Dear Sir,
I am Dhaval Shah, using airtel from last 2 months. I have activated Mobile internet. Yesterday night, at 11:50 pm i was chatting on Facebook. Suddenly i got a message "Thanks for downloading randeep sunny from airtel. You have been charged Rs 99.0". And my balance was reduced by 99 Rs. I don't know how can Airtel cut my balance 99 Rs, without doing any thing. I was just using Facebook, & this type of message came.
Even then, i tried 28 times to call on customer care on 121 & [protected], but could not connect to customur care executive.
Dear Sir, i need my balance back, because i did not do any thing, & my balance was reduced. Please do needful, or else i will have to change service provider.
