Hello sir/ma'am,
My name is Ankit Makati. I am customer of Aircel(Mobile service provider). I am using Aircel SIM card since last 3 years. I have complaint against Aircel. They are cheating people in pocket internet service(internet service provided by Aircel). When I do recharge for internet on my mobile, Aircel is blocking my internet connection. Means that after taking money they stops internet service on our SIM cards. After paying money we are not getting internet service. I have experienced this thing so many times. So now I am making complaint against Aircel. This is my kind request to you people that please take hard action against Aircel.

    I used pocket internet and used internet. I downloaded games from waptrick.com. Those games were free as stated by that website. But aircel charged me 198 rs for 4 games and told me that the amount will be refunded in 48 hours when i filed a complaint. I waited and the amount wasn't credited. When i contacted again, they told me they can't do anything. Its not them who charged me. Its the website. Please take action on aircel.

      my bsnl phone no.is [protected].many times had gone with me that i was loss my balance without used.so i am very troble to this please help me. and bsnl customer care calls are never connected.try to solve it.
      Dear sir/madam,
      I've been using aircel . My mobile number is [protected]. On[protected], I called the customer service executive for knowing details of RS.5 Pocket internet recharge card. I was told that I can enjoy unlimited browsing for 1 day. So I Recharged my account with RS.5 Pocket internet card on[protected]. I browsed for some time and i saw that i lost my account balance RS.5o. When I contacted the customer service executive , I was told that the Recharge to RS.5 Provides only upto 20MB of browsing. I was disappointed. The sole responsibility for my loss of balance is the executive who told me that the recharge provides unlimited browsing. When I again contacted the customer Service executive, an executive named Geetha attended my call and forwarded my call to a senior officer named Mohana. She told me that she would do me the best and also told me that she took a complaint about my problem and solve my problem within 24 hours. Yet I didn't received any complaint Reference number. When I contacted again on[protected], I was told that no complaint was taken regarding my complaint. I can't do anything. So I need my lost balance again.Otherwise I am going to file a case against the company.

      I am sanmithra.I had an issue with aircel service in recent times.every month I recharge my mobile with rc149 for balance and rc128 for internet. last month I lost my rs.150 balance suddenly. when I called Customer Care for the reason they said It was due to internet surfing. but I have still 100 mb 3g data.

      And now this month again I lost rs.200 and again they say it was due to internet surfing but I have 200 mb 3g data

      no aircel representative is responding properly and disconnecting my call. I went to Aircel office regarding the issue but they are very rude.

        you can correct this error if you are using aircel gprs then right click on my computer choose properties go to harware and click on device manager then click on modems choose your modem and right click on it and choose properties go to advanced tab and write this code with inverted commas AT+CGDCONT=1, "IP", "aircelgprs"
        to increse spped just go to modems tab and increse speed to highest rate
        use apn aircelgprs instead of aircelinternet or anything else

          My name is hemant solanki, I am one of the customer of Aircel. From last 1 year i am using Aircel and it is best in call rate.
          It is so cheapest than other.
          But I had a bad experience with Aircel service. They cut down 28 Rs. from my main account. When i come to know about this i went to Aircel office. And brief them. They replied i have download the song. while i had a free internet. I got a plan of 1.5 GB in 54 Rs. I had not downloaded any single song. i had used just Nimbuzz service. I instist them to refund my balance but they denied. They said their system is showing i had downloaded song but i did not download the song.

          Really it is worst experience with Aircel telecome company. System is wrong and useless.

          This is my kindly request to you pls refund my balance back otherwise i will portability my number to other service provider Also my relatives and friend group are facing this type of problem. I will divert them also in other service provider.

              I had done an online recahrge of Rs. 9 rate cutter on 5th october 2012. The status was successful at that time. But on checking the online recharge status today, I found that the recharge status is failed. But, even after that the amount is deducted from my account and not yet refunded.                 Hi ,

                I purchased internet data card from UNIVERSAL forum mall Kormangala Bangalore on 2nd February.
                My Aircel internet Postpaid data card number is [protected].
                I have received incorrect bill from 2/04/2012 to 1/04/2012.My plan was Rs.305 upto 15th march 2012.I have also paid a bill of Rs 530 on 14th March(due to data exceed limit).I called in customer care on 14th of march for change of plan to Rs.750.After some days for getting confirmation whether my plan was changed to Rs.750 or not I went to customer care office in Kormangala (Bangalore) and they informed me that my plan is still Rs.305 and if I want to change the plan I have to request on 31st of march or 1st April due to billing cycle.
                Later on when I received bill on 2nd April it was UNIMAGINABLE bill of Rs 6761
                So my query is if the plan was not changed to Rs.750(4GB) then how I can get the bill of so much.Also I have not crossed the limit of data .

                I called in customer care and they informed that since your plan was activated in the middle of month so i will be given only 2GB data and that too for 15 days,this is totally unethical.In the plan brochure it is mentioned that Rs.750 for 30 days no where it is written if it is changed in middle of month then we will be given 2 GB data only for RS.750 and that too for 15 days.Customer care guys also informed that I have used Around 2GB and 300 mb data so for 300 mb how can the bill be Rs.6000
                Aircel is charging with whatever rate they want without giving any information
                Looking forward for quick and speedy reply.

                    I have an aircel prepaid no [protected]. Today I got a message for resubmitting my documents and immediately after that my connection was deactivated. I understand that verification/re-verification is an important process for security concerns and we as responsible customers always cooperate. But what is the meaning of immediately deactivating? How do I know that I need to resubmit my documents if nobody informs me?? Once you inform through sms or call you need to atleast give me a days time. I am highly offended by this irresponsible act of yours of immediately deactivating my number as soon as a sms is sent and there has been no information prior to this. There is no mention where to submit documents, as if it is my responsibility to collect addresses for submission. This is pathetic customer care. And the customer care number says that we are upgrading, please call after 6 AM !!!!!

                    I am fully aware of telecom policies and established norms of service provider-customer relations. I thought of immediately submitting going and submitting my documents since remaining connected with people is of prime importance for me. But on second thought this act of customer handling of deactivating without proper notice has questioned my belief on Aircel and I am now contemplating on going to appropriate forums. I expect that at least you will have the courtesy to reply back to this.

                      If i send any sms means, its not going in a first attempt itself, and also i am not getting any sms for a particular time.

                      If i call a customer call means that is also not responding. Its very difficult to communicate, in emergency

                      Aircel Prepaid--Gurgaon — no service/no ability to escalate

                      I took prepaid connection of my number on about April 4th. It is now May 1st, 2009 and STILL NO CONNECTION. All incoming and outgoing is BARREd.

                      I submitted my application and ID proofs and electric bill and gas bill TWICE. The second time these were submitted to Mr. Gaurav Sahai of Aircell office in Galleria Shopping Center, Gurgaon which is their permanent branch office. Still no results.

                      I have called their useless customer care 121, registered complaints. but very poor quality people are handling their business calls. Manager Ms Poonam Goel said she will activate within 18 hours on April 28th. But still no result.

                      I can never reach their managers or anyone.

                      I want money back. Whom to address? There is no law in India for help to consumer. God Help us customers who fall into such traps with such big corporates.
                      This is to bring to your notice that Aircel has no network in Indiranagar.

                      I had purchased an Aircel connection 3 weeks ago. Since then i have not been able use the mobile phone no. [protected].

                      Kindly do the needful.

                      Aircel connection has a lot many attractive offers in kerala but the coverage in poickattussery is so poor. Range is varying throughout...No consistency in coverage. . Sometimes it wont detect the nearest tower but wil detect the distant one. .When u attend a cal de coverage drops down again...These r the salient features of aircel..These problems are faced in karakktukunnu and kurumbakav sometimes while..
                      i am riyas yusuf studying at ilahia college of engineering muvattupuzha. i am the starter customer of this muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. with my friends effort who were working at aircel we build up a good chain of customers . but there are some palces like adivadu and pallarimangalam(last tower shown is kothamangalam town,those above mentioned places are 5 and7 km away from town. there is no network at these places. already i complained around 10 times as e mails and around 150 times as customer care calls. but still we have the problem. ponnurikkaparambu is the place also having the same problem it is at muvattupuzha just after our college.

                      Hi I am from Noida. Recently I purchased iPhone4 from Aircel Store Sector-18, Noida and ported my post paid number from Vodafone to Aircel.
                      I am facing very weak Aircel Network Signal strength and unable to make any call with clear voice. Most of the calls either end up with struggle to listen or fails due to very weak signal. One more thing is worth to mention here is that the signal fluctuates very frequently.

                      Really very upset and frustrated to switch my service provider.

                      Dear Sir I had ported to AIRCEL on 3rd march 2013 and I am facing network problem in my work place from the time I ported to AIRCEL. There is good network for all other service providers but AIRCEL has zero coverage. I spoke to AIRCEL customer service and mailed regarding this problem but I did not get a satisfactory reply from them they say network issue is a time taking process not assuring a solution. I am using my number from past seven years and I am loosing all my contacts just because I ported to AIRCEL. I am helpless now because I cant change my network provider for another 3 months where I would loose all my contacts

                        My name is Arkajyoti Samanta. I’m staying in Bangalore. I purchased a pre-paid Aircel Sim card from a retail shop in R T Nagar, Bangalore . At the time of purchase, I submitted required document with retail shop. Outgoing call facility was debarred. So when I called the customer care of Aircel to restore this facility. Customer care office asked me to again submit document in R T Nagar Aircel Office. I submitted this on 6th April 2012. I sent a mail to Aircel . Text of the mail as follows:
                        Dear Customer Executive,

                        I am from Bangalore.

                        I took SIM no[protected] ten day back..

                        My mobile number is [protected]

                        I submitted my documents and photo while taking this connection 123 plan option. With connection
                        I took Rs 98 package . Without information , my out going call was barred.
                        When I checked with the retailer, he said there is no balance.. I again recharged it. Total amount is Rs 250+
                        is pending balance. As out going call is not there, obviously internet is not working.

                        So I called 121 customer care several times.. After 20 times, I was connected to General customer care.
                        They said documentation is not proper and submit the document again at R T Nagar Aircel Office. Today on 6th April 2012
                        I submitted the document as told.. I was told this will be restored within 2 hours . I did not get any connection.

                        I asked for pocket internet setting as I took a new hand set. This is also not complied.

                        I request to look into this.. If this is not restored in spite of my compliance of all procedures, I will take
                        this matter to consumer forum..

                              Aircel is deducting money from my account without my knowlegde by activating Dialer tune service.
                              On 5 April ,2012 they activate dialer tune without my knowledge and deduct Rs 3 for 3 days and my balance got reduced to Rs 3 +
                              .I registered complaint with them and till now that complaint is not processed, After that I recharge my account, and the next day 6th April,
                              aircel again activate dialer tune and deduct Rs 30 from my account, again i registered another complaint for my balance refund and getting nothing,
                              I am registering this complaint with you for prompt action , so that i get my balance refunded and can do next recharge without any fear of automatic balance deduction

                                Kindly deactivate all services and refund my amount on my no. Otherwise i will have to close your service on all my numbers and switch to some other network because i can't wait to deduct more my from my other numbers.

                                I agree to this complaint. Same thing is happenng with me also. Earlier two times Aircel activated caller tune service and 60+ rupees, Then I stopped recharging th Aircel sim . After that I decided that now I will not recharge more than 10 Rs . Now Aircel is deducting Rs 10 for this music connect service.So I just wanted to disconnect the Aircel Service because whenever I want to call they dedeuct the money & I remain with Rs1 balance. So its better to take the service of any other telecom rather than having Aircel.
                                Dear Sir/Mam,

                                Even I have not subscribed for the Music Connect and right now I am in Chandigarh. I have been charged three times 30 Rs- for the Music Connect in the Month of May, June and July 2012. I have disabled it by talking to a Customer Care Person. But reaching a Customer Care Person is difficult and they don't respond to us(Customers) in a very good manner. There way of speaking is unbearable and if they are not able to answer the customers question. They disconnect the call the next second. I have reached thrice to disable my Music Connect previously. Today in the Morning when I got up with out my prior knowledge the Music Connect got activated and Aircel has deducted 30 Rs- from my prepaid Mobile Account and my Mobile No. is [protected]. Please disable this feature and also refund all those funds which have been taken out from my account. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                                      Aircel customer care helpline is pathetic. people over there have no idea of how to solve a problem & how to talk to a customer who is suffering because of their network problem. incoming & outgoing facility on my cell was barred on 3rd April, eventually outgoing started by the end of the day but incoming was still a problem.

                                      i called the customer care 4 times on 3rd April & 2times on 4th of April but my incoming facility problem persisted. Then a person from the customer care called me & asked how was he able to call me despite having a barred incoming facility. The person at the other end was literally shouting & definitely has no manners to talk to a lady.

                                      I'm not having fun by doing all this but what i know is i am not going to have this network again nor suggest anyone to have this.

                                      I am sure no body at AIRCEL cares about customer and customer care department is dummy with nothing to do except giving false assurance.

                                        I am getting frequent calls from this no.[protected].A woman is using constantly abusive languages gets hyper on my nill reaction.She threatening me that she will kill me.it is a warning only.sometimes when my son picks the phone she talks ill-mannerly and uses some seductive languages as the prostitutes does.I am very disturbed plz help.
                                        yes i agree with you.Some woman from [protected] as telling her name FAQIYA FROM OKHLA is calling me regularly too and using dirty abusive languages because i am her sister in laws friend and she does not want to let remain any of the person who relates with her in laws.She gives constantly blank calls to my husband too and threatened her for life.
