Bill plan change without informing

I have taken a Airtel post paid card from Baroda with a plan of 799 10 months rental. But when I activated my card the message came for 749 yearly rental scheme for 12 months. I have 2 more post paid cards with same 749 12 months scheme. The airtel office in Baroda returned my Rs.50 back. They also checked with Airtel & they confirmed my scheme of Rs 749 yearly rental. Recharge amount credited to DA

Hi,

I recharged my prepaid mobile ([protected]) with Rs 444. (today i.e 24-May-2013) I have been charged Rs 394.16 as processing fee and 48.84 as Service Tax. This means I got talktime of Re 1 only.

On dialing *123*5# I got below message:
dedicated account 5 remains 444 and will expire on jun 23 2013.

Please help.

Dissatisfaction with customer service & speed problem in 4G

I have taken airtel 4 G connection in Feb 2013 with the assurance of excellent speed, zero buffering etc.However, in a few days of time, was facing speed issues.Forget about high speed, not been able to connect to LTE network option. Even if i get the connectivity hardly at times, the speed is worse than a 2G. sir my brother previously had airtel postpaid number *****46789 which he converted to prepaid 6 months back by submitting all the required documents .as he taken another airtel postpaid SO he converted this number to prepaid

now what happened is after converting to prepaid the airtel people calling him repepatedly to submit identify proofs and required documents he already submitted them twice but they were not satisfied...

Not installing DTH after taking money

Hi,

I had applied for a new Airtel DTH connection on 13th May 2013 with booking id: 211927. But the installation has n't happened till yet(by 21th May 2013).

As per first communication the installation was supposed to be done within 72 hours.
I have been following up for this everyday 2-3 times but each time i am getting false promise from the Airtel customer care to do that in next 2-3 hours.br...

No Proper Network

Hi,
I am using Aitrel Data card (No : [protected]) and this will not work in my area (Sanjay nagar , Bangalore). It can open www.google.com ,nothing else.

When I contacted Airtel customer care people , they confirmed that network issues will be solved only after setting up the tower in my area.

But still the charges 3G charges.

I have sent 50+ mails and calling daily Customer Care people...

IPTV not working again

I am back after 16 months now with the same issue. This time again my IPTV connection has stopped working and now I realize that Airtel still stands at the same place where they were about 2 years back. Nothing has changed here.
