My Airtel mobile number is 91-[protected]. Yesterday (05 Oct 2010) there was a call in the evening from an unknown number (Airtel call). When I attended there was a recorded voice for some ARYA EVENT. I don't know who is that fool Arya. It said on 15th we can call that fool ARYA. To participate in the event we should register. (Though I registered 'DO NOT DISTURB' so that I don't get promotional calls such calls are coming...

I have a phone no " [protected]" from Bangalore . I am roaming to calcutta .
I have sent several email and my friend in bangalore called several times .
Airtel does not bother about customer and did not rectify the issues .

I have sufficient balance to make call and submitted the doc at Bangalore .

I had booked an Airtel DTH on 14/09/2010 by calling 12148, but didnot get any respond from airtel people for installation after regular call to airtel DTH customer care.

So, I had raised an request on around 25/09/2010 for cancellation of booking and refund of my money.But till date have not received the refund.

Please do the needful and refund my money back to my account at the earliest possible date or inform...

I here by like to post my complaints against airtel broadband and here is the scenario and the frustrations i have faced with airtel broadband and their executives

as a normal foolish customer i wanted to shift my connection from BSNL to Broadband so i called their sales executives on 26th of sept they were very eager to come and collect the and also gave me the receipt without fail.

Air-tel Chennai seems to be ignorant of a fair service to the internet users.
I have been facing lot of problems and being painful with the internet connection.
I have listed few issues i faced and waiting for a angel to resolve as there seems to have lot of server issues(database issues).

1. I have a plan o[censored]nlimited internet with 1MB speed until 8gb download and later will come to the basic speed of 512kbps....

Hats off to Airtel's pathetic Customer Service.

stopped working on August 27 2010 and I registered a complaint for the same

I dont know if there would be any activity on this complaint but i am still raising my concern here because i am frustrated with the PATHETIC Service Provided by AIRTEL.

I have requested for New broadband connection 10 days back and there is not even a single call from them. No proper communication. Customer care people themselves do not know what process has to be followed and they give falsy information. Customer care people mislead us and service is ver poor. Till now they have not installed Broad band connection. No communication at all. Worst Service.

I recharged my AIRTEL prepaid mobile([protected]) with Rs. 500 on 1st september 2010 and got a talktime of Rs. 453.31 .

On 3rd September I registered my Airtel mobile no on www.facebook.com(on my computer). www.facebook.com sent me a SMS which had a link to 0.facebook.com to "ACCESS WITHOUT ANY DATA CHARGES" !!!

Let me make it clear that no other website has been accessed from my mobile except 0.facebook.com...
