my name is sanket, and i am from goa one of the aircel user having internet problem i am using aircel about last 2 years. At starting the aircel internet is good getting good speed of browsing as well as downloading, but last 3 to 4 months aircel downloading speed has gone down getting only about 4 to 5kb only. But staring i was getting at least 20 to 25kb. I don't know what had happen to aircel. PLEASE FIX IT IMMEDIATELY. thank u.

Aircel — SLOW INTERNET SPEED

MY AIRCEL NO IS [protected],I AM USING PACK OF rs.14 ,INTERNET SPEED IS VERY LOW AS COMPARED TO OTHER NETWORK PROVIDERS LIKE AIRTEL AND VODAFONE . ALSO THEY HAVE CUT MY rs. 30 AND TOLD ME THAT I HAVE ACTIVATED VOICE CHAT SERVICE WHILE I HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING
Quite unusual I must say, try talking to the customer care about the net speed problem. On the other hand such activations can happen when you respond to these marketing calls and messages. You can resolve this by getting the DND service registered.

I am an aircel customer from last two months. i am from bangalore. In the first month it was ok.but now a days to get into facebook you have to refresh 5 to 10 times..network sucks, ...
i am getting 1-3kb/s from last 30 days.i called aircel customer care around 50times.but they dont solve my problem.and just cuted the phone some times.now i cant call customer care because my number is conjusted.i just spend money but dont get any help and net speed.my phone number is [protected].

      Dear sir, I have such a bad experience with Aircel gsm mobile company.Its value added services are really bad and pre planned to deduct money and main aim is to earn money without giving exact service and also its customer care excutive are really uneducated by showing mis behaveing attitude towards customer.They disconnect the customer's call without or even don't listen to the customer voice to solve the problem for him. I am really harrased with aircel vas services because these services are not linked to customer satisfaction. I have such a many more experience but now i am telling you one of these bad experience. I am a aircel customer of orissa and my mobile number is [protected]. I have many times activate aircel mou pack by dialing 5300007.Its packs are following type a. 15 minutes at rs5, b. 30 minutes at rs10 c. 50 minutes at rs 15 and at last unlimited minutes at rs 99 by help of which you can able to listen music and set it as your dialer tune according to these above packs.I have many times activate rs 5 and rs 10 pack to listen music for 15 minutes and 30 minutes respectively and upto its fine.But a major drawbacks arises when i activate rs 99 pack. After activation when i call to 5300007 to listen music and set it as my dialer tune. The call gets automatically disconnected in between 1 to 2 seconds on every call and i could not able to listen music to change my dialer tune. Airce deduct rs 99 from my account and giving me such a poor and extremely bad vas service. I think that these type of services are purely made by aircel to create confusion.In other words above 3 types of pack there is a imited time to listen music and after that customer can again subscribe to these pack to listen music therefore its working fine and no disconnection of call but in rs 99 pack there is no limited time and no chance to deduct money again.Aircel has created this type of master plan to forced to the customer to unsubscribe that pack and subscribe again. If aircel not able to solve my problem, i will shift my number to another operator. Therefore i request to the concern authority to look into the matter and do the needful.Thanking you, Biswajit jena

        4 or 5 times actgivating the different package even though we have not activated.And every time when we call customer care people will say after 48 hours issue will be reolved.But many times we are not getting refund which they deducted from our balance and when we call after 48 Hrs they are telling that issue is reolved and its seems its activated from our side only.
        Even same is happened to me..i only lost my money unnecessarily

              When I pick up or call him then he started vulgarity also with me.

                Myself Jaswant Sisodia from Pune and I have took the new connection of Aircel prepaid on 10,Fab. 2012 for GPRS propose only. My Aricel number is [protected]. When i have purchase this sim i have got 30 Rs. as main balance and some GPRS balance so that I can use this number in my Micromax modem so that i can get access to internet on my laptop...and I started this in Modem but on 16 FEb. 2012 or 17 Feb. I have checked my balance it was showen that Rs 22 Rs.( 7 for caller tune renewed and Rs for miss call alert) has been deducted from my account then when i contact to customer care executice they told me that that deduction was happened because i have activated Caller tune service and Miss call alert service from my mobile then I have lodge complain that is 1-[protected] and customer care executive told me that will will get back to you about your complain and will call you on alternative number that is [protected] by 20 Feb. 2012. when i have not received any called from then when i called then they told me that we will not give you rfund of your amount of Rs 22 because both services are activated from my side and they also told me that we already gave you call but you didn't received it. That was feedback from their back office team about deductions

                Now my question is why you Aircel has deducted that amount without informing and when i am already using that number in modem for just for gprs propose how i can activate these services. why you people activated that services forcibly and deducted that amount Rs 22 whn i really don't need it. I am totally fed up with your services and that time i also told to customer care executive to stop that services and they stopped that services and refund about that deductions but they clearly told me that we will not refund you. Now 2 days before agin they have charged Rs 3 for caller tune for 3 days. why aircel is sucking me like this.

                Now totall deductions has been cut are Rs 25 where is my that amount. why Aircel behaving like that and forcibly deducted my that amount when I really don't need that services. So Please refund that amount Rs 25 in my account ASAP otherwise am going to stop your services forever. You people have bad impression on me and behaved rudely......Now I want my that amount Rs. 25 in my Aircel number [protected]. Reply me where is your customer service ? Is that your services you are giving to us? why you did you harassed me ?

                Aircel Prepaid — Cutting of account balance without informing

                Rs. 60 approx. Was deducted from my account balance with out giving any information to me by aircel. After that their customer care dont even receive my call. I am trying to call them for more than 24 hrs but it says that all their customer executives are busy and call after some time.
                "Well your balance cannot be deducted without any reason, there must be some service for which it is charged, try calling the customer care guys again they will help you out.

                    My mobile no : [protected], I’d ported from Airtel to Aircel nearabout 02 months ago with iphone 4. But from the last month I am suffering too much about the unbilled amount. My connection was stopped various times due to unbilled amount. I deposited the said amount by your customer representative but surprisingly after deposit the beyond credit limit amount changes and then again I deposit the same. Now from the last three days my 3G service was stopped ! and your customer executive (121) saying huge usage of internet it crosses the credit limit. But I was in Airtel from last 3 years with iphone but it never happened. I use internet for my mails in iphone mail and some time surfs net. I’m in iphone 4 plan in which some amount wipe out from bill to refund the iphone purchase amount. I tried to view my usage online with “My Account” or “Aircel Self Help Service” but very surprisingly it is saying “Unable to process/retrieve your request now.Please try again” for each & every time. Please do the needful ASAP otherwise I need to change from Aircel.

                            I SK ALI AKHTAR ANJUM having mobile no [protected] . i got message from aircel office that there is a offer on recharge 349 u will get aircel to aircel unlimited free for 60 days and 2GB internet free. after getting message i m recharge on[protected] of rs 349. exactly after 30 days means on[protected] morning when i am talking
                            i see that there is my aircel to airce balance is 3500, it will charges one rupies per minute . after seening this i am calling to the aircel customer care the caustomer executive said there is some problem on free calls from aircel to aircel thats why aircel will give u this amount this amount will become zero after 24hour and u will get the unlimited free service after 24 hour. on[protected] morning when i am start internet aircel will deduct 6 rupies from my main balance after seeing this i am again calling to the aircel customer care and i am asking why aircel deduct my 6 rupies from my main account they said that u have charge for internet on 349 recharge u only get one month internet
                            but 60 days unlimited free this is the secound time customer executive said that u will get the 60 days unlimited free
                            , this problem will solve within 24 hour.

                            BUT on[protected] morning when i am calling to the customer care and asking that why not my unlimited free is updated on my account the executive said new thing that, this offer is unlimited for one month and 2nd month u will get 3500 minutes and one month internet only. after listning this word from customer executive i m saying that why sir aircel will send us the sms for 60 days free they said that this is the offer why you are not asking customer executive before recharge i said that sir on[protected] and[protected] your executive said that it will be update for unlimited free within 24 hour and the aircel to aircel free amount given by aircel it will become zero. what a fake service is given by aircel. i hope sir u will take serious decession on aircel and give rights punishment to aircel .
                            they are cheatig the customers by giveing this types of message . and sir they are also giveing wrong information to the customer . if its not unlimited free for 60 days why they are sending the message kindly sir take serious action on aircel. thank u

                                I am one of the aircell user for 5 years but few days they are charging daily 5Rs for pocket internet becoz I have clicked one link (games, fun & more) I tried to download a new game for my mobile so I clicked that link but when I hit that within 1 sec there was 2 msgs that u have activated south beauty wallpapers & frm that day onwards they are taking 5Rs daily. In three weeks I have lost 105Rs, I called to customer care & they are saying so cool u have to go aircell thrills and i[censored] click unsubscribe the wallpapers it will deactivate with 48hrs. But I tried a lot they s no option like that r u making me made... Today I have 5Rs.1ps balance but mrng 7am the money taker aircell chrage that 5Rs now I have 1ps. So what can I do, pls take immediate action and deactivate my wallpapers daily rental. This is my money how can u take like this, How much money u have take like this Money Sucker.....

                                  I am Nitin B. Ghule My Aircel No. [protected], I am received massage of 'Only 12Days left! Online Topup Recharge of your Aircel Mobile-upto Rs 100-Get PI14 FREE,Btn 101 to 500-Get PI98 FREE,above Rs 500-Get PI98 +SMS Pack of 20 FREE' on[protected] & Recharge on[protected] with 111/- through Net Banking but I'm not get the benefit of PI(Pocket Internet) Rs. 98/-, I'm 1st complaint to CC center and they raised online complaint after it I'm received reply on it is 'Dear Customer, your concern as per reference number 1-[protected] has been resolved on 18/2/2012. Please call 198 to know details' but PI 98 not activate, I'm Call on 198 & ask about it they tell me "No any this type msg send by us & not any record show in my account & show your msg to nearest cc center", I'm 2nd time going to cc center & tell him, they also 2nd complaint raised on it & I'm also received reply same above but PI 98 is not active, Today I'm 3rd time going to cc center & tell him & they also 3rd compliant raised..
                                  I'm Attached some Massage with Serially..

The automatic voive response answered that " The Idea mobile number you are calling is currently switched off" - ??? what am I to say? calling Airtel customer Care and the given number happens to be Idea Mobile Number

                                      I am Shreesh Chavare and i am using Aircel mobile service SIM card and my number is [protected].......

                                      5 to 6 days ago i had activated 3.00Rs 12mb usable 1 day validity plan on my mobile and tried to deactivate in order to stop it's renewal by dialing *122*054#,

                                      but it didn't deactivated then until now i called AIRCEL customer care executive 3 times and asked them to deactivate it but till this date 3rs. plan is not deactivated causing me loss of money and hence inconvenience.

                                      now i have 0 Rs. balance and i am not going to recharge it until that plan has fully Deactivated...

                                      Kindly look into this matter..........

                                      Aircel is number cheat Mobile Provider... I was happy with other provider and was carried away with their lucrative Tariff Plans and suffered a lot...I had to stop their service and went back to initial service provider...

                                      What I have realized that Aircel service is just for a fun to use for time being and take some of their good plan like Talking Aircel to Aircel one Lakh minuts etc ... ..but anyone is serious look for standered and good service NEVER EVER think of such mobile provider..is a nightmare with them...

                                        I was using Airtel for the past 7 years and due to coverage problem in my cabin I switched over to Aircel. Customer service and reaching customer service is so bad making Airtel a better service which I am now opted to switch over. On 18th Feb 2012 a saturday, suddenly my out going calls were debarred. I tried all means to restore this immediately since i was bit travelling and away from my office. I had nothing to reach the world but for a barred sim.
                                        I really go annoyed and had only one option to go for a prepaid sim. The problem was not over because handling customers from a different no was too risky and undermining of ones reputation. My bill payment was due on the following month 5th march and had no reasons for my call being debarred. Trying to play safe I paid Rs.500/- as a additional amount which I thought would have a problem of exceeding the credit limit. Now I had to deliberately talk to the customer care to restore my connectivity.
                                        I tried to call 121 and the most senseless way of handling customer and taking them for granted was totally exhibited on that day. you get an advertisement which any person will not need while he is attempting to seek assistance to resolve some issue. Once that is over you will have 9 options and your problem will not fall into any of the option. Again I got the voice repeated to meticulously match any of the option to suit my enquiry but in vain. the whole day i was only finding out ways to reach and the following day being sunday I saw no phone called in the grievance section being attended.
                                        Monday I just waited to know when will my service will be restore. till 2 pm no one bothered to restore my connection. when they have the aducity to bar my outgoing and no one was available to restore it. when they have an automated system to bar a no why not they invent a system to restore automatically.
                                        finally i reached out a tele calling executive who had the stereo typic answers and finally called ETHICS HOTLINE. That gentleman was too complacent taking me as an intruder in his days work. I had to unneccarily represent my case as if they are giving me a free service and as if I dont pay for the calls I make.
                                        That day i could understand how the technology can ruin a person's anxiety and be a treachery when I was repeatedly hearing the IVRS. The most insensible Technology used by AIRCEL, and I am sure no sensible person in the organisation would accept this silly implementation without hearing even once in their life time.
                                        My line was restore and the first SMS was PORT [protected] and sent to 1900. Even after 4 days I have not received any communication on this. Yet another proof of stupid service.
