Cheating and false promise to sell product

I bought a Sony phone from Reliance Digital on 8th July2012, at Shipra Mall and one Airtel sticker on the box says "Free data usage of 500 MB each month for 3 month as soon as I insert my 1st Airtel SIM" valid till 31st August 2012. Activation of Value Added Services without permission

I have a airtel number [protected] on which some value added service of chat has been activated for the past few days.
A balance of INR 1 is deducted everyday for the service. I have given multiple complaints to the customer care to which they have a reply that I ned to deactivate it by dialing 12116. However, this number says that the information about value added services on my number is not possible to obtain.

Unwanted SMS from 55382 that's affecting my balance

I am receiving unwanted sms frm 55382 which is affecting my balance and also disturbing me alot. I have already registered with the DND registry with airtel. I even sent a STOP sms at 55382 but no action has been taken so far. I request that some action be taken immediately to stop these messages so I dont lose on my balance .
