the aircel mobile company deducted my balance of mobile no [protected] for downloading game but actually I have download nothing. So I want my balance back to my account....

My mobile number is [protected],I Had balance of 25 Rs..and the company had activated sport news service without my concern and cut all 25 Rs..When i called customer care for refund my money but they behaved rudely with me and refuse to refund my money.please take action against them....

When I pick up or call him then he started vulgarity also with me.
