I have used a airtel friends sim last 4 years, which it was always charged with 10 paisa/min.

But now from last two week, i am charged with some what like variable call rate. Always charge differently. I have talked to customer care about the matter, then told me that the company has changed the friends plan without noticing the concerned customer.
