[Resolved]  Airtel — balance deduction

i am ashish pandey i am using airtel sim fo last 5 year. airtel always cut my balance whenever i recharge. recently they dedudcted rs 150 from my account without any proper reason. i called to customer care but they didnt repond me. please help me .

i had recharged a sms pack of amount 85 Rs on 28 sep through online but my balance has been deducted from my bank account and i havent got the benifit.

I have an airtel prepaid mobile no. [protected]. Company has deducted Rs. 10.00 from my balance for activatingSMSTEXTCONTET...But i'm not activated this service...this is the third time they deducted my money for this type of activations...first time i called the costomer care...but they said the amount can, trefund, because i activated the service...i sure i, m not like this type of services...

I want to refund my deducted balance as soon as possible.
From Airtel I have some balance deduction for data plan, on November 8 I have 176 Rs in my acc .I have 2G data plan still already activated, still my main balance was being deducted for data surfing . this is totally ridiculous . I am User of Airtel from last 4 year .So on on session of 2 hr they (Airtel ) have deducted my 200 Rs while I have 2G data Activated .I already made complaint to customer care, however now they are also not responding properly .I am supposing to switch to Idea cellular for better and transparent services .


I Hope Airtel could get my point and solve my problem .

on 02/06/2014 about 8 am, about Rs30 was deducted from my main balance without of any service request . i have nt request for any service before. this balance deduction is not reasonable . i request to refund my balance . my mobile number is [protected]. another number is [protected]
I have recharge my mobile for the net pack as well for the main balance but suddenly today ie 10 june 2014 in the afternoon itself i am chatting with my friend And after finishing the conversation I have received that 100 mb is left and in evening when the when the same process repeats i suddenly recieved a msg that your main account balance is zero from 195rs and after that i had called to customer care and when I talk with the person he talk with me so rudly that i cant even explain at least your must have facility that after finishing the net pack there should be msg displayed on our screen that ur net pack Is finished now you are using the main balance . Sir/Madammaine airtel ka recharge karvaya tha 198 ka jisme mujhe benefit mila 2GB 2G + Post 2GB unlimited @20kbps speed. but in 3days i used 2gb and after 2GB my 98 rupee balance is deduct. customer care won`t help me. He Didn`t refund my scheme & Balance.

I am Sandeep Chouhan user of airtel, visited airtel site and saw a pack for whatsapp of Rs 38 which gives me 200MB data to use whatsapp then I activate it, after activating I started using whatsapp pack but during
whatsapp use I saw my balance get deducted, then I contact to customer care to
complain against it but instead of refunding my money he told me that on whatsup pack downloading videos and pictures from whatsapp is chargeable and I will not get my money back and before activating whatsup pack I should ask customer care, is this the service airtel is giving to user then I must say airtel is one
of the fraud companies.

On the website of airtel where I saw what sup pack there is no information of extra charges on
downloading videos and pictures from whatsapp

So now I need my money back and they told me to complain on there website that’s why I am
writing this, so either refund my money back or I will complain against your
company in consumer court.

You have deducted 15/Rs. balance in my account no. [protected] without any activation. i have recd. message from you. i.e. Thanks for downloading Generic English Offline as your HT. You are charged Rs 15 for 90 days. For More Tunes, click m.airtelhellotunes.in/wap

Note :
1) It is second time deduction in a month. it is very SHAME to AIRTEL
2) Why repeat the same mistake you can make a new (Big) one
Refund the deducted amount rs. 15/- with immediate effect.

My balance has been deducted from main account around 40 to 45 Rs on the date 6th Nov 2014, approx 3 o'clock in afternoon. When I called on 7th Nov around 10AM and asked Airtel Customer Care they replied me like your data pack was finished and you were using Internet that's why it has been deducted from your main account balance.
Here what I observed like they start deducting balance when it comes Internet pack below 10 MB or lesser.
Balance deduction happened even earlier for me even if the Internet pack was full of MBs that moment they relied like i[censored] r browsing more than one window, so your balance is deducted from Main Account Balance. Does these types of reply makes any Sense?
One more thing like if we r not satisfied with the customer care and we ask them to credit the deducted amount to main balance, they just hang up the phone. That's so rude.


I know many people faces the problem with these Mobile operators, but few complaints.


Please look in the matter.

i have talk to senior customer executive mr deepak kumar they tell me that i have charged rs.75 for mobile academy and Rs.35 for laila services. He also tell me that they service are using by internet but i have not using internet since last 3 to 4 hours. and also i have set my pop up blocker in my browser.
Please refund my balance otherwise i will take other action.
