AIRTEL DTH…PLZ DON’T BUY….
We have an Airtel DTH connection(Customer ID No. [protected] and registred phone number is [protected])in Kerala state, Due to my stay in Bangalore, I couldn't recharge the same for last 6 to 8 month. On 20.02.12 I came back and recharged with Rs.200.
On 24.02.2012 (around 6.30) I got a call from Airtel DTH customer care officer and she verified the account name and my registered mobile number also asked the non-recharge reason. She also informs me that, Airtel DTS have given a special offer to me. The validity of the offer is 2 days. The offer is, if I recharge with Rs.546 I will get 6 month validity or if I recharge with Rs.1092 I will get 1 year validity. So I recharged with Rs.1092 on 25.02.2012(TR[protected] X[protected]) but not get the offered validity. So I contacted AIRTEL DTH customer care officer and register a complaint on 25.02.12.
Finally, one of the AIRTEL DTH customer care officer contact and inform me that, they wrongly pass the offer to me and he accepts, it is their mistake. So I requested to refund the recharge Amount, but they refund the amount to their agent (I think named OCROxigen). So I went to the agent 4 times and the agent is not ready to handover the amount to me. So Once again I register a complaint to Airtel DTH customer care. But they replied that, they have no roll to get the refund from their agent
Please note the mistakes, coming from the AIRTEL DTH
(1) Wrong offerinformation pass to me by AIRTEL DTH
(2) AIRTEL DTH office refund the amount to their oxigen agent, without askinggeting the confirmation from our side
(3) Not get any relpy from AIRTEL DTH, for our Several mails and calls..
we have no way to continue the service with Airtel DTH. How we can believe in future recharge. I lost all the faith, on Airtel DTH.
So we inform all of you that please don’t buy AIrtel DTH and also don’t believe their OFFERS
