I have logged an issue on 28th november Complaint number:4628129 that suddenly i am getting signal loss issue and cannot watch tv. 5 days are done and till now we did not receive any call from their technical engineer. Daily we have been calling them ,still there is no proper response from their customer care. Only answer they say is we are fwding to backend team and they would call in 15 mins, but never ever i received a call from them. We atleast donot even know what is the cause of the issue,neither received a call from them ever.

I seriously say this is very bad service and worst service I have ever experienced. I insist people donot oppt for AIRTEL ever.

    my airtel mobile number is [protected] and i was called from a person that you have won 10 lakh rupees from the airtel lucky coupon draw and he asked me about my central bank account number and told me to give Rs.15600 for the money transfer to ur account and also told me to keep it secret that our company will go with media to interview you so dont tell anybody also he gave his SBI account number Nabin Sharma-[protected] and i send him the amount he gave me the airtel coupon check no.[protected] and told me dont tell until we come to ur house with media. I was quite and my lord shridi ke sai baba told me that he is fraud. then i again phoned him he told me to recharge DTH that is ITZ cash card disc tv recharge coupon of amount Rs32300. but i didnot pay it he phoned me 10 times. i told him at last that i[censored] dont return my Rs.15600 then i will go to the police. He told me to go police. what is it? plz help me i am very poor. I don't have father. My mom remains sick. i am totally dependent on god Shridi ke sai baba. Plz help me. his phone no is [protected], [protected],[protected]. he sometimes tells his name as ravi sharma, Nabin sharma , akash sharma. Is it aitel fraud company? Plz help me

      Dear Sir/ Madam
      Its Sanjit Sutradhar a subscriber of Airtel. I am Using [protected] sim for two years, when I took this connection I submitted all required documents. Now after two year I am getting a service message that again I have to submit the documents. I write to Nodal Officer of Airtel, She revert a mail saying (complain no[protected] in case of non receipt of documents, the Outgoing and Incoming services will be blocked in 3 days. Further, the number will be temporarily deactivated within 3 days; from the day number has been blocked. The problem is I live in a village there is no Airtel store and the Owner of the outlets don't want to take our document.the nearest Airtel store (Siliguri) is near about 120km away of my home, so its not possible to submit documents again, other hand the nodal officer saying the service will be stopped, so please look in this..

        i'm using airtel landline and broadband from past 8 years.i forced many of my friends to shift to airtel ..around 7-8 friends ditch BSNL for airtel broadband..
        recently i happened to shift my residence from double road to Begur road.
        i placed a request 2 months prior to shifting about feasibility. with in 3 days i was confirmed by airtel customer care that airtel network is available in Begur road..
        while shifting my residence i placed a request to airtel to shift landline to Begur road residence. they took the request after 10 days they said ports are full so they won't be able to give me the connection.
        As we were using airtel from past 8 years my dad used this number as office number too and printed on our finished products .which we manufacture .this number is with all our customers , relatives and family friends ..
        now we facing serious problem as they took cancellation request for my number else i should pay monthly rentals every month without using the service. I got an idea and placed a request for getting a new connection from airtel landline..
        with in 4 working days i got landline at home..
        what is this ..don't u think its so bad . they were unable to shift my connection because o[censored]navailability of ports ..but when it comes to new connection ports were available to them.. i started disliking airtel..really bad.

        after getting new connection i asked airtel to at least change the number ..now i have airtel line at home i just asked them to change the new number with my 8 year old number..
        airtel people told me , first that old number should get cancelled only then they would be able replace it.. they took the request on 6th of October now its 2 of December .. still they processing the request of cancellation .. because of airtel's customer care inability to solve my queries i had to face lots of problems that lead to losses.

        few days back when i spoke with airtel executive on this issue.. he said that they giving my airtel number to a new customer..

        after 2 days again when i called customer care..
        a executive transferred my call to her higher authority..
        higher authority said they already gave this number to a new customer 18 months back..he also said 24 months got over after cancellation of this number so why the hell i'm calling them now. check out how much they lie..i told him to first confirm the customer details instead of telling false details. or lying

        i got angry and told him that i would cancel all other numbers too. he requested me to give the cancellation request of all my number to him right then..
        from being a proud customer of airtel now i became most abused and harassed customer by airtel.
        i vil say one thing. These MNC's ( airtel, idea, vodafone ) vil just forget u once u face any issue and u try to contact them t get it sorted. Lemme tel u my case. we had recntly shifted house to a new place n were looking 4 a broadband connection. Found airtel, called the no. in advertisement, wid in hrs got a call frm there local sales representive who came to the house, said the connection vil b done in 48 hrs, paid him the istallation charges. Everything done wid in 3 hrs. . . . Now i had to wait for a week to get the connection, y ? coz when v called after 2 days v got to kno dat there r no availble ports in the area, he said he vil try to arrange a free port n vil lu into the matters. Nathing happnd. Then v called the customer care to complain, v did the complain n within hrs got a call again frm smother airtel sales guy, who said that he cn provide me a new connection if i cancel the previous one, he came to r house in just half an hr, took the installtion money for a new connection n said he is going to forward a request to cancel my previous order. Again v had to wait for 4 days, v had to call him atleast 5 times a day for updates, n he was constanly giving us talla, today there was this problem tomorrow u vil definitly hve the connection blah blah blah. then finally after 5 days the installation team came, installed or did watever the hell they wanted to do, n said that ib vil need to wait till monday coz dat day wz satday n the nxt day wz sunday. So i waited till monday, the connection got active but smone frm airtel came n said plz don not use ur connection ( BB and Landline, both ) as it was smone's else connection or a wrong connection . Again had to wait for 2 days for thi sproblem to get sorted out. Finally had the BB frm Wednesday 13 days frm the first order.
        So the question is, if the first guy was saying - " ports are not available ", then hw did the second one fullfilled the order.
        N u kno wat the best part was, that the final installation which was done, was for the vry first order ( in which they said v cn not provide u BB coz no Ports r available ) . On wednesday i got a call frm the guy wid whom i had placed the second order saaying the connection dat has been activated is the first one, not the second one as v were thinking, n the installation team had screwd up !!! And he had the guts to ask me to cancel my activated connection n again apply for the second connection . . .

              I am disappointed because our Airtel landline connection ph.[protected] not working from last 4 days to till date. Provided your service was unsatisfactory.Because So many complain the promises are airtel will revert back to user in 24 hours and the company always promise that the matter will be solved in 48 working hours but unfortunatly no body is there to solve the problem the last refrence number form company is 40213272. Now i shall ask you why do I pay if we not get the service To resolve the problem I request you to take the action seriously as soon as possible .                 Dear Sir/Mam,

                This is a complaint regarding my father's mobile number (AIRTEL, [protected]). I have recharged to my father's mobile number using my account (ICICI) yesterday (30.11.10) for 70 Rs (full talktime). The amount was instantly debited from my account. The time limit they have given for the talktime to be credited is only 15 minutes but till now the talktime is not credited to the above-said number. I tried to contact customer care through the above-said AIRTEL number but they are holding the line for a longtime and noone is connected. They also charged for the call. Kindly help me to get the talktime or revert the amount to my account itself. I thought the service provider knows the account number which I used to recharge, so I didnt notify my account number for safety reasons. If necessary send me a mail i'll send my account number.

                  I am using this Airtel no from last 6 years. My prepaid plan is FRIENDS. I have a my group in that plan. Presently I am in Hubli, Karnataka for Job but I still using this No. in roaming. Before few days I call to the Airtel customer centre about roaming charges. That time they suggest me 42 Rs. recharge to minimize the roaming charges. They also said that after recharging this recharge your FRIEND plan will not be changed, It still continue. But After that when I go to the Maharashtra on 27th November 2010, I found that my FRIEND plan was changed that time I call to the Airtel customer centre, to enquiry about this But Now they said that due to that 42 Rs. recharge your plan has changed. I told them that your customer representative suggest me recharge this and he also said that your plan remain same as previous.
                  So please take action AIRTEL. other wise I dont have any option to change my service provider.

                    Hello Sir/Madam,

                    This is regarding the document submission messages that are sent on my mobile atleast 5 times a day. When I visited the airtel relationship center for submission of documents, I provided the local address proof, they are asking for the permenant address proof. At the time of taking sim card i.e. 4 years back, all the documents were already submitted. Also at the time of taking sim card they require local address proof. Every time they require a different document. Are any rules defined for submission of document?

                    These people are simply harrasing the users and they have no mannerism to talk. Also the customer care number (121 and [protected]) does not work when I select the option to talk to customer care executive.

                    Kindly look into the matter and atleast make some compulsion for giving some sort of behavioral training to the staff or take educated staff.

                    After 4 years i[censored]sage airtel is asking me to resubmit the documents. i have given all the required documents and cross signed Photograph at the time of taking the Sim card 4 years back.
                    My Number is [protected] and unfortunately i lost my phone and SIM card on Friday (3rd December 2010).When i asked at the Sector 18, Noida, Airtel customer service center for Duplicate SIM, they informed me that the number does not belong to any one as their system is not showing any name against the number([protected]).
                    now from Friday i do not have my number with me.
                    On Saturday morning(4th December 2010) i have resubmitted the Address proof, ID card, Photograph (which i should not because i have already provided them the same at the time of purchasing the SIM in 2006) to push the process of taking the duplicate SIM card, but when i am visiting the Sector-18(atta Market) Airtel center they are not issuing me the Duplicate SIM card due to documents submitting(ideally which i did couple of times now)
                    Please let me know if you can make this process faster so that i can take the duplicate SIM and continue using AIRTEL.

                      I have been a customer to Airtel for the past 6 months. But every time I contact the customer service. I don't even get a proper response. Some of the representatives are even rude and not even care to answer my questions. Most of the time they don't even document our complaints and they don't even register it. Whenever I ask for a complaint number some incident number has been given which is not been followed or taken care of. And the Next time when I call again they could not find any records of my previous call, which makes me to lose the confidence in the customer care of airtel. I think this complaint reaches the right person and it will be taken care of. If not you will be losing customers.

                      HELLO SIR,
                      THERE IS A CALL FROM AIRTEL SHE DID NOT HAVE HOW TO HANDLE THEIR CUSTOMER SHE SAID KANGLAY, MEANT NO MONEY, MONEY LESS PERSONS.

                      A GOOD CUSTOMER IS TOO BAD IF NOT MAINTAINED RELATIONSHIP.A CUSTOMER IS BIGGER THAN THE SERVICES PROVIDERS.
                      I paid my bill airtel Invoice No[protected] for Rs 818 in cash on 5.4.2010 at vikaspuri outlet, it is still showing outstanding. I deposited Rs 820 in cash and I have a receipt too. Please look into this. Regards.

                        Hi Rakesh Kumar,

                        My number [protected] & my issues regarding flase information by your Cus.Exe's and Mr.Niranjan ASM from FLASH AGENCY CHENNAI really he is not worth for Airtel. Last one month i have sent three mail regarding this issue to his mail Id niranjan.[protected]@airtel.in even he not have simple courtesy to reply my mail. And his number is [protected].

                        As per our yesterday phone discussion wit Mr.Manoj he told that for prepaid to postpaid convention in H22 CUG 99(HCL PLAN) is possible ,but CUG among our Colleagues is not working in Chennai circle so u contact your SPOC who is in your office from airtel for convention your number okay….

                        Today I called to airtel customer exe Mr.Sujan he is come under Mr. Srinivasan Supervisor from Chennai he replied CUG among our Colleagues is possible, So my point is why people you are giving false information…….

                        Just now I contact Mr. Rajasekar airtel SPOC for My office he is come under Mr. Niranjan ASM [protected] from FLASH Agency Chennai ,He (Rajasekar) denied my new connection proposal and said my manager (Niranjan) surely rejected your proposal…..

                        I don’t know why Mr.Niranjan reject my favor , you & him are airtel employee but miscommunication between both…..Pls don’t send any default mail to me give correct feedback and I want to take airtel connection from that person (Rajasekar/ Niranjan) only….I never give up This issue…

                          I buy a new prepaid connection of bharti airtel and done all documentation about a month ago.suddenly on 29th nov 2010 airtel bared by outgoing calls.when i call on customer care the executive told me that your telephonic inquiry was negative and verification done on 27th nov(but i have not received any call like that)and when i ask him he cut down the phone and then airtel dose like that iam unable to call customer care again.Next day on 30th i went to bharti house (ashramroad ahmedabad)and the executive told me it will be may again restart in next 7days and for futher information you talk in customer care.when i called to customer care from their only the senior person told me that they will not start again the out going in future and that number will be closed in short period of time.when i asked why and if you want i can provide documents again as this number is given everywhere and i personally visit here.they have not listening any thing and no body able to give proper responce.I have enough Rupees in that mobile main balance and already activated the sms scheme.,(i asked them what to be done with my main balance and sms scheme activation charge they told you will not get back any amount)i am very hurt for this kind of responce from this valuable company.Iam using another two airtel numbers from number of years.i want to complaint to consumer dept.about this kind of fake infirior services and cheating with customers.my questions are
                          (1) why airtel has done varification after one month?
                          (2)I have not receive any call such like that so on which bases thay bared the services?
                          (3)As they are everytime calling regularly to inform about there prompotional schemes, why they are not called again ?and verified again?. if some one may not received their call(please note i have not receive any call like this but this is on conditions mentions is sentance).
                          (4)what should be done with the recharged balance in sim card and schemes?
                          please note complaint and take action accordingly.

                              I have not activated caller tune services nor asked about them, still airtel has deducted amounts three times for activation of caller tune and for downloading of it. I complaint about this to customercare member Mr. Santosh for this reason, he only stop caller tune but not returned me the money,and only assured me to give me back within 48 Hrs.but yet money has not given back to me,and again they deducted money fourth times couple of days before for caller tune activation,
                              I told him that i have to register complaint against it and register my complaint and give me complaint registration number but he did not give complaint number

                                I want to add some channel to my airtel dth connection immediately, whenever i send sms to 54325 from my bsnl mobile as per their advertisement it never delivers.                                 Airteldth — faith commitment

                                they sms me to recharge with rs 525 and u will get rs 550,then i
                                will decide to do so. i go to near dealer for recharge he said there was no option for recharge rs 525, u can recharge with rs 500or 550. then i was confused later on i decide to contact customer care he advised me to recharge with rs 550, then i recharge with rs 550. but u c'nt imagine there is no response from that side in this matter . they all r fraud . me & my friend r decide to change our dth when our validity will completed.

                                  Hi,

                                  I had lodged a Request # 392685 for shifting my AIRTEL IPTV/Broadband Connection within Gurgaon on 23rd November 2010 and made numerous calls to Airtel after that, but every time I get the same response that "we have forwarded your call to senior department", but this request in pending till date (30/11/2010). If somebody from AIRTEL reads this please let me know the time in which my connection will be shifted and whom to contact now to get the resolution.

                                  AirTel — IPTV shifting

                                  Hi,

                                  I was using internet and ip TV services provided by Airtel and I submited a request of shifting my connection to new location( both locations are in Dwarka) on 26th June 2010, It was infomed to me that it will be done in 3 days time, I waited for 5 days but nothing happened, I started calling customer care almost every day after that and heard same story that it will be done with 48 hours however nothing happened, its been 11 days since I applied for shifting, I took leave on 2nd July and on 5th July to get this connection shifted, I called their area shifting manager Jatin (dwarka region) and he either dont respond or says that he is meeting, I tried calling 2 more guys Aman who is not at all cooperative and most unprofessional and Sandeep Tyagi who just gives assurances but nothing else, I called their customer care almost 10 times by now and tried escalating it 3 times with no luck, either their customer care reps disconnect calls or they say it will be completed within 48 hours, I manage to get their nodal officer number ( [protected]) however no one ever answered on this number.

                                  It is such a pain to get this connection shifted! I am so very frustrated with airtel support staff specially with Jatin (Shifting Manager Dwarka) Aman ( again a shifting guy) and customer care reps. I am not sure if anything can be done for such harassment by above mentioned ppl and company.

                                  Airtel Iptv — Withdrawal of Channel News Asia

                                  Since signing up for Airtel iPTV in Jan 2011, I have been receiving Channel News Asia at channel 515.

                                  Suddenly and without any intimation, Channel News Asia was withdrawn on 25 Jun 2011.

                                  Very, Very dissapointed and demand that Channel News Asia be re-instated immediately.

                                  Hi This is Narender Rawat- i am using my Airtel IPTV last one year now i have shift in another rented flat. last 5 days i am following with customer care to shift my connection but only one word "our systems in under up gradation process so we can`t provide the status but we try our best" it like there is no value of customer in Airtel i have done approx 20 calls in customer care but till now nothing will happened Airtel customer care is look like a custmore care

                                  Again i have make almost 4 call and every call approx 20 min still no reply I have told want to talk to senior and they put me hold with beautiful Airtel ring tone approx 20 min but no one picked up see this is the attitude of Airtel towards to customer

                                  I hope someone senior person from Airtel will see and help me to resolved this issue

Each and every executive is giving some or other time and after that there is no call. I am left with new choice but to file an RTI.

                                    I was accidentally subscribed to some service from Airtel Live called Weight Tracker on November 25. After that I am receiving daily messages saying that Rs 5 has been charged to my account. I spoke to several customer care executives and could not get any assurance of deactivation.
                                    The last call I made on 26 November, Service Request Number 34727722 was generated and the executive Aditya said that I would not receive this message and that nothing was being charged to my account. However, I am still receiving the messages and in fact on November 27 I received TWO such messages.
                                    I am afraid that I will be billed and would like this assurance from Airtel immediately. I am unable to get any sense out of the executives (and I am being charged for those calls as well).

                                    AirTel — related to airtellive service

                                    i used my airtel live service in which there is no deduction for about 20 days but one day bithout any uses of services approximate rs.40 is deducted from my prepaid balance.i report my complain to customer care but i did not get any suggetion from there.

                                    My number is [protected]. I am trying to deactivate comedy junction by messaging Stop to 121.. All works fine but at the final stage when i am confirming the deletion i am unable to send the message.. It says network problem.. How is it that I am able to send other messages at the same place .. and i ain't only this ones

                                      I am the user of Airtel - India Mobile [protected].

                                      Airtel is sending me to unsubscribe from yahoo zone click so on so website otherwise with in 2 days

                                      RS10 will be detucted from my account.First I wanted to know wats yahoo zone?

                                      I am using yahoo for the last 7 years via mobile, desk top and laptop i never got such like sms to

                                      cut some amount.This is second time i am receiving from the past 1 month with Airtel only.

                                      Is it any more deal between Airtel and Yahoo?If yes or no i am not bothering.

                                      Kindly Un-Subscribe me from this nasty money wasting system.I disagree with this system.

                                      Even for business i cant use Yahoo, for me no probs.

                                      Do me favour immediately.I need justice, because i never subscribe for Yahoo Zone.

                                      Airtel-India — unwarrented service Calls and text

                                      My cell no.is [protected].I keep on receiveing service calls and text messages everyday advertising products,selling destination,soliciting friendships etc.I have tried sending SMS to customer care many times but it fails where as other messages are cleared.
                                      these call disturb at any time and are a nuisense.I was browsing to find the company's onlinecomplaint facility when I chanced upon this service.

                                      Dear SIr,

                                      I wish to access the number to activate DND (do not disturb) on my airtel mobile number. I get frequent service messages & and unwanted calls from the service provider. Please help me.

                                      Airtel — unauthorised deduction of talktime

                                      airtel has been deduct my talktime from my no.which is [protected] and while i questioned on this to the airtel's cust.care then every time they all trying to save themself by saying that our system will not work properly and atlast they send me an ip address and said that m using that one due to that my bal.has deduct while i never gone to that link which is send by them they r not trying to solve my problem

                                      Airtel — Airtel unwarrented sms and services

                                      Pack" like "Airtel Gyan" activated against my mobile number and deducting money. Upon contact to the customer care executive, the person de-activated that service. After a week the same "Airtel Gyan" service has been activated again. Every week this service, activated and I'm calling customer care for deactivation.... Its nuisance frustration and mental fatigue to keep on calling them and also nil balance in the mobile number.

                                        Two days earlier my sim of airtel bearing no [protected] is showing sim card registration fail.On 29/11/2010 morning 10.15 i have beeen issued a duplicate sim from Sansar Telicom Yamunanagar Franchise of Air tel Bharti still it pending for activiation.my complaint no is 34788208 and 34788334.Now after 24 hours Executive of Yamunanagar askeing me to return back our sim card and u can take sim anywhere else.
                                        I am working with sbilife and suffer a huge problem as these are the closing dates of the month and I am not able to connect any one.Kindly do the need ful asap.
