I am sure there are third party people watching these offers all the time in the consumer interest so there is minimal chance of such companies to dupe consumers and knowing AIrcels reputation I really don’t think they would have do something like this…

on 31st march accidently i subscribed again to pocket internet(DIALLING *122#-I thought it will just fetch information ) which I called their customer care representative ASAP.with in one minute.the CC was not at all emphathic and was not at all catering to the needs of the customer
after all if i have availed PI on 28th how can i get it recharged further again,
In short i lost 97 rupees and more over the 2 months offer
i recently migrated from airtel and now feels the service of airtel is far more better than yours
You wont be shocked if you loss your customer rapport thanks to the efforts...

I have activated 14 rs, 3 day unlimited internet gprs and when the days is complete i did not received deactivation msg or any information and even not informed me about the completion and now when i check my prepaid account my account is empty they fool me

hi i am love last day i did a recharge on my no.[protected] .after fue mints i got a msg your recharge not successful on your mob.transaction ID 68408140 date[protected] at09:13AM.in evening i meat my dealer and he was totaly deniy this not my transation ID .i want to know who is the owner of this ID

now i am in delhi.what i tell to aircel store people. pl change balance from spl. account to main account.
This is my reliance mobile no [protected]. two days before they are activate caller tune. i didn't activate any caller tune. pl return back my activate charges.
I had recharged my aircel number [protected] from beam recharge on dated 26/05/2011. But they have not credited the balance yet. I asked the dealer about the problem. He said that it is because of portability. But i am harassed with their poor service.

This is the first time I tried Aircel and experienced the worst service I have ever seen.Your customer care people are completely knowledgeless and "very" rude.I attemped 6 times and they put me on hold and I was disconnected.Reason I called was I rechargedfrom your website "https://epayment.aircel.com/online-recharge/".It gave me several topup options including Rs68.I opted for 68 and paid through my bank card.I recevd 2 SMSs,one for processing and other with recharge of Rs.0 successfull.Transactionid is "UER[protected]".I got different responses from your customer care.1:We cannot see any recharge.2:(Most ridiculous)We see the recharge but we do not have option for recharge of Rs.68(what???it's your own site which gave me option for Rs.68.I did not enter the amount myself)3:We see the recharge but go and check your bank as amount may not have been deducted(I clearly see Rs.68 deducted from my bank account).I don'tknow what king of system you have there but I need either my money to be refunded or my balance updated with Rs.68.Please take the action ASAP.
I bought an Aircel recharge (top up) of Rs. ten and the talk time on this recharge is Rs. seven, however you only get a talktime for Rs. six, this is daylight robbery and the company needs to be taken to task.

Since last month i have recharging my account with minimum denomination of Rs. 50.00. And i talk for about 15-20 minutes and next morning I dont understand how come my money goes out of my account and i m using Nokia 1110i the cell which dopes not have any internet facilities or neither there is any ringtone of any other additional service activated on my cell number. This has happened for last 15 times i think so. Do you guys really think it is feasible for any one to get a recharge of Rs 50.00 or Rs.100.00 every morning. Please help me out.

I am holding Air cel Mob [protected]. (Kerala)
I am rally fed up with one incident caused on couple of days back.
I puchaced one recharge coupen for 198 Rs, with the below with offers
Aircel to air cel free
Other @ 50 ps
Free talk time of Rs 100
But after recharge i didn't get these offers.When i contacted your coustermer care they tell that this offer is no longer applicable.
OK i have below questions.
Then why you clear the stock of these recharge coupens?
This is really cheating......... and not excepting from such a big firm like you.
I am feeling bad to continue with your servise thius is really patetic.
