i was on airtel web site when i opend one link my 75 rupess had deducted then 15 had deducted and i call to costemer care on 198 then i click on 6 then also 6 to speak to costemer care exicutive the give some information and they will cut the line i tride to get costemer care 2 days continusly the repeat the same always iam fed up of this...

Airtel Activating Services without Consent and Charging

Airtel activated messaging service on my number: [protected] without my consent. And they didn't even notify through any message or mail. It is clearly a very deceitful deed. And this is not the first time they did this. It is a regular thing faced by airtel users in my family. Now it is unbearable indeed.

When i contacted customer care he gave same usual reply that nothing can be done to refund my money. They deactivated...

Hello tunes

I requested the HELLO TUNES service on 25 may 2013 but even after giving the money i m not getting the hello tune requested. I am continuosly in touch with the customer care service of AIRTEL but not getting any response . The complain has been registered several times but even then there is no response....

change of pack in Airtel DTH - charging more than they have committed at second pack

when i have installed second connection of Airtel DTH they have committed the same pack will be given to in second connection at the rate of 160 rs. ( as i was paying 200 for first connection they offered 160 rs for second connection) , later on i have change my of first connection pack and the airtel assured me that change will not affect on the other connection i am having.

Not Providing Promised Broadband Connection

A. This is a detailed description of the internet connection provided by Airtel via its outdated and substandard internet modem provider Beetel. Please notice that the highest download speed attained is 2554 kbps (2.5Mbps approx) and the lowest speed attained is 804 kbps (0.8 Mbps approx). Surprisingly for everyone, fluctuating speed is also not the issue.

Disconnecting Line

Airtel asked for documents for submission for a 5 year old connection and since I was travelling could not get this done on time. Now they decided to disconnect my number permanently. Even, after submitting my documents there is no action taken from their end. Their customer care makes false promises and does not even bother giving you a solution....

Amount Deducted 700 within 7 days without any notice

Overcharging repeatedly

Getting 2G speeds on 3G recharge
