I lodged complaint against my mobile nos.,holding airtel nos [protected] and [protected] as the signals on it are very weak and hardly one could talk on it uninterruptedly,so I requested them to make a visit to our oremises to check the problem.So many times I contacted them,every time a new complaint no. was given,and no complaint was attended ever..Then I get a mail from them saying that my complaint has been resolved(request no CINDL [protected]) and that they tried contacting us but they were unable to contact us.This is all wrong statement as noone contacted us ever..Please look into our grievance and sort out the matter at your earliest
