Hello AirTel, My digital TV HD settop box has been non-functional since Friday morning. I lodged a complaint (ref#[protected]. Except for promises, no one has turned up even after 48 hours !! With lost weekend time on Sat and possibly today on Sunday, this is giving me extreme inconvenience and grief.
In the meantime, I spoke to many folks..
I've been following up directly with the external agency who was supposed to attend to my case - Mr. Sundar (mob# [protected]), who had promised my case will be resolved before 1 pm on Saturday.
After the airtel deadline of 17:30 hrs y'day, I spoke to the supervisor Mr. Sujeet. He told someone would turn up today for sure. I also tried speaking your manager, Mr. Rajesh (mob#[protected]).
I've been an Airtel customer for years together (Mobile & Broadband), where I experienced excellent service. But, with my experience of Digital TV starting Oct 2010, I must say you folks just suck !! You will spoil the great impressions that millions in India have about Airtel service in general !!
I'm going to raise this at the customercomplaints online website. In case this doesn't get rectified by noon today, I'll also be filing a complaint at the Bangalore Consumer redressal forum for appropriate compensation from your end for absolute slack in your service.

We have received legal notice from your advocate Mr.Inderjit Singh Gill pune, Sr.No 35864 mentioned that we had not made payment of A/C No[protected].
But actually we have not activated the above A/C No's Sim card, & till today we are not receiving any kind of bill of the same A/c, i am your gold custmer & my cell no [protected].You can check our history.When we have not used the above sim card, why should we pay Rs 585.28 & why we are getting legal notice for the same.
Also we have visited your Gallary& Head office at Malad.They don't have any record for the above A/c.
Please Give your reply at your earliest, otherwise we will go to Consumer Court.

My outgoing services and blackberry enterprise services were barred since
early last month.
I got a bill yesterday and find that still i am being charged for blackberry
enterprise server (rental Rs 899).
This is cheating and fraud on behalf of Airtel.
They had earlier barred my outgoing services on my number [protected]
which i used as my official number. For that i wasnt able to make outgoing
calls and was unable to receive calls while i was outstation. This has caused
a lot of harassment to me. The reason for disconnection given by them was
an outstanding in my earlier number [protected].
I have no outstanding as i had already settled that account and have
handed over the settlement letter to your airtel customer care in City center
salt lake. They have scanned the letter and the last payment receipt and
sent to the required department. This was done on 17th September in the
evening.
I have asked them to stop the number now which they are not doing and
sending me bills for services which is unavailable.
