For the past 12 hours my number not in use without my knowledge service provider fail to provide information....
Even after bill paid they are not realizing my line for the past 4hours
.
After cancellation of CRBT( CALLER TUNE) they are charging me every month bill, if ask they are saying that it wont reflect in the next month bill, we will repay the amount in the next month bill, but nothing happen, they again & again it was reflecting in my mobile. Even customer care they are treating very badly.
I stop paying my bill for taking my complaint as serious, but they keep on calling for paying the bill, but no response for my complaint.
Because of this issue i fail to get the payment from my client, because of communication gape...
