I have purchase new connection using online payment option dated 8.10.2011 having customer ID [protected]. The quality of Picture is very very poor. All channel are giving distorted pictures ( Distortion & Little Boxes and snow )
I am using sony LCD TV 32BX320. I called service engineer so many times and also file a complaint at 12150 having complaint no.[protected] But no body visited my place . I called dealer, he told me that you have purchased though online, we will not give you service. Our duty is just to install the dish, Jahan se aapne purchase ki hai complaint bhi wahin karo. Today is 9.10.2011, second day, I called customer care for refund, they are not ready. Know what to do.

My request is airtel that I need refund of my payment as quality of you dish is not good or up to the mark.

i have given full payment to your local dealer (MYM ELECTRONICS) KRISHNA MARKET OPP VIJAY BANK RAILWAY ROAD YAMUNANAGAR
but stil waiting for your installation team i live on rent in jagadhri, i dont have whole day to wait for your installation team, i do have there no but no one is picking the phone, if this type of service is provided by your service agents and local dealer as your local dealer is not taking any responsibility.
and now i feel like cheated as dealer has not given any receipt or customer id and also not ready to return the cash. if this is your service before i have started using it i don't need any of your further services and need my cash return or in other case i have to apply for customer forum. regarding my complain.

    We made all payment on time, again we are receiving call that there is a due of Rs700/- since last year march 2010 on [protected] & due of Rs900/- on [protected]



    But customer care is unable to provide details for the same.



    Mr pandey if customer care is unable to provide the same then is seems a dictator ship. Pay what ever we demand or else we barred your calls.



    We made the same payment as demanded by your customer care ms menu.



    We again request you to kindly confirm all invoices and payment received in last 02 years in ledger format of both the numbers.



    We are waiting for you response till Tuesday, kindly send it to avoid all legal formalities. We can sit and sort out our end also. If you can provide the same as we demanded to sort out payment issue.



    Kindly send us no dues certificate up to Oct 2011.

      1) MNP Request Form signed by Subramanian.P
      2) Prepaid Enrolment form signed by Subramanian.P
      3) PAN Card Copy as Identity Proof of Subramanian.P
      4) BSNL Landline Bill Copy as Address Proof of Subramanian.P

      The above mentioned No. [protected] was successfully ported to Airtel and activated on 3rd October 2011

      On 7th and 8th October 2011 received SMS from AIRTEL asking me to resubmit all the documents or else outgoing calls would be restricted in 48 hours

      Would like to know what happened to the Forms and Documents already submitted on Wednesday 21st September 2011 at AIRTEL Nehru Circle Kumara Park Bangalore

      I spoke to Airtel customer care and the outlet AIRTEL Nehru Circle Kumara Park Bangalore and received unsatisfactory answer they repeatedly asked me to submit the Forms and Document again

      Negligence of some people at Airtel is causing pain to customers like us

      I have again resubmitted all the following forms and documents at Airtel outlet Dr.Rajkumar Road Bangalore on Saturday 8th October 2011

      1) MNP Request Form signed by Subramanian.P
      2) Prepaid Enrollment form (S.No. KK10A0 [protected] signed by Subramanian.P
      3) PAN Card Copy as Identity Proof of Subramanian.P
      4) BSNL Landline Bill Copy as Address proof of Subramanian.P

      I request Airtel to confirm the receipt of the above mentioned document and request not to harass us like this

      Proof of Address - Passport, Driving License, Ration Card with Photo, PAN Card, Voters ID, Water Bill / Landline Telephone bill / Electricity Bill / Credit Card Statement (not older than 3 months).

      In case of non receipt of documents, the Outgoing and Incoming services will be blocked in 3 days. Further, the number will be temporarily deactivated within 3 days; from the day number has been blocked.

      Please find attached the details of airtel relationship centre for your reference.

      We hope that we have been able to address your query suitably.

      Hi, i had applied for MNP of my existing number from BSNL to Airtel on the 3rd Jan (UPC - BX562336 | Application No. 59059). I got an SMS on the application being processed on the 9th Jan and verification also being done. I tried to contact the customer care - no updates. I tried to contact the executive who comes to my office - he is least bothered, however after multiple follow-ups he tells me that the verification is pending and BSNL is yet to issue an NOC. He told that he would re-initiate the verification process but no call / update so far.

      All i need to know - IS THERE ANY ONE WHO CAN HELP ME ON WHAT IS THE NEXT STEPS OR WILL THE PORTING EVER HAPPEN OR DO I NEED TO SUBMIT A FRESH APPLICATION????

          I dr. jitendra shukla took two AIRTEL MOBILE SERVICES postpaid mobile no. [protected],[protected] from
          airtel store in december 2010, and submitted my pan no. and voter id
          photocopy as proof.both no. worked for about six months.after 6 months
          as per airtel plan i switched to prepaid plan and submitted required
          fees and same documents again in gomtinagar lcknow airtel store. with
          rs.117.00 and validity till march 2014 my airtel no.[protected] services
          temporarily disconnected due to documents submitted is invalid (SMS FROM AE-SERVICE ON[protected]
          .from last 45 days i visited airtel store for
          document submit & verification but they advised me to contact nodal
          officer on [protected].i contacted 4 times in detail from my no.
          [protected] but no result.then i contacted more than 4 times to appelate
          officer on no. [protected] from my no. [protected] in detail but no
          result.i got a request reference no.CWBAR[protected] FROM 121 on dated
          [protected] at 4.32 pm.but till today no result .what can i do to get my
          no.again and money in my no. [protected].

            I applied for Airtel broadband connection in July, 2011. My CEF NO.TBLR is 262846 and I paid Rs. 999/- in cash. I was to get the connection within a week. But after two weeks when there was no response from the service provider, I called up customer care. They told me that due to some technicalities it was not possible to provide the connection and I should lodge a complain in order to claim the refund. I immediately lodged a complain and I was told that after 8 days my issue will get resolved and I will receive my refund amount by cheque.
            After two weeks I called them back, as my issue was still unresolved. They said the complain has gone to some wrong dept and i should lodge a new complain.
            After lodging few more new complaints and innumerable talks with the customer care executives, my issue is still unresolved. Few of my complain numbers are as follows: 1311662, 2260770, 3612206, 3687986.
            My first grievance is that when it was not possible to provide the connection, why was I not informed about it immediately?? Why were they waiting for me to call them and find out?? After almost two months why have I still not received my refund money. Now along with the refund amount, they should also give me a compensation amount for wasting my time and the inconvenience caused to me during the process.

              I had subscribed for the 30 GB download, installation has done on[protected] since that time I have not downloaded anything up to 30 GB. You guys seriously have to look on to this issue. It seems you offer your services not to give better satisfaction to your customer to harass them. Please avoid to be like cheaters and do not trouble you customer like this. Please get it resolved asap.

                We had obtained 11 corporate connections from airtel in the month of May 2011, we were promptly receiving bills till the month of June, but since July we are facing non receipt of bills. Now its almost 3 months that we haven't received the bills, and moreover we had requested for an itemized since the individual user has to certify there bills,but no action has been taken for this as well.

                Inspite of repeated calls and mails to the customer care center, and even after sending them a mail to cancel our connections no action has been taken so far. It's only that we are receiving a prompt acknowledgement mails followed by a mail which gives us a stipulated time stating that by so and so date and time our inssue would be ratified,but it's jst a waste of time energy etc etc.

                I'm fed up talking to the customer care executives who are nothing but just another live IVR who just repeats again and again the same phrase like a parrot " WE ARE EXTREMELY SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED.....blah blah blah etc etc" just wasting our time and on top of that they only tend to escape the situation by jst telling us that they would arrange for a call back within 4 hrs but nothing is done. We are jst blindfolded as of what went wrong with our connections.They tend to say to acess our bills via e bill option but it's not possible cause each individual user has to certify the calls. And it's not convinent to each time give away the password.

                Our company is extremely unhappy with the way the airtel has been treating us. The numbers are being used by top management and now one by one our numbers are being disconnected very promptly for no fault of ours.

                We would like to bring it to final by stating that we are very unhappy with the your service and we are gonna cancel the entire 11 connections taken and since we haven't received any bills so far we wouldn't pay the due amount as well.

                Airtel Service is Just Disgusting.

                Airtel Top Management:Pl don't hire and train your employees as parrots but jst treat them how to be human and understand our concern and solve it.

                  I took the Airtel broadband connection before 2 months. With that, I bought the wifi modem for Rs. 1500/- from the person who installed everything as I was told I've to buy modem and airtel will not give it for free.
                  After few days, when I started using WiFi instead of direct LAN cable connection I noticed that the WiFi signal strength was very poor. I was told by airtel personal who installed the modem and other step that airtel will replace/repair the modem if it doesn't work properly in future. So I logged many complaints. But every time I was told that I've to contact Binatone as modem was manufactured by that company. When I contected Binatone, they tell me that Airtel should replace it.

                  I repeatedly requested aritel customer care to give me details of the guy who installed the connection so I can contact him (according to airtel installation guy gave me faulty modem) but airtel customer care refused to give those details. They are not even interested to take my complaint against installation person.

                  I feel cheated by aritel. How can you not take responsibility of a faulty goods provided by your representative? Airtel infact encourages them to cheat the customers and then they will tell you that it was my mistake.

                  Airtel just know get most out of customer. When you face any issue, you are dead, as it will never get resolved quickly and you will end up paying bills for the month for which service wasn't provided properly.

                        I, Nihmathulla Arakkal have been an Airtel mobile customer with mobile No: [protected] since 2004. I have been using the same connection in international roaming since 17.05.2007. I am currently working in Dubai Maritime City,UAE. And I use this number for my business dealings, mobile banking and other personal things.

                        Since yesterday(6th Oct 2011) morning my mobile is displaying 'SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED' . My connection was cancelled suddenly without any previous notice from Airtel eventhough I am an international roaming customer.

                        When I contacted the customer care yesterday through my brother in Kerala, they informed me that my connection is already recycled it is not even available as a duplicate sim and it will be be made available for a new customer. But I want to know how my sim card got recycled within 1 day, even though I am a loayal Airtel customer since 2004.

                        I would like to make a complaint against Bharati Airtel regarding the above matter. My mobile banking and many of my business transactions are dependant on this Mobile number. I would like to get my sim card back as soon as possible even if it is a duplicate simcard.

                        BHARATI AIRTEL — Airtel sim recycled without intimation

                        Myself sachin s raikar, a loyal customer of airtel since last 6 years and my number is [protected] which got recycled without intimation.
                        Due to some urgent work, I came to london in first week of janauary 2011 and I carried sim with me.

                        When I enquired about my sim expiry and cancellation before coming to london, airtel customer care executive said me that sim will not be cancelled unless I use it once a 4 month or within a month of validation expiry

                        I was using that sim for almost a month after coming to london but didnt call or receive any number. I used to get messages on that sim number till febuary 2011.

                        Now I have validity on that number till june 2011 and my last use was febuary 2011 but still my number has been cancelled and is give to some other person.

                        When I tried to use my airtel number ([protected]) in april 2011 so that my number will be in use atleast once in a two month and will not get recycled, at that time my airtel sim was showing me as invalid

                        I got to know all this when I asked my sister to ask this to airtel.

                        Even I call them up and also mailed them with my problem but they are not ready to answer any mail. even i mailed to a nodel officer of airtel still she is not giving a valid reason for recycled sim

                        Please help me with this issue as I have many of my contacts on that number and if I dont get it I will be in a hug difficulties

                            I am Amit Shinde and my complaint is with regards to Airtel bill not received at my end.

                            From past 3 months I am not receiving my Airtel bill due to which I am unable to pay my bill on time. When I called the customer care to ask the reason why my bill not been delivered they are giving me the answer that I had sent the courier person back stating I dont want the bill.

                            Mine very simple question to them is if I had denied to take the bill then am I mad or fool to pay the bill by taking the bill amount from customer care person.

                            Bill is denied when a person dont want to pay the bill whereas I am a regular customer from past 7 years and paying my bill ontime but i can understand why from past 3 months i am facing this problem that i am not receiving bill ontime and getting a stupid answer that courier person states that i denied from taking the bill.

                            I just want the Airtel customer person to look into the matter careful and sort it out, that why courier guy is telling such a lie. Today also not a single courier guy came to my house for airtel bill but still i am getting an answer that I have denied from accepting i dont understand on which stupid address this courier guy is going and why the problem has just started from past 3 months.

                            As the address is still the same and I havent changed or shifted from my recent residence. This is really disgusting and disappointing on my part to see after being customer for so many years I am getting such bad service. Do Airtel now wants me to shift to some other service and so they have started giving me this bad service.

                              i have been using airtel mobile connection # [protected] since 12 yrs....till now i did not face any problems with airtel...but last week i.e on 29-9-11..i just logged in to airtel live from my mobile, but did not download any games and rs99 was deducted from my account...i contacted customer care and they said my amount will be credited in 4 hrs but till now it has not been credited.. i contacted number of times but my call is being disconnected....airtel is cheating people...

                                I have lodged complaint nearly 50 times regarding failure of 3G activation for my number [protected]. It seems no one in airtel customer care has knowledge to solve my problem.. All of them keep telling the same answers every time. 3days back i contacted email customer care they told they have raised a service request reg the issue and they told customer care people will contact u within 24 hrs like that.. But till now no update on the service request [protected].
                                I wasted lot of my time in arguing with u people... Airtel 3g service is a big let down......

                                  I am very unhappy with the kind of service I am getting for a being an airtel customer for over 7 years with my other number. As a customer if I don’t get proper response from nodal office I should go to the appellate office, but I as a customer is mistreated at the appellate office who am I suppose to escalate this.

                                  I had called the appellate office twice and reached the same person named Shanty Bindal, who on Friday informed me that he cannot help me as his system was under up gradation so I requested him to call me back , which he didn’t do, neither did he transfer me to other officer, instead asked me to call after 4 hrs, so I told him to ask the person named Aman Kapoor to call back as he was the one who had promised me that he will call back and inform me the status of my request no matter what happens, but didn’t call back. So overall I was left with no answer and was just hoping to get a call back. Didn’t happen and its Tuesday today that I called the appellate office again and reached the same person Shanty Bindal who still states that his system was under up gradation and I should call him back after 4 hrs, because he can’t do anything. He denied even passing me to someone superior to him. Though knowing very well that I have been calling several times now there is no ownership shown to resolve the issue, instead the attitude says that the customer will stop calling in sometime if we don’t do anything to help.

                                  If this is what everyone at airtel thinks then I think I need to move to another service provider who could value its customers.

                                  Though I have been with airtel for over 7 yrs the kind of service I am getting is not at all appreciated, and I have very disappointed with this.

                                  I don’t think I had asked for more as a customer but you guys have seriously been a disgrace.

                                  I want someone to reply to this mail and also let me know what am I suppose to do next in order to get an answer. Else the only option with me is to change the provider.

                                    I have been using Airtel Services since last seven years.

                                    But since jul’09 months I am very much frustrated by your service.



                                    After seeing my bill for june –july , I asked to CCE why my plan have changed for telephone line.

                                    I requested to revert back my telephone plan to existing plan. But this was not materialised so I asked for cancellation of my connection.



                                    Then I got a call from retention team by Mr. Sonu Tomar.

                                    He gave me welcome back offer – old plan for my telephone line,

                                    A New Plan for my broadband with a new ph. no. (as it is combo plan) & 20% discount on broadband rent for next six month alonhwith a waiver of Rs. 400 for my June-july bill.



                                    Then I got a call from Mr. Vinay to know wether I am agree with welcome back offer.

                                    I was agree with that offer so on the basis of that offer I continued with Airtel.



                                    But I got disappointed by sseing my next bill (july- Aug.)

                                    This time again I got a call from retention team by Mr. Om.



                                    On the basis of welcome back offer commited by Mr. Om again I agreed to continue with Airtel.

                                    I made payment of Rs. 600 as per my conversation with Mr. Om but nothing was updated in your system as I was getting continous call for balance ( While I have got waiver)



                                    Then I approached to nodal & appellate, But nothing worked out. Instead 50% concession on rental also discontinued.



                                    With reference to our conversation with Ms. Manjeet Kaur on 11.11.10, we got assurance that this concession will be activated on our no.

                                    and she told us to submit Handicapped certificate to airtel office. We visited to airtel office but representative denied to accept the same.



                                    Again i approch to nodal, first they told that show ealier bills as aprrof that u were getting this concession, when I produced my older bills then they said in our system there is no such components.

                                    Inspite of continuous followup , I haven't got any reponse. Plz help me in getting proper resolution.

                                        illigal deduction from my balance rs 1/ daily.in the name of value added service.without asking by us for the service.we neaver asked for any kind of services from the company. they register our number themselves for the services as illigaly deduct the money without bringing the matter in to our notes.please a attention to our complait and do the needful to take action against the company.
