Airtel has installed a Mobile Tower at Raheja Vihar Powai Chandivli Mumbai on the terrace of a building called Golden Rays which poses a great health hazard not only to the occupants of the building but also to those who reside within 300 mts viz Sunset co op hsg society Immediate action should be taken to dismantle the installation which poses a tremendous health hazard and has been installed by the Company which is in gross violation of security normsl and exhibits scant regard by the company towards public health

Airtel has still not resolved my complaint regarding Mobile Tower at Golden Rays Raheja Vihar Powai Mumbai .After asking me for my mobile details which I mailed immediately it was really surprising to receive a mail from Rakesh Ranga of AIRTEL PRESCENCE Airtel Customer Service team stating that they have not heard from me so they assume that the complaint has been resolved .I suppose that is the shortest way to deny an unresolved complaint Mr Rakesh Ranga from Airtel may please be informed to go to the site and do some inspection and revert on the findings instead of seeking mobile nos and addresses of complainants I reiterate my complaint dated 23rd Sept 2011 on installation of a mibile Tower on the terrace of the above mentioned building remains UNRESOLVED till date I am sure my email id is more than adequate for the Company to resolve and revert instead of wasting time seeking tel nos and addressess

My complaint dated 3rd September 2011 and my response dated 7th October 2011 to your assumption remain unanswered No action has been initiated by your Company to pull down the installation of Mobile Tower on the terrace of Golden Rays building located at Raheja Vihar Powai inspite of the health issues associated with such installations to the occupants odf the building and its neighbourhood Just goes to prove that Airtel Customer Service needs to do some introspection on its ability to resolve issues
Airtel has chosen to totallydisregard my complaint regarding installation of mobile tower atop Golden Rays at Raheja Vihar Chandivli Powai I had complained about the hazard of installation of such towers to people in the vicinity in the month of Sept but there is absolutely no response Just goes to show the scant regard the Company has for grievances

    I (Mahendra singh), is a regular user of Airtel prepaid Mobile services ,before 1 month i have taken the airtel prepaid SIM , that's no. is [protected], and suddenly after one month without any intimatioin call company has disconnect my call services, and i got a sms that TRAI has stop my services due to the reason of "my address is not correct.
    than i have contact to customer care , but not got the solution , pls solve my problem and do start my connection immediatly.
    I am facing the big problem pls do start this number soon.

      This is Mr. Mohamed Owaizce has a complaint against Airtel that i have put a complaint on Airtel website and got the returned e-mail to make a complaint on this website. Sir my request was to activate my Airtel prepaid
      no.[protected] because I cannot be in thier office due to my job in
      gulf country (Saudi Arabia) and the outgoing call statement (from January 2011 to April 2011) because same call I made before going to gulf which is very important to me to get it. It could be possible by your help and support and for the purchase fo the above mentioned no. i have given my photo ID proof my Indian Driving licence D.L. No. : TN65 [protected] for your verification.
      So kindly please do the needful on the soonest possible time

        I have shifted my residence within the same city and raised a request for transfer of service to the new location where it is completely feasible and the neighbour at next door has AirTel connection as well.
        Requested Date: 19-AUG-2011

        Status: No update on when the transfer is going to be made.

        The customer care is only paid to respond to emails with an automated template that has minimum details to be filled in. No specific questions get answered, even though its asked over and over again. Deadlines put forward by themselves are never adhered to. All the details are attached as a document for reference.

        I am not sure how to take this forward and what is their escalation procedures. To add to the woes, BSNL does not provide service in that area as well. So there is no alternate option. Been without a landline for over a month in a new place for no reason.

        Airtel Landline — No service

        We are using the airtel land line connections for the business purpose from the past few years,now their service is blocked at our end because the company airtel is using the poles in the area illegally and due to this its directly affects the business.
        after regular complaints to the airtel authority no one is deputed to look into the matter.
        Now it shows that they are not responsible enough for their customers.

          i was using gprs services the service is not good and amount is deducted unnecessarily since 15days i am not using this service but on 25/8/07 at 10:38 am 30rs have been deducted again on 27/8/07 at 9:37 am some amount has been deducted when i am not using this services why the amount is being deducted.

I had copied the caller tune from my friend who also had the same life time scheme in airtel. Rs. 50 were deducted from my balance and today suddenly a msg comes regarding change in my caller tune and Rs. 15 were deducted without any information. I had not asked to change my caller tune. Pls help me.

          I have bought one Prepaid Airtel Sim from Darbhanga for my on 14/08/2008. For ID proof I had furnish my PAN Card Photocopy & Ration Card for Residance Proof. On 07.09.2008 all the service on that particular sim was stoped without any intimation.

          Customer Care detail is not available on AIRTEL Site.
          Sirji.. i too have same problem. my 80 rs has got deducted for services i have not used nor subscribed. i have called for more than 10 days everyday and had given 6 registered complains but no use. these guys just want to loot us by any means.

          I HAVE PURCHASED A NEW AIRTEL NUMBER ([protected]) YESTERDAY (29 DECEMBER 2008) FROM HOTSPOT SHOWROOM SITUATED AT SRS SHOPPING MALL, FARIDABAD. HOTSPOT EXECUTIVES TOLD ME THAT IF I GO FOR RECHARGE OF RS.199/-, I WILL RECEIVE LIFETIME VALIDITY ON MY NUMBER. I SAY THEM TO GO AHEAD. THEY RECHARGE MY NUMBER, BUT I RECEIVED TALK TIME OF RS. 103 WITH VALIDITY OF ONE MONTH ONLY. NOW HOTSPOT SAYS THAT I HAVE TO GO FOR ONE MORE RECHARGE NEXT MONTH. AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE REFUSING TO HELP IN THIS MATTER. ACCORDING TO TEM THERE IS NO PLAN OF RS 199, THAY HAVE PLAN OF RS. 195. AND THEY CANNOT TRANSFER MY PLAN.           I am user of Airtel services (pre-paid) connection.My no. is [protected].

          I am being charged Rs 30 per month for services i have not opted for.I lodged a complaint on 121 but respose has been negative from their end.Yesterday Again i got a messege saying that jobs on mobile service has been renewwed with Re1 per day.That has again added to Rs.30 to my bill.Airtel has been deducting on an average Rs.60 per month on one or the other pretext.

          airtel is very good in sloving customer related problems, i have recharged Rs 30/- on 03/03/2010 at 07:18pm trid:[protected].
          after rechargeing my balance is Rs 24.09. After recharge i have not call any no in my mobile. today morning i check my balance and i have on shock the balance is Rs 1.09, i dont no how its happened, im not subscribe any airtel live or cricket or something.

          Hi,

          I am Purshottam Vaid, I am using this Airtel no. [protected] last 5 year, no any issue found in this duration but last some days I have facing issue of amount deduction in my account. I am also speak to customer care no. 198 & 121 but no any resolution getting till the time.

          Today(20th May’12) I speak to customer care Executive their names are Satish lodhi, Pankaj & Pooja, they are not able to resolve my problem and after that when they are transferring my call to senior Executive then my call is disconnected by senior Executive. This happens with me 3 times, and that again I tried to speak the customer care Executive but my call is not connected.
          Please resolve my problem because amount not matter on this, you have focus on process; same problem is happening with other customer also, such type of issue loss the customer satisfaction in heart.

          Airtel is deducting rs 1/Day from my prepaid account for discounted call rates,from my account while I am talking to company to stop this and impose normal call rates again, but they are happy to deduct the amount daily this is not fair.
          At-AIRINF from airtel prepaid mobile internet service deducted the following amount unauthorized and without my prior consent --
          Rs 70.00 on dated 17/06/2013 for airtel animation value pack. 
          Please do return my deducted money immigiately.

            I had bought an airtel post-paid number somewhere in Dec 2010 or Jan 2011.
            As i was not receiving a proper signal in my room or say the network signals
            were inconsistent, I had raised a request for the same. My complaint id is
            35146334. I was promised that I will be receiving conformation about improving
            the signal strength in my area on my other no.
            Secondly, I was told that the current bill amount will be debited from my
            account as soon the signal is proper and i start using airtel services.

            Nothing of this happened, no confirmation from airtel side.

            But, today a lady calls up in the morning. Her name is Shweta Patil and she
            claims that she sits in Airtel Head Office (as told by her).
            Trust me, she was so rude talking and claiming that I have to pay 845 INR
            something to Airtel in spite of me telling her that i had raised a request for
            network not proper long time back. But, she told me that customer care
            knows little. She was even suggesting me that i should do a settlement by
            paying 500 INR, else she would be sending some letter. It was the rudest
            conversation, i had in 25 years.

            After this, I call airtel customer care, the customer care official told me that
            my bill is 184 INR. Also, he told me that the complaint number i had got last
            time does not exist. He gave me a new id. 39776139, for the same.

              This is the case with so many customers.
              I am also one of thier victim.
              Automatically some value added service like hello tunes or LKD starts and on contacting airtel people tell that you have sent the message for activation.

              On arguing sometimes they refund your amount and in some cases they do not.

              My present case is that they activated my LKD service automaticaly few days back. I sent the message for unsubscribing after lot of argument. LKD service got deactivated at 10:49 AM on 25/09/2011 again I received a message at 13:23 on the same day that they have renewed my LKD service for Rs. 10/-.

              Now can anybody suggest what to do with this case?

              I am using the prepaid no of Airtel [protected].

              From last four month the service for jobs on mobile service gets activated every month. I've given request to deactivate the same many times. but again this problem occurs.

              I've called many times on 121, but on 30-Aug-2008, I've called thrice for this issue & for Hellotune. Then they barred the 121 service of my No.
              My hello tunes service was activated and i was charged for it, inspite of the fact that i have the DND service activated for my mobile. My DND code is W[protected].
              Also, since the day of activation of hello tunes, all my calls to the customer care has been blocked and i could no longer talk to them.
              Kindly look into the matter.

                This is continuation of my earlier complain on 11th sep 2011, where i have written about activation of CRI service by Airtel. After my complain they stop the service but they activated again on 24th sept 2011 and reduced Rs 5/ from my account. Please do the needfull and help me in finding permanent solution.

                  we didnt like this idiotic plan in airtel 100 sms per day it is uncomfortable then y we putting mess booster better we can be as it is na.. vodafone & docomo and al not doing like this. iam using airtel for 5yrs since i dont want to change my no. iam not changing to other network or else i would have changed.. i[censored] didnt change the plan like before u'll be loosing customer. each and every customer is valuabe.. so change it soon..

                    regarding Model Video Club on regular basis. Today I received it at 3:06 pm.
                    Daily I receive one sms from 56363, since 5/9/2011, the matter of which is:
                    1.) To get todays Model Video Club content click here(charges 10p/10kb)

                    and
                    2.) Dear User, your Video club service will be renewed in 2 days and you will be
                    charged 30Rs for 7 days.

                    Kindly notice my complaint and help me in this as it has created a lot of
                    trouble since last month. I have complained Airtel about this and they are unable to sort it out. They have posted a waiver in my last bill but I am harrased mentally about receiving such sms again and again every day. No doubt they will post a waiver but till then I have to keep on writing them again and again. Its really harrasing. My airtel number is [protected]. Kindly help as soon as possible.

                    Airtel — charges for unauthorised sms

                    Sir most humbly let me submit that this airtel is sending me cricket mach scores and leaching out my money as soon as i recharge it.I haven't requested for the same .i have also informed the customer care it seems they are mocking at me I am a private school teacher and i cant just give all the hard earned money to these guys.my number is [protected]

                    Its regarding my airtel bill and suffering I am facing from last 3 months. Every month I face the same problem of heavy billing without my usage and my information. This time I received my bill of Rs 759/- with VAS mobile internet volume amounting for about Rs 600/-. I got my GPRS 98 activated and deactivated, it was used for 3 days, but my bill shows heavy billing on those three days which were promised by airtel to be free are charged. Kindly take serious note of my mail as I am suffering mental agony heavily in the hands of airtel. I won't pay this amount as you can check my previous record. I will continue with airtel only if I get a waiver of Rs 600/- and an assurance from airtel that this will not happen again and again. I have lodged my complaint with airtel 121 also after my conversation with Mr. Deepak. My complaint number is 40565841

                      To whomsoever it may concern,

                      I had ported my reliance number to Airtel 6-7 months back and i have been using the airtel services on that sim since the last 6-7 months.

                      My sim card was rejected a month earlier from today, when i was asked to submit the appropriate documents and my number got activated within 4 hours.

                      Now, it has been rejected again even after submitting the appropriate documents.

                      Customer care representatives told me various different things like :-
                      1. I have to submit documents again
                      2. The number has not been ported
                      3. No records exist in our system for your number
                      4. Airtel server is down.

                      The nodal office representative who called me after i wrote a mail to them, told me that they have contacted the airtel gallery at goregaon-w and airtel gallery representatives told the nodal officer representative that no documents have been submitted by me, ever.

                      After the teleconversation i had with the representative from the nodal office at mumbai on saturday, i was told that my number would get re-activated within 4 hours after submitting the documents at the airtel gallery on saturday (24/09/2011).

                      When i visited the Airtel Relationship Centre at goregaon-won saturday, i was told the following things by the arrogant and unfriendly lady manager there:

                      1. My number has been deleted from the back-end system and that i will have to pay INR 25 to get a new sim and it will take 4 days for the sim to get activated.
                      I hope, you realize that i am a working professional and i have given my number to a lot of important people and if people are not able to reach me for 4 days, it will cause a lot of disruption, disturbance and loss to me and my profession in addition to the mental trauma it is causing.

                      2. The documents have been rejected just because the signature across the photograph extended till the face in the photograph and because the signature on one of the documents was a little light in intensity of the ink of the pen.

                      What i am curious to know is that :-
                      1. Is it a way to charge extra money and earn revenues by giving a new sim card to customers after some error occurs from your side?

                      2. How can the number be deleted from the back-end system, in case there is some issue with the documents of the customer. Shouldn't the customer be informed about the issue rather than deleting the number from the back-end, when the airtel gallery representatives have all the details o[censored]s in their system.?

                      3. How can the documents be rejected just because the signature across the photograph extended till the face in the photograph and because the signature on one of the documents was a little light in intensity of the ink of the pen?

                      4. Don't you feel it is important to inform the customer about the issue rather than just deleting the number from the back-end?

                      I thought that my issue would get resolve after i got a call from nodal officer representative, but the trauma has increased even further after my visit to the airtel gallery.

                      I need this problem to be resolved as soon as possible unless you want me to take a strong action.

                        I will simply say Airtel DTH service is the worst in terms of cussomer complaints.

                        It's been more than 4 months now I am asking them to deactivate my mobile no. which was registered with them.Still they have not done that.

                        Even the worst thing is that Customer Support team is so bogus that they give wrong complaint no. to customer sothat he/she could not track it.

                        Every day they keep sending irritating sms like watch this movie,activate this channel.

                        I will simply suggest if anyone is going for DTH go for Tata Sky , at least they do not send such irritating sms.

                        AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Irritating SMS

                        Dear Sir,
                        This reference to the SMS coming on a daily bases for recharging my Digital TV account by Rs.300. ID no. [protected] name: sangeeta shukla. I always keep my balance updated. On complaining the same to you tollfree customer care they replied that i had to complain the same to my Mobile cellular office and they can't take the complain.

                          I've been using Airtel Broadband Services from February 2011 under the Rs1199 scheme, which was supposed to give me 2mbps broadband Internet upto a fair usage policy of 20 gbs. For the first two months, their service was good but later on, they gave horrible Internet speed , around 100 kbps instead of 2 mbps. I kept complaining via 198 several times, they resolved my issues within 24 hours. But after 2-3 days the same problem kept coming. I have called their customer care at least 7 times. And these days neither can i complain via the internet nor through 198 complain service. They simply ignore my calls and never pick up.

                          They recently changed their schemes so i wanted to migrate to rs1299 airtel broadband internet scheme which is supposed to give me 2 mbps upto a fair usage policy of 30 gbs, and it was confirmed by them that the scheme would be activated after the 11 th of this month. I did not get any confirmation e-mail.

                          I am a computer literate student myself who has studied the applied computer sciences. I have an extra modem with which I've tested and can conclude that airtel is giving me extremely slow & inconsistent speed on purpose. I have a software called Bandwidth monitor, besides that I've conducted speed tests via speedtests.net. Also I keep a track that I never exceed the fair usage policy which my airtel account ( i am attaching a screenshot as evidence) . I use original software and my pc is free from malware.

                          No one is using my wi-fi and it is encrypted with an user name and pass with the wap-psk settings on.

                          I reside in Tollygunge, Kolkata and Airtel Broadband service for the last 5 weeks has given me the worst service that one can possibly imagine. DO NOT TAKE AIRTEL IN KOLKATA, HORRIBLE SERVICE, 100 times WORST THAN BSNL, SOMEONE PLEASE HELP! READ THIS AS A REVIEW, & SAVE YOUR MONEY & VALUABLE TIME.

                            What is Airtel doing these days, your company has even started giving harassment on calls to consumer these days, and what is the compliance team in Airtel is doing after repeatdly complainning to them no action is being taken and even emails sent to the customer care are not reverted.

                            Is this the present picture of Airtel MR Mittal, please be kind enough to reply on my issue.

                            Yesterday again I have received a call from Airtel Mobile Number [protected] and executive told his name Prashant and he asked me a silly question why am I calling Customer Care for Billing Discrepancy Issue of Rs1248 and when I told him that I don't want to speak to him as I was afraid that he was not calling from Airtel Service Number [protected] from where customer receives call whenever they have issue he was using his personal number than he replied I have all your details and I am calling from 121 customer care than I asked him do u know Avinash he said he is sitting next to me and he is our team member.

                            What is this going on Airtel why I am receiving such harassment calls repeatedly after continuously complaining to Airtel about this issue and this is my third email however I have not received any feedback from Airtel for my last two emails in the past which are also attached to this email.

                            Why I am continuously being Harassed by Airtel, I want answer from Airtel and why My issue is taken for granted what is the Nodal and Apellete desk doing when I have reported this issue to them several times Why I am being unnecessarily charged in the Bill why I have a Billing Discrepancy in my current Bill and why my call drop and Network Issue is not resolved why that Executive Avinash is Harassing me continuously with his other colleagues who are calling me from different numbers why?

                            Team I need valid answer for all my Issues which I have drafted in this email, will not leave it as I have all My Bills in which Adjustments have been Given in the past and its my request to Airtel to employ responsible executives on AMplette desk and Nodal Desk as I have lost all my trust on them as they try to fool the customer by giving false excuses and Please look into that Abusive call Issue seriously if it has happened with me it can happen with any Airtel Customer.

                            Airtel — Bill discrepancy - mental harassment

                            Airtel has an awful way of dealing with cutomer issues. I brought a similar issue to them in Nov. 07 and still have not heard from them regarding how they have fixed it. Airtel is the WORST.

                            Airtel — Discrepancies in Scheme

                            I have activated a scheme where i paid approx. Rs. 500 where i got the scheme of Local A2A 0.40 paise A2O 0.60 paise & STD @ Rs. 1.00/- for one year now i went to reacharge my mobile in shop for balance of Rs. 50.00 but by mistake the shopkeeper did it of Rs. 55 where i dint got any balance and some local scheme got activated on my cell where A2A was 0.40 paise & A2O was 0.60 paise which i was already having but my STD call rates increased to Rs. 1.50 paise & the scheme validity for local calls became 1 month so i paid the amount bt it was of no use for me... & when i called customer care they told they cant help me... so please look into the matter seriously coz Rs. 500 is not a small amount for me..

Sir, after one day of installation of my connection was blocked due to nonpayment of a number[protected] running on my name 3-4 year back. I approched kalpurthala Airtel Office and enquired about the detail of my pending bill so that the same may be cleared and I have been informed by sales executive Mr. Himanshu that there is no such detail, my boss Mr. Anu talked with the Company, You can pay the half of the pending amountto restore your no. Sir, on 2.4.10 I have aid Rs. 380/ towards connection no.[protected] to clear the pendency. But inspite of such clearance my no. is still blocked. Today I contacted again to Mr. Himanshu to restore my no. so that 15-20 balanceconnections of my collegues be taken, but his attitude shoked me, he said your connection will not be restored you can surrender your no. and there is no need of more connections.Due to such harrament i approcahed yourself to look into the matter for retoration of my no.                             Its very hard to digest that Airtel is behaving in such worst way.My Second question is why these Nodal Desks and Amplette desk are made for when the executives sitting on them fool the customer they even don't fulfill their commitment, on 22nd August I called up Amplette desk and narrated the same Issue to MONIKA she assured me that she will escalate the issue and will look into the matter and will get back to me in 48hrs however she never turned up after that I again called Amplete desk twice to speak to her and I was told that she will call me back with in two hours however she never called from last 3 days I have called numerous times to Nodal Desk to customer care and also to Amplette desk however no one has given me a valid answer, now where should I approach, Airtel services has gone worst these days, in my life my First connection when I started using cellphone was Airtel that point of time services and network of Airtel was the best as compared today it is the worst.

                            Atlast today in the evening I recieved a call from Airtel Executive Rahul from Airtel Corporate Office however I am not happy the way he was trying to save Avinash and he also said that Airtel is not responsible for any call which was made to you in the past by any executive with their personal number first he was denying the fact that Avinash din't even called up on 18th August he was not able to check that after some efforts he said that Yes he could see Avinash called me on 18th August however the way he spoke on call I am not at all satisfied he was too diplomatic on call and was trying to save Airtel and the Harssment and pain which I have faced in the past from Airtel he din't took any responsibilty for that from Airtel's end and he also said he need 4days more to check this Issue and also asked me what I want from Airtel now?when I told him that action should be taken against Avinash for his misbehaviour on call which he made to me on 18th August and my billing discrepancy should be resolved the charges of Rs1248 which is mentioned in the bill unnecesarily should be removed and explanation should be given regarding the same why they are on the bill and they should be explained completely on the bill not by just writing ONE TIME CHARGE and charges are appearing I need complete explanation from Airtel than he replied "Kiski Naukri pe baat aa rahi hai aur hum koi action lenge toh woh internal hoga apko nahi batayenge" My question to Mr Rahul is these words what he said to me I have heard from Nodal officers as well as from Appellate officers however till now no action is being taken and the emails which I have wrote to Airtel in the past none of them has been replied till now and if action have been taken in the past then why those executives are still troubling me they are Airtel Partner's they are not directly from Airtel, So Mr Rahul don't give this unnecessary excuses take some necessary action.

                            that we cannot help you. Last guy informed that the issue is because of the

                            I want to know if documents were not verified, how can you guys give a number

                            number for couple of weeks. I was using Vodafone and there was no problem with
                            that, still, i am wondering why did I listen to one of my friend who suggested
                            to go ahead with Airtel. Horrible service and no commitment towards work and

                            You are my last hope to get this issue resolved at the earliest; else I will
                            have no choice then to go to the consumer court. I want this number to be

                            Since I was in the urgent need of the phone at that time, tried calling Airtel customer service for atleast a temp fix and they assured me that you need to deposit the documents again to the dealer and your number will be activated. When I went to dealer, they tried but of no vain and said that number will be activated on Tuesday. Without any intimation, how can Airtel disconnect my number??

                            I kept on trying for complete Saturday looking for different people in Airtel. Finally got hold of the Distributor in Chandigarh who is a gem of a person. He kept me updated about the exact status and the reason why number was barred (dealer did not submitted the documents). Finally, he took all the pains and got my number activated over the weekend to which I am really thankful.

                            Today, I received a call from Appelate officer ( Number- [protected]). She being at a higher position did not have the courtesy to ask what was the issue ( Shame on that ). She just mentioned that your number seems to be working fine and it was never disconnected from there end. I just ask her, do you actually know what I have gone through since Friday and how much effort I have to put in to get this number activated for which she was least bothered as she was in a hurry to complete the call. I repeated Myself thrice but of no vain. Finally, she just said it seems your issue is resolved and I am disconnecting the call which is ridiculous and frustrating.

                            How can Airtel have such Appelate officers???? I have simple lost trust in Airtel. Never going to recommend this to anyone. Horrible and Pathetic service!!!

                              After your so called executives assured of installation will be done in 24-48hrs time, I booked a new DTH connection on 14th May 2011- Saturday and paid the amount thorough credit card after a long critical process over phone.

                              Details of the transaction:
                              Amount: Rs 1,590/-
                              Reference no : [protected]

                              The amount was deducted from my credit on the same day with the name of "Airtel DTH Navi Mumbai". However, THE CONNECTION HAS NOT BEEN INSTALLED SINCE SIX MONTH PAST.

                              While I called up their Customer care I was provided mere a lip service(Call back will be arranged in 30 mins, 1 hr, it will be done today at any cost,etc).

                              ALSO AS HELL AS, the call is being dropped by the customer care or somebody saying that we are not concerned to that we only deal with new connection and somebody is telling please call your local authorities. If I want to take so much pain I would ve never gone for credit card payment neither **** AIRTEL dth. I ve no idea why the people being PAID there. THEY CANT EVEN TRACK A REQUEST WHICH IS PENDING SINCE LAST 6 MONTHS. I doubt are they qualified to sit there or not to help peoples. PATHETIC..

                              We ask you here i[censored] cant handle ur existing customer then why the hell on earth Airtel dth goes for new connection and makes life more difficult and make false promises.

                              I have made several request through phone and mails but no action has been taken, even if they dont bother also. After once money goes to their pocket they dont care whatever the case may be. From customer point of view they never think. They have not even generated my customer ID for a long time and there has been no e-mail or sms confirmation from their side after the payment has been done.

                              I have also written several communication through email to [protected]@airtel.in and got only an acknowledgement email not any concrete response, which is attached too.

                              I deeply regert on my dicission to go with Airtel Digital TV and I am wasting my time and money with AIRTEL peoples. I will rememeber the date for my whole life 14th May 2011(payment date).


                              I am feed up about all this things and planning to go to consumer court and I request Airtel to process the cancellation request and provide me the refund immediately and I would like to go with the leader TATA SKY.

                              I applied for new connection on Last Saturday (May, 14) though credit

                              card . Transaction ID[protected].

                              Your associate Vishal- [protected] committed me that day we ll definitely

                              install it on the next day but one week past no call from your side . The

                              most disappointing is, I called you 8 times , every time somebody picks

                              and ask for the details of my connection and tells we ll call you back in 1

                              Why this happens in India. Now India is changing but not in service. The

                              Airtel DTH — Paid for Airtel DTH connection but installation pending. Request for refund.

                              I have booked for a Airtel DTH connection on 04-Oct-2010 via customer care number[protected]. I have made a payment through customer care via IVR using my card for Rs 3590/-. The payment has been made on the same day and the transaction ID is 11136881. TIll now I have not received my customer ID or any other communication related to the installation. During the time of booking I was told that the installation will be made with in 48 hours.

                              I called customer care to request for assistance 8 times and got the following responses.
                              1. The Agent will call you with in one hour (3 times).
                              2. Installation will be done today.
                              3. Our supervisor team will call in with in an hour.
                              4. Try contacting the dealer directly nearest to your location. ( which I dont have the information, after etting the contact numbers of the nearest dealers, the numbers are not in use / switched off )
                              5. When I asked for refund, the call hung up.

                              All I was expecting is the tentative date of installation so as to plan my activities. With the services and responses I have got, I do not want to be a part of Airtel DTH.

                              I am putting this compliant in this forum to request for refund for my Airtel DTH connection.

                              I had first called up airtel dth 12150 to know on the dth details and they promised me that I would get the installation with in 48 hours of payment.
                              I believed this and did the payment online (19/10/2010). I now get a call saying that it will only be done only on 25/10/2010.

                              The customer ID given to me is [protected].

                              This is cheating in all sense!! I want to request for refund if I dont get the installation done in 48 hours. i.e before 8 pm 21/10/2010

                              Airtel DTH — No connection or communication after 48 hrs of payment

                              My order id is 3964525 i have paid online if needed i can give you the transaction id from citibank

                              I am informed that AirTel representative would be calling me soon and the CUSTOMER ID would be communicated through mail.
                              But there has been no communication from AIRTEL till now.

                              On suspicion, I tried googling with " AirtelDTH ConnectIndia" and was surprised to see that many have reported Fraud dealing with DTH packages very similar to my case.
                              Now I am more worried as the person who sold me this online is not answered mail/call and I have sent mail to the Airtel customer service division ([protected]@airtelindia.com,DTH.[protected]@in.airtel.com and [protected]@in.airtel.com), but no response till now.
                              I didnt expect this from AIRTEL.. Please take this complaint and also let me know when i will be getting my connection.

                                  Myself Rahul Soni & my Airtel no. is [protected]. My problem is that i am customer of airtel from last 6 years. Actually i am not satisfied with airtel now because of any service starts automatically like that hangama clum, hangama songs, models of the day etc. & unwanted balance deducts from my account. On dated 13.09.11, hangama club service activated automatically on my no. & Rs. 99 duducted from my main balance & Rs. 5.00 is getting deduct till yet for hangama songs. After that i called to customer care & register my complaint there but i did not get any satisfied reply from Airtel customer care executive & senior executive. I have registered my complaint to Airtel customer care around 10 times but my problem did not solved by Airtel customer care. And Rs. 05+01 is getting deduct till date continously. Please resolve my problem & stop this unwanted balance deduction from my account.

                                  Supermodels club package — unwanted service and deduction from balance

                                  its been three times that rs.10 has been deducted from my account for some supermodel club package which I haven't subscribed for so plz tell me how to unsubscribe such service in tata docomo

                                  i have airtel prepaid sim that no. is [protected] automatically unwanted service starts and deduct my balence i dont know why only airtel did this kind of shock tactics i am using other than airtel but still i am not facing problem on that if service is like that i will leave airtel .
                                  TRAI should look into this automatic service activations without consent. Every once in a while such services get activated on my number and I have to call the CC to get them removed (usually happens when accessing sites like Buzzfeed and Diply, sometimes the torrent sites), the CC person is usually helpful and deactivates the same. However I wonder happens to people who don't really understand and check their bills and text messages. They are the real targets!

                                    I am an Airtel DTH customer. For the last 3 days I have not been getting TV signals. the error code is B 001.I contacted the Customer care centre which in formed that the issue would be resolved within 6 hours. It has not been resolved.I received a fake SMS from Airtel informing me that the issue was resolved. It was not.
                                    The Airtel DTH service is very poor and not had been responsable person .

                                    I have received the call from your costumer care on 20th Sept.She said me that our engineer will reach today but engineer not came till now.I have problem till now .

                                    Kindly for your information when Today i complent to customer care than they not accepted my comlent.
                                    I am still waiting for resolve the problem.

                                        I have migrated from Airtel Postpaid connection to Prepaid connection. My mobile number is [protected]. I got my SIM card activated to prepaid connection but my boosters have not been activated yet. My boosters include SMS booster (Rs. 36) and Rs. 37 booster. But they didnt get activated still. The retail shop owner has communicated tat there is no problem in his side. Even i received a SMS confirming the SMS booster but i haven't received any confirmation for Rs. 37 booster. The most frustrating thing is that i got confirmed with Airtel's executive Mr. Ganesh on Sep, 23, 2011 at 17:24 IST that both of the boosters have been activated. But still the charges r getting deduced as per normal plan (Without booster). Another frustrating thing is that i tried to call to Customer Care 121 after that but at the stage of line transfer to customer care executive, it says "Please dial *121# to know about your account balance and so..."..I am unable to call Customer care too..The Airtel Complaint number given in your website 198 is also not working. I got a reply that 198 does not exists. I don't know what to do..
