My mobile number is [protected] (Airtel , Haryana) , from 18th june morning am not being able to make or receive any call at all, all i hear is a message that my number is temporarily suspended, from that day onwards i have sent more than 4 e-mail to customer care/ appellate authority, and none of them is of any use, all they say is " I DON'T KNOW , IT IS SHOWING EVERYTHING RIGHT IN THE SYSTEM , WE ARE FORWARDING YOUR COMPLAINT" i have called a customer care/ appelate authority from other number as well, wasted more than 30-40 Rs of balance, but of no use, And also went to ARC in my city, they too have no damn idea, I Ask them reason , they say they don't know, it might take 72 hours more. Who the heck will bear the losses i am incurring due to some fault in their system.??
AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — misleading by your customer care
My customer ID is [protected]Yesterday I had called customer care and was connected to Mr.Devender regarding my requirement of a dueal conection for another TV he informed 2 schemes one is advance rental and other 999
I opted for 999 scheme for which I was informed to pay 999 + 200 to my above account and call up customer care again and inform about payment and then within 24 hours airtel will send an executive with a another setup box and install accordingly.
I immediately recharged my account with Rs.1200 and called up customer care this mornoing.
Shockingly i was informed that this is not a procedure and they sugested to lodge a complained regarding the same and the issue will get sorted. i REALLY DONT UNDERSTAND OF WHAT IS GOING ON WITH AIRTEL AND HOW TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM. I am not jobless I cannot be hanging on the phone the full day and keep repeating to your lowzy customer care people .
Please come with a solution I had recharged my account I want Airtel to istall my dual connection within 12 hours.
