Deactivation of Airtel Connection

I hereby would like to inform you that I am Dyutiman Haldar, an airtel postpaid customer wish to stop my airtel connection on my no [protected]. I bought a airtel data card in 2012 and since then enjoying the connection. My pay plan was Rs 750 per month for which I was getting bandwidth speed of 7.2 Mbps till 5 GB of data. Airtel - Worst service you can ever experience

I am so much frustrated by the service of Airtel that I request every single of you not to trust on these guys and never ever switch or buy an Airtel network. I recharged my no [protected] on 6th of may with INR749 but still after 22 days I have n't got my data balance which was deducted without any usage.

Customer care service is so poor and annoying.. I have made almost 50 complaints so far but these so called genius...

I used Airtel's online recharge facility (http://goo.gl/41IK9) to recharge my friend's Airtel prepaid number on 31.12.2012 at 23:54hrs. I immediately got a confirmation mail stating "Transaction processed successfully". An amount of Rs.249/- was also promptly debited from my SBI account.

No coverage of Airtel network

I am using Airtel Prepost mobile connection from last 10 year.
Now I have shifted to a new place - Sanyuta Vihar-59, Adharshila, Berkhedi Pathan.
Airtels network coverage is very very poor in this area, everytime I have to come out of my house to attened any call.

We all neighbors are thinking to either switch to some other network to get rid of this problem.

Broadband Data Theft / Cheating Customers

but we like docomo customer care. we never fail to speak with tata docomo.

Invalid money deduction
