[Resolved]  Airtel — About unwanted deduction money from airtel mobile prepaid service and neglect customer problem

I would like to inform you that airtel mobile prepaid service doing the same thing
i.e. deducting the money form mobile prepaid Account.
It is second time they deducting 1.5 Rs regularly.
Here I want to inform you second time i am completing same thing.
So take immediately Action as possible as.

Airtel / Prepaid mobile service — Unwanted service subscribe by co.and now not responding

As i had never subscribed JOKE service from Airtel (Prepaid service)Mobile

since last 6 to 7 month they deducted 30 rs. per month

i had contacted several time to customer care but they are not properly responding, neither they are stop my service

I am receiving the JOKE from 51818
and amt.deduct cut under AD54321

Every time they told no any service activated /but meanwhile cut the amt. everymonth

kindly provide the apropiate solution

i am not interested in any joke from airtel

Airtel — unsolicited amount deduction

hello sir/madam

airtel has activated "hungama club" offer in my mobile number [protected] without my consent and charging me 5rs daily, i had made a complain 5 days back but they have not deactivated the plan still ,i would like u to take necessary action against them from starting such plans without the customer consent

yesterday i was told that the hungama club service is deactivated than why 10 rs got deducted on 21 morning and 22 afternoon for the hungama club subscription..why is it so difficult for u people to disconnect the service ...

Airtel — unwanted sms and money deduction

there is daily massage coming from 55382 of airtel mobile service and cutting money.please look into this matter

airtel telephone connection — unwanted hello tune services and deductions

cel no [protected] it is prepaid cel . Still the airtel is keep on deduction hello tunes and hungama both around 70 rupees per month
i never asked for such services. further every now and then service messages keep coming and blindly they are deducting. their customer
complaint number call also charged. first unsolicited service they introduce and to complaint to them on this also charged.
please ban them from such looting. unless customer ask for such services in writing they should not debit
pl also ask them to reverse all the debits of hello tune , hungama, namitha wall paper and such bogus services which i never used.

Airtel Mobile Service — Customer service

This is Saibabu, i was using airtel mobile connection for past 3 years, by 16 months have got 2 more connections for which i have paid caution deposit for Rs. 300.00 each. When i was requesting for portability to another service provider due to service lapse during my tenure, they were telling enomerous reasons for rejecting my portabillity request. After 2 1/2 months fight i have had my numbers moved to Vodafone mobile connection. Know they had generated last bill after my transfer to extend of Rs.253.00 and Rs.232.00. When i asked to adjust against the caution deposit was told that it was already adjusted from by 4th bill onwards which dont evidence in the bill i had received. Moreover irrespective of all the escaltion where i due course, they have intimated the existing service that i have outstanding due and request to interept my connection. I strongly feel that AIRTEL have converted from EXTENDING SERVICE to EXTENDING MONEY in all means.

AirTel — regarding deducting money

i have recharge my mobile number with rs 30 via www.rechargeitnow.com website. but in online recharge they deducted my money from bank account but didn't give any balance..

As i said earlier have change 3 number from your concern to vodafone. The major problem with your company is that your send reminder letter for payment to communication address and alternative no has been called for followup even after portablity and surprisingly you write as response that you have no. contact details.

Airtel — service problem, neglecting complaints and not responding to complaints

i am using airtel service since 4 years. and airtel ap since 5 months since 1 month i am complaining the airtel customer care that my calls are being connected to wrong numbers frequently( 10-20 times a day) and am being charged for all the calls , and irritation when am in hurry to talk some... even after repeted complaints airtel is not responding properly and they are disconecting calls without any explanation or solution.

Airtel prepaid mobile — Unwanted weekly deduction by Yahoo zone

Yahoo zone is deducting Rs.10.00 every week through Airtel prepaid mobile service on my mob. no [protected]. This it is not authorised by me.I complained on 10 th Jan 2012 to Airtel to stop deduction and I was informed that action has been taken.Again duction was effected on 17th Jan.I again contacted customer care of Airtel.I was assured for deactivation of this deduction and further an SMS was given to me for Reference no CBDOV[protected] for my approach to Airtel in this regard. Inspite of all these the deduction is continued for 24th Jan and 31st Jan-2012.
I request to stop this deduction at what ever stage it is being done and also refund the amounts so deducted and be credited to my prepaid mobile no [protected].

Airtel Prepaid — deduction of charges for unregistered services

I have airtel prepaid no. [protected]. I have a very serious problem with the
airtel services. They are deducting charges for the services I have not
registered. I received a SMS from +5000 on 04.03.2012 regarding choosing
Games for which I was charged Rs.10/-. Now today I received an SMS from
AD-92956 regarding choosing devotional songs for which I was charged Rs.30/-.
Incidents of this type have occured previously but now it is happening on a
regular basis. This is causing harassment as I recharge my account and then
suddenly find some amount deducted from my balance.
Kindly look into the matter so that incidents of such type do not occur in
future and also the amounts deducted as mentioned above may kindly be
returned to my account.

Airtel Prepaid Cellphone — unwanted recoveries

I owe air tel prepaid mobile no. [protected] since last almost two years.But never before such higher state of irregularities of deducting unnecessary charges, such as missed calls & received calls of the same state, were noticed for my said mobile as is being incurred now a days. Requested to look in to the matter personally &take necessary action against defaulters pl.&also arrange refunds of such amounts.

I am Manoj Kumar and working in army. I m using airtel prepaid connection and no is [protected]. I am also using blackberry services from airtel for which i am paying Rs 399/- per month. On 26 Dec 12 they have deducted Rs 399/- as per schedule once. But after some again they have deducted Rs 399/-. So on 26 Dec 12 airtel have deducted Rs 798/- for one month blackberry plan.
Today when i checked up my account and then I spoke to customer care and Airtel Help line they refused to act on this matter. I am really upset on this action of Airtel and its effect my work. My Mobile no. is [protected], had complaint about unwanted deduction of money but the service provider AIRTEL is still not responding the same. Please see towards my complaint and take action as soon as possible.
