[Resolved] Airtel Broadband — NOT WORKING SINCE INSTALLATION - 9 DAYS
An airtel broadband connection (256 Kbps) was installed at my residence (H No 123, Sec 17 A, Gurgaon) on 30 Nov 07. The Airtel landline no is 4013517. I have been calling Mr Mohit ( I believe is Asst Mgr Mktg) and whose mobile no is [protected] every alternate day. A technical support personnel has visited me in this regard but in vain. Twice, I have requested Mr Mohit to withdraw the connection as I will be charged for these 9 days even when the connection is not working. 90% of the calls from this landline have been made by me to the company reps for getting the connection repaired/withdrawn. Till date nothing has worked out.
