Are you joking. From earlier phone conversations & earlier mails is it not
clear to Airtel poeple when I have recharged. What was the matter. Have you not
gone through the earlier mails.
Anyway I will again WAKE YOU PEOPLE UP.
Please don't go to sleep again.

Date & Time of recharge : 08.10.2010 around 11.00 am
Place of Recharge : Airtel showroom in Nasik near Divya Adlabs.
Validity of Recharge : for Rs. 42 recharge ( for modification local & STD
Charges from Rs. 1.00 & Rs. 1.50 to Rs.0.50 & Rs. 0.60 respectively ) was told
as 2 years.
Along with this I had recharged for Rs. 295 with a talktime of Rs. 295.
Another Recharge of Rs. 100 for which a talk time of Rs. 88 was given.

Before replying back first do your homework properly. Don't just reply without
going trrough the records.

Airtel has APOLOGISED through the previous mails 3 times & you can read in this
mail itself. This is all because of some lousy & filthy people at work with
Airtel.

Since last few days Airtel on its own has started deducting my balance on
prepaid mobile as per the old rates inspite of revised plan given to me by
airtel executive in Airtel showroom in Nasik. My local calls are being charged
@ Rs.1 per call & std @ Rs.1.50. After so many complaints over phone & mails
the negligent sleepy heads of AIRTEL do not bother of what service they are
offering to the customers.
Money is not going from your pockets. Time & again you are not waisting your
time giving complaints regarding service given because you are being paid for
this work.
After revised deductions again you started deductions as per the old rates even
though I was given a plan of Rs. 42 i.e. 50 paise for local calls & 60 paise
for std. I have spoken to airtel customer care executives n number of times but
it seems my complaints are falling on deaf ears.

Will the NEGLIGENT, IRRESPONSIBLE people of AIRTEL WAKE UP from their SLEEP.

This time I will make sure I recover my money from Airtel according to my means
& if I become a defaulter it will be AIRTEL WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE.

prepaid mobile balance — inappropriate deduction of money

on 23 september 2010 i activate Rs 98/- gprs connection for 1 month free browsing and 2 Gb download . but to my amaze i was charged about Rs 70 to Rs 80 for simply browsing the net on my mobile. i lodged a complaint on 25 sept 2010 and had been promised that the deducted amount would be refunded. again on 29 sept at around 9pm to 10 pm and was promised a call back however the said promise could not be kept once again.
on 30th oct i called up the customer care once again and spoke to the supervisor who bluntly responded me stating that on 25th sept 2010 i activated 1 day mobile internet package @ Rs 20 with the same amount of the deducted amount.with great dissapointment i realize my value of being an airtel customer however the supervisor was thankfull when i state that i m not going to use airtel connection in my life.
here i m not asking airtel to refund me the money which has been deducted .my main concern is the way u treat ur customer is a disgrace.

Airtel — Inappropriate Information Provided

Hi,

I had issues logging into the online portal of Airtel. So i called up cust care and they promised to send me a soft copy of itemized bill. Later the supervisor calls me today and states that they wont be able to send it until i subscribe for email copy..Why was it promised then??

Secondly, i requested them not to change the password as the issue was not with password and that i had tried resetting it about 10+ times. Inspite of that Airtel goes ahead and resets the password with out my consent.

I had called in for a query on SMS package. The rep who attended the call stated that the application is down and asked me to call after 4 hours. Meanwhile the package is activated without taking an authorization from my end.

It is becoming a serious concern now as the problem not just lies with the frontline rep, but also with the managers as i have had just bad cust service experiences. They dont let you speak nor try to help you out as a customer. You ask for some information and they deviate from the topic and talk about something else.

I just get frustrated...

Airtel — inappropriate balance deduction

My airtel mobile number [protected] has very often been a subject to activation of schemes without asking or calling or messaging for any of them . we have ben filing complaints regularly . last time again we got the balance deduction redeemed and asked for any schemes that are active on the phone to be deactivated as we have never tivated any. we got a call checked balance for few days it was the same as the phone is not really used much . but a day or two back deduction started again and on asking them they told us abt a scheme that was activated on one of our std mobile number in december 2010 precisely 27th as told to me by the telecaller. whereas the number in question [protected] stopped working around four months back. and on confronting i was told we activated some sort of scheme and the telecaller was just not reasoning out the fact wen i said if the money is being deducted it will happen everyday but it has not been that clearly means that their is something wrong with the system and they always try to prove us wrong. its enough . we can definitely change numbers and not go through such trouble of filing complaiints but i guess as a citizen of india its my right and responsibility . i would like some action to be taken and matters cleared.

Bharti Airtel Ltd — Regarding balance Deduction

Sub:- Regarding Balance deduction from My number [protected]

without my notice my mobile(:[protected]) is subscribed for hungama club and daily 5 rupees is getting deducted as far I know more than 25 rupees got deducted so far. When I contacted customer care 198 they are turned off that service refunded the money back and then again they activated that service on 30.10.2011 and deducted Rs 20.00 from my account and again called to 198 customer care and they refunded Rs 10 to my account.Now again that service is activated on 02.11.2011 and deducted Rs 10 from Account.Again I have Airtel customer care 198 on 03.11.2011 they taken the request and canceled that service and refunded that Rs 10.00 .We have so many complaints on this hungama club and this is happening to me for the 4th time. Please stop these crazy things and do not waste the time and money and I want know without our permission or notice how you are doing those kind of activities. If we are asking to customer care representative regarding this issue they are saying that happening from you end.I need the clarification on this
I hope you will resolve this issue asap to stop further deduction and I hope you will revert the amount.

Once again I am telling you that I have never subscribed for this service and even no one will use my mobile.

    I have submitted the required documents and received the sim card from Triplican Airtel office, once activated and used for 2 weeks, i lost the mobile & barred the sim card by calling to customer care. Then waited for 2 weeks to get the duplicate sim, but due to non availability of stock i was asked to go to Parrys Airtel office. I submitted the document again and got the duplicate sim by paying Rs. 25. They informed me saying it will be activated with in 24 hours, but they did not do it, when called it was informed to me it will take 1 week, but did not activated at all. After 2 weeks again they asked me to submit the documents for activation of sim. After submision of documents , with in 24 hours only incoming calls facility could be availed, but not able to make outgoing calls. The recored messaging is saying your line has been temporarly suspended for non submission of the documents. When i call one person speaks only in tamil which i could not understand since i am from out side of tamilnadu state , i asked her to transfer the call to other executive she transfers unwillingly which disconnects after few seconds after repeadtly calling for 5 to 6 times. When i called their manager he never picks up the call. ( Manager cell no is [protected]). It is a real pain to get the Airtel connection in Chennai unlike other places, They are not professional at all, they need to speak in english like in Karnataka state to cater to outsiders too.Some of the staff is not at all cooperative.     The delay in activating is not acceptable, the staff itself has informed me saying it will be activated with in 24 hours. Inspite of it only in coming calls are activated but not able to make calls. The recored voice is saying my line has been temporarily suspend due not submitting of documents.
    The delay is not acceptable since the Airtel staff it self has informed me saying the delay has been happened from their side and it will be activated with in 24 hours.

    Airtel Mobile — Barring of services in spite of submission of documents

    Hi,

    Airtel services has been barred on my mobile[protected] for want of documentation inspite of me submitting my passport, pancard, photo, company id copies as documents.

    The Airtel showroom in koramangala (called Airtime services) verified the documents and agreed everything was in order and provided me an acknowledgement. The services were barred after this happened. When I tried contacting the customer care, they were very rude and did not provide a response as to why the services were barred.

    I checked with the showroom again yesterday and was again confirmed that all docs. are correct and they confirmed that the documents were also logged with Airtel central office and the services would be restored. But the services are yet to be restored.

    I will get important calls and now I am not sure what damages this would do to my career beacuse of this irresponsible behaviour by Airtel.

    Please help.

      Airtel — my outgoing service is not there

      I anuj kumar gupta, am using the airtel prepaid connection [protected] which i have purchased on 13 august 2010 from haridwar.This connection I have purchased for my father. and I have submitted the whole documents regarding this connection.but now today the out going service has been blocked.I am facing so many problems due to this reason.kindly activate my outgoing service as soon as possible.

        God & his saints help you if your Airtel dth conks out - or, as in my case, u move ur installation. My customer no is [protected]. My service request nos: 4435335 "Video Problem"; 4468043 "Installation Related"; 4490016 "Video Problem"; 4502848 "Engineer Related" have been hanging in midair for the last one week. When I called the mobile no mentioned in the SMS, the pelnipotentiary at the other end asks me to call up another pleni... who tells me to call another etc., thereby enlisting me as a virtual backend worker for the great Airtel Globocorp. Consumer complaint graciously notes down grievance & gives deadline by which complaint will be attended to. But when the deadline passes (and nothing happens), the grievance is "closed successfully". In fact I have been forbearing as there is an existing digital cable service available to me with channels that Airtel doesn't have - like Diva, News9 (B'lore), Daystar etc.

          Respected Sir/Madam,

          My name is Tejal Patil, i was using wireless Internet services of Airtel with mobile number [protected]. I used to connect it to my laptop with their data card.
          The data-card was priced Rs. 3000. On top of it, they made me pay extra Rs. 500 in the name of Deposit and FALSELY promised that it'd be fully adjusted against my first 5 monthly bills (Rs. 100 per month).
          I'll list my complaints and grievances here on:
          1) They didn't make any adjustments in the monthly bills as promised. And the deposit is not yet returned.
          2) Upon complaint of pt.1 to the Airtel authorities they simply denied that and stated that there wasn't any such scheme.
          3) Now, when I asked them to discontinue the services, they sent me a Legal Notice under Sections 403, 405, 406 and 420 for unpaid bills which I'm ready to pay after deducting the deposit amount.

            But I am unable to talk to Customer care representative.
            When I make call to 121 then after IVR option, Call automatically becomes disconnect.
            I wanted to deactivate JOB alert service but unable to do that. I am fed up with this kind of service.

                I had purchased samsumg LCD tv, alonwith came the AIrtel connection vopucher, call centre executives made me pay towards installation though It was free, after a lot of confusion from their side and no proper service, I cancelled my connection request. I was assured that payment will be refunded withih a week. Now more than 3 weeks over, Payment not yet received.

                Ms Monika RAngi from west hub had alled up and informed the complaint number as 4433379and assued of refund. Nothing happened then.

                I want money back with interest and compensation .
                Have been following continuously with thier west hub.
                Can give details of all calls received from them, email replies received from them.
                Please let me know what to do next

                  I Tuhin Kumar Dutta purchased a SIM:[protected] MSISDN no. [protected] IMSI: [protected] from a authorized shop at Budge Budge Station on 26th of October and after all the verification of my documents which i submitted the connection was started i installed a Tarrif of 98 INR for Internet browsing and 120 INR for talk time on the 16 of November the connection was disconnected suddenly and "SIM Registration failed" was showing on my Phone. I went to the local Airtel Office were the customer care executive handed me a new SIM neither my previous balance was refunded nor a proper explanation was given to me for my disconnection, the said my verification was failed and i had recharge the new SIM with the above mentioned Tarrif and balance again . I had submitted photocopy of my passport and electricity bill of my uncles house for address and ID verifications. This is the responsibly of the company and this shows how unhealthily they deal with the customers and the customers has to pay more for their mistakes, i have submitted the above mentioned numbers to various job sites as i was applying now the companies will call on that same number for interviews but they will get no answer and this will harm my reputation and career and for this loss the company is responsible and its work force .now who will refund me. A proper action should be taken against such type of mishaps.

                  Airtel — Disconnection pain

                  I have requested Airtel to disconnect my broaband on 24th August because my broadband is not working since 3rd May. despite repeated complaints and follow-ups to fix. Even the disconnection request got closed on 19th september, without disconnecting and a bill of 1300 was sent to me. I have not been able to use broadband since 3rd of may and have paid around 6000 Rs cause bill kept generating.

                  I have written to airtel appellate and ombudsperson with no restrain. Today after raising a re-disconnection request, I'm being told that no waiver would be given as i did not mention land line which was given as a package with broadband. I was also told on phone that verbal communication holds no value and unless written on an email we will not entertain. For evertything I'm being asked to produce a writen proof. The appellate officer hangedup the phone threatning do what you want but unless you show me in writing that I asked for complete disconnection of broadband and phone no waiver will be achieved where as the same guy raised a disconnection request for me, all relevant emails attached. 6 months of torture, this is the worst company in terms of customer care.My contact number is [protected]. Is there someone who can help I plead...please save me. I'm not allowed to attacch emails, who ever contacts, I will provide emails

                    Airtel — Sms Offer error

                    I normally use the 33rs sms pack offer which gives me 300 sms per day for 10 days. For the past one week i've been charged after the second day from my recharge. It is very frustrating because i already filed a complaint on 7th of this month(sep) and they told me on 10th that it had been resolved. But the problem continues and my sms are being charged.                       I had approached to Airtel ofr one Post-paid connection. One Mr, Ajay (Mob no. : [protected]) came to me & collected the rquired documents. He also gave me one SIM card (SIM no. :[protected]) on last 12/11/2010. He also gave me one new connection no. (No. : [protected]) against that SIM. He said that the new connection will be activated within 15/11/2010. But. it is still not activated and to my surprise, he is not picking up my calls for last three days. Neither he has shown any urge to contact me & discuss the reason for this delay.

                      I am highly surprised & shocked by the service of such a reputated mobile service provider like "Airtel".
                      If the service is like that while taking a new connection, then I can't immagine what will be afterwards....

                        In my aritel cell i have a scheme named "Gujarat Pack" in which my call charges is 1 Rs. Per Call(Minute) for any mobile of gujarat & goa, but last 2 to 3 months they charged me 1.50 Rs. Per Call(Minute). For that i had already complained to aritel costomer care regarding call rate arround 20 to 25 times, but each time i get response from him that you are wrongly charged so you will get back the amount, also i get back some amount . But till now i didn't get solutions.

                        Please DO NOT use AIRTEL . I got Airtel Prepaid few months ago. But I was surprised to see how a company of such repute cheat its customers. Airtel charges Rs. 1.50 for STD call for one minute. But what I have noticed that the amount deducted for a 1 minute STD call(exact) is Rs. 3.

                        I made an STD call. My phone showed call summary of exactly 1:00 minute. But I was deducted Rs. 3. It means for AIRTEL people 1 minute means 59 seconds. This was not once. I made a call for exactly 2 : 00 seconds and was charged Rs. 4.50 instead of 3.

                        This means its not a mistake or some technical miscalculation, but a gross BETRAYAL of customers trust.
                        My balance is deducting 1.00 per call for airtel to airtel. I recharcge for 0.60 call. for other network it is diducting 0.60 but for airtel 1.00 please help me

                        I have made an STD call for 16 mins and once i discinnected i got an alert saying you have been charged 20 Rs for the last call.

                        But for me the STD charge is only 60 Paise and according to that i shud have been charged less than 10 Rs.

                          This is to inform you that i am using airtel punjab prepaid number [protected] in chandigarh. I was in melbourne, Australia for a couple of months and during that period could not use my number.

                          When i got back i was shocked ti learn that they have deactivaed my number without even intimating me or my family. But the number is not alloted to anybody as of now. I need my airtel number back as i have been using it for the past 7 years. I cannot afford to change the number. Please help me get it back.

                          This needs to be perused as soon as possible because the number has not been allotted to anybody yet. If that happens then it will get very difficult to get the number back.

                          just go to any airtel head office, shout at the highest pitch, wording does not matter your actions has to be seen by the guyes waiting in th queue to take the new sim. that is it, they will issue u the same number within 15 minutes. you are the second to me in the same case. Best of luck ...

                            My Airtel Postpaid No. [protected] (Bill No.[protected] dt. 12.11.10 is very much overcharged.
                            I really cannot understand that they have not yet deducted Rs.160+ST from my this bill of Rs.581.94, because of call drops inspite of my sms to AIRTEL and also making complaint to Airtel ar 198 and they promised that in the bill it will automatically be deducted. I am really very much fed up with Airtel Overcharging and let me tell you frankly that my another service provider Idea is OK (not even a single paisa overcharged till date).

                              I called Airtel as I wanted a new broadband connection, and was told that their agent would contact me. Some time later, i got a call from a man named Prakash, phone number [protected]. He came to my house on 9th October, got the SEF filled up and took Rs 2000 in CASH as installation charges. He did not give me a receipt as he said that the copy of the SEF is the only receipt. Within two days the Airtel people called to install the connection. As I was unavailable, I asked them to come later. The installation was done on 15th October. On 15th November, i got a message from Airtel saying that it was the last date for payment of the bill. I had not received any bill either by post or email, and had to contact customer care for bill details. To my horror I found out that the bill amount was Rs. 2751, even though the package I had registered for was only Rs. 1299, and the billing period was only 10 days! On checking, i found that they had charged me for installation charges as the CHEQUE I paid them had been reversed. How is that possible when I paid in CASH? My copy of the SEF clearly says that the payment was in cash.
                              Further, the bill says that the cheque was reversed on 13th October. If my cheque really had bounced on 13th, why did the Airtel people come and install internet in my house on 15th, TWO DAYS LATER?
                              Also, if the cheque bounced, shouldn't they have contacted me to inform me of that? I'm sure the people who manage Airtel are not so generous that they will install a connection without receiving installation charges, or not even try to get the money from the customer if a cheque bounces.
                              As I did not receive my bill at all, I did not even know about this horror till 1 o'clock in the afternoon on the last day of payment, when I received a message that it was the last day. That was the first information I had about the bill! On contacting customer care i was told that the bill had been delivered to my house and that my family member had received it. Even when i said that I had checked with all my family members, the CSR refused to believe me. She was rude and would only say that their record says that it was delivered. When I asked her the name of the person who received the bill, she said she couldn't tell me that. Do they hand over the bill to anyone they find on the street?
                              Similarly when I told her that I had paid the installation charges in cash, she again would only repeat that their records show that it was paid by cheque. The cheque was of IndusInd bank, where not only I but no one I know has an account. And aren't they supposed to return a bounced cheque to the customer? Or at least tell me about it?

                              This seems much more than an honest mistake. After reading some similar complaints on this website, I'm beginning to think that there is largescale fraud happening here. The agent who I paid can, of course, no longer be contacted as "incoming call facility to this number is not available".

                              Now I have given both my contact number and address. So please resolve this issue quickly. No only am I being charged Rs 2000 for installation because of the agent's fraud, there is also 200 rs tax on the same and now rs 130 late payment charges as they conveniently did not give me the bill before the last date.

                              I am sorry to inform you that the 'concern' has not been resolved. Despite several assurances from several airtel personnel, I am still getting calls demanding payment. I was told that Airtel would cancel those charges within a day and after that i could pay the balance amount due. However, that has not happened. Despite that, I have paid the charges that I was due to. Now it is up to Airtel to actually resolve the issue. And I would also suggest you ensure a problem has been resolved before you announce that it is over.

                                I have been using the Aritel Prepaid Mobile (98XXX73591 in Bangalore) since 2005, and the issues I am facing is that Airtel is requesting for ID/Address proofs again and again, and this is the third time that I got an SMS on my mobile requesting the same.

                                I try to call the customer care which gets disconnected, and fed up with this finally I again tried (Nov 17, 2010 at around 23:27 hrs) to call Customer care with my post paid connection and Mr. Manjunath picked up the call who was DEAF and couldn't hear me inspite of repeating each word. He said he will transfer my call to the concerned department, but after a while the call dropped and immediately got 10 SMS on my phone stating " We apologize for the incomplete interaction with us due to disruption of your call and so on ......."

                                My question is why is Airtel requesting for the ID & Address proofs again and again? Why Airtel is hiring deaf employees to answer the customer queries?

                                The customer service is pathetic and I guess this is to get more and more from the costomers when they call 121(0.50 paise / 3 mins), and if this repeats I will have to opt for other service, no point in continuing with this nonsense.

                                I ll be sending an email to you as per the email in response to my query above. However just to keep you informed that I had written to appellate authority and to nodal officer and got a prompt response from appellate authority but the later had was not bothered to reply to my email. According to Appellate they are not in receipt of any docs for my connection(I am using this connection for more than 4 years) and I had to resubmit the docs again at Airtel, Nandidurga Road, Bangalore amidst high drama by the unprofessional behaviour by your executives. They were aware that we (along with me other customers too) were helpless and had to submit the docs despite waiting for 2 hours. I Thank Mr. Mathews from this Airtel outlet at Nandi durg Road for his rude behaviour...

                                Unfortunately for people like me Number swapping will be a boon :(

                                Airtel — Requesting Address proof repeatedly

                                Hi,

                                I have been using the Aritel Prepaid Mobile (97410XXXXXX in Bangalore) since 2010 Oct, and the issues I am facing is that Airtel is requesting for Address proofs again and again. And my incoming & outgoing calls, messages everything blocked.

                                So i called from my friend mobile to customer care (they deduct 0.50 paise / 3 mins) and gave my address details and recovered my number again.Again i got a message after 3 weeks "your address proof and id proof are not matched with our database and your connection ll be deactivated".

                                My question is why is Airtel requesting for the ID & Address proofs again and again?

                                My friends also facing the same issue and customer care deduction 0.50 paise / 3 mins (new business in airtel ) . So we are plan to change other services instead of continuing with this nonsense. We are using Airtel past 6 years in Tamil Nadu. We haven't faced these kind of issues there. We were disappointed a lot and move to other good services.

                                  My name is Pramit Pal. I had been using Airtel Broadband Services(Landline number :[protected]) in my rented appartment.

                                  On 07th April 2010 , I had put in a request through the customer care people that I will be shifting to a new location and I needed to shift my connection. I was told by them that Airtel did not provide connection there and that they will be cancelling my number. I was fine with it and told them that to proceed. I had received an email from them on 17th of April 2010 saying that -
                                  "We have received your request to shift your telephone connection to the below mentioned address: ...We are unable to shift the connection due to unavailability of network. As per our discussion, your cancellation request has been accepted. Find the ticket no. 152685 // 152689 Warm Regards, Belden D`cruz Service Marketing - West Airtel Telemedia Services ".
                                  After that I received no calls or contact from them, and I was still holding their Modem and Telephone set.On 4th June 2010, I received a call from a lady executive who was clearly rude and asked me to pay my amount. I was shocked as I said I am no longer using the number and it was cancelled. I also emailed the airtel people on 5th of June2010 asking them to process my cancellation at the earliest.
                                  Since then, I have been getting mixed set of calls and emails. A set of calls telling me my number has already been cancelled and they will be clearing up the process of payment (the deposited amount, the pending payment and the return of the Modem set).I was being not even being heard by the customer care people. And no one was forwarding me any number where I could speak to someone.

                                  Today I got a call from someone called Mr.Devangshu Patel(no.[protected]) saying that he is a Lawyer from Delhi you has received a notice from me. And saying that 15days back the notice was sent to me in my previous address,which,since I have changed my address, I haven't received. He told me to get in touch with advocate Mr. N.K. Singh(no.[protected]). Mr.Singh told me I had Rs.2844/- to pay to Bharti Airtel. I told him that I was being wrongly billed for a month, but wouldnt listen. He told me I had to pay the amount if i had to stop the legal proceedings. So, he gave me a legal id[protected].
                                  Mr. Patel and Mr. Singh had told me I had 1 hr to pay the amount.
                                  I was pretty shaken up by then. I then went to the Airtel Relationship Centre in SV Road/Goregaon West and paid the amount.( Receipt no[protected]

                                  My request is to kindly look into the matter and tell me was treated in the way any consumer would be treated. Dont I get answers for the questions I ask for or will it be the as they will?

                                    I bought a Nokia C3-00 with Airtel Connection on 4th November, 2010. According to the present ongoing offer (as printed on the package box and can be frequently seen on TV), I am supposed to get 2GB/month free internet for 6 months. But Airtel hasn't sent me the appropriate Default Access Point settings and has not activated the offer. I am getting charged at regular rates. I called the Technical Assistance, they asked me to buy a Rs.98 internet pack, which is absurd. I emailed them several times, most of which were replied to stating - "we will look into the matter and get back to you". I wrote to the Nodal Officer of the Bihar-Jharkhand circle too. After a couple of days, they replied saying that the offer has been activated. I tried to test it by opening a site, after which I found that my account was getting debited at regular rates. Nokia says that they can't help me and I should put up the matter with Airtel. Now who is at fault? - Nokia or Airtel or ME ?

                                      HI i am a practsing physician and a single mother of seven year old kid .i have been using airtel prepaid number for last five years.on 13th of nov 2010 i got the message from airtel to re submit my documents according to the government directive .i was sent the second message on 15th and then last one on 17th saying that my connection would be disconnected if i dont submit within the end of the day
                                      this was at 5 30pm on 17th nov .when i tried contacting airtel customer care after one hour i came to know that i have to submit it at some centre identified by airtel which is in indiranagar BDA complex
                                      i stay in marathahalli with a small child airtel expects its customers to run to indiranagar in the evening and submit the documents so the connection might stay alive on asking the customer care cell they argued that its a govt directive and they cant do anything about it .i agree that i do have to submit the documents but the time frame is just three days is it?i still attempted to submit it at my nearest airtel recharge centre but he says he cannot accept it .airtel can have more subcentres to avoid customers troubles and also at least one week is what i can expect from airtel to resubmit the documents i.e photo and photo id address proof .it takes atleast a day to take a photo and submit the documents ,how can some people who are into essential services just leave everything and run for the resubmission of documents .it is also very very trouble some and difficult and sometimes impossible to get airtel customer care .

                                      And after giving all this document i am receiving recorded call of not submitting document and i get disturb of all this kind of action

I have deposit 6 times my document ( Id proof, photo, and filup the one form).my mobile number is [protected] and last SAS number is[protected]. please checqe my decument give me reply but no massege and no call at my number from customer care.

                                      My mobile number is [protected]. I have been using this number for more than past five years in Mumbra - Thane. Now suddenly i got the message to submit all the documents and form or otherwise the service would be stopped. But I had submitted all the relevant documents at the time of taking a connection and i have been using it without any problems till now. So i would request you to take care of this problem and don't stop the service. For your request I may tell you that this same no was converted to Post Paid and again to Prepaid, I also have tied Airtel DTH Connection connected to this no.

Now as it's pretty inconvenient to do this again so I humbly request you to look into this
                                      AK -Airtel messaged in my phone No:- [protected] that your service will stop ,i[censored] did not resubmit your address proof etc.In this respect I have been contact 121 , the executive told me the fact and I agreed to deposite the requisite but no Airtel Service centre of our locality ,the centre far away from my residence. I am a central Govt. employee, I have no time except sunday or holiday to deposite the at Barrackpore. If have you urgency then why not collect the documents from my residence without stopping the service,because I am using your service since long .

                                      AirTel — Airtel - Document resubmission

                                      Hi

                                      I bought AIRTEL sim 4 years back. Number is [protected]
                                      I have been using around 4 years. Submitted all the necessary documents that time.
                                      Now I have been getting SMS to re-submit the documents once again because of some mismatch or something.
                                      When I called customer care they are not repsonding properly. I got frusted because of these AX-airtel (document submission) message.

                                      Why you people are asking documents,after 4 years. Did not you check that time when I bought sim. You should have told that documents are not valid. so that i could have sumbit other valid one....

                                      Please consider this as my official complaint and help me to regain back
                                      I am facing the same problem. I received the same sms about 4 days back and yesterday all the outgoing calls from my mobile were blocked.

                                      I have been using the prepaid service since last 3 years.

                                      AirTel — Airtel Document Resubmission

                                      Hi Airtel team,
                                      I am using airtel prepaid mobile with number [protected] in Bangalore,karnataka from more than 1 year and i have submitted the documents at the time of taking connection but Now airtel is asking for document submission with new form to be filled.saying as some government rule changed.

                                      So I submitted my document with duly signed on it with photo graphs and submited at airtel office With Application number W63014. But Still im receiving the message to resubmit the documents,While checking the status of application by SMS ' DST [protected] ' getting reply as ' We will Update you soon' and no other information.

                                      Now they disconnect my service without any information. Airtel is asking for it because they are not maintaining customer document properly.

                                      Could you please assist me in this matter.e in this matter

                                      Got same message and resubmitted the documents twice. But still getting the same SMS. This Airtel service is getting too worse than earlier. What were the Airtel people doing when documents were submitted initially? OK lets say this is fine... What the hell are they doing when re-submitted twice... Again they de-activated my outgoing calls once in the past even after re-submitted the documents.. If they do this continuously, Airtel will collapse definitley... For example, we are using 3 Airtel SIMs in our home. I'm going to change all the SIMs.

                                      I submiited all the required documents with the photograph. It was verified at the retailer itself.

                                      Now I got a message from airtel stating that I have to resubmit the document. This is not possible on weekdays due to my office timings
                                      So what am i supposed to do ? Do reply soon and help me out with this

                                        On 5th August 2010 Airtel deducted my 300 Rs for blackberry service activation n den dey deducted d same amount again on 7th Aug 2010. I called the airtel customer care lots of times and they always said Someone will contact you back in 24 hrs n we'll return your money but nothing has been done yet nad again they deducted 300 Rs on 31st Oct/1st nov 2010..n as usual nothing has been done ttil now... So plz I want my 600rs back...

                                        Airtel Blackberry — facia fading and polish eroding

                                        I have bought a Airtel blackberry model 8310 on 4th november, the paint is eroding off from the facia this is due to keeping it in the company provided cover . I had taking it the customer support counter after they confirmed me to visit . The company refused to change the facia . The handeling of the set is very good and use it carefully . I am sure there is poor Quality material used and not tested before lauching .

                                        Airtel Blackberry services — Deduction of money

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I was using my blackberry 399 plan from the month of November. Every month i recharge my blackberry service plan by sending a recharge message (BIS *model number*) to Airtel. Recently my blackberry has been giving me some problems and is in the service center. Till yesterday, my balance amount was Rs 460. Today, i have checked it and only Rs 60. is left in my account. According to the customer care, the blackberry service was automatically recharged from my phone. I would like a refund of my money, as i have not activated any service from my side.
