sir, i will change my service provider from airtel to vodafone network. but problem that my current operator cancelled my request.this matter i inform my nearest retailer but no stisfy reply.three time i put request for portability but till date i face my problem.pls help me.in airtel network i face lot of problem regarding billing issue, customer satisfaction etc.

    Respected Sir,

    I, Dhananjay Kumar, working in South Western Railway Hubli in Stores Department and I am using airtel no. [protected] since Aug-2008. Last month on dt 10.07.2012 I recharged with Rs 201/- and Rs 98/- (Internet pack) and on dt 18.07.12 I departured from Hubli to my native place UP. In my native place UP, on dt 27.07.12 my SIM Registration Status has been failed, without any alert message/ notice to me. When my brother called to my contact no., that call was being attended to some other person residing in Bangalore. That person told that he has taken this no. from Airtel Office. How is it possible?

    On date 27.07.2012 before failure of registration status my balance in SIM was Rs 115/-. Since there was not any Airtel Connection in home and because of that I was not able to call customer care. I returned back to Hubli on 03.08.2012 and on date I called to customer care. From customer care it had been told to me that the no. [protected] is still allotted to my name and address. It had been told to me also that on submission of document proof in Airtel office with a charge of Rs 49/- I can get duplicate SIM with the balance of Rs 115/- and with balance of Internet Pack.

    On date 08.08.2012, I submitted document proof with a charge of Rs 125/- in Airtel Office (Mahaveer Communication Hubli) and got duplicate SIM. That SIM has been activated within two hours. In SIM I got Internet balance but I could not get talk time balance of Rs 115/-. I got only Rs 00.83. Many times I called to customer care but they could not able to tell that how our balance have been finished. They oftenly told that I have used to call from my no. after 27.07.12 and on 01.08.12 onwards. It is very very surprise matter that when our SIM registration became failed, how I can call from that SIM.

    As per the system, there is 25 digit unique no. which is available on any SIM card and it can easily be activate to any contact no. on that SIM card by filling that SIM card 25 digit no. against that contact no. through the computerized system of any authorized Airtel Office. Based on this it seems that something wrong have been done with my contact no. [protected] in between the date of 27.07.2012 & 08.08.2012 from Airtel Office and our full balance have been consumed.

    Sir, it is not only the matter of finishing balance but it is also that somebody might use this by unauthorized means for wrong purpose. It might be for some terrorist activities or the activities against by Law or against of our India also.

    Sir, hence I want the full call details between the period of 27.07.2012 to 08.08.2012 and the reason how my SIM registration have been failed without my knowledge/ alert message/notice within a week, failing which I will be compelled to file a complaint (FIR) in Police Station and followed by a case in consumer court against Airtel Company.

    Airtel — My no. allotted to someone w/o notice to me.

    I was using airtel sim card bearing number +[protected].
    Since 16th November 2010 my sim card is not working.
    After visiting an airtel office at Nandanvan Nagpur, I came to know that the number is
    not available that number is allotted to somene else whereas
    I have not unsubscribed the same number. They say that I was asked to submit documents
    before 2 months, whereas I havent received a single sms till date.
    I really need that number as I have been registering that number at various places since
    last 6 years.

      unauthorised money deducted from my account without any information also no one from customer care is picking the call for service help. I am trying from last two days & could not connect to my client so assulted by boss many times in last two days.
      In my last 8 years experaince , i have worst experiance with your service.

        I have send the emails to customer care and the all nodal officers and made call to all possible places in Airtel and have got no solution for the issue



        Dear Sir

        my name is JATIN GOHIL and my ID IS -[protected]

        I had installed Airtell digital TV at my residence on 28th of April 2012,and before installing it i have called to airtell more than 10 times to confirm that the HD set-top box which they are going to give is 7.1 digital sound and its 3D ready (for future)and always they told me yes it is .

        while on 28th of April 2012 it was getting installed and not even activated my calls were made to airtel saying that what set-top box they are installing its not 3d ready and not 7.1 sound compatible ,where i was been told its is compatible and then checked the box and even asked the technician and they said please speak to airtel about it ,and again i am making calls to airtel and they are telling me the same and when told them that its not mentioned in the box they said it is compatible .by the time i am on this way talking too airtell the technician activated it and he left and yet i am calling to airtel because i was satisfied with the replies and now they tell me it is not a 3d ready and not a 7.1 sound compatible and then i said i would like to cancel my installation and get my refund money and they said we will look in the matter we have taken your complain and revert back to you .

        Now i started getting calls from airtell saying what is the matter y u want t cancel it and i explained they the reason again and they tell me it is compatible and later now they started with its not compatible

        this where they started with the real truth .

        your company has cheated me with this lie and you can check my of 28th April 2012 what time i made the calls and the time of the technician coming and gone you people have all the record and pls do also chk the call recordings for before the installation and after the installation .

        and even after the installation they insured me that we would refund you the money when i asked them abt when the technician is coming to collect the set-top box and they told me he would be coming in a short wile and when i asked then what about my money ,there they say that the technician has to check the box and etc and then your money would be estimated and refunded .
        here is the set-top box was intact in its original box and everything they had it intact and for your information i have paid money for the settop box and i am the owner of the box and all the wires used in the installation so if they dont give me the money then they have stolen from my house .


        there always at when call they tell me it will take 7 to 10 working days for the return of my money and they always tell your complain is given and we will do the necessary .

        I know that there are simple ways to sought the things out but when your company told me today that they will not return my money and i need to send and email regarding my complain .

        now here i am asking you to look into my all conversation of recording and listen carefully about the false commitment your company has given to me .

        If you tell me what your company has committed was everything ok and you don't want to refund my money then i would like to have the complete recording of all my conversation which your company has and would like to present it first to consumer court.

        please kindly do the needful

        I tried contacting the nodal officer with my complaint by email as well as on the published phone number. But didn't get any favorable response. I am still awaiting completion of 14 Airtel days from 23rd September to get my refund. Here's my mail interaction.

          I am a regular customer of airtel unlimited internet through mobile.But now a days i am facing problems using it because it is not working properly.And the towers of my area(new godown, gaya, bihar)is also not working.

          I am having Land line ph.no. [protected] with internet connection. My internet is not working .I am making complaint from 23.05.11 ( Complaint No. 46714698 &[protected] continiously. But Airtel is not rectifying the problem and everytime closing the complaint without doing or informing .

          Air tel technical team is giving back false report to their executives and they are closing my complaint without confirming . Hance I can say Airtel is not able to provide services . So public should be aware of Airtel . I want to know should I go for remove the Airtel and to take some one else for internet connection as well as land line connection.

          Problem in watching video
          I make today (on 30 may) 8 call to customer care with the issue of internet. Since morning I don&#039;t use my net properly. I use 3g since last 1 year.but today net get very bad.2g is much better speed that I get today.your representative always say remove sim, switch off for 10 mins.I do everything that they say but problem is not solve till now.I insert voda sim in same mobile its work properly.so its not my mobile defect.             I had raised a request with Airtel Customer Care for relocation of my Airtel DTH. Airtel had promised to provide the service within next 24 hrs. But, no service was provided even after 24 hrs and next day I called up customer care and I was really surprised to know that they didn’t even log-in the request….poor service from Airtel... After multiple follow-up only excuses and stories to delay the relocation...


            However, They are debiting the money (Rs 10 Daily) from my Airtel account balance without providing service.

              AirTel — Dirty SMS

              I have given a Airtel pre-paid mobile to my young kid - with no Internet/WAP/MMS services. This number is also registered under DND. I am horrified to see several junk/dirty SMSs on this number - which are basically PUSH messages. When called Airtel customer care (at 50paisa per minute) several times, they keep giving various instructions (such as send *567*2# etc) and every time different person gives different instructions - after repeating the complete problem for 10 minutes or more - but flow of SMSs continue.

              Is there a way to penalize these mobile service providers for facilitating such SMSs and being so irresponsible to the society?

                i had taken airtel 3G data card on july 15th.. airtel data card Rs .1750 and initial topup Rs.945. so totaly i had paid 2695.but airtel 3G data card internet working not properly..so many times try to contact airtel customer care..i have complaints more times. but they did not give proper answer. so i am not satisfied. i decide to move good network..i want surrender airtel 3G data card....

                AirTel — NOT SATISFIED WITH CUSTOMER CARE

                DEAR SIR/MAM

                I HAVE RECHARGED MY AIRTEL NUMBER [protected] ON 26/12/2010 WITH Rs.200 AS PER SCHEME I SHOULD GET FULL TALKTIME OF Rs.200 BUT I GOT ONLY Rs.179.32

                I DON'T GET MY BENIFIT I CALLED THEM AGAIM ON 16:18 HRS THIS TIME THEIR REPLY IS THAT " YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED ANY COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS AND YOU WILL NOY GET ANY BENIFIT , I SAID PLEASE GIVE CALL TO YOUR SENIOR EXECUTIVE ,THEN HE GIVE CALL TO Mr.SUNIL SENIOR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE HARYANA HE SAID SORRY YOU HAVE NOT DONE ANY COMPLAINTS AND YOU WILL NOT GET ANY BENIFIT " AND HE DISCONNECTS THE CALL

                    sir,

                    I was using the postpaid connection of Airtel connection , 1st few months i using get the bill round Rs.600 to 700. but when i requested to cancel the postpaid connection i have received the total amount Due is Rs 3000 Odd. i requested for the details regarding the Bill no. [protected] . they where transferring the call to there higher officers where i never got any solution for my problem , and they have also sent me a letter stating to pay the balance amount

                      Let me start of by saying, I am not writing to you to get my long pending issue resolved. I have lost all faith in the customer service of Bharti Airtel & all its service offerings.

                      I would like to highlight that the customer service has reached rock bottom and I do not see any improvement at all.

                      So let’s get into detail:

                      I subscribe to multiple airtel services since a few years now. Please find the details below,

                      Cellular Connections:
                      1) Postpaid Number: 90xxxxxx2; Account number – [protected]
                      2) Postpaid Number: 90xxxxxx4; Account number – [protected]

                      DTH Connections:
                      1) Customer id – [protected] – Mumbai
                      2) Customer id – [protected] – Pune

                      Issue: I had subscribed to 3G services Plan RS250/- for 1GB (30 day) on my phone 90xxxxxx2. It worked great for a few weeks no issues until then. Since past 3 weeks I have not been getting 3G speeds at any time of the day, any location, any handset.

                      The Maximum speeds I have received all this while has been 0.03 Mbps i.e 3.0 kBps down. I have tried tests at Kharadi, Hadapsar,Shivajinagar, Kalyani Nagar in pune without any luck. My colleagues (airtel subscriber too) have been able to very well cross
                      3.0 Mbps regulary (which means it’s not a network issue – Good for you until now).

                      I tried logging complaints with airtel customer care @ 121 (approx. 8 – 10 times) and never got any complaint number for my issue (BAD – I guess flouting TRAI guidelines is in vogue these days).

                      One fine DAY - One of your customer care executive tells me to go through steps like deleting, recreating APN settings (which I very well knew how to do & had tried it earlier and also informed him about the same, however no issues as he was just doing his job and I politely complied with him – so far so good huh … wait still to come, when nothing works the representative tells me to shutdown my handset & reseat the SIM card and assures it would work …. (yeah as if I don’t understand he wants to get rid of a troubleshooting a customer issue which is not his cup of tea), So I ask him to provide a complaint number before I hangup and reseat the SIM …… Time for a Quiz: What would you expect the customer care executive to do next? Okay let’s not pull our hairs off, let me tell you – HE HANGS UP ON ME (REALLY BADHUH, I should have realized that I do not pay for services, AIRTEL has been providing them to me as a matter of charity)

                      SO Now I call back again & ask to speak to a supervisor, after explaining the entire episode this representative puts me on hold & then …… ANY GUESSES WHAT’s NEXT? Yeah as anyone who tries to escalate an issue would know – HANGS UP ON ME (IT’s GETTING PATHETIC BY NOW)

                      I CALL UP AGAIN, Next person says that the manager is busy, puts me on hold for approx. 20 minutes (all this while I put my phone on speaker mode and keep listing to you .. JO TERA HAI WHO MERA HAI , AUR JO MERA HAI WHO SIRF MERA song. Realizing that I would not hangup easily and would stay on all night, this person also DROPS the call.

                      Exasparated I accept defeat and decide to call some other day.

                      I call up on AUG 7th and speak to someone who logs a complaint # 45224028 and assures me that the issue would be escalated and the SLA for resolution is until 16th August (10 DAYS for an issue resolution? Back to stone ages it seems) well I decided to wait it out till 16th August before I go all out to vent my anger. Yeah BTW the innocent little female representative who was so very dedicated to her job happened to convince me to fill up the IVR survey which I happily obliged to do :-P.

                      Now after I punched in my responses regarding the out of the world customer service I received, somebody called me up proactively to understand why I left negative feedback. He hears me out too, promises to get the issue resolved in 2 DAYS FLAT (GREAT SO ATLEAST WE ARE PROGRESSING TO BRONZE AGE NOW ,,,, hahaha give me jiggles)

                      WELL SO HERE WE ARE ,,,, SO FAR NO RESOLUTION – NO CALLBACKS AND YOU HAVE MISSED MULTIPLE DEADLINES WHICH BTW WERE SET BY YOUR OWN PEOPLE.

                      NOW WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE? YOU MAY CHARGE ME FOR THE 3G SERVICE THAT HAS BEEN NON EXISTENT SINCE A MONTH NOW (I don’t care even if I need to pay for some service that never was, maybe it might contribute in funding your transition from Bronze Age to Iron Age).

                      PLEASE DO ME A FAVOUR IN HELPING ME EITHER DISCONNECT ALL MY AIRTEL NUMBERS & DTH CONNECTIONS OR BETTER STILL DO NOT INTERFERE IN MY ATTEMPT TO PORT MY CELLULAR SERVICES OFF & SWITCH TO TATA FOR DTH.

                      Airtel — No service, only getting bills

                      Since last 1 month, i am struggling to get my airtel landline to be re-connected, shifted my house from Dwarka sec 22 to Dwarka (N Delhi) Sec 1, last month.

                      But no response, have been calling 1 to 3 times daily to customer care office, getting reply: Today it will be done, by 5 pm it will be done, within 24 hrs it will be done, , , , , but nothing happening on ground.

                      I am really sorry to write a message regarding relationship centre, I reside at A 26, Eden Towers, Sector 5, Dwarka. and I purchase a connetion of landline on Saturday ie. 10-10-09 fulfilling all the documnets for your reference assuring connection and activation within latest by 48 hours. Till today no activation and no number is alloted. I talked to mr. Dharmendra at [protected] and he is asking me to talk to the Engineers what a disgusting answer. before activation how can i talk to enginners without alloted no. and so silly of Airtel, just blowing big ballons of good service. the sale person Mr. vipin Yadav [protected] is also not responding since than. I tried to contact him also. plz. look into the matter seriously.

                        Dear sir five time’s airtal transferred money from my bank account without my knowledge by ECS service but I do not have any Ecs for Airtel account number11297713. This Airtel account numbers is not my account. In this account there is no my name and not my phone numbers and my address.
                        I ALREADY SENT SERVAL TIMES MAIL AND CONTACT TO COSTUMER CARE SERVAL TIMES AND ALSO WARN TO AIRTEL THAT DO NOT DEBIT ANY AMOUNT FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT IN FEATURE BUT CONTINUE FIVE MONTHS AIRTEL DEBIT AMOUNT FROM MY ACCOUNT. .I ALREADY SENT THREE REGISTERED LETTER TO AIRTEL, MY BANK AND ECS RESERVE BANK BUT NO RESPONSE.                           I am use airtel landlines telephone with broadband service Tel No is[protected] monthly rental is Rs 999 for unlimited internet .But between March 2012 to June 2012 Airtel was charged extra for downloading.If we using unlimited plan why they treat as limited plan & charge extra for downloading . I made repeated complaints to the cusomercare, nodal desk and to the customer care exicutive by mail and telephone. but they have not changed the status. Also now they are not providing the free to air chanels. So please advise me how to make legal proceeding against this company to get the rights to me as a cusomer

                                This is Hari my mobile no# [protected] and it is AirTel Prepaid connection. 100+ rupes deducted from my balance without usage and information on August 15, 2012.
                                On Aug 14 evening my balance was 300+ rupes, and on Aug 15 2:16 AM 98 rupes deducted for 2G GPRS pack, so then my amount should be 200+, BUT on Aug 15 7AM my amount was 150+ only = they have deducted 50+ rupes without any usage. I called to CC and made a complient.... on this. Again some where around 2PM it was deducted 50+ rupes without any reason.
                                Again i callled to Custmercare peoples and they said the amount was deducted due to internet usage on Aug 15... i said on 2:16AM GPRS pack has been activated the why did the balace deducted my account -- there was no exact reason from their side...

                                  Today dated 08/16/2012, i got a missed call from a number[protected],when i tried calling back the person on the other side told me that i have won a lottery worth 25 lakh rupees and started asking me personal questions and gave a number to contact further as [protected].Sensing something fishy i disconnected the call and checked my balance .it had been decreased at an alarming rate. Apart from this i searched on the internet and found that this call was from pakistan!!!!!!!!!!......Airtel can you please check these anonymous calls from being happening as this can cause serious trauma to the customers.....

                                    My number is [protected]. My balance was deducted for message card renewal without any prior notice though i had stopped the services before. I contacted customer care where they asked me to "enjoy the service of message card" now. Furthermore, they told me now the procedure for blocking the auto renewal process had been changed. Also,now my number has been somehow blocked and i cannot connect to airtel customer care. Furthermore, when i asked information for number portability from airtel,,my call was put on hold without any response for a long time until finally, the call got disconnected. Please kindly take some action. I have been alloted a complaint reference number-[protected].

                                    This is once again Airtel have started with unscrupolous things by deducting unnecessarily the balance from my mobile no.[protected].
                                    I have tried several time to contact the customer care but in vain because of the pissed off recorded things PRESS 5 , PRESS 2 etc.
                                    I am really fed up of all this crap. I dont know why they are not deactivating all the unnecessary things from my Number.
                                    I have complained when the same thing happend to me regarding activating not needed schemes in my number before. now this time they activated property scheme in my number.
                                    I think they desperately need some rules and guidelines for checking forgery. This is a clear case of fraud. I am an old user of Airtel. While observing it is found that the servise is really gone worse. need some check from quality control people.
                                    Please look into the complaints very seriously
