I've been using Airtel cell no. [protected] since May 2008. In Sept. 2009 I received a message from Airtel
regarding re-submission of ID-Proof and Address-Proof. After a few days an Airtel employee came to my residence and collected personally these documents. However on 7-10-09 ,my above cell no. was inactivated by Airtel.On 8-10-09 I visited Airtel Shopee,Akurdi(Pune) and on advice of Airtel executive I again filled a form and submitted address-proof,id-proof and photograph.The executive assured me that my cell would be reactivated within 4 days.But my cell was not reassured within 4 days. I again visited the same executive on 14-10-09,15-10-09.Each time she told me that system was down.
At the time of diwali I am facing great hardship ,it is requested that my cell may kindly be restored immediately along with a compensation @ Rs.1000 per day for the inactivation period.

please let others aware of it and if possible post it in Facebook or other social media sites..that way you can help others from using this crap ...
i completely agree that AIRTEL service is worst in the busines, that is coz there are some irresponsible Airtel DTH officers who are not ready to take the ownership.
in short don't go for AIRTEL DTH.
