Subject : Complaint against Airtel (Bharti Airtel)
Dear Sir/Medam,
I am using cell of Bharti Airtel having number [protected], since last 5 years. By prepaid scheme I had paid sufficient amount. On 2nd October I did recharge by Rs. 60/= Information is given to me that I shall get talktime of Rs. 50/= On 3rd October at 9 a m amount Rs. 37/- was deducted as charges for SMS Pack. I never requested for SMS Pack. Prior to recharge I cleared that I don't want SMS Pack. Concerrn person at Branch situated at Mangal Kunj Building, Jambli Gali, Borivali (West) informed to me that the amount deducted earlier for SMS Pack shall be refunded and now onwards, from this recharge having talktime of Rs. 50/= (Amount paid Rs.60/=) they willnot deduct charges for SMS Pack. After thismuch clearlity and hope for refund, amount was deducted
I requested to Mr. Vikas Executive at customer care about entire event on number 999. They are unable to solve problem. They are unable to unsubscribe this SMS Pack. Amount likly to deduct again if they willnot unsubscibe. They are providing threat that if this pack shall not unsubcibe, charges are likely to debit again. I am unable to unsubscibe I am depends on them and if they are giving reply like this, where I have to go?
Kindly understand content of this letter and hlp me in solving.
Please take action and inform to me. If possible reply at my father's cell number [protected].
Another complaint
I am using another bharti air-tel number [protected]
Without my permission they are doing activate various service
and as a service charges they are debiting amount.
I never requested for any service. They trouble us .
pls take a legal action against him

I have recharged rs.235 booster for call cutting and rs.49 for message pack on the same day[protected] the November month fully they charged for each and every message while i am sending to other airtel numbers 0.75/sms charged,
why you people taking charged, i have three months sms booster pack for all local networks,
i have spoke with your customer care executive he will take a complain, still i am didn't get any complain number, yesterday first one of your customer executive has speak and told me i am not put rs.49 booster on the same date but i have e-recharge sms last two months they didnt take charge how this month itself you charged without any intimation, first customer executive has disconnect my call and i cant able to make a call to customer care also,
Notes:
Refund my all of wrong charges and extend my sms pack date, Airtel network is good but really WORST customer service, they taking charge for every 3 min but didnt connect my call, the IVR say press 9 to speak with customer executive, when we press means it will say *123# to check why wrongly and irritating and the call can automatically disconnect, i have gone to my nearest airtel show room and make a call to customer care, the customer executive have speak and inform me wrong solution and disconnect, we are not satisfy you service,
please refund my up to date wrongly deduction sms amount and credit me waiver immediately and connect my call to customer care, i am using this connection more than 3 years, we are not satisfy the aitel customer service, please do the needful to develop your service.
