Deduction of Money without making any call

I have a prepaid mobile connection of Airtel. I use it for 3G net with micromax modem and sometimes for dial. I recharged it with Rs 100/- on 01 Jun 2012 for talk time and Rs 450/- for 3G Net. customer care totally hopeless

SIM not getting activated
