sir why the airtel people act so rudly i hav been calling them at [protected] mr vinod appellate authority who told tat the backend port to be replaced still its not done tel no [protected] why they are doing repeatedly. If the payment is not done by due date they charge extra amount as late payment why not they keepthe promise if not they charge less fpr what they are delaying why TRAI doesnt look into the matter immediatly are they also involvedinthis i dought? Airtel Chandigarh — Landline not working since installation
The office landline 4018140 was nstalled some time back but never worked. Inspite of repeated reminders the blame game between the contractor and the service provider continues.And now Airtel has given me the bill- though not a single call has been made.
I request the connection be removed and I can go back to my earlier provider BSNL whose services though dismal, were still better.
I wish this complaint will get me a call from Airtel Chandigarh.
The landline[protected] installed at Asian Agencies 123 Siyaganj,Indore(M.P.) not working since last 15 days.
My Landline No.[protected] is not working since 7th September 2011. I have made numerous complaints & there has been no response from Airtel except false assurances.
I request above number should be rectified without any further delay. I look forward to hearing from you and to a resolution of this problem.

sir its once again i am back for the same reasön why the service provider deducts amount even for telephonic voice i.e computerised voice message because again to i called airtel appellate authoity i.e., [protected] they deducted around 12rupee why the customer has to spend amount for thefault of the service provider. Why the TRAI people are not acting against this?

My land-line is not working but my broadband is working. Frequently i am facing this type of problem either with my landline or Broadband. Once in a month i have to find some time for making complaints like this. If it continues then i have to find better network provider. There is no point having this type of connection. Your response to customer is not good. It takes more than 2 days even for attending the complaints.
I am not able to even make complaints through my account login.
