I have recently taken an Airtel connection for which I was promised an X% rebate for first Y months bill. When I did not see such rebate in my first bill, I called up their customer service center and raised a service complaint. To this day, I have not received a single call from them to solve the case. I have lodged three separate complaints[protected], 34816176,[protected] for the same case from 24 June till 10 July 2013, but no response.
On top of this, their answer is that they tried to call me but couldn't reached me. How is this possible that one of their team (sales & marketing) is not able to reach me while the other team (website team for another complaint) can reach me fine. I even gave a fixed landline number in case the mobile is out of reach, still no response.
Tried everything. Sending email to [protected]@airtel.com; trying to get hold of manager but no use. If someone from Airtel is reading this mail, rest assured that I will not pay the bill amount until I see the related discount appear. Now, take your own sweet time to come back. My contact number is already given in account details.

Airtel — Regarding topup
They offered me Rs. 62 recharge and the talkvalue will be Rs. 82 and valid for three weeks, i recharged but i din't get Rs. 82 as talkvalue instead of that they gave me as a booster for one year (local A2A = 50ps, other mobiles 60ps/min and sms cost 50ps ) and with nil balance. Previously my plan was A2A(local) 75 mins free, other mobiles 1Re. and. 100 sms free per day.I registered a complaint with AirTel around 7AM on[protected] they said it will be resolved with in 13.30hrs of[protected], but still it was not resolved they ask for another day.
I want my old plan to be activated ASAP
