I was shocked. my balance is Debit in my A/c Rs 49. somethingh why?. pack expire hone k bad mere pass ko SMS nahi aya. or mera balance debit ho gaya.kyu. mane 30-Nov-2011 ko 11:50PM par maine call center 198 par bat ki par meri problem solve nahi hui.     sir why the airtel people act so rudly i hav been calling them at [protected] mr vinod appellate authority who told tat the backend port to be replaced still its not done tel no [protected] why they are doing repeatedly. If the payment is not done by due date they charge extra amount as late payment why not they keepthe promise if not they charge less fpr what they are delaying why TRAI doesnt look into the matter immediatly are they also involvedinthis i dought?

    My land-line is not working but my broadband is working. Frequently i am facing this type of problem either with my landline or Broadband. Once in a month i have to find some time for making complaints like this. If it continues then i have to find better network provider. There is no point having this type of connection. Your response to customer is not good. It takes more than 2 days even for attending the complaints.

    Airtel Chandigarh — Landline not working since installation

    The office landline 4018140 was nstalled some time back but never worked. Inspite of repeated reminders the blame game between the contractor and the service provider continues.
    And now Airtel has given me the bill- though not a single call has been made.
    I request the connection be removed and I can go back to my earlier provider BSNL whose services though dismal, were still better.
    I wish this complaint will get me a call from Airtel Chandigarh.
    My airtel landline is dead since 5 days.......my landline number is[protected].......

    My address ishouse no. 3084/a sector 28-d chandigarh....So kindly take this under consideration and try to solve my problem a soon as possible.

    The landline[protected] installed at Asian Agencies 123 Siyaganj,Indore(M.P.) not working since last 15 days.
    My Landline No.[protected] is not working since 7th September 2011. I have made numerous complaints & there has been no response from Airtel except false assurances.

    I request above number should be rectified without any further delay. I look forward to hearing from you and to a resolution of this problem.

    sir its once again i am back for the same reasön why the service provider deducts amount even for telephonic voice i.e computerised voice message because again to i called airtel appellate authoity i.e., [protected] they deducted around 12rupee why the customer has to spend amount for thefault of the service provider. Why the TRAI people are not acting against this?

      Airtel DTH — video failure

      CON.NO.[protected] WAS TAKEN IN 2008.I OBSERVE SMALL PROBLEMS BUT SINCE LAST 3MONTHS I FOUND THAT CH. NO.282,288,297,630&697 ARE NOT APPEARING THAN I CONTACTED CUSTOMER-CARE THEY AVOIDED SAYING THIS OR THAT. WHEN I REPEATED AGAIN THEY HAVE STARTED TO DROP MY CALL.NOW WHEN THE PICTURE HANGED ON THE FIRST STAGE SHOWING THAT "CHANNELS ARE LOADING".ON 10/052012 THEY GIVEN ME COM. NO.18557626.I REMINDED THEM A NUMBER OF TIME.THEIR EXECUTIVE MR. ASHASH &MR.GARURAV CUT THE PHONE. I HAVE PAID THEM CONTRIBUTION UP TO 17/06/2013 HENCE I COULD NOT CHANGE THE SERVICE PROVIDER.
      KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND RESOLVE MY PROBLEM.

        hi,

        I am currently residing at venkatapura, koramangala 1st block.I had applied for airtel broadband connection of the 2nd of august.The airtel agent guy Raj came running and asked us to deposit 1 month of advance payment(Rs.999) so as to get the conection without any installation charges.After that, uncountable number of phone calls have been made and emails have been sent, but all went in vain. These airtel people are simply cheaters.they seem to earn money through the process of cheating numerous people. I have tried to get the connection cancelled.The customer care assured me that they have put my complaint on urgent addressal mode,but never was it taken care of.They didnt even bother to call back to let us know the actual problem.I even mailed the nonal officer at nodal.[protected]@airtel.in.
        but still they didnt bother to take care of the complaint.instead i got some stupid caf number TBLR265798.
        Last week I called the customer care for the last time.they said that the money will be returned through courier at my address latest by 17th sept.11.30 a.m and then on 29th sept.but the money never came.I got call twice from the backend team saying that the cheque has been sent.but alas.Yesterday another guy from the backend team,named vishnu called up and repeated the same words,assuring me that the cheque has been sent.I am fed up. This is the heights of harassment. My app no is 265798.

          My name is K Suhas and I have been a very loyal and esteemed customer of Airtel for quite some years now. My number is [protected] which is not working anymore. I am writing this email to share my concern and bitter experience with airtel. I am constantly getting threating calls and emails from one of the collection agencies in Delhi. They have been vocally saying to declare me as absconding and give threathing a legal action against me for my pending amount.

          I have already contact Airtel customer care have taken the extention of paying the bill by 1st of next month.

          I have not paid my postpais bill I told them I will pay my bill on 1 st They are clling numbers on my call list and scolding all of them if it continues i am going to Human rights

          Hello,
          I just want to confirm what is customer service as per you all, is it torturing your customer as well the people who have been contacting your customer on the given personal airtel mobile number, OR is it understanding your customer's concern when sincerely been informed to your authorities about the delay in payment due a medical emergency faced by customer in their home town.

          Now the reason why i mentioned all this is because i have been receiving calls from airtel corporate collections dept with regards to my payment due for the number [protected]. I never wanted to default in the payment but i had no other choice this month. I was held up in a family medical emergency which required me to give my full attention towards it. I had sent an email to the concerned dept informing about the delay as i am waiting for the funds in my account which will be done by 1st of April. Despite of informing this, executives from airtel corporate collections dept has been calling my friends to whom i used to converse from the above mentioned number and have been threatening them stating they will disconnect their numbers as well and later i started getting calls from your so called hired executives stating "you should have cleared your dues in bangalore and not in kerala, you don't have any better job in kerala" these kind of rude statements were made against me by the executive who failed to answer my question about his name. This is heights of torture speaking to a lady over the phone so rudely. YOUR CONNECTION MIGHT BE ONE OF THE BEST IN THE WORLD BUT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY PATHETIC. It's not customer service ... its torture service, its harassment service. I have my sick mother with me who had to listen to all the talks your corporate collections executive gave me over the phone which has hurt her real bad in this ill state of hers.

          I never said that i will never make the payment and abscond, i have only asked for more time to make the payment and this is what i as a customer get for asking and requesting sincerely. Kindly trace the call made by your executive on the 17th of March 2012 between 7:45pm and 8pm and Kindly inform who ever that Smart guy is to behave himself properly when speaking to a lady and not to harass people calling them at odd hours and speaking about the payments.

          If you raise this concern about how many of your customers are being ill-treated, Harassed, Tortured, i'm sure you' find a huge number of people raising the same concern. All i am asking is time till 1st week of April for the payment.

            I applied for a new airtel dth connection online on dated 03 Oct 2011 by giving details on airtel website. On next day i received a call from vriti infocom sirvices pvt ltd and they asked me for make the payment and promised that they will install set top box in next 48 hours. Then i had made a payment of Rs 3200 and they gave me a reference no. 4027403 dated on 04 Oct 2011 But still today 10 Oct 2011 no response from another side. Whenever i tries to call airtel customer care they rejects my call with saying please contect to viriti infocom. i have made so many emails on vriti infocom site but they didnt respond. Please somebody tell me the procedure to make complaint in consumer courtmy details is given below

            Sir,
            The worst company calls as AIRTEL They can give false commitment till you purchase their product. Once you purchase it They also gives any commitment Even They send me message to renew connection for 6 months minimum and they will give me One month free subscription but as soon as I have done that They plainly said that offer is for up gradation in package. and when I ask the lady to given me answer to my mail or in writing they haven't come back to me on that.
            AGREE COMPLETELY...POST UR COMPLAINT ON ALL FORUMS, , FORM A GROUP IN FACEBOOK AND TWITTER...THEY WILL RESPOND TO UR COMPLAINT...
            Hi this is Ganesh Datt Gaur,
            I already have an airtel connection but asked for another one and for that I have made the payment online but Iam sorry to say its been more than a week but whenever I called up the customer care personal they transfer my call to there sales and marketing team and after telling them the problem they put the phone on hold and than later it gets disconnected, so its very embarrassing with the company like airtel, now Iam going to lodge a formal complain with the consumer court if they will not install my set within 2days.
            I have booked my connection on 21st july `12, & spoken to so many persons like Ishan, Syed, Jyoti, Ayesha, Rajendera, Sushant, Santosh, Bahubali.S, Gurpreet, Ismail & Amit and so on they all are the names of the customer care plus sales and marketing team and today is 30th July but nothing have happened yet even nobody have following the problems.
            Even I got the confirmation on my Transaction as well & the Transaction I.D is 25819968 for Rs. 1190/

                I had been to Durgapur. When I came back to Bokaro(my original cell) I found my GPRS inactive. The customer care executive of airtel told me that the Mobile Office scheme (Rs.249 rental) was withdrawn and new Mobile Office Scheme of 30p/50KB usage scheme was active Accordingly I activated Mobile Office and 30p/50kb usage started being deducted from my prepaid account. Today (5/12/2008) all of a sudden airtel deducted Rs.249/- from my prepaid account. Means that they charged for usage and rental, both which is sheer breach of contract. - Asish

                  Hi my name is raghav and i wanted you let u know i am really fedup. My 10gb internet pack does nott seem to be working. On this no i was using the 4gb plan and it was working fine. The data got used up so i went ahead And activated the 10gb pack. It was working fine until i retarted the phone. It only connected once. it seems like the phone is sending out requests to connect and not getting anything back.

                  Why im so frustrated is that this is the second time this has happend to me. I added the 10gb pack on anther no. It seemes to work fine at first but when i turned the phone off tuned it back on it stopped working. I spent hours on the phone and emailing u guys but i got no response back after u said u were gonna work on...

                  One thing have a noticed is that thw connection only works once every 24 hrs. I would deffenatly like this problem to be solved. Please push this forward to your it guys. I was thinking of getting 10 postpaid plans for my buisness with u guys and now i might have to reconsider if this problem continues. Please give me a call on this number [protected] or my other phone [protected]. I feel like its a system problem and not my phone or settings or my location because it seem to be working fine on the 4gb plan for 750.

                  I live in delhi ncr area.. Narina vihar.(this problem is still there no matter where i am even in a difrent state. )i have a galaxy s2.

                  Airtel is the biggest cheater...!

                  Get your connection disconnected and go for another service provider as I am suffering from same problem from last 1 month. Following up with them is wastage of time and money too.

                    Iam user of airtel gsm prepaid and ihave take a call cutter plan for airtel to airtel on 3 sep i have recive confermation msg but after reacharge the plan my call rate not reduce and charge at as roming plan iam call to custmer care for compalin this ,but custmer care cut the call and barred my services today on 11 oct i will try agin to call 198 for complaint three times 2 times same they are cut the call n third time custmer care tell me u r in romaing so thats why your plan not woked but that time iam not in roming at that time iam in home location MODINAGAR DIST. GHAZIABAD and its not in roming resion come in UP WEST and its area lead by Meerut circle. The same problem i have faced on 2 times on before 3 sep on night plan in diffrent location (BAREILLY). Please take some resionable action against him.

                        Airtel charged me RS 50 for ordering TETRIS Refresh game through prepaid mobile.
                        I called MBIZ Support team to know the unlocking code but they asked me to provide a transaction date. So Today I called Airtel customer care (Megha) to know transaction date but they are not providing me these details. They are charging me RS 50 to provide me this information. I am not happy with their services.

                        please beware that downloading of games, wallpapers or any download for that matter is way of simply cheating the customer. as soon as you press download or connect they will deduct money from your balance. the website works and airtel work in collusion (otherwise how will amount from your airtel main balance will be deducted). also, if you have more balance, they will deduct more! never go do any download through their service message of links you find your mobile (eg ovi stores if you have nokia mobile).

                        Yesterday I suddenly received a sms on my mobile saying thanks for subscribing to all sports alert service
                        and they reduced my balance by Rs.35 and Rs.2/day
                        after complaints at 121, they r not stopping the service and
                        keep on cutting money from my balance. I m not satisfied
                        with dis service. Should I stop using airtel connection????

                          My bill payment is done by online through https://ebpp.airtelworld.com/ using citibank dabit card getway, Amount is deducted from my account but bill payment is not updated . My airtel no.[protected] and [protected] on which i have done payment.
                          i am roshan sharma, a very old customer of airtel since 1995, my mobile no is [protected], last month i have receive bill on 27.1.2012 and seen that in that bill you have charged blackberry charges, whereas i did not activated at all and you have adjusted also, again this month also today i receive the bill with same problem, like last bill you have again charge 150.75 + 15.89 (blackberry(bis)[protected]@299) date from 17.1.2012 to 1.2.2012, , you are advice to kindly redeem the amount without any delay.

                            Number is working and every thing is ok but suddenly my all incoming calls and out going calls and temporary out of service.
                            I spoke with Airtel customer care he said due to incomplete documents you number is disconnected but i have provided all and well documents

                            After that i visited to Airtel gallery and customer care executive said you have resubmit your documents at you brought sim we are not accepting here this document here other wise you have to leave this number.

                            I am Sushilkumar Lihitkar have using air tel post paid no. from last 3 to 4 year not facing any problem.but now few days before
                            i got new mobile no. but still its not activate.I got new no from pimpri office ( sukhwani campus) MR. raj has given new post paid mobile no. of plan 149 rental. Saturday 28/01/2012 I got new sim Mr. raj say it will activate on same day we waited for that, then i call him he say Monday i will do it he did but he activate different No. which was not my No. still i don't no my new No. of my mobile and still it is not activated.I calling him from last 2 days he is not picking the phone.

                            Is this kind of people have working in your office they do not have seance of work. Is this kind of work culture in your office they do not attend the customer. all Mindless people working in Airtel. I think I should have switch over to other cellular services
                            Dear Sir / Madam,

                            I was one of airtel Karnataka user for the past 10 years, my no is +91 [protected]. 6 months back I went to abroad for official work & I took my airtel sim with me & I am getting msgs +call now sudden my no got deactivated but still I am in abroad I sent a mail to customer care they replied me that your sim deactivated now we cannot active. can you tell me how to get my old same no?
                            My number [protected] was deactivated by airtel on 19th February without
                            any intimation. Upon inquiring they informed me that there was a problem
                            with my document verification, although I had submitted my documents
                            twice already. Still on the same day I submitted my documents for the
                            third time in airtel relationship center in konapanna agarahara,
                            bangalore. They promised me that number will be reactivated in 3 days.

                            Now the situation is, it has been 12 days and the number is still not
                            activated. I have called customer care, mailed to airtel, but to no
                            avail. And I get different answers every time. First of all the customer
                            care executives are not competent enough. In case they don't disconnect
                            the call, they are not able to give satisfactory response. Also reply
                            to my mail will always be the same, no matter what I inquire. Nobody can
                            tell that which document had problem in verification.

                            Most irritating thing happened when I reached out to the relationship
                            center where I submitted the document. They told me they sent my
                            documents 8 days after I submitted them because they were waiting for
                            back end approval. Previously I was told that once my document will
                            reach airtel they will enable my services. Here exactly opposite thing
                            is going on. The level of incompetency is unbelievable.

                            In case anybody from airtel taking this seriously I request to look into
                            the matter. I have sent mail to nodal officers as well, didn't even get
                            a reply. I completely lost trust in airtel and have already got new
                            number but still hoping that same number will be activated as it will
                            cause problems.

I do went to nearby Police Station (Soura, Srinagar) and register a Case (Serial Number = 903) against a Lost mobile Phone.. I do carry a Original Bill which Reflects My Name & IMEI Number of Mobile Phone.
                              I sincerely request you to please Trace the Mobile Phone so that It should Not get misused by someone.. Moreover I request you to sent it back to me as I am the Owner of Set..
                              I have attached both Sale Letter & Mobile Missing Form (Police Complaint)..Once again I request you to Take all necessary actions immediately so that my mobile phone is not misused and should reach to me as soon as possible..

                                This Complaint Is Regarding The Airtel Outlet Showroom In Mosque Road. Many Customers Including Me Are Facing Problem For Paying Bill Amount. They Say Pay By Card Sometimes Pay By Cash Sometimes. Both Option Is Supposed To Be Available For Paying Bill. Inspite Of Droping into The Same Showroom For So Many Times They Had Technical Problems To Refuse Bill Money. For The Mistake On Their Part They Ask Us To Pay Penalty Amount. Their Systems Do Not Work Most Of The Time. This Kind Of Inconvenience Is Caused Most Of the Times. This Problem Persists From More Than 6 Months. Every Now And Then It Happens. And Menu Options In Airtel Customer Care Is So Tricky It Forbits Any Customer To Speak To A Customer Care Executive. They Previously Had Options To Speak. Now Many Unwanted Menu Options Is Available Which Never Helps Customer To Speak To A Customer Care Executive.

                                    i am user of airtel post paid from aug 2011. My no. is [protected]. My last unbilled amount as given by airtel is Rs6749 which in any case is not possible. I enquired regarding that with your customer care executive. He told me that its because o[censored]sage of internet on mobile , but i had activated Rs149 (2GB) plan on my no. on 2nd of october, which was deactivated by yourself on 3rd of october without any intimation to me and instead of that you activated Rs98(1GB) plan on my account . When I later came to knew about the 1GB plan i made a complaint regarding that on service request no. 39918568 , but deactivated both the plans and counted my internet usage at 10paisa/10kb , Which means for nearly 780 MB you charged me Rs7800 . This 780MB should come under my Rs149 plan.
                                    My bill should accomodate only the following things : 1) monthly rental
                                    2) call charges
                                    3) Rs149 GPRS plan
                                    4) taxes on the above amount
                                    I had a made a complaint against this on service request no. 40021372. I hope suitable action we will taken by you and i will get my revised unbilled amount based on the above for transactions.

MY SIM GOT UNREGISTERED ON 26TH SEPTEMBER AND I WAS ASKED TO SUBMIT MY DOCUMENTS AGAIN AT THE NEAREST OFFICE SO I DID SUBMIT ALL THE VALID DOCUMENTS ON 1ST OCTOBER. I WAS TOLD BY THE EXECUTIVES THAT MY SIM WILL BE ACTIVATED WITHIN 4 DAYS. I WAITED FOR 4 DAYS BUT THERE WAS NO USE.THEN I ENQUIRED ABOUT THE DELAY AND I GOT THE REPLY THAT IT WILL TAKE TWO MORE DAYS AS THE TECHNICIANS WONT WORK ON SATURDAYS! SO I WAITED TILL 6TH OCTOBER AND WENT TO OFFICE TO FIND OUT ON 7TH AS STILL MY NUMBER WAS NOT ACTIVATED. THEN THE EXECUTIVE INFORMED ME THAT THERE WAS SOME MISTAKE SO THEY LODGED A COMPLAIN AGAINST MY NUMBER AND I WILL BE GETTING BACK MY NUMBER WITHIN 24 HOURS. I BELIEVED THEM AGAIN AND WAITED FOR TWO DAYS THAT IS 8TH AND 9TH OF OCTOBER. BUT AGAIN, NO USE!                                         Hi, I have a 3G Data card from Airtel with number [protected]. The tariff plan on the data card was 675 and later upgraded to 899 plan. For the month of September, I have received a bill with charges for 675 and 899 plan with total amount of 1783 rupees. When contacted Airtel team, the floor manager accepted the mistake and asked me to make the payment of 991/- only and mentioned that the issue will be fixed on October 7 ( prior to the due date of October 9). Another issue was, the card stopped working for more than a week and even after the payment of 991/- airtel could not fix the issue. Continuous calls to customer care and communication with their floor manager yeilded no result. I have escalated the issue to as per the escalation matrix I have (mailed to Sanjiv Verma & Sunil Karala) and there was no response from them as well. Every time, I have only assurance that, the issue will be resolved soon and they will call back in 4 hours etc.. it is also important to highlight that, to get a floor manager, approximate time is 30 minutes. This is the second consequetive month I am having the issue and it is unfortunate that, Airtel is interested more in collecting money than giving the service to customer. Airtel has one of the worst website a enterprise can have.. horrible slow and most of the time, it won't work at all to register a complaint.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        The hand set of my mobile No.[protected] was crashed on 10/02/2012 during accident. I was removed the sim immediately from my hand set and kept in my pocket. The amount balance in my accout was about Rs. 88/-. When I purchased new hand set and insert the sim on 28/03/2012 then check our account balance, I was shocked
                                        to see the balance Rs. 2.95. I immediately contected to your help center diling 121, 6, 5, 1 the operator was informed me that you have activated ring tone on 13/02/2012 at about 12 hrs hence Rs.15 download charges plus
                                        one month rent Rs.36 total Rs. 51/- was deducted and on 9/03/2012 again rent was deducted. I asked to operator to please give me the line of your superior authority, but there is response.

                                        on 2nd april 2012, I again contacted then your operator register my complain and told me our Chief Executive will
                                        contact on 4th april At 9.30 a.m.regarding your complaint.but about 10.30 a.m.there is no response.

                                        Sir, When my sim was in pocket from 10th Feb2012 to 28th March2012, how your company was activated ring tone in my number and decuted my balances. This is not the first time I think this is 4th time when I am complaining. You can see on your computer how many time you have refunded the mony for such type of happnings

                                        I therefore request you to kindly refund my full amount of ring tone charges and oblidge me.

                                        For you kind information I have 10 sims of Airtel in my family and each sim recharges Rs.300/- to 400/- per month, if such types of happnings will continue I will compail to stop all the sim in future.

                                        Please look into the matter and consider my request by refunding my deducted amont.

                                        My data card no-[protected] the plan is 450. Speed of data card is very slow &amp; showing as incoming data as 0.23 &amp; out going data 0.34 not coming near offered speed, for 1 year informed to call center &amp; done some changes in data card setting but in vain. This i doing for 1 year &amp; using the Internet not fulfilling my usage. Monthly am paying 505/- without full use, even not able to download my mail. Please look into this since ISP is cheating the customer by lowest Internet speed &amp; getting their monthly rents..what they said is 3G &amp; now am getting is 2G. Same will work for 2 or 3 days of customer care complaints &amp; this i experians for 1 year...

                                        I had spend 1000/- for dangle so please help me to refund the amount that i will go other ISP or need good constant speed(little can differ but needs to work with this)
