[Resolved] Airtel — AUTO-RENEWAL SYSTEM | |||
Airtel- one of the rising mobile communication companies of India has developed a scheme to “LOOT” public money. The “Auto Renewal System” in which they will activate a certain scheme after a certain period without even notifying you about it. They have this system for SMS pack, Internet Pack and what not because they think public money is not a concern for public. Once you recharge any of this scheme of SMS or Internet that means “watch out” because you have endorsed a curse of “Looted “by this Respected company. Yes, they will not inform you with any honesty that “Hello we are deducting your balance.” In fact, after deducting your balance they would popped you up with a message that “Your SMS PACK or bla bla bla has been renewed, to deactivate it please dial *777*0#”. But don’t be happy because your money is gone and now they won’t return it even you fight in courts. And then you knock on the customer care’s door to speak your complain. But the Respectful, Big -hearted, Honest, absolutely saints dressed in the form of Customer care to help us will say, “This system is for all the airtel customers. And we do send you message for deactivating. Now you have 1500 message, utilize it.” Wow! Utilize it- they know this suggestion better because they are utilizing public money to turn their turn over. And after this vain call to Respected “Coat-Suit” people in Airtel, you think lets utilize these message and a day before auto-renewal I will deactivate the AUTO- Renewal System. But days passed and as nobody have too much time to think about this deactivation thing, again after certain elapsing time they renew your scheme again, and “YOU LAUGH LOOKING AT THE MESSAGE which says “to deactivate dial *777*0#”. With due RESPECT to AIRTEL and ALL THOSE SITTING on for customer care service to us- grandly salute you. Keep looting. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||

Airtel — Autorenewal
I recharged my account with Rs 36 booster valid for 30 days. On recharge it informed me that it is a autorenewal pack . To deactivate i should dial *333*0# . But it is not working . It is responding that it is an invalid number. Namaste Mr.Oberoi,

I have 3G airtel pack & set for auto renewal . Yday data limit over I have kept sufficient balance in main account considering that as soon as data over it will be auto renewed . But I have lost 230 Rs. but nothing has happen . after talking to customer care she explaining for auto renewal is only after validity date not on data limit . This shows clarity in system & seriousness with customer money . I have only seen video of 8mb with Rs. 230 .

I have received the SMS 'your pack Rs.85= Local mobile at 30p/min 28D with local mobile at 30p/min valid for 28 days has expired today.(24/4/2016)To reactivate the pack, dial*129*10# '. but it was not working. I have tried many times and i have sufficient balance also. what is the use of this SMS

Airtel — late auto renewal of message plan
i got recharge my mobile for messages of rs. 62/- in last month. that completed by yesterday on[protected]. from today morning when I message to family person there was no auto renew of that plan from airtel company and serivice provider deducted the charge for my all messages in the morning therefore I have to got it recharged from retail shop in our campus at Indian Institute of technology, kanpur. but in afternoon company also deducted balance for auto renew of the message plan. but my point is this if my number was on auto renew plan then why they deducted money in the morning for messages and not my number got renew just after the expiry of previous one. why it took time of 14hrs to do renew. this is the company fault. if i had not recharged earlier than how can i do message for the time until they renew it. and why they did not inform me that it will take 14 hrs to renew automatically.therefore I want refund my deducted amount with the penalty on the firm. for this I can pay any thing.
