Hi,

Sub:- Advance rental 699 for mobile no.([protected]) charged twicely.

I am using airtel connection from more than 2 years with same advance rental plan and advance rental for this year already paid and I didn't get any problem with it but from last 1 month it is really a very bad experience with airtel.
In Sep- 2010, I was in South Africa. My mobile and other stuffs were robbed there. So, I called from there to airtel customer care to block my number for prevent of missuse.
I came back to India on 30th OCT and after 2-3 days I went to airtel outlet in lajpat lagar and asked for duplicate SIM, they told me that it will activate in 4 hrs but it didn't activate at that time and then I received a call from airtel customer care that your no. is permanent disconnect .So, u need to submit your documents again and after 7 days it will be activated . I submit my documents and it activated in 7 days.
Now, I got my first bill with advance rental amount of 699(already paid in june or july 2010) which is ethically incorrect.If these are the conditions for an existing customer then I do not want to continue the connection and I am not ready to pay the advance rental

    to whom ever it may concern.

    my blackberry messenger and e-mails were deactivated from my cell. i have called Airtel BlackBerry support almost a 15 times and they do not have any answer or solution to my problem nor they are able to activate it. i have waiting since a week but my blackberry messenger is still not working. there is absolutely no support from Airtel and iam totally dissatisfied and i wish to change my connection as soon as possible just stuck because of the number.

    Blackberry — Deactivation of email services

    My is Pre paid Airtel connection & blackberry monthly plan of Rs 299.
    Airtel has debited my account for Rs 299 on 5th September 2010 but the Blackberry services was deactivated next day instead of 5 complaints to Blackberry on Customer Support & assurance of activation of services within 24 hoursstill its not activated

      i m getting msgs and phone calls from airtel regarding submission of documents for verification.I m using this number since 3-4 years.When i msg to 121 ARC<my pincode> to know nearest store .I get reply that this is an invalid pincode.i ve checkd my pin code and sent msgs again several times.I dont know where to submit my documents.

      and Why they require my documents again after 4 years.

      Airtel Prepaid — Submission of Documents

      I have been using my Prepaid sim for past 1-2 years. Recently My sim went duff and there was no signal. I got a new sim with the same No. ([protected]) from Airtel Outlet At Siliguri. Today I recieved a call from an airtel executive (No. [protected]) that I have to submit some documents like Voter ID etc.

      However, the person was speaking so fast that I could make out anything of what he said. Moreover, before I could ask him anything he hung up.

      Kindly mail me as to what am I required to submit and what is the time limit for that. Secondly, I don,t Have Voter ID, Kindly tell me my other options, Like Pancard, driving license etc . Thirdly, do I have to submit these documents at my original state (WB) or I can submit them in any airtel outlet in India (presently I am at Hyderabad).
      I also recieved a similar phone informing that the no. does not belong to me and that if I do not submit the documents - adress proof and pancard xerox the ohone will be disconnected within 72 hours.

      to my surprise since my no if from 2006

      Why don't the airtel people (Airtel's CEO Mr. Bharti Mittal is busy in buying other company when he his not able to control his own) sent a SMS and inform asto where the documents can be submitted.

      Hope Mittal saaheb is listening. He must make amendments to the style of working on his home ground and then think of going international...If the same style persist...he will throw India's name in the dustbin

      After 4 years i[censored]sage airtel is asking me to resubmit the documents. i have given all the required documents and cross signed Photograph at the time of taking the Sim card 4 years back.
      My Number is [protected] and unfortunately i lost my phone and SIM card on Friday (3rd December 2010).When i asked at the Sector 18, Noida, Airtel customer service center for Duplicate SIM, they informed me that the number does not belong to any one as their system is not showing any name against the number([protected]).
      now from Friday i do not have my number with me.
      On Saturday morning(4th December 2010) i have resubmitted the Address proof, ID card, Photograph (which i should not because i have already provided them the same at the time of purchasing the SIM in 2006) to push the process of taking the duplicate SIM card, but when i am visiting the Sector-18(atta Market) Airtel center they are not issuing me the Duplicate SIM card due to documents submitting(ideally which i did couple of times now)
      Please let me know if you can make this process faster so that i can take the duplicate SIM and continue using AIRTEL.

        you are providing worst services my mobile number is [protected]
        when some buddy call me most of the times it says " please check the number "
        And this number never connect me on complaint number 198 it says " switched off "
        several time I've been made complaint in terms of this problem on customer care 121, but I did not get any revert from air tel
        now I'm just waiting for number portability.
        in my opinion you can't run the company on these terms.
        THIS IS TO BRING TO YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT I AM SERVICEMAN AND LAST WEEK I HAVE PURCHASED AIRTEL PREPAID SIM.BUT SINCE THEN I AM NOT ABLE TO CALL TO MY CLIENTS OF OTHER STATE DUE TO NETWORK PROBLEM.i HAVE REGISTERED COMPLAINT 3 TIMES TO CUSTOMER CARE AND ALSO SENT A MAIL TO NODAL OFFICER OF PUNJAB CIRCLE.THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR 11 JUNE BUT EVEN NOW THEY ARE MAKING EXCUSES AND AGAIN TOLD ME TO WAIT UPTO 18 JUNE .
        I AM REALLY SHOCKED TO SEE THIS KIND OF WORST SERVICE FROM AIRTEL .
        NOW I NEED AIRTEL TO COMPONSATE ME FOR THESE 8 DAYS AS MY WORK SUFFERS A LOT

          This is in regards to Airtel complaint # 39842132. I have applied for an IPTV connection on November 10, 2010 and this has been my worst experience with Airtel.

          Below is the series of events that has happened on this connection till date:

          1. Nov. 10 / 2010 – All formalities were completed by me.
          2. Nov. 12 / 2010 – Form was submitted for installation. One day lag here by Airtel Sales Team.
          3. Your sales person never answered to my calls after that to update on the status of my connection.
          4. Nov. 15 / 2010 – Spoke to Manish Sharma (TSM). He Informed me today that due to some technical errors requested system cannot be installed at my place.

          Airtel Sales should have checked the same before they sold this connection to me. Also, there has been no concrete update on my calls to Customer Care. I spoke to 10 different people from CC and I was given 10 different dates by them for the installation of my system. It’s not always about money, sometimes it’s about customer experience as well and Airtel it losing the same big time because of these issues. Apologies, however, I never expected this kind of Customer Service from a brand called Airtel.

          I have filled in a request for the refund and nodal desk (Anoop and Paramjeet Kaur) has informed me, that same will be processed within 20 days. Would appreciate if the request for refund can be honored latest by Nov. 26, 2010.

          I spoke to Nodal Desk today again (Nov 29, 2010) to check on the refund status and they communicated that they do not have any idea of the same. They are simply fooling their customers.

          Requesting you to please take this up with Airtel on top priority.

          Appreciate for taking up the issue. I received call from Airtel Nodal Desk (sharath today) and he informed me that refund process takes 35-40 days. Earlier it was 25-30 days as per your representatives. This is heights of miscommunication and faking around with the customers. Am sorry but this is the worst org. structure that one can find in India. AIRTEL IS A CHEAT.

          Do you think issues get so easily resolved at Airtel. I have received the refund cheque and the best part is that name on the cheque is incorrect. Would you be kind enough to explain me as to what airtel needs from their customers. They are setting up the new examples for the corporates in the country. Airtel status has been so much deteriorated in terms of services and customer experience. Please advise on the next action step.

            Hi,

            I applied for Airtel Postpaid corporate connection and also paid 300Rs as Deposit amount, After applying they asked for some more documentation since i wanted it soon..i asked them cancel connection as i decided to go for a Prepaid connection and asked back the deposit amount and documentation back..Its over 2 weeks i have not recieved any of things...They wont receive the call at all....

            The persons involved in these are totally nonprofessional people, They are ANIL ([protected]) and Hemanth ([protected]). These two are Cheaters............
            If they by chance receive the call they will tell its not them...though they are the same people....

            AIRTEL SUCKS by these people......

            The best way to get refund from Airtel stupid fellows is to not to pay the last 2 payments...
            They will disconnect the service if we don't pay the bill ...

            Airtel Postpaid — Deposit refund

            Airtel received deposit of Rs. 500 at the time of new enrolement. I converted Post paid connection to prepaid connection by paying all the billed and unbilled amount while enroling to prepaid and we have submitted the necessary docs to airtel dealer. Airtel is sending a bill of Rs. 100 evenafter paid all dues properly. In this connection i have spoke to airtel customer care but they are not giving proper responses instead they are making confusion otherwise they never tern back any return answer or solution.
            Dealer have not sent enrolement form with proof of documents to the airtel head office properly when informing to airtel customercare they are also not taking any responsible actions on this ever we are explaining the problem to many people in the customer care there is no followups. Airtel nowadays do not care for its customers.

            Airtel Postpaid Connection — REFUND IS NOT YET RECEIVED

            I HAVE GIVEN REQUEST FOR DEACTIVATION OF MY AIRTEL POSTPAID SERIVICE IN THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER 07 AFTER SETTLEMENT OF FINAL BILL, BUT STIILL THEY WERE UNABLE TO DEACTIVATE, AGAIN I HAVE GIVEN REQUEST FINALY THEY DID IN THE MONTH OF MARCH,
            BUT STILL I DIDNOT GIVEN REFUND, I HAVE ALREADY INFORMED REGARDING MY ADDRESS I WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE IN THAT ADDRESS THEY SAID HE WILL GET THE REFUND CHQ TO THEIR OFFICE IN THE MONTH OF APRIL/MAY.BUT STILL I DIDNOT GET,
            I M FEDUP WITH THIS SERVICE
            AGIAN I CONTACTED CALLCENTER THE ARE TELLING IT TAKE 45 WORKING DAYS.

            Airtel Postpaid Connection — Depsoit Not refunded

            I Have cenclled my mobile no [protected] on 26th of December 2008 and still have not received my security deposit. I try their customer care service no 'n' no of time but no action has been taken and only promises has been made which they have no fulfilled.

            The compnay is also not bother about TRAI regulation also. They have already missed the deadline of TRAI complinace of refunding the Deposit.

            Airtel/Postpaid connection — Refund of deposit amount

            Hi,
            I hold almost more 10 connections of airtel including my family members and me.I have had a relationship of six years with airtel but never had such a horrible experience through my service period.For one on my connections I was promised that my deposit amount will be adjusted against my bill after 5 months based on my credit history.After almost 10 months o[censored]sage and I called up customer service and then commited me that it will done within 2-3 business days and I will be able to see it in next billing statement.I waited for 3 days but nothing happened and then I called up customer care again and spoke with one of the managers over there regarding this.she said she will take care of it personally and will get it adjusted within a week.once again I waited for another week however during that week I got a call from Airtel's some department wherein an executive called me and said that it will not be done.When asked him the reason he said it will be done only when you close your number and then mentioned him that it was promised to me by everybody in airtel right from day one.I could hear his manager from back ground who was using an abusive language and pressurising the guy to tell me that it will not be done rudly.the guy did the same and then hung up on me.I was very depressed and then tried to inform about it to one of the managers in the escalation departement at airtel.The person who took my call promised again after apologizing that she will take care of it and will get back to me after its done within a week.I also informed her that it was done for my other accounts as well.After week once again I had to call them up and let them know its still not resolved but it took almost 3 days for me to reach them as they disabled my numbers to reach the customer service because each and everytime I would enter an option in the ivr to reach them it will not pass and rather disconnect me saying you have not entered any option and exceeded the maximum number of tries.This made me really angry as this behaviour was not expected from a company like airtel.I landed up speaking with another manager who in reply said it will not be done and that call went on for almost 4 hours whering finally she huung up on me.finally with having no other options I made the payment however others will be surprised to know that I started getting calls from airtel to make the payment even though I made the payment.Please let me know where should I go and express my grievance for this as nobody is ready to help me and also the airtel has started harrasing me mentally. If anybody from airtel is listening to me or reading this I just want to convey if this continues than the day is not far when I will litreally go to an asylum because of this harrasment.

              There are two mobile towers siutuated just 100 meters away from my Apartment where 36 families are living . One tower belongs to AIRTEL and the other one is not known.
              Pl remove the towers from this residential area and provide us a radiation free living space.

                  my airtel prepaid number is [protected]. i have got some problem with my sms service. some of my friends states that they are not receiving my sms and some said that they are receiving delayed sms i.e. i had sent the sms in the morning but they received it in the afternoon. kindly note that all these numbers were prepaid vodafone users. i am using the free 700 per day sms scheme. also in case where my sms were not received, they were shown send on my phone and even my free sms balance was also reduced. i even approached my nearest airtel office but they were not able to help me in any way and said that their is no problem in my number.

                    As per my knowledge: My Plan is Pay Per Second but when ever i called on in any local number it is getting charged as per attached screenshot taken --- when i received message after ending my call i.e USSD Message.

                    Now when bill metering is wrong in case of Local number calling then how should i belive on std metering.


                    Please have intervention on this --- also would like to inform you that --- i m forwarding this mail to TRAI as screen shot of wrong billing meter.

                    I am using Airtel connection Prepaid

                    I had requested for additional services still the services were activated without my knowledge.I m came to know that Audio movie service was activated on mobile phone when suddenly one morning i recd sms stating that " Your servie to subscription to Audio movie is up for renewal and you will b charges Rs.30 on 11/12/2009 .To deactivate sms stop to 121"
                    Kindly note that i have not requested for any services hence request you to refund back the charges .Also when i send sms to 1210 i came to know that total three serivce were activated ( Audio cinema, combo sports, combo love)

                    I request you to refund back the charges charges for the above services as i have never applied for the same .It does feel good to know that reputed company like
                    Airtel cheating the customer
                    One more similar issue here. But got very bad response after talking with customer service executive on 121. "Airtel system" shows this service is activated by me. How is it possible if I havn't done something like this. Company never accepts that problem may occur on their end also. Very bad.

                    You are very true Mr. Pandaya. The same problem occurred with me. The have activated 5 services on my mobile which i never asked for. They are looting the public money which can't be allowed any more. They are unable to fight with their competitor and that's why doing this kind of things to survive in the market.

                    I have consulted with my lawyer and have also made a group of customers who are ready to sue Airtel. We also advice you to go to the Consumer Court and file a case against them. It's not just because of some rupees but to teach good lesson to those who feel very smart to make and do this kind of things. They should know that now the Indian Public is more aware and they are not allowed to loot us.

                    Today few minute before i got a call from Mr.Akhilesh from Mobile Number([protected]) - he is not fit for the NODAL or Airtel Helpdesk . he was so rude on call and also don't know how to speak to a customer - he was trying to make fool out of me and also he accepted that for same.when is ask for his manager or reporting manager he disconnected the call.

                    and Later he disconnected the call - to hell with bloody airtel.

                    Airtel Prepaid Services — Wrong Billing

                    I used to talk to Gulf frequently so i do the rate cut pack of 14rs to slash down rate to 12ps per sec but they deducted 18rs per minutes. i register the complaint but no use, all customer care executive listen to my complaint and hold line for long and then disconnect. I tried several time ant they do the same. Finally i register the complaint in customer care and they told me that i will receive a message and money will be refunded but this did not happen.

                    Fed up with the services of Airtel. I will not recommended any to use Airtel.

                    If this way the service , then soon Airtel customer will change the service provider.

I called to gulf on 2 jan 2012 and spoke for 3min and 06 sec and for that 60 rupees have been deducted from my account. Al-thought i have added Gulf rate (rs 14) to my mobile number. They have deducted excess amount. Its not fair at all and Its happen for 2 nd time after my same complaint on Dec. 29 2011.

                    My concern have not been resolved yet.

                    Kindly refund the excess money deducted from my a/c.

                      hi i have airtel mobile user bearing number [protected].Right now i m in international roaming from last 9 months and using this number from last 8 years. Actually, complaint is that, when i recharge my account , the airtel system activated numbers of promotional scemes such as jokes,astology, songs etc. but i never requested for such activations. i contacted airtel executives for numbers of times. All the times they assured me that it will never happened in future. But it is happening again and again. In last 2 months, i recharged 2 times for Rs 100 each and again the amount deducted. I had complaint , they transfered my call to senior executive Mr. Raman that guy assured me that they will returned 150rs and i really got back and Mr. Raman deactivate all schemes and said it is the last time. Now after few days it happened again and my balance is now just 50 paise. When i complaint they donot believe and they blocked my customer care number and now i can not contact airtel executives. U can understand that nobody like to activate such promotional schemes in international roaming.For your kind information i never attend or made any call including no sms. .i wanna to keep my self in touch my nears n dears back India.I want money back and un block my customer care line. I hope for the positive response. What i have to do?

                        My Customer ID is [protected]. My connection is not working for last 2 days. I am getting B001 error code. I have registered my 1st complaint (Service request no[protected] on November 27, 2010, customer care executive (Sayantani) told that representative will come 28th November by 3.30 P.M. and he'll solve the problem. But nobody has come. After that I call the customer care again and they have told me that my complaint is closed now and kindly register a new complaint. I got a confirmation SMS also that my problems has been solved. I got a contact no also ([protected] - Global Solution). But the mobile was switch off. Again I have register a new complaint (Service request no[protected] today and they have told the engineer will come tomorrow by 5 P.M.

                        I asked them if nobody will come to my place by tomorrow November 29, 2010 again then what should I do. But they have no answer.

                        Everyday Rs. 15 deducted from my balance. Who will pay the money? It is really shame full. I am really fed up and irritated with the service provided by AIRTEL. I never had seen this type of worst service in my life. If after sale service is that much poor then please close your service.

                        Dish TV — VERY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE

                        I have titanium pack + AMC of dish TV.
                        Our Dish TV remote is not functional since last 12 days.
                        I immediately lodged complaint on 8.2.2011. Since then till today i.e.20.2.2011 there is no response at all...Meltek DTH systems, Kharadi (DCC code 12352), Pune don't know their job & have failed on their commitment.....This is the worst ever service encounter I have expereinced till date............................Only one service engineer visited once, was not aware about our AMC and just went back without extending any support.

                        My strong accommodation to all: Never go with Dist TV & especially for AMC its only eye wash.

                          Its a good service but it has less channels as compared to other DTH services.this service does not contain some important channels like masti,zing,day&night news,music india,india news,E 24,zee jagran and very important channels like discovery turbo and discovery science,nat geo wild and nat geo adventure.I request the airtel DTH provider to add these channels as soon as possible!!!!!

                              Airtel — Regarding mis deduction of balance

                              I have the no [protected].I am using this no for last 4 months.in this period my balance has been deducted twice wrongly.Once I got back my balance but next time I didnot.I have complained to costumer care but they told we will reply you after 24 hours but i get no result.I am becoming mentaly tensed regarding this.Being a leading company why they are doing so.if you need the details of calls i hae made in this 4 month period then i can give you, I have all the details.I just want my balance back otherwise i will file a case though I have to pay more than my balance.

                                I had purchased airtel data card from Brij Vihar. For the last 4 months i am being fed with the services of airtel. Whenever i used to call customer care they say "ok" your problem would be rectified within this much time but never got rectified. I have wasted my money in purchasing this data card. These people are shameless and don't even bother about the services they are giving to the customers. Its working like as if i am using 99 wala plan in my mobile phone n customer care executive says that might be there is a problem with your laptop. However, they are wrong as i have tried using it in other's laptop also. So, please try to make it solve as soon as possible. Otherwise, i have to go to the higher management.

                                I have taken a data card of airtel for betterment of my profession but it cheat me. they have no speed of broad band . I have complained several times but there are no response taken by executives. so i just stopped the paying of bill but they still sending it to me. if they will not take any stringent step then i will go to the consumer forum.
                                I bought Airtel data card in november for Rs. 3000 and till today I am having problems using there service, there is no speed and I am tired of calling them again and again, it has been like 3 mnths and they do not care nad are not ready to reslove my problem of speed, everytime I call they give me different numbers to call and talk to them about my complaint, I have wasted like Rs 500 just calling them evryday and in top of that I am paying 1200 monthly for the internet i am not using.

ON 25th OF NOVEMBER I HAVE ACTIVATED A 5 Rs GPRS PLAN WHICH WAS NOT AN AUTO RENEWAL PLAN (as details provided by AIRTEL Customer Care at 121). AS IT WAS NOT AN AUTO RENEWAL PLAN, THEN AFTER ON 26th OF NOVEMBER BALANCE OF Rs.5/- HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT. WHEN I CALLED AIRTEL COMPLAIN HELPLINE AT 198, THEY HAD REFUNDED RS. 5 TO MY ACCOUNT AND TOLD THAT BY MISTAKE IT WAS BEEN CHARGED FROM YOUR ACCOUNT. THEY ALSO INFORMED ME TO DEACTIVATE THE PLAN BY DIALING *567*2#. WHEN I HAVE DIALED THIS NUMBER FOR DEACTIVATION, THE RESPONSE I GOT THAT "SORRY WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST, PLEASE TRY AGAIN AFTER SOMETIME OR CALL 198". AFTER THAT WHENEVER I AM DIALING *567*2#, THE SYSTEM IS GIVING THE SAME RESPONSE. AGAIN ON 27th OF NOV. I HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS.5 AND WHEN I CALLED 198, EVERY CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE IS SIMPLY RECEIVING AND DISCONNECTING THE CALL. IN THE EVENING ONE OF THE EXECUTIVE NAMED "MD. ALAM" TRANSFERRED THE CALL TO HIS SENIOR.EXECUTIVE AND AN SENIOR EXECUTIVE NAMED"UDAY TIWARI" ANSWERED THE CALL AND TALKED VERY RUDELY, INSTEAD OF PROVIDING ANY HELP AND TOLD THAT "YOU HAVE TO DO IT BY YOURSELF". NOW Rs. 5 IS DEDUCTING DAILY FROM MY ACCOUNT AND NOBODY FROM AIRTEL IS HELPING ME REGARDING THIS PROBLEM.

                                  hey,
                                  i have been facing a problem. recently i activated N.o.P (net on phone) for 99rs by which i can use internet. but still my balance is deducted for reason using internet on phone. i used to have 110rs but now its 61.10rs . please refund the balance as i already activated nop so there is no use of balance deduction for internet.
                                  please refund it and hope in future it will not be deducted again. otherwise i will have to take strong action against the fraud company.

                                    I was having poor information on HD channels. I was not knowing about HD and channels.
                                    I was soccer fan, So I wanted to purchase 40" TV along with HD channels. So I started enquiring on HD setup box and channels. Reliance HD sales guy clearly told we only sell one HD channel remaining all are not HD, but have more clarity with some other feature. When enquired TATA also told same.
                                    When enquired Airtel They told all channels are HD at same price. So I decided to go for it as world cup games started also thinking about future. So I purchased 40" Sony Bravia and Airtel DTH.
                                    Airtel DTH promised me install in 2 days. To my horror they installed in 5 days. I lost 2 of my fevorite German and Argentina games in time. After 5 days they installed. When I saw channels all are in normal range. I did not see much clarity.
                                    When enquired they said 5 times clarity than cable channels !!! Not High Definition !! when called call centers for reason they told you have to setup for High definition in setup box. I did setup the same. I saw little better clarity. To watch channels in 40" I had to keep it stretch mode from 4:3 to fit into 40" in 16:9 mode. Though my wife liked it. I am electronic engineer knows this not the way to watch channels. It looked all persons fatty and blobed faces.. I know for sure It was not High Definition (1920x1080) .
                                    For me it was not much difference to me watching Airtel channels in 40" in high definition more except it is in bigger screen.
                                    I enquired call center again after knowing it is not high definition channels, Then they told me shocking news, There is only ESPN HD channel now, later they will introduce NG and Discovery and it will continue so all channnel one day wiill be HD !!!! To my horror they told I had to pay another 100 Rs per HD channel.
                                    I then realized sales guy lied to me.
                                    I checked there site again to verify that it mentioned better clarity and ESPN in HD offer till ESPN games are over. I again enquired about the offer then they told It is available you can watch game in HD. Which was not. It contiued till end of Soccer World Cup. I checked every day ESPN HD channel, it mentioned paid channel. I watched only world cup closing ceremony in ESPN HD.
                                    I really loved to watch that game in HD in 40" somy bravia. I then realized the this is HD. not the one I watched regularly.
                                    Once world cup is over I hated Airtel som much for that I missed HD for there less informing/cheating sales guys to sell there HD setupboxes at higher price with higher monthly price to watch same clarity as normal DTH.

                                    I am sharing this experiance to not to get fooled by Sales guys.
                                    Don't purchace more than 32" TV as it is not worth as there are no HD channels india. Except National Geographic and Discovery. 40" is worth only for HD channles.
                                    Dont purchase HD setup boxes till all channels are in HD.
                                    If you keen to watch NG and Discovery and very few (2-3) in HD then ready to pay 350 + 100 + 100 .. for each channel ..
                                    First of all don't purchase Airtel DTH they are all liars...
                                    They give all ad that 5X clarity with Karina..dont fall for it... It is just bull...t clarity..

                                    Same is case with 40" tv sellers. They sell with there own DVD player with HD movies. atleast 40" tv can be used watching HD dvd's (!!)

                                    what will you fix when you don't have any HD channel apart from NGC?? ... occasional presence of ESPN Hd will not count. You have the least number of HD channel (only 1!!!). Still you advertise of HD clarity like you are the boss of maket on providing HD content.
                                    Damn you! ... just provide more channels and stop writing above crap ... unable to contact you customer ... etc. etc.

                                      I received numerous calls from the number[protected], where the caller introduced herself as an agent from Airtel Digital TV. She offered installation of Airtel Digital TV by paying an amount of Rs. 999/-. I verified on the airtel website that they are offering the DTN connection for Rs. 999/-. On 25-Nov-2010, 5 pm, I made the payment of Rs. 1199 (Rs 999 for Set top box and Rs 200 as deposit) through my credit card via IVR. The agent promised that the installation will be done within 48 hours.

                                      Till 27th Nov-2010, 3 pm, I have not received any call for installation, no SMS / email confirming my payment. When I called airtel customer care, they noted the details and said they will get back. I have yet to hear from them.

                                      I suspect that it was a fraud call. I checked with my credit card company, they said that the payment has been authorised with the merchant name as "Cable/Satellite TV".

                                      I do not know, what to do now. Shall I register a complaint with police?

                                      AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Non availability of service.

                                      Dear Sir,



                                      My self Ramendra Prasad Tiwari, Customer ID-[protected], I book the service for the relocation of my digital tv connection in the date 22/10/09 Order No-6382572.

                                      Due my transfer (urgent basis) address is changes. The charges for this facility deducted in the same date & give the time slot of 9am on 23/10/09.

                                      But in the date of 23/10/09 morning my all the house hold thing pack & ready to go, I am waiting your service engineer for dismantling of the digital tv but he was not come.

                                      I call on your customer care 10.30am & ask him about when your service engineer will come, but your representive did not give the right feed back,

                                      I am unable to move due to your digital tv connection, after that I am still waiting for your service engineer up to 2pm, between that I call to your customer care to know about your service engineer,

                                      but your representive say that if you have urgency so remove it by own & service engineer installed it in your new address. So that I remove it by paying 200rs.

                                      Your service engineer come on 23/10/09 at 6.30pm & tells me that digital tv receiver is broken, installation could not be possible because of LOS.

                                      So upto now my connection is not done, I do not know where my fault is purchasing airtel digital tv or services are not good. If change of receiver & installation is not possible then tell me

                                      Process of money refund.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I think that the ground level staff is not properly organized, basing on my complaint some body telephoned inquiring about the land marks of particular location. I have given all the necessary information. After that the person and person's mobile stopped responding. I wish that the efficiency of the ground level administration has to be improved other wise the company's reputation may be affected.

                                        My mobile number[protected]. I couldn't receive High security passwords from State Bank Of India. I lodged complaint in my SBI branch. They confirmed their side is clear by checking the process. They also compared with Vodafone and to my airtel by sending SMS. So Airtel only creates problem.

                                        Even after repeated complaints, AIRTEL not accepting its their fault. Even their higher official, hadn't taken seriously, he speaking like he even doesn't know SBI online banking procedure. Atlast he took the complaint like I'm not receiving SMS from a particular number, further they are so reluctant to send the reference number for the complaint. They are even charging 50 paise per minute to speak their customer care officials. Complaint registered on 27 November 2010.

                                        After seven years with Airtel (from 2003) now I'm thinking to change service provider.
