Hi ! My airtel num being [protected].. I am using this just for broadband with unlimited plan.. when I went to make the payment I see 1826 intead of 899.. when asked they say its because of the voice calls.. I mean I dont have the telephone instrument at all for this num, and I dont understand how calls are being made from my num... Have spoken to customer care regarding this.. They said they would get back.. but all in vain! worst service provider ever.... Very bad tech support team... Work done is damn slow...would like to disconnect airtel... Kindly do it as soon as possible than sending me fake bills for which I have not used at all apart from just ''BROADBAND''....

Airtel tried to install an anti-virus program on my computer but it did not work. Now I have been billed for the failed installation. When I complained, I got a message stating Ref No as 15368720 giving date to get back as 31st Dec 2008 by 11.23.39. This date and time passed. I went to Airtel's Main Office in Egmore, Chennai and complained. Again I got a message stating Ref No as 15475638 giving date to get back as 03 Jan 2009 by 16.03.25. This time also, the date and the time passed. I am still stuck with a bill with items which I have to pay for but which I have not enjoyed.

There is a last date for payment of bill. If I do not pay by the due date, I will have to pay a penalty which alone works out 111% of the bill amount that I am otherwise expected to pay. Airtel having made an abortive attempt at installing their Anti-virus software, after removing Norton, which was on the machine, and then billing the customer and charging him penalty for not paying up on time, is arms twisting of the weak by the mighty.

I tried sending this complaint through Airtel's website - Reach Airtel - but under the Broadband Customer Support, there are circles provided for selection and one of these is to be mandatorily selected if the complaint has to go through. If not done the complaint will not be accepted and the same screen comes back on the monitor. On pointing to "Select your Circle" the drop down list shows only "Select your Circle" and if one tries hitting "Go", it says that you have to " Please Select Circle First" and shortly thereafter you are again looking at the same screen on the monitor.

I would appreciate if some attempt is made by Airtel to try and install the anti-virus software, else at least load back the Norton and Airtel could please adjust the bill for Rs 44.93 and I will pay it.

i am mukund and i m using airtel broadband service from 28/04/2009. i was told by the airtel agent that in first month billing of the brodband service will not be done. but today i got a bill from airtel of Rs1099 for the period 23/04/2009 to 22/05/2009, which is no doubt wrong billing as i was using the service from 28/04/2009 not 23/04/2009.

Airtel Broadband Services — REGARDING WRONG BILLING

I HAVE BROADBAND CONNECTION ON MY TELEPHO NO [protected] AND ACCOUNT NO IS 10250900

I HAVE RECEIVED MY LAST BILL NO[protected] DT. 24.05.2009 AMOUNTING TO RS. 2194.00 IN WHICH THERE IS EXCESS CHARGES ON DSL LINE IS RS. 1024.00 AFTER ADJUSTING DISCOUNT AMOUNT. I AM USING DSL CONNECTION FROM LAST 4-5 YEAR AND MY DATA DOWN LIMIT WAS 375 MB PER MONTH WHICH NEVER CROSSED BUT AFTER TAKING YOUR NEW PLAN EVEN AFTER INCRASING THE DATA DOWN LOAD LIMIT FROM 375 MB TO 1GB, I AM REGULARY RECIEVING EXCESS BILL FROM LAST 3 MONTHS. THE DATE AND TIME MENTIONED IN BILL DETAIL IS WRONG, ON SOME DATES IT IS PRIOR TO MY OFFICE TIME. I HAVE TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE ON 1.06.2009 AND HE GIVES ME REFE NO. 2040131 AND I HAVE RECEIVED A CALL FROM CUSTOMER CARE THAT THE CHARGES ARE CORRECT AND IF I AM NOT SATISFIED THEN TALK TO MR. RAJ KISHORE ON 41614777 REGARDING MY COMPLAINT BUT I AM SORRY TO SAY THAT THIS NO IS ALWAYS BUSSY AND I AM UNABLE TO CONTACT WITH MR RAJ KISHORE. I HAVE ALREADY MAKE THE PAYMENT UNDER PROTEST OF THE ABOVE SAID BILL. I'm writing this email to mention the deficiencies of services from Airtel. I logged a request to move my telephone service & Broadband to a different location due to my movement on 30th June. I was informed that moving line will take a week. However Airtel failed to inform me that they dont provide service at my new location and finally called me on 12th July to confirm that they will not be able to provide the service. I was called thrice after 12th July by Airtel and asked me if I can get this service transferred to some of my relative or friend, which I denied. On 15th July, I called Airtel BB helpline, from my mobile for good 20 mins, and I asked them what they are doing with the connection since nothing has been done. Finally on 17th July, I was contacted and informed that they will cancel the line and issue a Final Bill. My request to send the final bill to my new address failed to pass the caller's ear as he bluntly denied that it cannot be done and I've to request for a copy of Final bill be sent to my new address. Now after 1 month of all the agony and harrasment, I'm now receiving calls from Collection Agency from Airtel to pay the bill, bill which has never received by me and which is incorrect despite me logging complaint with customer care. I've two reference number, which I got from Customer Service, which was provided when I logged request to move my service and to complain about deficiency in service. Reference nUmber are : 734141 & 87265424. Please help.
we are the advt. bookingI centre of Tinmes of India, Daink Jagran, Hindustan etc.I have taken your connection no.[protected] since the launch of Airtel in 2005 in Lucknow, earlier we have combo plan. your marketing persons promise of very high speed of internet but in use it was so normal as we were using BSNL Dial up after that in june 2006 we have been asked for speed to take Broad band 256 kbps connection . we changed the plan accordingly, since june 2006 than you are charging Rs. 699/- + taxes to me but I have been cheated by your marketig man we have been given 128 kbps speed
we are shocked to know that you are selling plan Rs. 599 with 128 kbps speed & 100 calls free
you are charging to me Rs.699 with 128 kbps speed without any calls free, whereas there is no such as tarrif plan you are selling .we feel cheated by AIrtel plz. adjust my excess money in your future bill and immediately make our broardband speed 256 kbps as promised to us while sellin this plan

while taking the connection I have opted for 386 kbps. as the first month bill included antivirus charges and also as it was for a part of the month could not make out anything. The present bill is for full month and instead of getting a bill for Rs.799/- I got a bill for Rs.1199/-. I also inform you that I don't use my landline for outgoing calls and it is always locked. Request you to look into the matter early and send a revised bill in order to make the payment.

Airtel Broadband — giving the dial up speed in a broadband connection

The airtel broadband team has fixed the internet broadband connection at my place from last 5 days .the told me dat phone will be started within one hour ,but the llandline phone provided by bharti airtel is still dead.AND MY COMPLAIN IS DAT ,THEY R CHARGING ME FOR 128 KBPS SPEED AND THEY R PROVIDING ME THE SPEED OF 2KBPS OR 3KBPS.ITS JUST A CLEAR CHEATING.I WANT TO STOP THE CONNECTION AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.PLZ HELP ME OUT..

This is to bring into your kind notice that, we have got airtel broadband connection on phone number [protected]. We have been your customer since 2007 and have been regularly using your broadband service.We have been regularly paying all the bills against the usage.For last few months, due to job shift we have been out and not using the internet services of the given number ([protected]).Our parents are at home who do nt have any idea o[censored]sing internet. Recently we have recieved bill of Rs.2300 without any usage in the given period.Not only that, its surprising to recieve even usage details of that period.

We are consistently recieving calls to pay the given amount but we are very sure that we have not used internet , So in that case we cannot pay the bill.I have even launched a complain on your call center ( Complaint number[protected] but no action has been taken and on other side my parents are consistently being harrassed for paying the bill. I am requesting you to kindly look into this matter. Till date we have paid all your bills because we used it but now when we havent used it, we are not going to pay it.

We have been consistently asking to sort out this matter and check it out if it is being misused somewhereelse because in case of that we will have bill burden again in next month for which we are not responsible.If you are not able to control this misusage then kindly disconnect, we do not want to be your customer.

Even I was provided a email id by customer care in which mails are bouncing back.

This is Mallika.
I had an Airtel broadband connection.I decided to surrender and get it disconnected in Aug 2010, as I was not going to be in the country.I called up the customer care, and told them to disconnect.They registered a request and disconnected the service, and said that they would also send someone to collect the equipment.
No one came to collect the equipment.And to my surprise, they claim to have received a request to reconnect the service.They obviously made a billing mistake, and now are refusing to accept the same.
Even worse, they are threatening to take this matter to the court, all when the mistake is completely on their part.
This is their way of extracting Rs.2587/- from a customer due to wrong billing.
Unbelieveable! Airtel is just horrible, and is trying to make me pay, for a fault of theirs'!!

I paid for a year of airtel broadband in advance in October 2010 (Rs. 8924) on my phone line[protected]. Suddenly, this month - January - Airtel sends me a bill for the whole amount of Rs. 8924 to be paid again and then, to top it all, send me a monthly bill which also includes monthly broadband charges of Rs. 899. So after paying them, they are billing me twice over.

I have written to them but only get an automated reply. Their telephone service is as lousy with only automated messages. They say they will get back in 24 hours and after 5 days, still no solution.

What do I do? And why should I pay these fraudulent charges when the amount I have paid them in advance has long since been debited? It's really very frustrating!

Airtel Broadband Services — Wrong Billing, Awful Customer Service

It goes like this:

Since I changed my unlimited plan to a limited one couple of months ago (probably in August,2010), I started facing the below problems:

1. I was getting excessive high broadband bills. Even though my usage remains quite low throughout.
2. I checked the itemized bill and shockingly found out that mass downloads have been shown during odd hours (2 PM/3 PM /4PM etc) when I would be in office and nobody else would be there either.
3. I also keep my DSL line switched off when I am not home.
4. Not only that, in a same day I found that the billed amount is way much higher than the actuals, which I found using a industry leading Network Monitor tool.

This looked very clearly to be either
1. Problem in Billing or
2. Cross connection with other subscribers sharing the same distribution board.

I highlighted the problem to Airtel, which ended up in multiple new complaint numbers, and needless to say: NO SOLUTION.

Being frustrated I stopped paying the Bill (for last two months) and urged them to resolve the issue with immediate action. Nothing was done. Every time only one response would be given that their concerned department has investigated the matter and has found no problem in billing.

Additionally, I sent them all proofs of the actual usage pointing out which all days there are billing mismatches (needless to say, extra billing). Nobody even did care to look at those.

I also have approached Nodal officer and Appellate officer, who again like a copycat replied same set of words. Now these guys are theatening me to take legal actions in case the due is not paid, which is at least Rs. 3000/- extra than what it should be.

Please suggest.

Airtel Broadband — Wrong billings

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is for the second time in last 06 months wherein i have paid(through net banking) the broadband bill amount but the same has not been updated in the internal records of the Bharti Airtel Broadband services.

As a result of the same , the service provider is continuously disturbing me and my family through phone calls and personal visits of Airtel broadband employees.

I take this particular act by service provider as very insulting , humilating . It is even very insecure for my family members if any body visits my residence any time for collection of payment which i have already paid.

I feel Mr. Sanjeev Kapoor MD and CEO responsible for this act. Mr. MD has failed to manage his responsibilities to smoothly run the operations of the company and to provide satisfactory services to the customers like me.

Broadband — Double Payment

I am having a broadband account with SPEARHEAD (Customer ID 3101) under unlimited plan of 1 Mbps for which I have paid in advance two months rent up to 22 June 2011.

However, their collection agent called on me yesterday and insisted on payment of a further sum of RS 1983/- towards two months rent ignoring our earlier advance payment which is valid till 22 Jun 2011. He wrongly explained to me that the previous advance was already adjusted.

Accordingly, I issued a cheque No 813462 dated 28/5/2011 on HSBC Bank for Rs 1983/- for which collection agent has given a receipt on the bill.

From yesterday night, I am not able to log into the net, and there is no connection available.

This is totally unjustified and an unfair practice, and needs immediate attention.

SPEARHEAD has not yet returned my cheque for Rs 1983 as there is nothing due from me till 22 June 2011 as per my records.

AirTel — Wrong Billing for the Broadband

Concern Related to Broadband Billing.

Previously my plan was 2Mbps Unlimited @ 1299.

I have raised a request to change my Plan to 512 Kbps 3GB @ 449 plan on 7th July 2011 as assured by Airtel customer care executive i was not supposed to get the old rental for the month of July and August 2011. The Plan got changed to the requested plan on 21st Aug 2011 in the system because of the system up-gradation as mentioned by the Airtel representative.

I have not been informed about the case that the plan will not get changed to the requested 512 Kbps plan on 8th Aug 2011 because of the technical difficulties. Now when i asked that i have received the same old billing of [ Rs-1433/- + Rs-1433/-] ]for the two months [ July 2011 and Aug 2011 ] then i am made aware that because of the technical difficulties the plan did not got changed to the 512 Kbps plan on 8th Aug 2011.

Why i am held responsible to pay the bill for these two months because of the technical difficulties from Airtel end ,as i requested to change the plan on 7th July 2011. Please initiate a waiver of the bill generated for July 2011 and Aug 2011.

I am associated with Airtel since Jan 2000. I feel this is not the correct way to handle loyal customer.

Please revert ASAP, i do not want this to be escalated further.

We have applied for the net connection in November 1st week and have been told that it will be installed the next day.We have also paid INR 1000 cash to the airtel representative.But no one turned up for installation for next 10 days.Then we told Airtel customer care to get the net installed in 1st week of December since we are travelling out of station.Only on December 6th the airtel representative came and installed the net.We have been told that for 1st month we will have to make the payment only for the service charge as we have made the advance payment .But to our surprize we have recieved the invoice and they have also added that 1K Rs. to thatWhen we complaind about wrong billing firstly they said they do not have in records that we have made the payment of INR 1K.When we have given them all the proofs they said they will get back to us.Even after repetative emails no one turned up.Out of a sudden,someone called up and said that they have refunded the amount by cheque.We have no clue which cheque they are talking about.In their records they have marked the case as resolved as they have given us the refund cheque.When I told their representative we have not recieved any cheque he said it could have been submitted to your account.Which account they have subvmitted when we have not shared any account no.And above all that they are disconnected our net connection because of non payment of bill.Why should we face this when we have already made they payment.We are ready to pay the service charge but why the double payment.

Hope to get some resolution of this.
Airtel Chennai Anna nagar 2nd main road(branch) are not giving reciepts for the amount paid. As a result they are asking again to pay the amount. When questioned they say that their rules does not permit to give reciepts for cash payments. This kind of system prevails no where in India. Also this gives room for embezzlement in the form of wrong billing and excess billing. Kindly look into the matter as i had been a victim of it and the matter had not benn solved as yet with the Airtel. Isn't this a kind of robbery on the part of Airtel.

    I had bought a Samsung 32 inches LCD TV LA32C350 from Branch name HSR-1020 of Adishwar India LTd. Bill no. 2834 on 07.11.2010
    I got a Samsung Airtel Normal Activation Kit free with it then
    i got a call from airtel in November 2010 saying that this is your Customer ID ..which is [protected] and asking address where to install the Dish TV.
    then after a long time when no one showed up at that address ..i called up airtel dish TV customer care again..nd i got a reply that...right now there is no stock.
    Now whenevr i call airtel ..they say the offer is already over So ask the dealer from where i Bought It
    When i talk to Dealer they Say It has to be provided by Airtel and They can not do anything
    I had Communicated everything to Airtel Team and produced all the proofs ahowing i deserve the activation kit But they are now not responding and not at all taking any action.

    I would appreciate if someone from airtel See this and take up some measure to solve the issue
    and deliver the activation kit and if not possible from there side then tell that its not possible and the offer was a fraud.
    atleast some communication should be clear.

I have given my complaints serveral times but no result.....already 50rs. have been deducted from my account and its really frustrating......

        hi,

        On dialing the said 1900 number we get a prompt that we are going to receive our upc code in six hours time. I have called nearly 20 times and i have not got any call regarding my upc code!!

        i haven been using airtel for many years but want to switch to BSNL in order to get blackberry services. I have already taken the matter with consumer court here in kashmir and i am planning to further inform the media about this fraud by Airtel.

          I (Ajit Pratap) am using airtel prepaid no. [protected] for last 2 years, on 6-Apr-2011 by evening I recharged my phone by Rs. 100. But next day my account was diducted for caller tune charges while i have not applied for any one. and when i complain on customer care the disconnect the phone. they Dicduct Rs. 45 for that without any pre information.

          Cheat consumers by acitivation all valued added services without notice, and deducting the balance without notice, and after calling there consumer care for consistently 2- 4days and after once constumer care guy says this and this bla bla service is requested by you so we are deducting the money from prepaid balance (which i have not opted or send any SMS), imagine if these people deduct daily 1 or 2 ruppee by crores of people what you be there rough tournover of over (2crores per day) this is how they cheat the customer...very sad to cheat consumer daily.


          Same in my case also, everyone should raise this issue and kick there ...

          i am narendar my mobile number is [protected], i had never activated games club service provided by airtel, i every month have been charged Rs-30 from my account every week totally i have been charged Rs -90 till now.i want the amount Rs-90 to be credited in my account or else i will have to take legal action.

          i hope you go trough the complaint and solve the problem soon...

                Getting calls from number[protected],[protected] but when I received the call it was cut from other end. Because of this time is wasted we are distrubed. My mobile service provider is Airtel. On one hand they are providing service & other end they are harassing us. Please stop this or will have to lodge complaint against concerned or stop using Airtel. One should feel ashamed by doing this type of act.

                  I am using an airtel number from past 6 months. Last month some executive form airtel called me and asked if i am interested in 3G services. I clearly told him that i am not interested in it and told him not to activate the 3G services. But after some 3 days, 3G services was activated on my number.
                  After some days i recieved monthly bill in which they has put Rs. 1500 as internet usage charges where as i have not used any internet service.
                  When i called customer care, they said they will look in to the issue and get back to me in some days. But even after waiting for more than 15 days no one from airtel called me and they did not even send any sms about the updates. When i called the customer care again, they said the complaint is already closed and they can take any action now.
                  I repeatedly requested them to look into the issue and waive off the extra charges they had levied. But they said they will not do that.

                  Also i had complained that some service is being activated again and again without my consent and had asked them to de-activate the service. its been 20 days since i complained about it, but i am still getting messages saying that the service is renewd and they are chargong 30Rs every time.

                  I am not the only person facing this kind of issues. Many are facing problems with airtel.
                  Earlier i was using a prepaid number. They used to activate services without our consent and charge exhorbitantly for that. If we contact them, they would just say that we had requested for activation of that service and they cant reverse the charges.

                  Please do something about this. This Airtel people are very rude and they provide wrong information and mislead customers. they will continue to do this until we teach them a lesson.

                  AirTel — activation of unwanted and non requested service, charges levied for that, rude response from the customer care

                  Airtel activated Cricket Celebrity Chat(CCC) with any request for such services from my end and deducted INR
                  On March 3, 2011 at 14:25:14 hrs, I received a message from airtel(sender number: 505050) saying thank you for choosing CCC and 15 bugs has been deducted from your account for this service activation.
                  I have never ever requested for such services, I was shocked with this message as I did not even know if such services exist. I immediately called 121 followed by 198 for this issue, talked to Yogesh, the first point of contact for me at airtel’s grievance addressal desk. He had no valid, acceptable reply for this issue, in fact he had no answer for why did it happen.
                  Then he said the only thing he can do then was to stop the service. Since the balance has been deducted, he could not return. I got angry and told him that it’s the company, and not me who is at fault, so you will have to return the amount, just forward the call to your senior executive. He put me on hold to check for his senior and after sometime, he turned back and said that the balance will be credit back to my account in 1 hour.
                  I waited 2 ½ hours but neither I received any message nor the balance was given back. I tried to call 198 again for 19 times but as soon as I chose the option for complaint, it said,” for information on balance and validity, call 121 and thank you for calling airtel” nd disconnected my call every time.

                  I called airtel at around 7:45 on 3 march, 2011 again using my friend’s phone [protected], when I entered my number for grievances , it disconnected the phone every time but then I entered her number only for that too. It got connected easily with almost no waiting time, what magic!!
                  This means only that my number was blocked to receive calls (dialed to 198) by the customer care.

                  I asked him to divert the call to the senior executive “Raghu”(as far as I remember), as my patience was challenged enough by that time. The senior executive was rude , arrogant and seemed to be in no mood to hear that the company was at fault. Since I was angry, he told me balance will credited believing my words without any check, as if he was doing favour to me. In age of computer people say since it will take time to find out truth I take your words. Disgusting reply garnished with rudeness!!
                  I told him to escalate the issue and tell me the reason behind such behavior then he said if it is done the amount won’t be credited immediately, he was trying to crush my voice and I think did not want to unveil his rude behavior. My money was given back to me as a favour, and they showed as if they had done no mistake.

                  Company like airtel cheat on people for such small amount of money, disgusting and shameful. While charging for something, immediately they deduct the amount but while returning money, they face technical problems, don’t do it even in 6 hours.

                  Waste of time for me,
                  Attack on my patience, I could not concentrate on my work,
                  Mental torture,
                  Above all I would not have noticed, and called , they would have easily eaten my money.

                  I want written apology from the company, apology from those employees and written assurance that this won’t be repeated ever .
                  I want strict action to be taken against Yogesh and the senior executive (Raghu am not sure, its easy to find out his name for airtel, by tracking calls from my phone for 3rd march,2011 around 7:45 pm) and want in written what action was taken against them, with a say in that if that is not a proper action.
                  I want strict action to be taken against airtel for using unfair means of earning money.
                  Also I want optimum compensation for the mental torture and wastage of time I went through, so that from next time onwards the company should feel ashamed of doing it.

                  AirTel — Extra charge for service not used

                  Airtel will charge on GPRS connections without your knowledge. And even after cancelling the same, amount will not be waved off. They promise to do so, but they will not. Call customer care, you will get stories.

                    Again I have faced the same pathetic experience with Airtel Digital TV, this time for HD Plus channel Top-Ups, I have just added the HD-Plus Top-up from my airtel digital TV login, once I activated I am just checking in my TV only one channel is coming out of 3 channels.
                    I have just checked with customer care, (that guy not able to speak in English, he is telling honestly he knows only Hindi and Marathi, see what an excellent customer care airtel is having)
                    He told to remove the dish cables from my set-top-box and reattach the cables; again I was facing the same issue.
                    the next day morning I was asking the customer care, they told they need 72 hours to resolve the issue and they are telling they need to realign the dish for single channel purpose and it’s also chargeable basis.

                    At front I understand only one thing AIRTEL IS NEED MONEY AND THEY ARE NOT READY TO TAKE CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER.

                      I have Post Paid Mobile connection of Airtel for the last 12 years. My no is [protected].
                      On 31st March I sent a SMS to 1900 requesting for Porting of my services from Airtel to Vodafone.
                      I promptly received Unique Porting ID that is supposed to expire on 14th April'11. The Unique Porting ID was forwarded by me to Vodafone Representative. Now I am receiving calls from Softage India (I don't know how this company) saying thet the Unique Porting ID given is not being accepted by the system saying that " this Unique Porting ID is already in use by another mobile no".

                      Please advise how this problem can be resolved.

                          I am an airtel DYH customer. I have paid 325/- for south mega pack. the customer care operator informed that i can enjoy the pack for 1 month. he already told that all the past plans are de activated. He clearly told me that i need not pay any extra amount for one month. but shockingly after 15 days, my connection was discontinued. when asked the concerned people, thay told that i am under daily dwduction package. also they adviced me recharge again with 325/-.
                          My point is that , there are 1000s of cusr omers. airtel is making money by doing this type of cheap tricks. These people are worse than road side beggers. They are not giving proper response when i am calling the cust. care.

                          There is clearly written that amount has been charged only for silver pack and explorer. They can deduct amount only for Explorer and silver pack.

                          But they had deduct my amount for Explorer, Extreme Entertainer and silver pack. So whatever charges they have been deducted for Extreme Entertainer they must be transfer in my account and renew my due date.

                            I have applied for new Broad Band Connection from Airtel on March 28, 2011. Acknowledgement No is CEF NO CH 1150758. A person from Airtel Marketing named "Balaji D (mobile: [protected])" have reached my home and collected Rs 1099 for a connection. He told that the connection will be start available in with in 2 days.

                            After 2 Days only they given some cables but not connected with broad band service. I have called Mr Balaji and asked how long it will take. He given one more contact number [protected] (Mr Parasu Ram) for the connection enquiries. However i have called that number asked for the status, he keep says that "We will come tomorrow", but so far nothing done.

                            Now no one is picking the phone. We are not sure what happened to our money.

                              I was holding one connection. Since 30th March 2011 my DTH service interrupted due to some technical problem (ERROR CODE B001).

                              I have informed the same by calling call centre .however; so many times line got disconnected by call centre executive... Few executive confirmed that engineer will visit my place soon every time provide me a new case ID (6558581,6652380,6682501)

                              After so many attempts, I was trying to put disconnection request through call centre.. However, they are not taking my request for disconnection..

                              Summary of problem:
                              Call centre lines are not working properly
                              Executives are disconnecting lines, if resolution is not available.
                              Executives are not able to respond to queries - Trained executives should be available for proper responses as promised before installation, As promised before installation, customer satisfaction is first priority. Now it’s became pain for us.
                              Please help us to get proper resolution for restore our service back or permanent disconnection.

                                25.03.2011 night nearly 10 o clock I call raj tv cini quiz program.
                                call is going on and a lady told pls wait you will be connect soon with studio,she was continuosly told this words for 13 minutes suddenly the mobile line disconnected.I was very shocked because Rs130 is minus in my mobile account.
                                I thought the minute counted after starting the talk with studio person,so I am waiting on the line but after 13 minutes
                                Rs 130 (Rs 10/minute) was minus in my account.I kept Rs 130 only in my account, so after 13 minute the phone line disconnected otherwise toomany amount will be lose for me.I call Airtel customer care for this problem ,he say we are doing correct and we cannot returned the amount.I am upset and ask the details for network changing , but he say thank you for calling and cut the line.second time this is repeated and third time I call the customer care but he block the customer care line for my mobile number.
                                In 13 minutes only one caller talk with studio nearly 30 seconds,but I am waiting 13 minutes .The programer say repeatly pls call and win Rs 45,000.00 nobody call him,then why he did not talk with me?
                                Where did the phone amount going?and who is the response? Or otherwise is this my mistake?(because I don't
                                know the rules & regulation for this programme)
                                Any possibility for refund my amount?.pls give me the kind advice.

                                  I have taken a Rs.599 limited plan, 2GB transfer, as I use Internet on phone.
                                  I never use more than 1GB in a month.
                                  AIRTEL Bill says I have used 6GB, and my bill is Rs. 1337.

                                  They waived off Rs. 600 after many fights and threats.

                                  2nd Month, Bill comes to rs. 830. In this month, I used Internet for only 8 days, that too not more than 2 hrs a day.

                                  How can I use 3GB in 8 days at the speed Airtel gives (30kbps max)???

                                  I complained 2 times, and my phonecalls were cut by the irritating Customer care.
                                  I asked for disconnection 3 times. Noone has come forward.

                                  What do I do now?

                                  They don't disconnect, nor solve my problem.

                                    My name is Ankush Sharma and my number is [protected]. I have called Airtel customer care on 5th April2011 at 23:20. I was speaking with a customer care executive (Kulwant Singh) and he was unable to resolve the query in fact he was not even able to speak properly. When I asked him to transfer the call to the supervisor, he answered that they do not have supervisors available at night. After many requests he transferred the call to the supervisor (Akhil Singh). Akhil Singh refused to talk to me in my preferred language (English), he replied that its a domestic call center and we only speak Hindi, which he shouldn't be doing. When I asked couple of questions from him he abused me and hung up the phone.


                                    I would request you to please listen to the call and take an appropriate action against Airtel.
