There is still no updates on this number since from 10/09/2011 it is been barred.
There is no help from your customer care.
I found very helpless on all the calls from your advisor..
This is first time the pathetic service from AIRTEL I have ever experienced.
I will recommend all my colleges and friend to disconnect this Plan from our office.
Please see to it..
I need to response from your side.. This is the Value of your customer.

This is regarding the Poor services offered by your Customer Service centre and the Billing system.
My Airtel no is [protected].
Please find the Brief History of it:-
On 9th august I bought Airtel CUG Plan (149rs).
Till 12th August my unbilled amount was 0.0 rs. I have the Message.
On 15th I have subscribe the Internet pack of 98rs. Got the confirmation SMS from your side.
Then On 24-Aug the Unbilled amount reached to 1736 Rs.
I filed the complaint at Customer care with complain Id : 39109769, Please find the brief history of it.
I have Subscribe the Internet services though I was being charged for Data services.
I received the Billed dated 09/09/2011 of amount – 6094.22 Rs. With Due date 27-Sep.
On 09/09/2011 My unbilled amount shows as 59.7 /- Rs.
On 11/09/2011 My unbilled amount was showing as 1086 /- Rs.
I was surprised as My outgoing was barred after 09/09/2011 how come you are charging with no sense.
I spoke to Customer care on 20/08/2011 with Hasina. I explain him all my problem. He was not able to help me.
So I requested to transfer the call to Floor supervisor, My god I was my mistake, It took 30-35 mins to get transfer, I was on hold till 35 Mins, At end my call was disconnected. There is no value to time.
So again I contacted I spoke to Mr. Subhash more. I repeated to same and requested to transfer the call. He said no supervisor are available now, Please contact between 6am – 9pm only.
I called up on 16/09/2011 in morning requested the same to resolve the issue all the three advisor were doing same thing putting my call on hold for 40- 45 minutes and then disconnecting the call.
The last person I spoke was Supriya, requested to please sort it out my problem. But all in vain no response after 5 minutes from her.
I think I was not joking with all these guys, so is this the company policy that they can disconnect the call any time they want.
What is the meaning of customer care centre when all are making fun of customer.
I am working with INFOSYS LTD and all my 20 of Friends had taken the same connection no problem with them.
Seriously if there is no reply to this issue I and all the 20 connection are going to be disconnected and I will filled complaint at Consumer court of harassment due to bill to AIRTEL for all ‘20 connections’ .
I need to sort it out ASAP you can.

AIRTEL DTH HD — Sorry state of affairs
Absolutely pathetic customer service!I have been using Dish T.V for almost 5 years now and was extremely satisfied with their service I ade a big mistake by changing over to Airtel. I got a Airtel HD DTH connection when i bought a LCD television n 13th Aug from Vashi. On 18th August one representative from Airtel called me to activate my connection,by recharging for rs 750/-. I did the recharging and was told that my dish and STB would be installed asap. Cust ID [protected]. There started my problems, till the 22nd Aug nothing happened, despite me making umpteen calls to various people, including the rep who asked me to recharge initially and service center and even the service engineers. On 22nd, two guys called me and came to install my Dish, but no STB, they said since it was an HD connection , they didn't have STB in stock, on 23rd night around 10.00pm finally my STB was installed. I kept asking the guy what package would be activated, he didn't seem to know much, he made a few calls to the customer center and some channels were activated.To my surprise the package the activated was a rest of India package and not a South package that i wanted. (I learned this on 30th Aug). I then made numerous calls to call center and was advised that if I recharge for Rs 364/-,I would receive all the channels I wanted.I wasn't convinced so I called up again. Nothing happened even after speaking to a supervisor by the name Rahul, who had promised to change my package from ROI to South. I recharged for 365/- on Saturday the 28th August morning around 11.00am. I got an SMS stating that my channels would be activated in 45 minutes. No change took place till the evening, when I again called up to speak to a manager who promised to activate the service by 10.00pm. He said there were some technical errors. Next morning i,e on Sunday the 29th I was surprised to find most of the channels working except the Malayalam package. I again called up and spoke to an Agent named Sujatha, who asked me to call back after 5 hours to activate my Malayalam package, in between she also told me my balance had gone into the negative, but she will look into the same.I again made a call in the afternoon to speak and my call was cut, finally I was able to get through to a manager named Bikas, who promised to activate my Malayalam channels. In the meanwhile my Tamil package was deactivated, without any information. I have since made calls on the 30th Aug and 31st Aug and the only answer that i get is your balance in in negative, my question is why is nobody ever bothering to check with me as to what is the package I want and advise accordingly. Eve last night I spoke to a back end guy from bangalore , who promised to look into the matter and call me back. My wait continues..... I have decided to go back to my Dish T.V who have offered me Fantastic service for all these years. My advice to all on this forum, go for AIRTEL only if you want nightmarish customer service! AIRTEL SUCKS.. This will be my Last AIRTEL Product ever... The Dish and the STB this evening will go to my Garbage bin for sure...
