I had telephonically talked with airtel sales department ([protected]) and booked a new DTH connection on 13th November 2010.

Detail is as below:

Transaction ID: 11770409

Amount Paid: 2590.00(One Year and 250 Cash back offer)

Mode of payment: SBI Credit Card.

Area PIN Code: 500072 (plot no78/3, Gate No-2, opp ICICI ATM, Usha mullapudi road, ivekanandanagar, KPHB, Kukatpally, Hyderabad)

Customer care person told me that this offer can be availed only through SMS or calling this no. [protected] and not through any other mode and Instalation will be fixed by same day evening, then only I paid for this connection through Credit card.

Next Day after so many calls to Customer care they told me that this connection will be given within 2 days, and so far nothing has happened and you people have kept me waiting. I again contacted and told them about this issue and they told me that they have forwarded my query to the installation section and someone will contact me within today (Friday) and will make arrangements for the connection.

so far no one has called me and I am kept waiting again

I again called [protected] on Friday evening and they told me that 'your installation will be done before 12.30 pm on Saturday" but as usual nothing happened. I had called 4 times on Saturday Nov 13, 2010 and spoke to 4 different people and also one lady from installation team who said that the connection will be given today but she did not give me the name of the executive that is going to come and do the installation and they given a compliant no 4444565

Now I am very much frustrated with airtel service.

    Hi,

    I want to complain about airtel broadband connection. After many hassles finally airtel has provided me with a connection and this is the 2nd time in consecutive months that my DSL line is down. Last time they fixed it after 1 week and this time it’s the 3rd day going on now. And in all I have taken this connection just 3 months back.

    I call them every day, and what i get is that the issue will be resolved today, but no one calls to update and nothing gets fixed.

    My History with Airtel
    Even from the start, the sales rep promised me a connection within 3 days after filling the forms. This was on June 25th 2010, after when I failed to get connection I raised a complaint as I felt I was cheated.

    The funny thing about the opening a complaint (ticket) with airtel is that they don’t have any option to reopen the complaint (Every SLA depend on this for productivity).

    So after I open the ticket, it was closed after some days. After my enquiry as to why the complaint was closed, they mentioned that the first stage of the process had completed and they asked me to put another complaint so that they will start with the second stage. It’s pathetic that I am not able to reopen my complaint. The result was I had to lodge around 15 more complaints to get my connection finally on 31st August 2010, 1 month later. This process also included me giving calls to channel managers, technicians, escalation department etc.

    And now after 3 month, I still have a complaint on my line not working (which also happened last month) and a complaint on cementing as the wires are exposed on the roads, this is a different issue all together. This complaint as of now is filed 6 times by me and always closed without even calling me or resolving the issue. I am yet to file another complaint on this. And also I had to file complaints on wrong bills etc... All this in just 3 months.

      Dear Sir,
      I am sorry to inform you that I have purchased 32"Samsung LED TV from SAMSUNG PLAZA , Mahmoorganj,Varanasi on 3.11.10 .I was told by Mr.Dev salesman of Samsung Plaza that Airtel DTH connection is free with this TV and it will be installed at my place within 24hrs. only I have to pay Rs750.00 for recharging the digital TV accounts.Samsung Plaza representative called Mr.Nitin(mob.no.[protected]) head of Airtel service centre to install DTH set up box at my place and he assured me that Mr. Niraj will visit your place on 4th Nov. morning.
      That is the day I am regular in touch with Mr. Nitin but no one has attended my complaint till date.Now Mr.Nitin is not even receiving my phone call.I had given him message on his mobile today on 12th.Nov.2010 after not responding my calls then he replied that MERA AADMI JAB KHAALI HOOGA TAABHI BHEJOONGA AAP BAAR BAAR PHONE KAR KE PARESHAN MAT KARO PHIR BHI NAHI MANTEY HO TO JO SAMAJH MEIN AAYE KAR LO..
      This is the reply from the person you have kept here to attend the complaint of customers.Its strange for me how we the customer can relate with your company in future by carring such a bad experience in first time.You please suggest the solution that what next step I should take to avail the facilty which I derserve to have
      I hope you will take action against Mr.Nitin who has harrased me a lot.and make arrangement to install DTH as early as possible.

        I will NOT recommend Airtel DTH to anybody. I was using Sun Direct and recently moved to Airtel DTH. Airtel DTH quality is nowhere near to even Sun Direct. Picture quality of some of the channels are just like as if we are watching cable TV. When i checked signal quality, i found it is always wavering around 40. I have created so many tickets to customer care. Technicians are interested to put ticket status RESOLVED even without calling me or even without coming to my home. The guy who installed DTH claimed that they can give only this quality alone. Guys..if you have small TV, you wont see the actual difference. if you have 42 inch LCD TV, you can clearly visualize the quality difference. It is nowhere matching even sun Direct quality. so far i thought Sun Direct is worst..but they have companion who is more worse than Sun Direct. I have used three DTH so far. TATA Sky, Sun Direct, Airtel DTH.

        Airtel Dish Tv — no clear picture

        I have been complaining for last 15 days
        the first complaint was on[protected]complaint no 1062567)
        second complaint was on[protected]
        third complaint was on [protected]
        4th complaint was on [protected]
        5th complaint was on [protected]
        6th complaint was on [protected]
        7th is complaint is on [protected]
        so till today no one has attended my complaint.

        AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — POOR SERVICE AND POOR PICTURE QUALITY

        I got the first airtel DTH in Navi Mumbai, and from the beginning itself the picture quality was very poor.There was also repeated freezing of the picture, and even after numerous complaints, it was not rectified.
        Recently I got transferred to Madurai,Tamil Nadu, and I deposited Rs300 in their account and got slot for de installation. But no one visited my address and finally after repeated calls to the call centre,I was advised to disconnect the Dish antennae and set-top box myself and carry it with me. Without any other option I had to do so, all the while cursing the day I opted for such an inefficient and irresponsible company.
        But my trials had only just begun. From my new residence, I booked a slot for re-installation.After 3 days of regular follow up the local dealer sent a person, who I am sorry to say, did the worst job of installing the antenna. On being questioned, he said that only this much service will be given in tier-3 cities.
        After merely 3 days of extremely poor picture quality, my connection has been blocked, and I am getting repeated SMSes asking me to immediately recharge my account. On contacting customer care repeatedly, I am assured that sufficient balance amount is there , and then I am asked the same thing over and over again about de-installation and re-installation , and each time I am given a new complaint no.,without any action whatsoever being taken.
        On the whole, I am extremely dissatisfied with the attitude, service, and picture quality given by Airtel Digital TV.

        Its the worst and nasty service provide in south india to my knowledge. The customer care is useless and the executives have no knowledge of the packages and the services and more over they dont understand what we say. Once a complaint is registered, they will not attend and say that its already closed. How foolish it is to hear.

        Another ticket 4465931 is closed without even resolving the actual issue..If you can NOT resolve my issue, you can very well say this is the maximum quality you can give.
        My Airtel HD customer ID is [protected].
        Since the installation last week 04/01/2013,I am getting poor quality picture in my airtel dth HD.
        First I will tell you what was happened at the time of installation…
        I have been using airtel dth normal sd connection since from last three years.That customer id is ([protected]).Now I brought new sony led 26” tv.so I planned to upgrade from my sd to HD..
        So I called c.c people,they suggest me to take a new connection on same name & phone no.then I registered for new HD connection.i paid 2390/- rupees for that(receipt no . 8158).next day one engineer came & he said no need to change dish(lmb) only change the set top box, then I said boss this is new connection,not upgrade .he arguing me since half an hour about installation, at last he installed on my same stand same place, only he changed dish(lmb) & set top box, I said at least you change the place because here signals are weak. He said I don’t have that much time. He has not changed even cable also, he installed on my old cable, he gave me some 10 m cable without clamping….
        Within 10 minutes he installed & said wait for half an hour automatically it will come & he left away.
        Next day I realized some blur image is coming due to poor installation, because from normal wind also it Reduces the signals. So I raised a complaint, citing that signal quality is varying 60,60 to 73,signal strength also.after long waiting one engineer came, he tried some thing through remote control only.
        Not physically,he said if the signal strength goes high your tv picture quality will be reduced,I shocked what he is saying ,I am also BE computer engineer,I never study /heard like that. He don’t know ABCD of Electonics then how he will resolve,only he is doing R/D.at last he said there is a problem in your set top box ,without my permission he changed my one day old HD set box, unnessasory he replaced older one set top box .he also said same dialog wait for half an hour it will come,he left away.i also left to office. i got a call from this no regularly no is ([protected])..next day same problem blur image quality.again I raised a complaint about poor quality. Customer care engineer told me the signal quality should be 80 or more. Then yesterday one engineer came his mobile no is ([protected]) I asked him his name ,he denied to tell his name,I said come inside my house,he stand out my door & asked me remote control,then he said every thing is correct, then why u r complaining ,I said boss wait /sit for 20 minutes definitely some variation will occour , he said I don’t have time & he throw my remote on sofa & running away,he said some bad words to me..that is I recorded,whatever he said I recorded…I said plz try to change the place of dish,suddenly he asked me 250/ rupees .i said boss last week only I installed this then he replied me whoever installed ur dish go & ask him only to change…..what is this all are doing there business……
        This is ridiculers…….. these r the complaint nos[protected]. [protected]. [protected].
        Now my singnal strength is 63-70 variations signal quality is BER:1.8E-04 is this ok for my sony led 26 .
        Is it possible more than 80/not……..
        I am getting frustrated with having to repeatedly explain to each one of your caller/engineer. .
        I am airtel lover since 2002,I have one mobile post paid corporate account.two prepaid account..
        airtel picture quality is worst in all DTH connections in india. i have complinted lot of times, but only one time engineer was attended and said this is the only picture quality from airtel.

          I am an existing customer of Airtel since last 4 years with cellular service "A/c No.[protected]" and since last 1 and half year with DTH service "Customer ID [protected]".

          I had telephonically talked with Ms. Kavita (airtel sales department, Mumbai) and booked another new DTH connection on 23rd October 2010.

          Detail is as below:

          Transaction ID: 11454665

          Amount Paid: 1590.00

          Mode of payment: SBI Credit Card.

          Area PIN Code: 110074 (D-59, Chhattarpur Extension New Delhi)

          His/her engineer came to install DTH on 24th October 2010. The Picture quality was very poor (blurred) and signal strength was 25 % to 30 %. When I asked the engineer, why I is it so?? Then he replied that this is due to set top box and because that has been activated so neither that set top box will change nor blurred picture quality will be better. He also told me that if I want Airtel DTH then I have to compromise with that blurred picture quality, or I can back my money with Airtel,

          He swept back (taken back) all instruments and set top box along with him at same time. I also talked with agency manager but his wording was same.

          I have talked with customer care executives several times but I am not getting any satisfactory response from them.

          when I wrote email to [protected]@airtel.in, then I got a call from Airtel on 28th October 2010 and he asked me to give couple of days to reverse the payment. 15 days have already passed but till now I didn't get my money back.

          I have given 2 reminder by email but they are not taking any action.

          Now I am very much frustrated with airtel service.

            The above letter was written to the customer care for their intervention on the subject, as my landline has been lying dead and this has been a persistent problem in the set given with the connection as earlier the set received with the new connection stopped working and on informing the handset was replaced by another old set, and after few months the problem have again emerged.             It has been a pathetic condition followed by the airtel people to solve the problem of dead phone as when the people were pestered with the above set of complaints they did send a unqualified person who came and shook the wires attached to my internet connection that I had to tighten it up to get back my connection, and after a wild shake to the wires he said that there is no problem in the dial tone but there is problem in the wire system and assuring us that men will be soon coming after few minutes he vanished, and so ended our hope of our problem being solved.

              This is with ref to my airtel postpiad connection no – [protected] which is with me for the past 5 years now, I have been giving a monthly billing of 5-15k per month, which includes my daily calls to my local and international clients as well as my local incoming calls national and international. I regret to inform that since I was out stationed for 2 months for Sep and Oct, it was quite unfortunate on my part not to pay the due amount of total outstanding = Rs 7000. Trust me the intentions were not to pay but to be in a position to pay as I was in a remote location and since being alone here in Delhi I was not in a position to ask for personal favors from anyone to pay off the outstanding, but to my surprise my connection has been kept on temporarily hold and have been asked to pay the total amount and only then my number would be resumed, my question to you is “is that the way we treat an old loyal customer, I did ask the AIRTEL CUSTOMERCARE to help here but it was in vain, am still out of Delhi and am in the remote locations of J&K where to even send a mail I need to go 40kms from the present location, I regret to say that I am quite disheartened and sad about the entire issue, I would be back in town on 7th Dec 2010 and would make the payments only then, in the meanwhile if AIRTEL feels that a loyal customer like me needs to let go just for a pedly amount of Rs 70000 ITS JUST TOO BAD!
              Please look into the matter and give me the appropriate way out, I again humbly would like to plead that, its only me who can pay the bill and no one else, maybe I donot want any undue favors. Also this disconnection has caused me problems in communicating, has also hit my Business Calls somewhere.
              Please Help!!

                i have taken dth connection when there was offer that no installation charges is to be levied, set top box is free and one year chargeable are to be paid in advance. we have taken connection in feb 2010 with one year service. now TV was not running from[protected] and i have noted down complaint in toll free number. your person did not came. i dialled again it was informed to me somestimes that our person will come within two hours, sometimes our person will come within twenty four hours sometimes our person will come today sometimes told that he will come up to 6 oclock. i was dialling again and again and same reply i was receiving. lator on i also recorded calls stating to them that i am recording your calls what you are stating to me still no body came untill 21st. then i dialled and told them to disconnect line because you are not able to provide me services. you have taken one year advance from me and still not providing me services. then they have told that we will also not refund money to you. i have told them that you are not able to provide me services then refund me money. then they have told no. they have also told that we will not disconnect line untill and unless you will also not refund set top box and anteena. i have told that it was free they have told that no. now your dealer are lying or company is lying. you company does not give in writing any thing nor any bill and also no receipt. further if you are doing problem of solution by refudning me money then ok otherwise i will ahve to move to consumer court.
                Hi, I am Ramesh from Chennai. My Registered No is [protected]. Acc NO: [protected]. My Airtel is not working for the past 3 weeks. I have made some 50 calls but the engineer has visited my placed only twice only to tell me that airtel has changed their satellite now and the new satellite is not having coverage to my place and the engineer cannot make the antenna get signal. What can I do now without signal. ?

                Things go wrong which i can understand but it is very very difficult to get an engineer to our home itself.
                Airtel is making me do sevaral calls and emails but no one is taking things seriously at all. I have never expected this from a company like Airtel. I will tell all my relatives and friends to not buy from Airtel anymore untill my issue is resolved.

                The worst performace of airtel is explained when I didnt get any response after 24 hrs when I wrote to Nodal office. I feel like I am actually begging from Airtel!.

                  I would like to draw to your attention the really pathetic service of Airtel and the utter disregard you have for your so called platinum services. I hope this incident acts a big warning to anyone ever considering the use of Airtel's services again.

                  I had the Airtel Number:[protected] for over 4 years now based at Delhi. Since, I had relocated to Bangalore I requested that the old connection be taken down. However they told me of this exciting new relocation plan that they had and that I would retain the same credit limit and the old account would be migrated to the new account. I was told I was a platinum customer and my credit limit would remain at the same 6400. Sounds great right?

                  Then I get a call from a lady called Laxmi ([protected]). She gives me a new number and says everything would be taken care of. A representative comes and collects my DL, my Rental agreement etc. I was also asked to pay Rs. 300/- as safety odd. I found that odd since if the old account was being migrated, why would I require it to be migrated. However I was assured that it would all happen.

                  Fast forward to yesterday morning and the phone says simcard registration failed. I call Laxmi and she said she had been trying to get hold of me and I have to send the DL scanned copy. I emailed it to her and she assured me that it would be fixed by today morning. I call her today and she is cutting my calls.
                  Bravo Airtel! Way to put the customer first!

                  Now, My credit limit is still at 800 despite complaining to Laxmi as well as your customer care.
                  My old account is still active and I no doubt have to endlessly argue with multiple customer care centers (Delhi and Bangalore) thanks to your ridiculously poor workflow systems.
                  And I DONT HAVE A WORKING PHONE CONNECTION. God knows how many business calls I have missed. Will Airtel or Ms. Laxmi compensate me? Why should I endure this harassment?

                    I got a call today stating it was was fromA"airtel service center" located at kormangala, bangalore stating cell phone is repaired and your bill is 500 Rs , then i said wrong number as i knew i had not given any cell phone for repair and the caller started using fowl language, i cut the call but the caller on the other end kept calling again and again, please take necessary action on this...the caller's number is [protected].
                    Such issues are increasing nowadays, so please take necessary action ASAP as people are getting into such hoax things nowadays.

                    We must teach them a lesson.
                    I got a call to my wife's number, and d caller stated that he got a message but my wife disconnected the call and ever since this guy kept calling on and on, I then called him up from my number and he started using fowl language and even after i disconnected the call he kept on calling has well as sending messages in fowl language.
                    I urge airtel to take immediate action towards this number [protected].
                    Actually my friend is getting call from a airtel number. He is talking some unwanted stuff. If she is not attending the call, then he starts keeps on messaging her. And start giving miss calls. He is msgng something bad. He keeps on disturbing her. When myself or my friends call to that number. He was talking like, he doesn't did anything like that. Sometimes he accepts. And starts scolding bad words on us. plz take some immediate action. We thought of giving a police case. Before that if you guys warn him it will be fine.

                      I am charged Rs. 30 on 12th Nov for Hello Tunes Services, without me even subscribing for the Service. I got my Airtel No ([protected]) just last month. I also got a hello Tune and I had complained to the customer Care to stop the service. I was assured that it would be stopped but for one month it is a free service. Now I am being charged although I had told to stop the service. Now I could not contact the customer care no. as i am on roaming. Anyway I managed to stop the Hello tune through sms BUT WHAT ABOUT THE REFUND?

                        a person , i suppose from gujarat ,subscribed for airter digital tv. that fellow has given my number as his contact number [protected].and I get all the messages from the airtel digital tv company.i sent an e-mail to airtel digital tv that this phone number is a wrong one and asked them to find out the correct phone number. but in vain . i get messages pouring in. it has become a nuisence for me.from the messages i get i found that his digital tv account number is [protected]. is it possible to sort this out.

                              I, T. Thirumal Rao residing at #5-5-116, Lashkar Bazaar, Hanamkonda, Warangal,A.P. alongwith my wife, T. Sumana, my son, T. Aditya Kashyap and my mother, T.Savitri Devi have been using five airtel connections with following numbers:[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]. The last two were to be used one near my mother's bedside and the other in the drawing room, where my aged mother would usually sit, so that it would be convenient for us to contact and converse with her whenever the rest o[censored]s were out in the soceity.
                              My mother was shifted to my brother's residence in the August,2010 as my son left to U.S, in the first week of Aug.,2010 to pursue higher studies and I had to attend the U.G.C. sponsored Orientation Programme at ASC, O.U., Hyderabad during Aug.2010 itself.
                              The last two airtel pre-paid airtel connections were now and then sparingly used till 15.10.2010 but later were not in use for three weeks as we had to be in Madras to attend my bro-in-law over a cardiac check-up and its follow-up. On our return to hometown, on noticing the cell with the no. [protected] to display "Inactive Sim", I reported the same to Airtel Office, Near Adalat, Hanamkonda to recieve back the harsh reality that the Company has cancelled the connection as it has not been in use for two months!
                              I request you to sort out the problem and help me out in retaining back the connection with the same number.

I have been promised while taking a new connection of airtel prepaid that i can register for blackberry services within a week of taking the connection. Its been almost a month now and i have been hassled to no end to get the services started. I have been charged by customer care while they kept me waiting for taking the call on several occasions and these calls would eventually be dropped. I have visited airtel customer service centre at begumpet and met Mr. Ankit Rajani and left for chennai after taking his assurance. Even he has stopped responding to my messages. I was informed that since my series number is 87 its a problem to register it on network. Had they informed me this at the time of taking th e sim i would have never taken it. The number calls and assurance i have given to airtel CC is enormous and the time i have wasted and money i have spent is ridiculous. It has led me to believe that airtel has CC for prepaid customers only as a sham and customers are deliberately avoided so that they give up calling. I have lost the entire months validity waiting for the connection and dont know what to do with this money i paid them. Please somebody put senses on airtel that the way they are treating customers....THEY WOULD SHIFT TO SOMEONE ELSE...they day number portability comes in. Please help me.

                                  I would like to claim on Bharti Airtel Limited for wrong bill generation and not solving it. I am mentally really very upset due to this issue.

                                  Complain for wrong monthly bill (26th Aug10 to 26th Sep10) issued to me by Bharti Airtel Limited for Airtel Landline No. [protected] and A/C No. 13855564.

                                  These is a provision in the landline number that if customer call more than 500 INR and the Cap On Billing is activated then after that call price will be not charges but there are charging to me. I have evidence (2 SMS from Airtel) that prove that this Cap On Billing offer is activated on my Airtel landline no. [protected]. I just want to pay only 500 INR hundred and not more than this amount.

                                  My concern is that…
                                  As per 2 SMS came from Ad-Airtel and Customer care executive commitment the Cap On Billing (500) Plan is activated for the billing cycle 26th August’10 to 26th September’10 So I have to pay only (649+500+Service Tax and Education Cess) but you are charging 10,000 INR which is wrong.. Please again check it and give me solution as per plan activation confirmation given at your end.

                                  649 is Monthly rental and 500 is for Cap On Billing. So I am paid 1268 INR before due date of payment.

                                  But Bharti Airtel Limited charging 12,252 INR which is wrong.


                                  I am facing a problem in the bill period 26/Aug/2010 to 25Oct/2010. I was
                                  received two SMS and its details are mentioned below.

                                      I have a broadband connection with Airtel and my Airtel phone no. is 41122016. My plan is 512kbps.
                                      On 8th. Nov I complained to Airtel that instead of getting a speed of 512kbps I was actually getting only 64kbps. The operator at the Airtel end told me that even though i was paying for 512 kbps. I would on;ly get 64 kbps. and that was the Airtel policy. That is very strange because prior to my complaint I was actually getting a speed of 478 kbps. Then the next day after another complaint I was told that my computer was affected by a virus and that I would have to buy anti-virus from Airtel and only then i would get the correct speed. A third operator told me that Airtel had scaaned my computer through remote methods and determined that my computer was infected with a virus. I cannot understand this - can my service provider actually scan my computer remotely and check my hard disk? I ran my legal anti-virus and got a report that there was no virus infection on my computer. Afetr a fourth complaint to Airtel, one engineer was sent to my house and he fixed the problem and he said that it was a back rnd fault from Airtel and that there was a block in the gateway from Airtel to my connection. He removed the block and now I am getting a speed of around 480 kbps. I did not have connection for three days and i was told a lot of lies by the Airtel operators when I contacted 121. I feel very cheated and would like to see justice done. Thank you for giving me a chance to tell you the truth. The escalation dept. at Airtel 121 now do not talk to me and are avoiding my calls. I have been a customer of Airtel broadband for 5 years and this is how they treat a customer.

                                      I wanted to deactivate my pre paid number at the earliest and when i contacted the customercare they asked stuff like when i did my last recharge, of how much amount, whether by card or easy recharge. i mean, what the heck....i'm the owner but i can't deactivate it at my convenience. How am I to recall when there is an urgency. Please change your stupid policy, instead take the identity proof of the person and cancel the service. that would be a convenient option for a customer like me....you are at our service not us.

                                      sir, my phone no. is [protected] & have 512kbps unlimited plan, i getting slow speed for since 1 week. the downloading speed is sometimes about 20-30 kbps only rather than approx 60 kbps. on complaint an engineer visited my place & check by downloading 'sp4' content from microsoft site. speed was fine. & engineer said the video downloading will be slow, why? & on checking other sites like youtube.com & most of the sites the speed down upto 20 kbps. its seems to me an gateway block is using from your side. there is nothing written policy neither told by your agent that on downloading video speed will be downgraded, i already paid full advance for an year! & its seems to me most of sites are not giving full speed for what i had paid for. (no sense for taking broadband @512kbps when watching video or downloading files @20 kbps. please clarify the matter. my antivirus is legal & working fine. so no question of virus.
                                      sir, as i mentioned in my earlier mail the speed test always shows the maximum speed for downloading & uploading but it's not the case it's about average speed that i m getting is 20-25 kbps on most of the sites includes video containing sites like www.youtube.com or file sharing sites or you can say international site like downloading a content from gmail.com or download.com. the sample download your company shows is always from microsoft.com or your own sites or speed.net which are already optimize by your company. there is truely some kind of speed blockage i am getting slow speed on most of the sites i mentioned. the speed will get exhausted after some seconds starting in the downloading from 60kbps to 20kbps. hope now you better understand my problem & rectify it.
                                      My internet speed is getting very slow from last week the speed goes to 5-12 kbps download speed, my plan is of 512kbps and i am getting very very slow download speed. when i ring up customer care he told me that
                                      the sever must be busy and the other one told me there is some virus in your computer . I have my official antivirus and when i scan there is no virus, trojans, adware or spyware then why my speed is going down.i think my connection is blocked at getways .                                         Airtel broadband services is very bad service providers. Airtel's management People, sales executives and technical support don't know commitments. Airtel sales executives gives us commitments to provide broadband connection and after receiving the order they even don't pick your call. People we are suffering this problem every time. I suggest you to all people please don't go for Airtel.

                                        Airtel Broadband Connection — ABUSIVE LANGUAGE USED BY AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE

                                        I am sagar. Recently there was a problem with my bills regarding airtel broadband connection. I have been using this since 2 years and never had problem at all. Till recently Airtel was the best service provider(the sole reason for me to go for airtel broadband connection). But nowadays, the people who call up abuse you if you delay the payments. When you have a small problem they dont know how to solve it, but 20 people call up to ask about your payment. Not only you have to give them explanation, pay bill, with late payement charges, no internet till you clear bills you also have to get abused by atleast 3 to 4 people everyday till you pay the bill.. I mean wat the hell. V pay them and we are their customers, they act as though they are doing a favour by giving us the service. They have forgotton that beacuse o[censored]s only they are getting their salary. I cant take such sh*^ after me paying them.

                                        Airtel Broadband — Bad Services

                                        Dear Concern,

                                        I have applied for Airtel Broadband Connection in the month of June. Since then I have got number of issues in it. I have called customer care around 50-60 odd times and they are not able to solve my queries. Their customer care guys hang up the phone, they don't respond, their systems are down every time but i suffered a lot every time. Issue started on 7 june 2009 when the installation guy who came to install the internet was not able to do his task as electricity was not there but he forced me to confirmed me over phone received from verification deptt that my internet is working and did it and he used my landline to call to airtel guys..My net activated on 8th of June 2009 at 9 PM but that also not properly. They didnt install some softwares namely netexpert...and told me that he will come again to install that software but he never turned up again..I had to call customercare several times but they didn't resolved my issue atlast I need to get it installed myself from the help of my friend..then a new issue started I was not able to login to my airtel account where all account details exist regarding personal info, bill details, unbilled amount etc. It takes a 2 weeks to resolved...But in this period i need to call customer care very night...Other query is this my mobile number is showing is update in airtel record but its not reflecting in my records..its not yet resolved...I have complaint registered against this issue but it has not been resolved...Customer care guys confirmed that my compliant had been registered but when i call up again after 2 days they dont have any issue registered...another issue i am able to see my unbilled call details after log in to my airtel account but its not reflecting my broadband unbilled usage details...I am in a dilemma have I exceeded my 3 GB free data as per my plan (Rs. 599 monthly) I want to know my usage and i have asked the same to customer care but they didnt told me about my usage till now, my billing cycle is about to come..Atlast I have registered one complaint to customer care that I am not gonna pay a single amount if my usage details will be told to me...I want to register compliant against Airtel for misguiding customers and not able to resolve customers issues...A total wastage of time for a person who comes after job and needs to call customer care...Then customer care do not resolve the query...I have a complaint against customer care guys mainly Aditya (empl code 12794) and Shaliendra Sigh both working in night shifts...They dont know how to talk..they use abusive language and hang up the phone when customer is irated they talk very rudely.. I ant a strict action against them and would ask Airtel team to recruit persons who cud really very soft spoken and can solve issues...Thanks a lot ..
