In 2007,I took Airtel Mobile no. [protected] (lifetime-prepaid plan) from the Moga centre of the co.In Nov.2009 I went abroad and on my coming back to India in Sep'2010, I found my number was deactivated.I approached the co's centre for its activation.The no was activated on 23.09.10 after submission of my photograph and ID Proof.On 14.10.10, the no. was deactivated again.The co. left a message on my mobile to submit Photograph and ID Proof to their centre.On 15.10.10,I submitted the same to their centre,1,Gill's Park, G.T.Road,Moga and they gave me a chit bearing Form no.[protected].On 20.10.10,on my supplying them information thru E.Mail the number was activated. Suddenly on 01.11.10,it was deactivated once again due to non supply of documents.Further co. wants me to take the same no. under postpaid plan after payment of its activation fee of Rs,300/-.When it was brought to their notice about sequence of mails exchanged with them and three times submission of documents to them, they on 2.11.10,advised me to wait for five days.I reminded them about it on 09.11.10 but they have neither activated my no. nor given me any reply to date.
I am very much disturbed on this account.I incur not only loss of money but also on account of various information which I use to get from my Banks and other business areas.
It is requested to help me out in this matter and compensate me along with the activation of this no.

Airtel Broadband Connection — ABUSIVE LANGUAGE USED BY AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE
Hi,I am sagar. Recently there was a problem with my bills regarding airtel broadband connection. I have been using this since 2 years and never had problem at all. Till recently Airtel was the best service provider(the sole reason for me to go for airtel broadband connection). But nowadays, the people who call up abuse you if you delay the payments. When you have a small problem they dont know how to solve it, but 20 people call up to ask about your payment. Not only you have to give them explanation, pay bill, with late payement charges, no internet till you clear bills you also have to get abused by atleast 3 to 4 people everyday till you pay the bill.. I mean wat the hell. V pay them and we are their customers, they act as though they are doing a favour by giving us the service. They have forgotton that beacuse o[censored]s only they are getting their salary. I cant take such sh*^ after me paying them.
