    Currently when I going nearest Airtel Shop,Mr Ashoke said due to unused this is permanently BLOCK.I am a businessman.Many of client know this biz-number.

      to-day i visited the air-tel office at Jalandhar to deposit my bill payment and the person sitting on the cash counter in Jawahar Nager office of the company refused to accept the payment on the ground that they have given the contract to outsider for payment of bills . i did not make the payment as the person collecting the payment was giving the receipt of Kailash stores which does not indicate that they are the representative of the company.

      i take up the matter with mr. NITIN who has given me the understanding that he is the person responsible for the issue and assured me that he will also solve my complaint regarding charging of PC secure by the compnay. by the time i can write the complaint he skipped from the office and there was no body to take my complaint .

      after waiting for about half an hour i came back as nobody was there to receive my complaint.

      i wouldlike to mention here that Mr. Nitin informed me that to cut the employment cost the company has given the collection work to some outsider as such i can deposit the same with them. since they were issung the receipt of kailash Store hence i did not make the payment. it is the duty of the company to inform the customer well in advance that they have changed the system of collecting the bill payment which was supposed to be informed with the bill. as such any delay in the payment of my Tel Bill[protected] is due to the fault on the part of the company.

      my PC secure facility may also be withdrawn with immidate effect.

        I am B.Rajarajan, customer of Airtel. My mobile number is [protected]. I am using Airtel network for past 8 years in airtel pre paid [[protected]]. I have purchased a new post paid[[protected]] from airtel before 9 months. I had requested to issue me bill for post paid number by post, but nobody had taken any action regarding this issue. Importantly we had not even received a single bill for that number yet and also i had paid all my bills regularly. This issue is showing the irresponsible nature, that too for regular customer.

        Airtel Postpaid — Not responding to the complaints

        Recently I had a worst experience with your Airtel customer representatives.

        I need clarification on my last bill, for this I am calling continuously from last 10-12 days to Customer care, none of the people are responding properly. Every time I call they said `Our manager will call you within 4 hrs' and each time they tell the same thing in spite of calling continuously from last 10 days.

        Even some representative don¿t have knowledge how open the bill and answer the queries and many time asked then to register a complaint then they said they cannot register a complaint and every time they told `Our manager will call you within 4 hrs¿ but till now no one called.

        Being Airtel a wide and popular company I am not expecting these kind of behavior.

        Every time I write a mail I'll get a acknowledgment mail saying that my issue will be solved within 24 hrs but no results I think I sent more than 5-6 mails from last one week

          I am sherin Antony using SIM of airtel since 2009.phone no. Is [protected] and SIM card no. Is[protected] H4-WD. On last April 28th I came to Oman and at that time thisSIM has a balance of RS 65 and last month I lost this balance due to some technical reasons . I didn't make any calls in international roaming.
          Please refund this money as soon as possible.

            Hi,

            Am Dhanish from chennai, I made a purchase of Airtel Digital HD box as a multi connection add on to customer id [protected] by calling 12148 ( Airtel Direct Sales over Phone ) on August 14th. I Spoke with Indirajit and paid Rs.2120 using credit card via IVR. Reference no of transaction is 20926439. Indirajit promised installation will be done within 48 hours. But still now no action has been taken, did not even got a confirmation message/acknowledgment message for the payment made.

            I tried calling lot of times to 12148 and they have been promising installation will be done in next 24 hrs but no response after that. After 3 days of continuous calling, i was informed that i need to reach 12150 to get it installed. I was unable to reach indirajit after the payment.

            Then i started calling 12150 for about 20 times till today. I have spoken with executives like neethu,bala etc etc... The worst part is the call got disconnected after problem explanation and callback was promised every time but no call back received.

            I am really frustrated with the customer service provided by AIRTEL, its very irritating . I don't know what has to be done next to get the installation done. Anybody please help me out.... My contact no is [protected]

              This is regarding the postpaid numbers [protected] using for 3G internet connection.From last 8 days my Internet is not working. When I Dial it shows connection terminated.
              From 8 two days I am made several calls to airtel Internet customer care and postpaid customer care but I am not getting any valid response from them. Some times they saying my number falls in east UP and telling me to call another customer care and some times they saying system is not working.
              Even worst is ,they are refusing to give any complaint number.
              I tried to register my complaint online on airtel web site but it says service is not workking try again latter.Even I mail my complaint on 'Airtel.[protected]@in.airtel.com'; '[protected]@in.airtel.com' but no response.Now I donot know where to put my complaint ?

              Airtel — My USB data card is not working

              My USB data card is not working at my resident place from last two weeks. I'm still awaiting for some action taken to solve the same but still there is no action what so ever from Airtel team. They say will take 4-5 days, now even after two weeks problem is there as it was.

                    This is a complaint regarding my broadband service. I'm controlling really hard not to use capital letters and abusive words. I'm this close to breaking my laptop due to the amount of frustration your service has caused me.

                    I've been an Airtel user for past 5 years and 4mbps user for more than 2 years now. For last few months, an annoying SmartBytes upgrade pop-up has been showing up randomly when I'm browsing.

                    This hinders when I'm sending an email, making a payment, normal browsing, and even when I'm playing games. It ruins the overall browsing experience.

                    I pay to use Internet, however, it feels like you don't want me to. Over the past few months, I have been advising close friends to not go with Airtel due to absolutely pathetic customer care. I've contacted all possible mediums, and even consumer court forum. I'm helpless, and looking at the way your company is progressing, I guess arrogance has taken the better of you. I'm lucky that I don't use your mobile services because I've been hearing nothing but complaints in that too. However, my current issue is with your annoying popup.

                    Are you lacking developers? Don't you have anybody with enough programming skill to remove this popup? Why are you so hell bent on advertising?

                    I'm afraid that this email won't even reach you. But still, I have to do what I have to do.

                    I hate Airtel now. I was your unofficial brand ambassador an year back, but now I am doing whatever I can to make sure you don't get broadband subscribers. You are on the top right now, but I curse you that you will fall down so hard that one day, you will realize how much pain and agony you are causing your customers.

                      This is Sudhir Dhingra. I have been using the internet services of Airtel for the past 3-4 years. Till 6th of july, I was quite satisfied with the services provided but since 6th July (my first complaint registered) I am facing problems.
                      On 6th July 2012, i had registered complaint with the airtel customer care regarding frequent disconnection of interenet services. i am unable to use my internet services properly because of this problem. in response to my complaint, airtel sent their linemen thrice & once even changed the cable & made necessary adjustments/ corrections but without any satisfying result till date. the linemen & customer care admitted that the problem is at the airtel's part. i have made atleast 10-12 complaints during this period but it seems that this problem is not going to be solved.
                      so now, i want to discontinue with these internet services, so its requested to kindly disconnect the services & give the final bill. also its requested to consider this problem while finalising my bill as this was also said by the customer care centre people that if i am not getting proper services then i wont have to pay the bill as the problem is on airtel's part (since i havent got the proper services during these period, i wont be paying the bill for the time i havent use the internet services properly).
                      i am a regular user of these services & require the same in future as well, so you are requested to solve this issue at the earliest.

                        I, Mr. Hiralal More, Ph No (LL[protected], a custo,er of your Airtel Broadband Service, wish to file a complaint regarding:
                        1. Unwanted packages like 'Zapak', 'Games' etc which were activated by the Company without prior consent
                        2. Billing for the same from February 2012 to June 2012 which amounts upto Rs. 3000/- including service tax.
                        3. Constant 'Countdown' SMSes regarding activation of the same with no options or guidelines to help deactivate before commencement of the service.
                        4. No call assistance, no permission to see the concerned authority in person at Pune Main Center, Swargate.

                        I therefore request humbly to please deactivate all of further unwanted or unsubscribed services activated without my consent also requesting waiver of the payment paid (including Service Tax) for the above term in the next billing cycle. Kindly let me know of the remediation at the earliest.
                        May I request you to keep in mind that any delay or ignorance of the above complaint, accounts for the Company being qualified for a Criminal Consumer Case.

                            I have an Airtel prepaid connection with no. [protected], for which i registered regarding the National Not to Disturb service approx 2 yrs back. But since last few days i am again getting their customer care calls, as i am in roaming these days this cause me to worth pay. So due to this i am mentally disturbed also. The no from which i am receivin calls are: [protected](31/5/2009), [protected](21/5/2009).

                            So i want to file a case against the company andi also need compensation for the nusiance caused by their act in my life, as i suffer while being in some meetings also.

Three days before on dated 18.08.2012 they have deducted Rs. 30 from my balance and I have already complaint against this in consumer forum but the company not refund the deducted money. After two days on dated 20.08.2012 company has again deducted Rs. 30 from my balance. They have done this without my consent, which is not acceptable. I have not activated any value added services. I am very disappointed about their services.
                            So, please grant my complaint for airtel services & take them affective action on it.

                              This complaint is on the Airtel Relationship Centre in Alwarpet, TTK Road. I submitted a request for MNP to move from my existing Reliance GSM prepaid to Airtel prepaid. Per the process, I submitted the required documents at the centre on June 16th and was told that I would get a response/SMS from Airtel in a week. 2 weeks passed by and I did not hear back. My number continued to be with Reliance. I called up Reliance call center and spoke to the customer service reps for more than an hour. They could not diagnose the issue, they insisted the error was on Airtel's side and that they had not received any communication from Airtel. I called up Airtel call center, and again spoke to multiple reps and managers for over an hour. They were helpless since the number was not registered in their network/database. They suggested that the best way was to go back to the Airtel center where I had submitted the forms.

                              So, I took some time off work and stopped by at the Airtel center. This time, they said that the UPC code had expired and that they had to re-submit the request. I provided them with the updated UPC code and continued to wait for a week as they assured me it would be sorted out. This time, I noted down the phone number of the rep, Diwakar. 10 days passed by and still no response. I was furious. I complained to Airtel_presence on twitter and called their Nodal office number too. The reps seemed to be clueless about the MNP process and were not helpful. I continued to call Diwakar. After 3 calls in a single day, he responded saying that there was some error in processing the request. It could only be resolved if I went down to the Airtel office personally in Egmore. This was outrageous and I reasoned with him that I don't have the luxury of time to do that and requested the phone number of a personnel who can help at the Egmore office. He said that following up on the phone will not work and also went onto suggest that I should take permission out of office for few hours and go over to the Egmore office.

                              I really wish I had recorded the conversation so that Airtel understands the kind of customer service they provide. This was disrespectful behavior and I was taken aback. Pursuing this issue further would only result in the waste of my energy and time, so I did not. But I wanted to highlight it to other consumers so that you can be more cautious while dealing with them.

                                On 20 Aug 12 i am having about 57.80 rupees in my account and after one hour when i was calling from my phone balance was less about 1.2 rupees only. When i given a call to Customer care they had told me that net charges is being deducted. Although i was having about 22 MB left in my account net balance valid up to 20 Aug12 and after that at 0915 i recharged my account with 98 net pack on20 Aug 12. Kindly look in to the matter .as unwanted charges are being deducted from prepaid account.

                                AirTel — Unwanted messages and deductions

                                Dear Sir,

                                This is to inform u that for last around 5 months i am facing problem from airtel service which is deducting 3 Rs. everyday by sending unwanted messages three times in a day on my mobile number

                                I am fed up By Airtel and will be forced to write to the chairman if the problem is not solved within 24 hours.You are also advised to refund the entire amount which is being deducted by u.

                                My Airtel Mobile No- [protected],
                                I never asked for any Poly Pack Tone up to the best of my knowledge till date, But Polytone charged for renewal are continued every month from last 3 months. though I sent this massage to Airtel service on 25 july, also contacted customer care executives, till date I could not get satisfactory reply.Whenever I recharged my mobile account, automatically Rs 50/-, 25/-, 25/- deducted & find msg Polypack tone renewed successfully.

                                AirTel — Unwanted deductions from account

                                Dear Sir
                                I am using prepaid card no [protected] from last four years. But still I am not satisfied your service. Every time, almost in every month deductions takes place from my account for the service which i haven't activated. Answers from the customer care are that service can't be star automatically and so u has to bear the charge. But for how many times i used to. Is there any ghost in your system who starts and stop the services. Stop playing these funny games with the customers.
                                Today (29.05.10) automatically (50+7)=57 Rs has been deducted from my account for downloading content from website as told by customer care ex (Smita)(Rf NO [protected]), which i didn't download. Already i am using internet service (98Rs) in which upto 2 Gb downloading is free and still 1700 mb is left in my account, then why and for what i am being charged. Now i am totally frustrated & harassed by the airtel services. Now I am thinking over disconnecting this prepaid service.
                                Hoping favorable action will be taken and money will be refunded.

                                Airtel — UNWANTED MESSAGES AND DEDUCTIONS FROM THE ACCOUNT

                                Dear sir,

                                I'm having AIRTEL sim and bought it two years before. My airtel number is [protected]. Airtel has automatically activated few applications and regularly deducting the amount daily...I have contacted the customer care more than 10 times to ask for deactivating the applications. Again they will activate the applications automatically. They are sending unwanted messages to my phone number even though i have applied for DND option. So kindly look into seriously.

                                but i did downloded it even i dont knoe where this lik was there .

                                  I am an old customer of Airtel delhi gsm mobile services,I am very disappoint about their services.

                                  First thing is that when ever i call customer care, there is no satisfaction response always. in last 2 days, i recharged my account balance
                                  50rs of three times and they are deducting my balance without my permission now i have 6 rs balance, they automatically giving service of some other utility plans without prior notice.

                                  so, i want them to return my account balance as soon as possilble, i just want stop any additional services always.
                                  so, please grant my complaint for airtel gsm sevices & take them affective action on it.

                                    Hi,

                                    I had a broadband connection with number [protected] in Bangalore. On 31-mar-2012 I called airtel customer care and asked them to disconnect my connection as I am relocating. I paid all the pending bill till then. The customer care person assured me they will disconnect in 7 days time.
                                    After 3-4 days one person from airtel called and started brain-washing me to transfer connection to any my friends or relatives. I told him no one is there, ready to take the connection. He told he will get back in 2 days. He never got back. And my connection ramained active even after 7 days. I had already moved out of that house and I did not know the connection is active.
                                    After more than a month Airtel people called me and told my connection is active and I need to pay bill for all the days for which I have not used their service. They conveniently deleted my request to disconnect and kept the connection active. I complained many times to customer care and they did not bother to correct the bill or disconnect my conection. They kept on torturing me by calling and asking to pay the bill that got accumulated over time. Now they are saying they will initiate legal procedure.

                                    This is sheer fraud from AIRTEL. Don't believe this cheaters. When you ask for a new connection they will come and give connection in 1-2 days. They will somehow put you in highest monthly rental scheme to extract your money to the last penny. When you want to escape from their hold they will start slowing down. They want 7 days to deactivate or disconnect a service. They will pester you will calls to keep ur connection or transfer to someone else. And They will will delete your complaint and say you never raised any complaint. Dont go for this fraud company for your broadband or mobile service,

                                    I am regular user of airtel in my city Kerala state,Pathamthitta (dt) Konni last yr i take brod band connection from air tel connection time u r castamer care said that i can use voice chat , when i take the connection i realice that i can' t .can u pls explne what is the problum y i can't use voice chating

                                    My internet DSL # [protected]_ is not working, i am talking to customer care on # 121 regularly since last a week. ther are saying IP is currupt contact your service provider who has installed. unfortunately they are not picking up his mobile. I am given a ref # on 01/02/2009 after repeated request i.e. 62691347 .Can this problem be rectified or i have to request / apply for disconnection Please ?.

                                    I live in Noida and had applied for a broadband connection at my place. The agent who came to me took a cheque of Rs. 500 as initial deposit saying that this money would be adjusted in the first bill I receive. Since then, I have received two bills but the money hasn't been adjusted yet. I have called the agent and airtel customer care MANY MANY number of times but he has done nothing on his part to solve this issue for me.
                                    Also, the agent had promised me that he'll upgrade my connection to an unlimited one after I pay my first bill - even that hasn't happened yet.
                                    My complaint is against both airtel and the agent- both of whom have wasted my time like anything.

                                    Airtel Broadband — Airtel Broadband Fraud

                                    I had requested a new Airtel Broadband line for me and given my mobile number [protected] for further communication. CEF number is 2946211. Within a day a person from Airtel came and collected the required fees(in cash) and documents from me. Airtel was not able to install a connection at my premises. Then I requested for a refund. I called the broadband customer care every day regarding the status as Airtel dosent have time to tell there customer anything. Airtel customer care fooled me for one month and then now when I called them today they said my payment is not reflecting in there system. They are asking me to contact that agent who had collected the money. If they had asked me this thing a month back I could have get hold of that person but now after one and half month where I will find that agent. Is it my fault that my payment is not there in there system. Airtel customer care is there to fool customers only. Even the supervisors there are got for nothing. Even I had sent may emails to there customer, nodal officer and appellate email address. But never even got a acknowledgement so getting a reply is far away. I would request everybody out there to stay away from Airtel Broadband they are there to fool you. They will take you hard earned money.

                                    you should file case in consumer court against airtel frauds.

                                    Airtel Brs Nagar Ludhiana branch is full of cheaters and liars . Dont trust them . They cheat and fool people . You should better complaint in consumer court or in police against these fraud Airtel Brs Nagar branch people.

                                      i have an internet connection from airtel broadband . i have 4mbps unlimited plan. the connection speed is fine but the connectivity is not good, the internet connection shows to be connected but cannot open any site. this happens frequently, like once every hour . the connection is lost for 2-3 mins and then comes back. those 2 -3 mins are very annoying. many a times my important work has stopped due to this stupid bug. what should be done.

                                        i have purchased a new SIM bearing the No-[protected](H1)amounting Rs 125/- from relationship center at Bhubaneswar ( Near Rajmahal sqre)with submission of required documents as directed by the officer (Arakhit lenka). The officer told me that you will get back your old Mobile No-[protected] on this SIM & AUTOMATICALLY old SIM will be deactivate on the eveing of the same day.The distributor provide me the service with a new No [protected] . When i am asking regarding my request on the next day the officer in charge told my its happenig wrongly kindly return back the SIM provided yesterday & we will provide you another SIM to provide you the service
