TO CONTACT BUT THE NO. WAS NOT EXISTED. AND ALSO SHE INCLUDED TOP UP WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. MY VALI DITY DATE WAS 13 OCTOBER 2011 . MR. JAVED TOLD ME ABOUT MY TOP UP INCLUDED WITHOUT MY CONSENT . AND PROBLEM WILL SOLVE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. ON DATED 10 . 10.2011 I RECHARGED RS.200/ SO VALIDITY PERIOD SHOULD BE 20 NOVEMBER 2011. BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT IT IS[protected].ON DATED 12-10-11 ONE PERSON HAS CONTACTED ME VIDE MOBILE NO.[protected].HE ASO COULD NOT UNDERSTAND AND DIDNOT SOLVE MY PROBLEM.

NOW I WOULD LIKE TO LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE ABOVE MENTION CHEATER AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION SO THAT THEY CAN DO NO MORE CHEATTHE CUSTOMER

    I am Raja Balasubramaniam, I was worked 2 years before in M/s Bharti Airtel in Broadband Core Engg. My work place was chennai. After my move from Airtel, I have applied to drop my PF from Airtel. I am following them for long time, they not yet submitted my PF till now. For my repeated mail, them reply is like this,

    This is with reference to your query on PF status

    We would like to inform you that as per our records your forms are in ready for submission stage. The S.No of your form is 285.
    As per process, you can collect your PF form from our office personally (Wednesdays/Fridays from 2pm to 6pm) from the following address and submit the same to RPFC:

    PFcell, Mr. Pulin Das,
    Rock Garden(Room no 370),
    Bharti Airtel Ltd. Plot no 16, UG floor,
    Udyog Vihar, Phase IV, Gurgaon-122015.

    Otherwise, we will submit your form to RPFC as per the turn as the RPFC accepts very limited (2-3) forms in a day.

      Hello sir,
      This is Y.Pravallika an airtel customer who is suffering from your services. No one gives the right information and guidance, neither the customer care nor the airtel office. I received a message for registering my number on 23rd of September, but I couldn’t submit them as I was out of station. MY SIM GOT UNREGISTERED ON 26TH SEPTEMBER AND I WAS ASKED TO SUBMIT MY DOCUMENTS AGAIN AT THE NEAREST OFFICE SO I DID SUBMIT ALL THE VALID DOCUMENTS ON 1ST OCTOBER. I WAS TOLD BY THE EXECUTIVES THAT MY SIM WILL BE ACTIVATED WITHIN 4 DAYS. I WAITED FOR 4 DAYS BUT THERE WAS NO USE.THEN I ENQUIRED ABOUT THE DELAY AND I GOT THE REPLY THAT IT WILL TAKE TWO MORE DAYS AS THE TECHNICIANS WONT WORK ON SATURDAYS! SO I WAITED TILL 6TH OCTOBER AND WENT TO OFFICE TO FIND OUT ON 7TH AS STILL MY NUMBER WAS NOT ACTIVATED. THEN THE EXECUTIVE INFORMED ME THAT THERE WAS SOME MISTAKE SO THEY LODGED A COMPLAIN AGAINST MY NUMBER AND I WILL BE GETTING BACK MY NUMBER WITHIN 24 HOURS. I BELIEVED THEM AGAIN AND WAITED FOR TWO DAYS THAT IS 8TH AND 9TH OF OCTOBER. BUT AGAIN, NO USE! EVEN TODAY THAT IS 10TH OCTOBER AGAIN I WENT TO THE AIRTEL OFFICE AND QUESTIONED ABOUT MY NUMBER, STILL THEY HAVE NO ANSWER AND STILL MY SIM IS UNREGISTERED. Even till today ie, 13th October 2011 I didn’t get back my number but completely lost it. I have no idea whats the problem, but I need my number back! I have lodges a complaint in consumer forum and this is my complaint number 326003. Sir I want you to take some serious action.

      MY Airtel mobile No:[protected] (West Bengal).

      Past 3 months I am using this sim card..But yesterday onwards this service was barred.In this regard I have asked to customer care. They told me you are not submitted the proper document that’s why we stopped the service.

      But already I have submitted the all the documents to dealer.(My valid pass port Xerox and pass port size photos )

      One week before also this service was barred. Then I conducted with customer care after one hour again I got the service.

      That day my document verification also over.

      Then why again they stopped this service.

      This mobile no I given in my office also.i am officially using this mobile no.and the mobile no given for Air ticket booking time also.

      Because of this issue I could not get the information from concern side.

      So, immediately reactivate my mobile no.If you want any further document I will submit to dealer as earlier.Otherwise don’t stop the service.

      In this regard I am really disappointed with your service.

      Please do the needful.

      Please Reactivate my mobile immediately.

        How would you feel when the shopkeeper charges you when you make no purchase? Surely, you wouldn’t like it.
        Something of that kind happened to me when Airtel landed on my mobile phone [No.[protected]] a message [on Oct 10]. It was about a certain service they had on offer. They took my subscription to the service for granted ...saying ‘thank you for subscribing’ to it. That alerted me.
        ‘You’ve been charged Rs.10 for 7 days..,’ the company told me. It meant that my prepaid account had already been debited. Similar debits would perhaps follow, from time to time.
        I was outraged for the simple reason I had not asked for the service in the first place. To pay for something you have not bought should be clearly unacceptable to any consumer.
        Quite cleverly, Airtel has left the onus on the consumer to call up 552230 if he wishes to stop the unwanted service. As I discovered, however, it was a trap. There was no STOP option on offer…so how would I stop the service? No way. I am saddled with an unwanted service.
        I should think it’s an unfair business practice that doesn’t behove the country’s leading mobile service provider, to say the least.
        There’s more to it all. If you ring up Airtel’s 552230, sweet voices greet you in Hindi, Punjabi, Bengali, Marathi, Tamil and an array of other Indian languages. They introduce you to a religious programme…live Aarti from Shri Tirupati Balaji and other well known shrines in the country. You can pick your choice and subscribe to bhajans, etc. All for a payment, of course.
        Business in the name of God!
        Failing to unsubscribe, I have taken up the problem in these columns [see 'Debit against Unasked Service']. I’ve asked Airtel to reverse the charges. My complaint hasn’t elicited a response. I’ve also sent a reply-message back to Airtel. No success, either.
        What do I do?

          I've received one sms fron Airtel Service that as per TRAI, I can only send 3000 sms per bill cycle and since I've crossed this limit, i would not be allowed to send any sms further.
          To my best of knowledge, the bill cycle starts on 2nd of every month. If this is so then counting of sms from 2nd to 12th Oct is wrong. I think the earlier bill cycle of month Sept has not been discontinued.
          No one is there to solve or discuss this problem.

          Airtel — Irregular receiving bill

          Dear Sir,

          This is Rohit Rane and my airtel mobile number: [protected] . Since 2006 i am the one of most important airtel customer. Previously i am a honest customer and regularly i paid my post paid bills you chek up my payments records also for your reference. From last Jan 2009 onwards i didnt pay my airtel bill on time because your bill does not come on time inspite of speaking to your call center executives.Plz look into the matter and henceforth send bill on time before your due date.

            My Airtel Prepaid mobile no is [protected]. Airtel Co. has deducted unauthorised amount of Rs 106/- from my balance.from 25/09/11to 09/10/11. When I complained to superviser,customare Airtel,he said the the amount was deducted for excess data usage for internet beyond the 2GB alloted for 1 month of pack 98/-W.e.f .09/09/11 to 08/10/11.while I used only less than 1GB usage from my monthly pack.Also an another subscription service was activated without my permission & any message from my side. This is a common practice of Airtel to forcefull blame to the consumers, because it is my 3rd complain of such type.The amount Rs 106/- should be returned in my balance & hard action should be taken against the fraud Airtel co. & punished for such type o[censored]nauthorised activities.

            AIRTEL LIFELONG PREPAID — GPRS and VAS Service

            AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE ANS GPRS /VAS IS HOPELESS.
            NO CONFIRMATION MESSAGE IS RECIEVED FOR SERVICE ACTVATION BUT MONEY IS DEBITED WITHOUT FAIL.
            I CAN'T USE BUT I HAVE TO PAY. I HAVE LOST ABOUT 200 RS TILL DATE.

            I am using Airtel Number - [protected].I am frequently debited for VAS, whereas I am never able to use these services.
            After sending GPRSACT to 511, I get Acknowledgement - "Your Request has been Registered Successfully, You will recieve a confirmation SMS within 4 Hrs". But I never get any Confirmation message.

            To my surprise on the next day money is debited without any usage.Next time even when I try to call 121 for enquiry, I cannot reach customerCare. I get no reply when I call 121 from Mumbai.Also after sending GPRSDEACT to 511, I get Acknowledgement .But I never get any Confirmation message.

            Recently I have changed my Mobile model.Hence I approached Airtel service Centre, behind Suhkwani Campus, Near Kala Sagar Hotel, Pimpri-411018, to get more information and to get NOP and GPRS settings for NEW handset Model.But found no fruitful information.Attend took down my number stating, she would call back to provide details as network was down, when i visited; but never called back.

            I visited your website but could not find fruitful information.
            Today I am again debited for VAS charge 15 Rs / -

            In brief, I am very dissappointed with GPRS service.I request you to provide me proper steps to configure, activate and deactivate NOP and GPRS services for Handset Spice D88n and Windows XP.Please let me know the charges for same. (Maharashtra Circle, Mumbai).

            I have a prepaid Airtel connection : [protected]. My mom carries this phone only for safety reasons & barely makes any outgoing calls. However, the Airtel no. is under my name and I have a lifetime connection, & once every 6mnths, would top-up by Rs. 200-Rs.300. However, Airtel deducts Rs.3 everyday, at least 3 times for some VAS download. I do not even have GPRS activated. I spoke with customer service a couple of times and they are not lack product knowledge but are also very rude and impolite. They did not even let me speak to a manager or immediate superior.
            Infact, I was so frustrated with their services that I had no other option but to opt for disconnection of services via sms.
            Will you please help me to restore my balance and unsubscribe me from any special services whatsoever with immediate effect.
            I am using Airtel mobile i have not subscribed for using any value added service but airtel activeted directly. and your custmer care no. 123 is also not responding, kindly dicontinue the sheroshayari, jockes cricket and hello tunes ( value added service ) on my mobile.

            1. Subscription of Rs 30.00 for caller tunes without any request and prior information.
            2. On special offer 350 min talk time for Rs 130.00 recharge, only 300 min was given with validity of 27 may 11 wherever 16 min was reduced with in 300 min only prior expiry date.
            3. Rs 30.00 was deducted from balance after complained made consumer on line airtelwebsite vide comp no. 7138 and 7244 both dated 18 May 11, the reason till now I am not aware
            4. Rs 10.00 was deducted around[protected]h for some sort of game as per message rcvd without any request.
            5. This is despite I never ask for any calle rtune or any kind of extra facilities on any mobile.
            6. Once approx 3-4 month before such type of complained I have done from my mobile and was threaten by your help line that if I talk more they will go to any extent, namely Vijender/ Vijay from chenai reason that I think has given false identity.


            It is therefore requested that kindly look in to the matter, and refund my amount app. Rs86.00 immediately

I recharge my mob on 01/02 Dec 2011 for Rs 111/- I have already subscribed roaming charges for 1 yr. I have received only two incoming roaming calls of Approx 3 & 4 minutes each. After checking the balance its come to the notice my all balance has been left out. Only Rs 1/- is left in my acct as balance. You are requested to instruct the Air Tel Co to credit the amount in my account and not to do such type o[censored]nwanted/baseless deduction. I have not subscribe any facilities.

              Hi,

              I bought an Airtel digital TV connection from the airtel website on 9th Oct 2011. Same day I got a call from Airtel office and they generated my customer id ([protected]) and took all the details confirming that installation will happen within 72 hours.

              Since that day I have been making repeated calls to customer care and my local airtel dth office but the installation is not happening. Everyday the service person tells me that he will be coming at 4 PM but nobody comes. Since I have to be at home at the time of installation I am taking off from office to be at home at 4 PM but nobody comes.

              This is ridiculous. First of all they take the money and then they make a fool o[censored]s. I would like any help to get my amount refunded as I dont want this airtel anymore.

              Airtel DTH — Non installation of HD DVR

              Hello,

              I am really surprised the way your company is taking your existing customers. I have logged down four request regarding the installation of HD DVR at my home. The first request was raised on 04th August. Their has been no action on these request till now. Neither any of your engineer has approached me over this.

              To my surprise yesterday 4 of my request have been closed down without any action.

              Since morning i have been calling your customer care people over this and they don't have any response over it. Neither they are able to transfer the calls to senior for the clarification.

              All this happening with such a prestigious company makes me feel that i have down wrong in selecting you guys.

              I request you people to take a necessary action over it. If you are not able to provide any answers by day end i would like you to terminate my services and will go ahead with some other company.

                About 3 months back in july 2011,i bought AIRTEL'S YOUTH PACK SIM according to which i can make airtel to airtel local cals at 1p/3 sec & at night at 1p/6 sec. this plan was valid for 1 year i.e. till july2012 but all of a sudden, the company is now charging me 1.2p/sec to local airtel network.

                i lodge my complaint in their customer care also but the customer care executive (MAHESH) told me that company has changed the tariff plan & refused to switch me to my original tariff plan.
                i asked him how can the company change my tariff pan which was valid for an year that too without even informing me but he had no answer.

                i request you to look into this matter within a day or i will lodge a complaint in the consumer court as soon as possible. i have done this before also with some other site and won the case so i request you that you should not take this complaint lightly.

                This is Srinivas from Kukatpally, hyd, AP, I got the call from [protected] for A-A free and other 30 p/min plan and activated tariff as airtel to airtel free and other mobile is 30 p/min in Sep'11, and after 20 days automatically offer has been changed to 1rs/min. I have three connections those are [protected], [protected], [protected], I have given compliant to Airtel CC so many times, but no one answered to me clearly, however I lost my money rs 3000 for the above plan, if your not give proper answered i will go to consumer court and put a case against airtel also...

                This is Prakash from Kundapura, udupi dist, Karnataka, I got the call from Bangalore for A-A 10 paise/min other 50 p/min and SMS free 100/d plan and activated tariff as airtel to airtel 30P/min and other mobile is 60 p/min and sms Re 1/sms in march 3, 2012, I have given compliant to Airtel CC so many times, but no one answered to me clearly, and now no connecting Airtel Customer Care form my No.[protected] however I lost my money for the above plan, We request kindly do the needful at your earliest

                  This is with regards to the complaint below regarding the faulty wifi modem which the airtel refuses to replace even when its with the gurantee period of 1 year. Having complained several times to the airtel customer care and also complaining to the consumer forums, it surprises me that how lighting the owners of the complaint on behalf of airtel takes these issues. Airtel is a renouned company with a certain image in consumers mind, it amazes me how that image is getting washed off due to some unprofessional employees of airtel. Complete refusal to address the complaint, acknowledge the facts and make corrective actions.
                  My wifi modem has not been working for more than 10 days now and no one seems to be addressing the issue. If this is the service level that airtel has to offer its customers than i am sorry the company doesnt deserve to be there. Its a service based industry and i have been a loyal airtel customer since its inception, i am sorry to say recent events pushes me to move on.

                  i have the reciept and the relevant documents which proves that i am being cheated by airtel in refusal to provide the services promised and i shall definately raise it with the higher consumer forums.

                  I hope that I will not be forced to report this incident to the state and federal consumer forums, as well as popular consumer advocacy blogs.

                  when i call to customer care of haryana on 18.11.2010 at 10.04 pm then a lady picks the phone & gives no proper answer of my quiry. i askeed himto transfer call to her manager but she dont do it .& cut my line
                  currently i m the customer of vodafone & airtel both
                  but now i realise that airtel give no proper customer care service
                  they just want to waste the time of customer

                  I am extremely saddened to write this mail and bring to your notice that Airtel's service has fallen far short of my expectations.

                  I had purchased a Beetel Wifi 450 TC 1 brand new modem on 25th December 2010 and the product turned out to be faulty. I had faced a similar problem earlier and an airtel executive had replaced the modem. However, this modem has also ended up giving me the same trouble.As a result, I requested the your airtel customer executives to rectify the modem or replce it. However, I was shocked when I found out that without brining it to my knowledge they had closed the complaint without resolving it.
                  Ever since, I have been trying to place requests at both AIRTEL and BEETEL customer service centers but my complaints have fallen on deaf ears.I had also raised a complaint to HI TECH COMMUNICATIONS from where Airtel had purchased and installed the modem and gave me the bill for the same.                     got deducted for sum value added services which i never activated on my number [protected].
                    .For that i camplained before,those issue were resolved,thanks for that.
                    But yet again from last few weeks my balance got deducted for sum downloads which I never did.O
                    n 12/10/2011 ,i got a message from some were saying that-"Thanks for downloading hungama content
                    game from airtel.you have been charged rs 10",then rs 10 was deducted same thing happening with me
                    from last few weeks.So please look into this matter and resolved this as I dont want to activate
                    any VAS in my cell neither i do any kind of downloads.Try refunding my charged amount as soon as possible.
                    As airtel had helped me in these type of matter befor also,so i expect the same again .And try sumthing
                    so that i wont face such issue in future.

                      Hello Sir,

                      For the past 1 month my broadband is not working, but they have sent me bill.Broadband router is not working, it has problem. From airtel they have informed that it is not possible since warrenty is expired for betel router and it has to be taken to service center. I called the betel services center. They said that it will take 1 month to service the router,since i don't required that as i have tata photon usb broadband which i got from office.
                      So i have raised a ticket for my cancellation 4612486. Customer care had informed that they will give me call. But i am calling customer care every 2
                      days but no response.

                      Monday 10/10/2011 i called airtel customer care they said that on 11th they will disconnect the connection. And from Cancellation department they said that,it has been cancelled. Today 12/10/2011 i made a call to airtel customer care and they said again that the line is showing connected.

                      Please help me in taking action for cancelling my connection.

                        I requested to change my connection to new place. Last one month they are not changing even they are not informing whether they can change or not.
                        In bangalore hsr layout, agara one local private company is giving internet service. Local airtel engineers and those local internet service provider having tie-up. If we give any request for new connection they will tell some reason to we don't get connection. After that the local internet service provider will call us for internet. Now its happening for me. I am shifted to new place that is near to local internet service provider area. So the local engineers not responding.

                        I don't know. what airtel management is doing. Check your list of connections in HSR Layout, agara. Who are dominating and check with your local engineers.

                            sir why the airtel people act so rudly i hav been calling them at [protected] mr vinod appellate authority who told tat the backend port to be replaced still its not done tel no [protected] why they are doing repeatedly. If the payment is not done by due date they charge extra amount as late payment why not they keepthe promise if not they charge less fpr what they are delaying why TRAI doesnt look into the matter immediatly are they also involvedinthis i dought?

                            My land-line is not working but my broadband is working. Frequently i am facing this type of problem either with my landline or Broadband. Once in a month i have to find some time for making complaints like this. If it continues then i have to find better network provider. There is no point having this type of connection. Your response to customer is not good. It takes more than 2 days even for attending the complaints.

                            Airtel Chandigarh — Landline not working since installation

                            The office landline 4018140 was nstalled some time back but never worked. Inspite of repeated reminders the blame game between the contractor and the service provider continues.
                            And now Airtel has given me the bill- though not a single call has been made.
                            I request the connection be removed and I can go back to my earlier provider BSNL whose services though dismal, were still better.
                            I wish this complaint will get me a call from Airtel Chandigarh.
                            My airtel landline is dead since 5 days.......my landline number is[protected].......

                                I am currently residing at venkatapura, koramangala 1st block.I had applied for airtel broadband connection of the 2nd of august.The airtel agent guy Raj came running and asked us to deposit 1 month of advance payment(Rs.999) so as to get the conection without any installation charges.After that, uncountable number of phone calls have been made and emails have been sent, but all went in vain. These airtel people are simply cheaters.they seem to earn money through the process of cheating numerous people. I have tried to get the connection cancelled.The customer care assured me that they have put my complaint on urgent addressal mode,but never was it taken care of.They didnt even bother to call back to let us know the actual problem.I even mailed the nonal officer at nodal.[protected]@airtel.in.
                                but still they didnt bother to take care of the complaint.instead i got some stupid caf number TBLR265798.
                                Last week I called the customer care for the last time.they said that the money will be returned through courier at my address latest by 17th sept.11.30 a.m and then on 29th sept.but the money never came.I got call twice from the backend team saying that the cheque has been sent.but alas.Yesterday another guy from the backend team,named vishnu called up and repeated the same words,assuring me that the cheque has been sent.I am fed up. This is the heights of harassment. My app no is 265798.

                                  I just want to confirm what is customer service as per you all, is it torturing your customer as well the people who have been contacting your customer on the given personal airtel mobile number, OR is it understanding your customer's concern when sincerely been informed to your authorities about the delay in payment due a medical emergency faced by customer in their home town.

                                  Now the reason why i mentioned all this is because i have been receiving calls from airtel corporate collections dept with regards to my payment due for the number [protected]. I never wanted to default in the payment but i had no other choice this month. I was held up in a family medical emergency which required me to give my full attention towards it. I had sent an email to the concerned dept informing about the delay as i am waiting for the funds in my account which will be done by 1st of April. Despite of informing this, executives from airtel corporate collections dept has been calling my friends to whom i used to converse from the above mentioned number and have been threatening them stating they will disconnect their numbers as well and later i started getting calls from your so called hired executives stating "you should have cleared your dues in bangalore and not in kerala, you don't have any better job in kerala" these kind of rude statements were made against me by the executive who failed to answer my question about his name. This is heights of torture speaking to a lady over the phone so rudely. YOUR CONNECTION MIGHT BE ONE OF THE BEST IN THE WORLD BUT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY PATHETIC. It's not customer service ... its torture service, its harassment service. I have my sick mother with me who had to listen to all the talks your corporate collections executive gave me over the phone which has hurt her real bad in this ill state of hers.

                                  I never said that i will never make the payment and abscond, i have only asked for more time to make the payment and this is what i as a customer get for asking and requesting sincerely. Kindly trace the call made by your executive on the 17th of March 2012 between 7:45pm and 8pm and Kindly inform who ever that Smart guy is to behave himself properly when speaking to a lady and not to harass people calling them at odd hours and speaking about the payments.

                                  If you raise this concern about how many of your customers are being ill-treated, Harassed, Tortured, i'm sure you' find a huge number of people raising the same concern. All i am asking is time till 1st week of April for the payment.

On next day i received a call from vriti infocom sirvices pvt ltd and they asked me for make the payment and promised that they will install set top box in next 48 hours.                                     The worst company calls as AIRTEL They can give false commitment till you purchase their product. Once you purchase it They also gives any commitment Even They send me message to renew connection for 6 months minimum and they will give me One month free subscription but as soon as I have done that They plainly said that offer is for up gradation in package. and when I ask the lady to given me answer to my mail or in writing they haven't come back to me on that.

                                    Hi this is Ganesh Datt Gaur,
                                    I already have an airtel connection but asked for another one and for that I have made the payment online but Iam sorry to say its been more than a week but whenever I called up the customer care personal they transfer my call to there sales and marketing team and after telling them the problem they put the phone on hold and than later it gets disconnected, so its very embarrassing with the company like airtel, now Iam going to lodge a formal complain with the consumer court if they will not install my set within 2days.
                                    I have booked my connection on 21st july `12, & spoken to so many persons like Ishan, Syed, Jyoti, Ayesha, Rajendera, Sushant, Santosh, Bahubali.S, Gurpreet, Ismail & Amit and so on they all are the names of the customer care plus sales and marketing team and today is 30th July but nothing have happened yet even nobody have following the problems.
                                    Even I got the confirmation on my Transaction as well & the Transaction I.D is 25819968 for Rs. 1190/

                                        I had been to Durgapur. When I came back to Bokaro(my original cell) I found my GPRS inactive. The customer care executive of airtel told me that the Mobile Office scheme (Rs.249 rental) was withdrawn and new Mobile Office Scheme of 30p/50KB usage scheme was active Accordingly I activated Mobile Office and 30p/50kb usage started being deducted from my prepaid account. Today (5/12/2008) all of a sudden airtel deducted Rs.249/- from my prepaid account. Means that they charged for usage and rental, both which is sheer breach of contract. - Asish
