assured me that I will get back the amount which has deducted unnecessaril. Next day I got a call from CC regarding the complaint that " Mam, I just want to know what happened... and I was let him know everythng in details and after that he told me that you will get back your amount to your account within 48 hrs.
              But it gone above 1 week and response from any of the ... and even I didn't get back the amount as of now.

              And specially whenever I recharged above Rs. 100/- it happens surely .. WHY ??

              Kindly take into your consideration and resolve.

              Aircel prepaid account — unnecessary deduction of balance

              I am a prepaid account holder of Aircell with number [protected]. an amount of Rs.60 was unnecessarily deducted from my prepaid account. I have opted service of song for a ring tone when i saw the message free of cost. But Rs.60 was deducted unnecesarily. please credit the same.

                My name is Major Kulashekar Sundhar Pandiyan and I have applied for an Aircel postpaid connection. With great difficulty and after more than a week, my connection no. [protected] was activated in Feb 2012 after I personally travelled all the way to the Aircel Main Office at Bahu Plaza in Jammu from Kathua, the place where I'm presently posted, to clarify all the doubts that your staff had, along with your legal officer. On 16 Mar 2012, I get a message saying that my connection will be barred in the next 24 hrs due to non compliance of DOT guidelines. I later get a call from [protected] from a female stating that she's calling from Aircel Call center conveying the same message. On enquiring what the problem was and what documents I had to provide again, I was put on hold and after some time, I was told to submit my Proof of Identity and Address to the Kathua Aircel Center. On making this documents, I went to the Kathua Aircel Center, where I was then informed that I have to provide four Passport size photos again. I came back and called the Aircel Call center and spoke to Miss Sonia and again clarified if anything else is to be given and I didn't get any clear reply. On asking to speak to a superior/supervisor, I was told that no one was available. On asking for the Aircel Jammu Main office contact number, I was told that they didn't have it. Personally, I feel that a little hard to digest. I would like to know how you expect me to keep providing documents and photographs without having a clear idea as to what was wrong the first time. I would be grateful if you could please tell me what the error was in the initial documents and what exactly is to be provided so that the continuous trips to all your offices can be minimized and this problem can be resolved at the earliest.

                  I purshased a AIRCEL device with a 3G SIM costing Rs 1800.00 on and got the connection from 1st Feb 2012. Nos are ICCID:[protected],IMSL:[protected] , MSISDN:[protected], PIN1:0000 , PUC1: 60007410, PIN2:0000, PUC2:20957360 .
                  I first recharged with Rs307.00. Assured sevice was 1GB download with one month validity and 1GB per month for next two months on recharge of any denomination in these two months. But nothing such has happened. Instead on recharge I got 3G data volume mixed with 2G. Not to speak of 1GB data volume as assured. Further the company does not provide proper information on message alert of recharge.

                  Right from the beginning of application submission I was denied proper service by the agent concernd and then the COMPANY itself. I am utterly disappointed.

                    B'coz of gratituous bal deduction and network problem i hav been trying to switch to other mobile network, without losing my no.,
                    but Aircel is not giving me that unique port no. for mnp, after sending sms on 1900 and havng chat with aircel customer representatives..havnt got "unique port no. for mnp" yet.
                    Aircel is lootng the customers wenevr i refill my no. with bal they make illegitimate deduction and their customer service is pathetic.

                    This is PM GANESH KUMAR from trichy , tamilnadu .
                    Since I had an aircel mobile network connection , I am facing a lot of difficulties and disturbances like poor network comeations, unwanted messages,caller tune calls,worst customer care etc .
                    So I decided to change my network using MNP , I have sent a lot of complaint and request to changemy network , but yet now they are not sending the code for MNP .
                    Whenever I called their customer care , they say that they never received any request and they advise me to try again and again . For about 6 months I am trying to get the code . I am not getting any of my problems fixed . They are the worst network providers!
                    When I walked into their office they said that they have sent a mail to get that code .
                    I am sure that these people are exploiters and they try to keep their customer as long as they could , and exploit them as much as they could ..

                      Wondering why theey blame people as Aircel is giving best customer support, our
                      experiences its really worst service in thee market no proper response.Please don't
                      trust theem.

                        My no. [protected] is registered in NCPR and I want to deregister it.I have requested many times to aircel customer care to deregister my no. from NCPR and they told me that now my no. is deregister from NCPR but it is not.My no. is still register in NCPR.

                        When i send sms as STOP to 1909 it says you are not register in NCPR with us.
                        But when i check my no. on nccptrai.gov.in , i found that my no. is still register in NCPR.

                        What should I do ?

                        Aircel is really a bad company. My number [protected] was registered for DND two weeks ago but I'm still getting promotional SMS from AIRCEL itself. It also barred me to de-register / change option as i wanted to have sms from Banks etc so tried to Stop 6 but it says i can't change option till 3 months.

                                i am holding Aircel post paid connection for more than 5 years. In the last month Mobile Bill, i identified an amount of Rs 170+ have been debited towards WAP services. I am accessing Internet through my WIFI connection so there is no requirement of separate Internet connection in my mobile and also i haven't received any intimation for the activation nor any information when i connected WEB for accessing Internet.. I raised the complaint and got the response that the charges cant be reversed. I would like to cancel my connection and pay all excess amount however i am not interested to pay the WAP bill which got debited without my knowledge. Kindly assist me in resolving my complaint.

                                    Aircel is not giving internet GPRS facility even I have recharged for one month GPRS plan. I have been calling the cutomer care people of aircel for last one to enable the service. They are saying hundreds of excuses like technical problems and their enabilities. I have paid the money by recharging thir GPRS plan. But they are not providing the service after may payment. The mobile companies must stop these kinds of cheating to poeple. The government and other agencies are enactive. The money and musscle power only works here. Aircel have deducted my available mobile balance amounts many times. They are number one fraud company. When I generally talked with my friends I have heard many stories that Aircel people played with everybody. Hope the Government can do some sort of efforts to stop these kind cheatings from mobile companies. I lost 30 Rs. few months ago and when I aproached the aircel people, they simply said that that was deducted against my cricket score subscription charge. I personally dont like cricket, and do not even watch any cricket match. The aicel customer person simply said that I have activated some cricket score subscriptions. Once I lost 15 rupese the very next day when I recharged for 20 rupees. The aircel was telling that they deducted the money against the cost of caller tunes. I never tried for any other usages from my mobile than calling and internet browsing via GPRS. The experience from the aircel customer care representatives are too horrible. They are always out of reach and playing their advertisment talks every time. Even if we got connected with customer care member, they all are unaware about all things related to aircel.

                                    I bought a postpaid member of aircel network. My Number is [protected].i submitted my all valid doucument and 500 rupess .that time ur operahouse branch(mumbai) ppl did not responsed.they kept asking to come back agian and agian.more then 5 times i went to fill up the form .then on saturday they fill up my form give me sim card told me ur cell is activet with in hr.(amit mody).on sunday mr jignesh doshi called up just that ur cell is going to active with in hr.monday i callback to mr jignesh he just pick up and after listening my name and voice he dissconted my callseveral times.after i went to operahouse branch i called up mr jignesh in front of azif(branch manager) agian he cut my call .then mr asif attend my complaint he assured me that with in 1hr he activate my no but he also failed too.evenin. my no is still nt workin..

                                      Despite Faridabad being one of the vast NCR cities, Aircel has still not been able to enhance their reception or network coverage. Their customer service people are pathetic. They have no sense to speak to the customers. They have no 3G coverage. Worst ever GPRS speeds i have experienced so far. They are the worst. I would prefer switching over to Vodafone or Airtel than to continue with Aircel. I am writing this with utmost frustration. Not only Faridabad, Its Gurgaon as well, where they have the same condition. shame on you aircel.... You guys have got the worst Telecom service so far. I was so happy using Vodafone. I made the biggest mistake by switching over to Aircel...

                                      Aircel — Bad Signal Reception in Certain Areas of the City

                                      Sir,
                                      I would like to inform you about the bad Signal Reception in Some Parts of our city. I use a Prepaid Connection From Aircel,which provides pretty decent service in most parts of our city,excluding some areas like Steel Township : B-Zone, Bidhannagar : Sector 2B. These are the 2 areas where signal and coverage is very bad resulting in frequent disruption of calls which is of much inconvenience. It is my earnest request to you to look into this matter and take necessary actions as soon as possible.
                                      Aircel is cheating their customers by saying excuses like technical difficulty. I have paid 97 Rs. GPRS plan after seeing their offer of 59 days validity. They sacks the money and cut the net connection to my mobile. Not only the aircel all of the mobile companies are introducing new and new tricks in the form of offer and plans to loot our money. The aircel customer care people are most useless people in the world. The mobile companies like aricel loots crores of money from thousands of people daily. No one worst service and robbery from fraud mobile companies like aircel.
                                      Aircel is frauds. beware all Aircel users, They will sell your personal details to anybody for advertisement purpose. There after you can not switch ur mobile due to useless advertisement calls. Aircel sell third party ads through users mobiles. They are real money robbers of mobile world.

                                        Aircel cheat customers with GPRS 97 recharge plans and offers.
                                        Unfortunately I was aircel customer for last few years. I mainly use aircel for GPRS purpose as I am an IT professional. I used to recharge GPRS 97 packages as they announces unlimited internet usage for 30 days from the recharge. I have been using the 97 package of Aircel of internet access for more than last one year. Now I looks down upon on me because I have already referred many of my relatives and friends to use Aircel GPRS 97 package as they announce unlimited internet usage within 30 days from the recharge.
                                        Last time I got an offer sms from Aircel [censored] network saying I can get 59 days validity for my internet usage instead of 30 days for 97 GPRS recharge.
                                        I recharged for Aircel 97 GPRS package on 31st January 2012 expecting uninterrupted internet for 59 days validity. After 30 days on 1st March 2012 when I was checking mail, I lost net connection and found they deducted all of my available talk time balance amounts of my mobile. When I tried to call their customer care, it was not connecting the call due to insufficiency in balance. Now a days these [censored] mobile companies charges money for their [censored] customer care executives. I recharged for 50 rupees and contact them on the number 121. When I made the complaint about the exclusion of offer they have announced, that aircel executive promised me that the issue will be sort with in 24 hours and the offer will be given and deducted amount will be credited back to my account.

                                        The very next morning when i browsed on my mobile using aricel gprs, found that cut the money remained in my aircel mobile.
                                        I called their customer care number many times till noon and I got a fellow to speak afternoon. He informed me that there was some technical issue due to their 3g up gradation work, and it will take 72 hours to solve my issue and they will credit back all my lost amounts.
                                        I called them after 72 hours then they said that they did not solved all issues and will be completed on 5th March. They send me an sms saying they my problem will completely solved on 5th March 2012.

                                        I was not able to use net on 5th, and I lost many emails, spend 70 to 120 rupees for going internet cafe for getting work updations and report sending to my clients. On 5th March when I talked to the aircel customer support executive, he said that by night 12 'O clock, they will solve all problems and credit all of the amount they cut from my account.

                                        I again called the [censored] Aircel customer care on 6th as they did not solved the issue. Even the [censored] aircel customer care were out to reach on 6th March 2012. When I got them on 7th, one fellow named Reynold said that all the issues are about to clear and will complete on mid night 7th March.

                                        Till 8 March 2012 Thursday, nothing was done from the aircel [censored]ers. They proved 100 times that they cheat their customers. I really shame one me for using and recommending the aircel network for my many of my friends.

                                        Lastly i reached in conclusion myself that they are even about to change their brand name to [censored] Aircel networks.

                                        Most of the mobile networks of India are cheaters and they sell customer details and numbers to their party ad publishers. They sends their dirty product selling adds and links to our mobiles. These [censored]es may start their business by selling their close blood relatives.

                                        When we are in busy works they send call with useless songs. They secretly cut our mobile balance and secretly activating useless features like caller tones, astrology, their crafty talk time offers, their roaming offers, STD and ISD offers.

                                        Aircel — cheating customers with unlimited gprs

                                        aircel is cheating customers with their plan o[censored]nlimited gprs at 14rs for 3days and 97rs for 30days, they are saying that they provide speed of 28-42KBps speed and they are only providing speed of 1-3KBps...speed really slow and most of the times its not loading any page...please do any thing to stop this cheating by aircel ....this is not the situation just in kerala ..its all india problem..every time when we call to customercare they will say that we have forwarded a complaint to concerned department..
                                        Its strange my friend because I get a pretty good speed with my AIrcel gprs. Have you tried resetting the gprs settings on your handset???
                                        Aircel is number one fraud company. Most of the mobile phone companies are looting the customers money. Aircel cheats people by cutting the mobile balance and worst services. They lanched 3G many months ago and still says the technical escuses fir 3G works.

                                        As per my earlier complaints and the follow up by your sales team my numbers were reactivated and I was under the assumption that the issue has been resolved.

                                        My number 9***** *401 & 9******409 were again deactivated today at around 7:00 pm with any notice or information, initially I thought that it was a network problem but an hour later when I tried to manually select the network I got a list of networks but aircel denied access, The message displayed on the screen was "NO ACCESS".

                                        I would like to know why these two numbers are being singled out ??? Was it a mistake on my part to go on to Aircel network ???

                                        This is the third time in three months i am facing this problem with Aircel.

                                        I just hope that this issue with Aircel is not a monthly problem, an exercise that I have to undergo each month.
                                        Now it happy to see that the company Aircel has at the end.
