If I call the Call center, no one gives proper answer.Every time you call with the service request number given, they put on hold and come back to say, will give a call back.obviously, never call back. Pathetic after sales service

I have taken a Airtel DTH and have been crying with it since that day. every month it goes down for 7-10 days and everyday i need to call the customer care where they promise to fix it in 24 hrs, just that for airtel 24hrs is usually 24days. Pathetic.

Now my connection is down since last 12 days & have call up customer care 40+ times and there is no sign of resolution. every day they close my ticket saying its resolved...

Airtel service centre in Ahmedabad is taking undue charges for DISH ALINGNMENT which is done on their part due to switching over to another satellite.My customer id. is [protected] .After every few days I am being asked to Pay Rs.100 as visiting charges by their employees for changing the direction of Dish.Still I am not receiving signals on my TV.

This is to inform you that Airtel has charging false rates for messages which is not even applicable and the worst part is they keep changing the offers every day or every week which is very frustrating. I got a recharge pack of rs 77 which gives free sms facility till 10000 messages and i was informed the same thing via message but the moment i got it recharged i merely got the balance and not the message...
