I also had mobile no. from airtel (Kolkata) [protected], which was unused since Mar-2011. For which I already had raised a

request for closing on customer care, which was accepted to be done in one month. But, after April, I started recieving

letters for paying the unbilled amount till date. I made settlement payment of reduced amount as discussed with them in june

by going to the Salt Lake City Centre office. For where I was told to get a settelment letter. As, I have recieved the pending amount which was supposed to be canceled after reduced settlement amount was charged to me.

Its frustrating how a person cannot be trusted and how a brand can stoop down to a level and has employees who harass people

they serve.
I had mobile no. from airtel (Mumbai) [protected], which was unused since July -2008. For which I already had raised a request for closing on customer care, which was accepted to be done in one month. But, after november, I started recieving letters for paying the unbilled amount till date. I made settlement payment of reduced amount as discussed with them in January by going to the Malad head office.
For where I was told to get a settelment letter. But, after 2 months passed till today, I have not got any settlement letter from Airtel. Also, The numbers which they mentioned in the letter are not working with airtel anymore.
I dont have any clue waht to do now? As, I have recieved the pending amount which was supposed to be canceled after reduced settlement amount was charged to me.

    sir,
    I am Dibeesh.cp my mobile number is [protected] i am using airtel 3g service and i activated 3g data plan Rs.94 0f 150 data . airtel promise to their customers we will assures a speed upto 7mbps but i am getting only 5to10kbps . even 2g connection will not give that much of speed i raised so may complaints through customer care and relationship centers of airtel they only giving Service request till date my problem is not yet resolved , really i am feeling very bad about airtel 3g service and customer support . Airtel is not bother about their customers and they are not ready to solve customer issues . plz any help me how to solve my problem.

    I am ASHOK KUMAR DUBEY my mobile number is [protected] i am using airtel 3g service and i activated 3g data plan Rs.750 0f 5GB data . airtel promise to their customers we will assures a speed upto 3-5mbps but i am getting only 5 to 20 kbps . even 2g connection will t give that much of speed i raised so may complaints through customer care and relationship centers of airtel they only giving Service request till date my problem is not yet resolved, really i am feeling very bad about airtel 3g service and customer support . Airtel is not bother about their customers and they are not ready to solve customer issues . plz any help me how to solve my problem,

      i had switched over to a new plan 3 months back and airtel officials had come to my place for changing the plan. i had sent a request for cancellation of my previous plan 3months back at the airtel office,platinum plaza ,bhopal and they had assured that my previous plan would get cancelled within some days but i am still receiving bills for my previous plan uptill now and another bill according to the current plan so i am getting 2 bills but i am using only one plan meanwhile i have been to the airtel office with this complaints 3 to 4 times but they keep telling me that my request have been sent and from next time i will get only one bill according to my new plan only. Now officials keep coming to my place and ask me to pay the bill for my previous plan which i am not using.

        I have made a call to the 121 to speak to customer executive and to my surprise the call is being charged. Can the TRAI authorities confirm whether this is right or wrong.

          Hi,

          We have terminated Airtel post-paid connection bearing no. [protected] on 6th June 2011 subsequently i have made several calls to your call centre, nodal officer and Appellate Authority still i haven't received any refund even after 140days and don't know how much refund we are going to receive.

          My complaint to Airtel Customer care, Nodal and Appellate has helped i don't know when i will get my refund.

            sir,

            i dr. akhilesh jain p.no. [protected],have been repeatedly complaining for my telephone for last 8 days.everytime the person writing the complaint,assuring to rectify in 24hrs.till date nobody has come to correct.

            complaints are as follows

            1. instrument is not working.

            2. disturbance in line.

            3. interruption in net connection.



            complaint no. are- 2183546 on 12/08/2011

            2379590 on 18/08/2011.

            i tried the nodal officer but call could not be made even after repeated trial

            i think now it is waste of time doing all this.

            i have 3 more connections of airtel so please send atleast someone to disconnect all my 4 airtel connections. i will be very thankful.

              This is the second time when I am complaining about the services of Airtel pre-paid services. I am using the services of Airtel Since 2007 but never before I have faced it in Gujarat. Now, I am residing in Hyderabad for the last 1 year and during this 1 year, this problem is magnifying like anything. Balance from my Prepaid account is being deducted erroneously regularly. When I contacted customercare for getting the detail of the deduction, they replied that "HUNGAMACLUB-VIDEOPORTAL SERVICE" is active in my mobile, that I didn't know as well. In the last month itself i.e. September 2011, I have contacted customercare between 17th to 22nd and requested for refund of the balance. For first 2 to 3 times the customercare services was responding but thenafter whenever I try to contact, it doesn't get connected. For the de-activation of the service, I have asked the customercare and accordingly they have done it but even after it everyday Rs. 5/- has been deducted from my balance. I have contacted the customercare on[protected] between 10 to 11 P.M. for getting the deduction detail, de-activating the service and refunding the money. Accordingly, they have lodged my complaint and given me complainnt No. ROVAD[protected]. Even after it my problem is still persisting and from 11th october itself everyday Rs. 5/- is being deducted and now whenever I try to contact customercare services it doesn't get connected and I am not able to talk to customercare executive. My problem has got compounded yesterday night between 11 to 11:30 p.m. when Rs. 85/- deducted from my balance with message depicting "Thanks for downloading Hungama Content Game from Airtel" and the amusing part is that I have never downloaded it. So, is this not the deficiency of the services provider that they deducted the balance for nothing and harass the customer? So, at last I urge that all the money which is deducted erroneously should be refunded.

              Airtel — Erroneous deduction of balance from prepaid airtel account

              This complaing is in addendum with my last complaint, I have lodged 1 hour before today itself. Please, consider my mobile no. is [protected] from which the amount was being deducted. All the statements and complaint detail are the same.

I dont understand what type of service is this and why should Re.1 be deducted. At least there should provide us the No. with customer care whereby we are able to call and put in our complaint.
              Please kindly deactiviate the same from your list as early as possible. I dont need this gyan service from you.

                Currently I am a customer of Bharti Airtel and seen couple of time that some of the "Airtel Pack" like "Airtel Gyan" has been activated against my mobile number and deducting money. Upon contact to the customer care executive, the person refund that money as that was deducted and de-activated that service.


                But upon check that service was not stopped and the same amount being deducted accordingly. The coplain section was not accepting the complain and the behaviour was not professional.

                This needs to be stopped and corrective action too.

                  My problem is related to my mobile no. [protected]

                  I have received an sms that I have subscribed for Festival Subscription service from Airtel although I have done anything like that. They have deducted a small balance of rs.3, the issue here is not of amount but of the illegal procedures Bharti Airtel Ltd. is using to charge customer it has been in constant practice of this company for charging customers of foul services which they customers like me have not subscribed for. Also when I called up the customer care they tried explaining me using false code telling me that I have dialed which I hadn't done, also they used very very foul and unacceptable language against me and forcing me to become intolerable and disconnect the call.

                  I here by request you to please resolve this issue if required I can provide my mobile phone which can be checked for any such calls.

                    Sir, I bought a Nokia N8 on 27 Sept. 2011...On the handset box cover there is a label placed of "Enjoy the power of Nokia N8 with Airtel"...Then i opened the Airtel website www.airtel.in to conform the offer....The offer details was present on website also....The offer is

                    OFFER Details:
                    Free 2GB 3G data per month for 2 months. Available to Prepaid as well as Postpaid customers.
                    In 2G circles, where airtel has not launched 3G, customers will get 2GB of 2G data per month for 6 months.

                    Then i inserted my Airtel sim in my nokia handset and surf internet to check whether the offer is working or not....but after few seconds i checked the my account balance is deducting......So i disconnect the internet and waited for 24 hours....But after waiting for 5 days i contacted to customer care of airtel...The customer care executive give me a Complaint No:[protected] on 5 Oct and said that your complaint will resolve till 11 October before 3 pm....But my complaint was not resolved till 11 Oct...Then i again contacted to customer care and again they gave me the New Complaint No: [protected] and the maximum time to resolve the complaint was 13 Oct 3pm....But my complaint was not resolved till 13 Oct then again i contact customer care and again they gave me the New Complaint No: [protected] on 13 Oct and maximum time was 17 Oct..This time they also said that you will definetly get the benifits in coming 48 hrs...But after 48 hrs i didnt get the benifits i again contact customer care on 16 Oct regarding my complaint and they again gave me a new complaint no and the maximum time was 18 Oct but my problem is not resolved yet....

                    I also email regarding my complaint on [protected]@airtel.in on 11 Oct and provided the handset IMEI no and my airtel no...In reply they said that your problem will sort out as soon as possible but my complaint is still pending..

                    So please solve my problem and add benefits to my account according to the offer as i am using the 3G services...Waiting for a positive response..

                    Airtel — data offer in Nokia n8

                    actually i have take Nokia n8 on 5 Feb 2011...i got 2 gb offer also...but my question is....this is a 2g plan or 3g.?...can i use it at 3g speed..?if so than how to get 3g...my mobile doesn't show 3g symbol...

                    I bought a Nokia N8 on 12/04/2011 and i had a bundle offer of Airtel internet pack for 6month. But the offer was not activated. I have complained so many times but Customer care is not responding properly.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    i am post paid customer of airtel mobile and also of airtel digital TV,

                    recently ie last month i migrated my plan to Ministry of Defence corporate plan ie 199 special super value plan.

                    First i was asked to take new number as my existing airtel number can not be changed to corporate plan.

                    When i raised the level i was asked to clear the outstanding last bill cycle period payment, then only i can apply for corporate connection.

                    On clearing the last bill cycle payment i was asked to submit few documents and verification before the plan can be changed. Also I was told the new plan will be activated only after the bill cycle period is over, so that there is no extra charge to you.

                    On 26 Jan i got the sms that my plan has been changed to super value cug 199 plan, on inquiry with customer care regarding the plan detail which was offered to me when i applied for change of plan and what actually I got new plan activated on my number had variation in call plan. When i reported this anomaly to your executive he apologised for the mistake and changed the Plan to Special value 199 CUG plan on 28 Jan 12.

                    Today i got two bill for same period ie 08 Jan 12 to 07 Feb 12 for one number ie [protected].
                    details of bill number are[protected] &[protected] for two different amount for above number.

                    sir, my query is how come i have charged with two bills for same period and for same number?
                    secondly if some adjustment had to be done then i should have been given single bill?
                    thirdly why for two different bill change plan i have been charged?

                    Can i request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue on priority and give me one consolidated bill so as to avoid all confusion. Also once promised that bill plan will be changed only after completion of earlier bill plan cycle, then why i have been charged for three bill plan.?

                    May i request your esteemed office to look into the matter and resolve the mistake on priority. thanks in anticipation of favorable and fast action.

                      i am airtel coustomer from last 6 year to till yet.my sim was not working from 22 augest 20011 to till now.my mob. no. is [protected].now i am facing a problem because incoming call not coming on my mob. no. & also Msg not coming & not sent from my mob.
                      i called coustomer care so many times but they dont solve my problem.i have change sim 2 times ( simx ),but my sim not start only outgoing calls are active on my sim.

                      My name is yuvraj suresh patil.my mob. no is [protected].my this no.is not working from last 20 days.i have called coustomer care so many times but they do not give any satisfactory anware & not solving my prob. then i was going to airtel store.he said sim card not working chane the sim card. then i chaned the sim card & taken new sim card for that no [protected].then my ssim card starts after few hours but incoming calls not coming on my mob. no. & also msges not sent & not coming.i have told too many times to coustomer care & airtel store representive but they dont solve my prob.they said this mob. no. is not. prob. could not solve.you forget this no.& take a new sim anothe no.

                      i am airtel customer last 5 years to till yet.my sim validity closed on 26th april 2012, that day i recharged my number but sim validity not active .so i called customer care last 3 days, they said it will activate within 24 hours.but still not active my sim validity.there is no response your customer care side.yesterday i recharged my number it is activited, when i checked balance it showing yesterday is the last day(28/04/2012) likes.so pls consider my compliant as soon as possible.

                      Hi, I have ported my number [protected] to Airtel from Vodafone.Yesterday the network of old Sim disconnected and I inserted new airtel Sim and I did 59059. After that till now I'm not receiving any calls.. I tried calling 121 but its waste of time.. Still now No incoming calls from Airtel numbers. 1) Do airtel provides no incoming calls for MNP customers? 2) No reply No Calls for any complaints. Simply close the complaints. Do you really have any concern for customers? 3) Let me suggest shall I move to old network? Really Disappointed. Alternate Number: [protected]
                      Worst experience ever.. not getting any incoming calls. It's just a waste.

                        I have requested for MNP from Reliance to Airtel on 7th of october at Airtel relationship center, Indiranagar. They gave me a new SIM and told it takes 7 days for porting.

                        On 11th Oct, a representative from airtel called and said the SIM which was given to me won't work for MNP and I need to collect a new one.

                        As per the commitment time for MNP, by 13th the porting should be completed. But porting was successful on 17th and now the incoming is barred after successful porting.

                        I then called up the Airtel complaints on 198 and the first Engineer (Md. Sajjad) who spoke to me says that incoming is barred because of incorrect documentation and I should re-submit the documents. I requested for escalation and the supervisor (Manoj) says that it is not documentation problem, and requested me to wait till 24th oct to resolve this problem. When asked for the reason for the issue, he again says I should wait till 24th oct.

                        I do not get incoming calls to my no now. All my important callers get error message " This is an invalid no". I could never imagine more pain than this. I am not reachable to anyone on my mobile since 15th oct night.

                        I would like some senior officer to address this issue sooner.

                          I am using airtel gsm number ([protected]), inspite of TRAI guidelines that no unwanted calls and messages will be send from 27th september 2011, I had got numerous messages from airtel company after this date on daily basis. I had already complaint you twice for this but the problem is still unsolved. I am getting frustrated of this and can't concentrate on my studies. Please take some action against this and help me out of this problem.

                            I am Airtel Consumer and for last five times, i have been got my cell recharged by Rs.110/-. Before getting recharged, i confirmed that there was scheme of my Airtel No.[protected] of full balance of Rs.110/- in Rs.110/- but I have not got any of full balance of last five top-up vouchers. I recharged my cell by five times on (1) before 04/10/2011, (2) on 04/10/2011, (3) 11/10/2011, (4) 15/10/2011 & (5) 17/10/2011.

                            I have also made a complaint on toll free no.121 through customer executive but all in van.

                            I therefore humbly request you to do the needful please.
                            TRANSFER OF OUTSTANDING BALANCE FOR NUMBER PORTABILITY [protected] AMOUNT RS. 410/-
                            Airtel have no moral or business ethics. They recover their advertisement costs by fleecing million of customers by simply deducting charges for some stupid offers which you have not requested in the first place. My advise dump this mobile operator and just remove the Airtel sim from your mobile and go for another mob operator and get a new sim and mob no.. This way you don't even have to run after them to transfer your old mob no to another operator.This is the best solution. Inform your friends about your new mob no. When take a dataplan package specifically request to get a dataplan whwre there is no unauthorised deductions.

                              This is regarding modem issue that i am facing from last Tuesday (11/Oct/2011). Raised an issue on next day(12/Oct/2011) early morning. It's been said that issue will be closed on earliest by 14th Oct 2011. Nobody called me and checked my modem on 12th/13th/14th of October. But my old complaint has been closed by Airtel Technical representative without any confirmation. We raised another complaint on friday (14/Oct/2011) and Airtel customer support said they will solve the issue by 5:30PM same day. But nobody turned back that day also. We called up customer care close 20 times till now. Talked to two supervisors also. Everytime what we hear is , they will come and check it by 8 PM or As Soon As Possible. But noone ever came and check the modem. Without even checking the modem, Airtel technical person claims that it is a modem fault and i have to buy a new one.

                              Another issue is, i bought the Airtel Beetel modem from Airtel on Last February (06/Feb/2011).
                              I have a bill given by Airtel technical person. And we have been said that modem is with One year warranty. Now we are facing the issue with the Modem and Airtel claims that Company changed the policy so we can't replace the modem. I understand that company has the right to change its policy but whatever products sold with warranty should be supported. Company should not change that warranty statement. We trusted Airtel statement and bought the modem.

                              I work from home and because of this issue i have wasted two full days of work and i now commute to a different place for work because of this issue.

                              Multiple issues:
                              1. Nobody came and checked the modem status.
                              2. Airtel technical person closed the issue without confirmation
                              3. Airtel changed the warranty terms without notice.
                              4. My product is on warranty and Airtel is not ready to replace the modem.
                              5. Customer service is very poor.

                              I want someone to solve the issue and replace my power adapter or modem (whichever is
                              faulty).

                                I own 2 postpaid mobile numbers from airtel. i regularly deposit their respective bills on time. Last month i.e on 12th sept 2011 i deposited both mobile bills on one of their outlet in Udaipur (Rajasthan) and thought they are paid, after many days of notification o[censored]npaid bill i called up customer care and asked them to look into the issue as i had already made the payment. They asked me for the receipt numbers. I provided them with one but i was not having the other receipt as i had already submitted it to my company for reimbursement but somehow i managed to get both the receipt numbers and provided it to them. The concerned person i talked to was Ms. Sarifan. She told me she will call up their outlet to confirm the situation as cash was paid for the bills and it should have got cleared within 24 hours of payment. After asking to do so by Ms. Sarifan i provided the mobile number for their outlet where i deposited the bills. Till evening after getting no solution and perceiving a condition where i would be entitled for a late fee as my account was not paid i went to the same outlet and made a query about my bill. This was on 27th sept 2011. The responsible person told me that it will be paid within 15 minutes. The bills were paid within an hour. I received no calls from airtel regarding this issue after that.

                                This month again i deposited my bills on the same outlet as there is only one alternate option of a distant airtel outlet available.

                                i called up airtel customer care on 15-oct-2011 and gave all this detail to Ms. Sarifan and told her about the same problem arising again. I also asked her about my last complaint status. She told me that the complaint was closed and that a call was given to me for the same telling me that the reason for delay in payment was cheque delay. I asked her that if the mode of payment was cash and mode o[censored]pdation of my account with airtel was cash how could there be a cheque delay and where is a cheque at all involved? she told me that she would look into the matter and asked me for a day's time to call up and talk to their outlet meanwhile i should talk to the nodal officer and provided me his number. The next day i called up again and asked for a resolution the reply Ms. Sarifan gave me was have you talked to the nodal officer? i said no she asked me to talk to him and said he would be able to resolve the issue. I asked her to launch my complain and asked her to provide me with the the complain number to which she said she cannot raise a new complaint if earlier one is not closed. I called up the nodal officer and told him the issue. he asked me for the contact number of the outlet.(i dont understand why hey dont have a contact number of thir own outlet....) i was not having the receipt handy so i told him i will provide it to him in a minute. when i called up again nobody picked up for a long time. in the evening i got a call and the lady name Ms.Heena she asked me if the issue was resolved i replied no and asked her to call me when they have a resolution to my issue which was not only delayed payment but manipulation of my funds for a long time. She said we will resolve your issue very soon and give you a call in half an hour. No calls after that for the day.

                                Ms. Sarifan called me and asked if the issue was resolved i said no the issue is not resolved and asked her that neither nodal officer has replied on my complain. She asked me to note down my new complaint number and said issue will be resolved by 21st oct 2011. I was now loosing my patience and she added can i go to the outletand request them to make my payment? Now i was not able to tolerate it anymore i asked is this a joke? I asked you to launch a complaint 2days ago and you are doing it now then you don't know the number of your own outlet, and you are asking me to make a request to the faulty person to make a payment which states i am a person who is idle for the whole day.

                                I have all the receipt copies and the proofs of the payment mode.

                                Aahaah again ...these airtel company guys are taking this matter very lightly. This time again i have faced the same issue. The mobile reciept no is 3486. The bill was deposited on 16th of april and is due till date i.e 28th of april. I am amazed with the level of professionalism these guys are showing.

                                  I got the old statement (from last month) as well as this month's statement for
                                  me to verify. Please find my explanation below.

                                  Aug 2011) for the plan change done in the middle.. which carry forwarded any
                                  outstanding amount from old account to new account.

                                  Number : [protected] - Had a one time charge of 89.56 (in last month's bill -
                                  Aug 2011) for the plan change done in the middle... which carry forwaded any
                                  outstanding amount from old plan to new plan.

                                  Now this month (sep bills)

                                  Number : [protected] - you had again included a one time charge of Rs.17.98
                                  stating that it is for outstanding amount from old account to new account ..
                                  but there is not outstanding charge in my account and thus I must say that this
                                  charge is not correct and should be reverted. (If you still feel there is
                                  outstanding give me the break up of the charge)

                                  stating that it is for outstanding amount from old account to new account ..
                                  but there is not outstanding charge in my account and thus I must say that this

                                  the details I have and it is totally not acceptable that you say it is
                                  outstanding from old to new, without providing evidence reg what is

On 6th oct 2011 I decided to PORT my Airtel no into Idea. before porting Customer care call me and ask reason for same for which i said calling rates and sms rate are not affordable to me, therefor i am switching to idea. On that they offer me a plan in which any airtel ( local ) 10 paise/ mim calling , any other network ( local) 30 paise/min calling, STD 50 paise/min calling and 100 sms daily free. Out of which i didn`t yet receive 100 sms daily free. I made a complaint of same for 3 times and customer care said in next 48 hours problem will be solved. Uptill now no action has been taken 6 to 8 days gone. every time they say now i will forward a complaint and don't know what happen to that complaint. They say you will receive complaint no by sms nor that complaint no is received. Please help me regarding same and take necessary action against Airtel for making false promise and improper service.

                                    I am availing Airtel Prepaid service from past 8 months. Every month I face many sort of problems. Now from past 1 week, I'm unable to make any calls in a single shot. Also if some one tries to call me I'm unreachable or swtched off. I am calling the customer care fellows every day and they assure me that its a temporary problem and within 4 hours every thing will be allright. But still no action has been taken. Now whenever I call them , the bell rings and the call gets disconnected. The supervisor is also not picking up the phone. Some thing needs to be done against them as they are simply cheating the customers and nothing else.

                                    I rechareged with 61 Rs. sms card of airtel that provided 610 sms free. for 2 days sms were goin free but from 3rd day they started deducting money @ 1 rs/sms from my prepaid bal. on contacting they didnt respond properly, fruther they automatically activated value-added services n started deducting money. many sms were sent requesting de-actvation of value added services n we recd. confirmation from airtel also, still they're deducting money from my a/c n taking no action. my complaint no is 97069.plz help me over the matter.
                                    i ve been using airtel card since 7 months .actually i owe airtel friends card, they provide happy hours for calling, ie cheaper rates at several hours, but i was totally cheated on this, number of times they deduted more the amt of money than usual than happy hours. And wat to say abt the hopeless & pathetic customer care which never helped me.today i called for atleast 10 times for grprs settings on mobile service but all of them severely disapointed me.so at last i m tired of this hopeless network.i least expected that they ld give me iht directions
                                    I am having the Airtel connection No. [protected]but it is regret to state here that the Services of Air Tel is so poor that whenever I try to call it connect & immediatly within 03 to 04 second it got automatically disconnected & the charges are leived /deducted immediatly i.e. only for connection & not for communication with the desire person. Hence, it is not understood to me when Air Tel is claiming that they are the largest private telecom service provider but the services are so poor. Know a days by giving attractive advertisment more & more connection are being issued but subsequently the services are not got expanded to that extended. Moreover, when I tried to contact local Air Tel Office by dialing 121, the sterio type messages are there & for which I had been charged which is not under stood.

                                    I have a post paid connection of Airtel with no; [protected], from past four I am following up with airtel to change my bill plan, every time they give an excuse, my query is not answered, i had escalated this issue to Airtel Seniors, but still the results are same, due to all this I have to Suffer heavy call Charges, Though had informed them that i am in roaming and this requirement is urgent. Regarding this I spoke with 8 customer care people and 2 nodal managers but still no technician has visited the place and the issue was not solved can you tell why it’s getting delayed after speaking with nodal managers.I don’t understand what you techteam is doing from past 2 weeks.

                                    If you customer care team and technical team is not able to check the issue and resolve the issue Remove the connection

                                    Airtel — Improper Value Added Service

                                    When I got a message for one year pack of hello tune with the recharge of Rs. 198 which is supposed to be activated in 48 hours as per they mentioned. After reading that message I recharged with Rs. 198 and immediately I got confirmation of recharged message on my number. But when I found that it was not activated even after 48 hours which was promised by provider, I called up customer care of Airtel and the person said it will take total 72 hours.
                                    It was still fine to go.
                                    But it is now more than 96 hours past and it is not activated.

                                    The main thing is I have ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel.
                                    If I would know that such thing can happen in Airtel, I WOULD "NEVER" HAVE CHOSEN "AIRTEL".

                                    Should I count it as my "mistake" that I ported from "VODAFONE TO AIRTEL" ??

                                    P.S. : If any of Airtel person is going to comment on this, please do not put any copy+paste comment, if you have anything in your hand to do than write it and then send it.

                                    I had got my airtel prepaid connection to postpaid on 16/Oct/2012. Today I.E 27/10/2012. My outgoing has been stopped. I've not been intimated/Alerted about the same. I am unable to contact the airtel customercare service also because of the same reason.
                                    Since, mobile is an important mode of communication. The loss here is the lack of proper service and the cost I've to bear for the breakage of communication. They should have had atleast courtesy to inform me.

                                      I am really sorry to say but AIRTEL Customer Care Service is really Worst. Airtel is Unable to resolve the query in given time of 4 days.and after that also they are not ready to resolve complaint after 15 days from complaint launched.

                                      I am using airtel Campus sim card.When my cards validity was supposed to end on 3rd OCTOBER 2011.I did call Airtel Customer Care to Confirm regarding validity recharge for same previous scheme to continue with my number.Customer Care Executive Gave me WRONG INFORMATION regarding recharge i.e. Instead of 96 she told me to recharge of 41.WHICH CONVERTED MY CAMPUS PLAN OF 10 PAISE / MIN to 1RS / MIN.
                                      Thats really irritating and AIRTEL IS STILL NOT GIVING ME MY OLD PLAN BACK. CCE are DISCONNECTING MY CALLS..
                                      IF THIS COMPLAINTS ARE REALLY OBSERVED BY ANY PERSON OR COMPANY PERSON....PLEASE TAKE FOLLOWUP OF IT AND PLEASE HELP ME IN RESOLVING MY QUERY.
