my tarrif plan was per second billing and i am charged by per minutes. after this i costumer care told me to recharge with 1 rupee and the tarrif will change. after recharge there was no effect on tarrif. yesterday they send me message of recharger with 12 rupees and the tarrif will be change to 1/2 second billing. after this also my tarrif is same. please solve my problem.

      Hello,

      I am really get panic for Aircel service plan because they displaying something and providing somethingelse.
      This happened on 24/04/2012 (05:52 PM) I got SMS saying
      " Special STV kebala apananka painee. Recharge karantu matra 51 tanka abon samasta Local A2A calls karantu matra 1.2p/6 secs re abon Anya Local calls matra 1.2p/3 secs,Val- 90 days "
      And recharge @ 10:20 PM at the same day.
      Next day early in the morning I called to one of the aircel number to knowing whether the tarrif plan is really activated or not.
      I called for 0:05 secs and it was showing call rate 5.00 INR for the last call duration then I contacted to the head office (Fortune Tower, BBSR) Customer care said that your tariff plan has been acivated even you also get 5000 secs as a promo balance (to any local call) and there will no deduction from your main account untill your promo balance is zero. I said ok .

      But now my concern is for 26/04/2012 when I checked my balance at 2:30 it was Rs 55/- (main account) and I called on an around 3:15 PM for 25 mins after that there is Rs 12/- of deduction from main account even I have not used the full 5000 secs yet.
      Because I calculate the entire call durations from 24/04 to 26/04/2012 and it was only 3863 secs still I am supposed to use 1137 secs.
      So where is that ?????
      Suddenly I contacted to Customercare at 04:26 PM (26/04) and let him know everything in details but he replied casually like " Mam what SMS you got that I don't know but your call rate will be charge 0.72p/min Local call and about the Rs 51/- power plus that is only under some specific network not for you.
      I was surprised !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I really want to know --- why Aircel service provided such kind of fake SMS to the customer once they recharge that PP they will be surprise and this first time for me even few days back I suffered for the unnecessary deductions ....

      Why Why Why ????? why every time the customers are facing these kinds of issues like me ??

      I would like to request to resolve the followings
      1.) Rs 12/- Credit back to my account
      2.) 1137 secs as promo balance also to my account

      Hopefully the Aircel service will not harrasing me further.

        Hi,

        I bought an aircel SIM on 24th April, 2012 7 PM. The dealer said the SIM would be activated right away. But it is not activated until now, 26th April, 2012 12:30PM. The irony is that I asked the shopkeeper to give me the SIM of company which has the best coverage and I did not get coverage till now. I am very disappointed with Aircel now. Please resolve this issue ASAP.

        SIR,

        I bought a new SIM no . ([protected]) on 2/05/2015 and Either it has not been activated till now even after 72 hours or Incoming calls are barred.

        I want you to look into this matter and resolve it asap . I want it to be activated, if not and Incoming calls should be allowed if not till now. In a Online query i found the no to be registered with S Tel operator, i want you to look into this too.

        Please resolve my issues soon.

          For the past 12 hours my number not in use without my knowledge service provider fail to provide information....

          Even after bill paid they are not realizing my line for the past 4hours
          .
          After cancellation of CRBT( CALLER TUNE) they are charging me every month bill, if ask they are saying that it wont reflect in the next month bill, we will repay the amount in the next month bill, but nothing happen, they again & again it was reflecting in my mobile. Even customer care they are treating very badly.

          I stop paying my bill for taking my complaint as serious, but they keep on calling for paying the bill, but no response for my complaint.

          Because of this issue i fail to get the payment from my client, because of communication gape...

            I have applied for mobile number portability to convert my Idea number into Aircel. I have generated my unique porting code and submitted with all documents at Aircel Gallary in Nashik, Sharanpur Road branch on 7 Apr 2012. Same day they gave me one sim card. After that I haven’t got any updates on this, I was waiting 8 days. I called to customer care. They told me to solve this contact to Aircel gallery where you submitted documents. So I went there and asked them. They replied me it will take some more days, please wait. As well as I posted same issue on Aircel website also. But still I haven’t got any updates on this. Expiry date of my unique porting code was 22 Apr 2012. As per my understanding maximum 15 days are enough to change the provider. My mobile no is: [protected]

            I buy this AIRCEL number ([protected]) on 31/12/2006, Then laterally, I am not satisfied from their service, Because of worst customer care service, But i never change this number because,I have more contacts from this number, So i will continued with this number from past 4years,Recently the mobile number portability service will come,So I think this is the good time to change other network with this number,Then i go to the nearest mobile shop on 23/01/2011, I will applied to change other network (AIRTEL),the mobile shopkeeper done all (MNP)process for my number,and also they gave new AIRTEL sim card to me,Then three days later a conformation call from AIRCEL, They asked more details collect from me,then more than 15 days network doesn't change,Several times i call to the AIRCEL customer care centre,But i have no response from their customer care center,Then once again i will applied to MNP on 08/02/2011,But still the network doesn't change,and also I have no response from AIRCEL customer care centre,Please take any action against this complaint,Because I lose 40 rs for this process.and 2 times i gave my proof for this process. and also PLEASE DON'T IGNORE THIS COMPLAINT

            On 22.3.2011 I applied for porting my mobile No.[protected] from Aircel to Tata Docomo.
            The Aircel has rejected my request stating that I have not completed 90 days creteria which statement is beyond truth. My above Aircel No was activated by it on 23.10.2009 and I am with Aircel since then. The said company has rejected my MNP on false grounds. I need justice.

            I am from Kerala.Last Sunday i submitted application with full documents to port my Reliance Mob number to Aircel at ur outlet which situated at Focus Mall Cailcut.They gave me a Sim (No:[protected]) which is in inactive mode.I got a conformation message on 07/04/2011 stating that the porting will start start @ 11.46 pm 07/04/2011.but i am very sorry to say that My number as well as ur sim are still in inactive mode.Ur sim doesn't showing any range or ur company's name.Today i called 5 times to ur customer care center.Very cleverly they are avoiding me.Plz help me .I don't need ur service.I only want my number back.So plz take necessary action.otherwise i will be force to take legal actions against ur company.I am posting this complaint on 09/04/11.
            Total 14 cat lls to customer care centre and two mails to Nodal officer.but no result
            As I request to change my network from Aircel to BSNL.But Aircel Service provider did not approving for changing my network.Unique PORT ID is DT895858.I got a message stating that mobile portability has rejected by your service provider due to UPC mismatch

                  Aircel Company is recruiting goons and illiterate executives for the retention department and do not purchase any services from Aircel Company.

                  I don't know why those people are doing like this ? I am having dogler with No. [protected], that instrument doesn't work in all areas especially in Domalguda Area. While they are selling the instrument they simply bluff the customers and sell it for heavy amount.

                  When it comes to service I raised about complaints several times. I did not get any services from them apart from that the main problem with Aircel is Signals coverage. You never get connected their customer care by mistake if connected the call never completes because of signal problem.

                  While I am calling almost ten times the calls were dropped. For the last 2 months I never used the services.

                  One of their goon Mr. Sanjay Kumar - [protected] he was tell as a manager of Aircel Company demanding money from the customers by threatening them without giving any official confirmation about the discounts and settlement.

                  I already gave a police complaint on this issue. If we want to discuss with managers that will easy to close the issue. How can we deal with such kind of goons.

                      My demo number is [protected] from chennai (poonamallee area near sannerkuppam).. And I have gave a complain regarding to change my demo tariff to an new tariff which has provided to all other numbers but they dint yet changed to my number in the call rates of aircel to aircel 10p,other mobil 30p and daily free 200 messages local and national... I got message from aircel today that i.e., dear customer, your concern as per reference number 1-[protected] has been resolved on 19/4/2012. Please call 198 to know detail..so i contacted and asked for the detail they are telling that im already in demo plan only and they are not giving proper response regarding this and they are not changing the tariff of my aircel demO number.. Please give a response and change my demo tariff. And im even suffering alot problem in internet of very slow 2G internet service.. I last recharged of rs.98 for internet pack and its too too too slow internet i have ever seen. Please give me the new tariff plan and change my demo tariff to new tariff it as soon as possible and solve the 2G internet problem also... Im very satisfied with aircel but regarding this problem im not satisfied with aircel and even with aircel demo sims.. I kindly request you to get me rid from these problems...

                      sir, maine apna no. jo ki ([protected]) aircel company ka hai 10th dec ko 11 rs ke tariff se krwaya aur tb unke plan ke according ATOA 10pasa/min charge tha but after few day plan chage kar diya gaya aur mera bhi plan bhi change kar diya gaya jo ki right nahi h…….so plz help me.

                              Im suffering a big problem with 2g gprs.. Even it my demo card which use to be distributed to retailers and in that number my aircel to aircel call rate are going 30p per min but instead other demo number gives aircel to aircel 10p per min... Aircel to other mobile it costing 50p per min for me but in other demo cards aircel to other it costing 30p per min.. In my munber local and national are not free i need to put sms booster but in other demo cards there is free sms.. Regarding this i had gave my number to distributors to change the tariff but replied that they had provided the number in aircel company for the tariff change but i still dint yet got on my new tariff.. All other numbers has been changed to new tariff but why they dint change my number to the new 10p tariff.. Please change my aircel demo card number into new tariff.. Regarding this i had contacted many times to customer carrs and even the assistance but there is no proper reply and no changes in internet service and as well as the call rate services And please resolve me this gprs problem and democard call rates and sms free problem soon and please me a feedback regarding this as sooon as possible...!!!                               By when My aircel number will get to that new demo tariff i.e.aircel to aircel 10p, aircel to other mobile 30p, local and national message free and 2g internet problem??? By when it will get resolve?
                              Till now i dint yet got any response or feedback or call from customer care on my number about the resolution of my problems...
                              My demo number is [protected] from chennai (poonamallee area near sannerkuppam).. And I have gave a complain regarding to change my demo tariff to an new tariff which has provided to all other numbers but they dint yet changed to my number in the call rates of aircel to aircel 10p, other mobil 30p and daily free 200 messages local and national... I got message from aircel today that i.e., dear customer, your concern as per reference number 1-[protected] has been resolved on 19/4/2012. Please call 198 to know detail..so i contacted and asked for the detail they are telling that im already in demo plan only and they are not giving proper response regarding this and they are not changing the tariff of my aircel demO number.. Please give a response and change my demo tariff. And im even suffering alot problem in internet of very slow 2G internet service.. I last recharged of rs.98 for internet pack and its too too too slow internet i have ever seen. Please give me the new tariff plan and change my demo tariff to new tariff it as soon as possible and solve the 2G internet problem also... Im very satisfied with aircel but regarding this problem im not satisfied with aircel and even with aircel demo sims.. I kindly request you to get me rid from these problems...
                              No responce from aircel.. They said that they will clear my problem and they will change my demo tariff today by 3 pm but they dint yet changed i called customer care and they said they will transfer my call to higher executives specialist and tel them to change and they will surely change for you and the executive transferrd my call to higher, it was giing a recorded tune that please hold on line nearly i was hold on call for 30 mins but they dibt atten my call and automatically the call ha got disconnected... Aircel is worst company, they never do the thing they promise to do and also the customer care is giving no response..

                                am having a prepaid connection in Aircel Network and the no is [protected] since 2006. I have recharged the rate cutter for the value of Rs 99/- on 11-Apr-2012.
                                But after my recharge, no call was charged with the above criteria and all the calls made by me was charged as 1paise per second with service tax as a regular tariff except one call made by me on 11-04-12. I have made a call to the customer service no 121 of Aircel service on 15-04-12 and the person who was replied with my query with so much arrogant. Initially one person had talked with me very roughly without saying his name and
                                just transferred the call to other person named Mr Selvam. I had clearly informed that I will register a complaint against you as you people are misbehaving with the customers. He is not at all worried about that complaints and he had replied me that you do as you wish we don't care about it. Even after the call made to the customer service no, the rate cutter is not activated and still the charges have been made as per the regular tariff i.e., 1 paise per second.

                                Please take this as a serious issue and take necessary action against this operator to not to behave like this and all the extra deducted money in my account to be reimbursed with immediate effect.

                                All my concern is that they are replying like this way to a person like me and what about the persons who is less educated and poor.

                                Please intimate the service provider that there are many ways to earn money and not to suck the blood of a common man like this way.

                                I had sent mail to the nodal officer and the complaints team of AIRCEL on 16-04-12 and still they are arguing that they were deducted with correct tariff. Kindly request them to provide me the itemised bill from 11-04-12 to till date for my verification.

                                  My Mobile No.[protected]. The service provider enabled cricket updates through SMS without my permission and Deducts 50 paise / SMS. When I checked with them they are telling it will be disconnected within 24 hours, but still one week the same reply they are giving the alerts are not stopped for every alert they are deducting 50 paise / SMS Daily they are sending 2 to 3 SMS.

                                    dis is a cell no;[protected], which is disturbing by calling, plz take a strict action
                                    I had activated DND service on my mobile three months back, but i still recieve both messages and calls from Aircel, It is disturbing me and I do not want any calls and messages.
                                    I have the same complain against with Aircell. This company is sending massage again and again after have registered.

                                    I think this company does not have qualified employee or does not have proper communication among them self except minting money.

                                      hi i am used aircel mobile. i have recharge shop in my town.aircel office tell one complaint there is no response to tak any action. and bending for amount two or three days for ec-recharge amount.so no one take straight correctly in office.here the office is PANRUTI.The customers are distrubed.so, please take an immediate action.

                                        I had recharged my aircel mobile with pocket internet Rs98 they had deducted my amount but recharge got failed as per aircel return policy "amount will be returned in 5 working days" they had not returned. my bill desk number is MCIT[protected]

                                        on 14 april i had recharged my mob amount 258 two times both the times my amount is deducted bt again recharge got failed.
