Airtel gprs is very slow in kerala. It wont connect in the evenings and only in early morning that it works. The speed is poor when compared to cellone(about 100kbps)

I would like to inform you that i have activate GPRS on my mobile bearing no. [protected] but GPRS not working & only web page opening in Mobile set, I have complain many time to customer care executive but he has ignore and told me the services have already activated on your mobile and thenafter the customer care service close on my no. This is not happening 1st time, this is a big networking services in India, I am very hopeless for behaviour of customer care executive.

Please, activate GPRS services on my mobile no for using GPRS services on PC.

My airtel no. has been barred from customer care from one month.I couldn't not connect to customer care.whenever i try to call customer care, the line cuts suddenly.
MY piece name is HTC p3400, and i asking 4 settings from customer care i had asked it more than 3 times but till now i din't get tho settings an actually i had recharge to the new offer of tht is @99 100Mb.. bt till i can't access my account so tell me wt shld do wt ths connections...

    My name is Alpesh, i was a customer of Airtel postpaid services.
    My mobile no. was[protected].
    Its wonder that i got my mobile bill for the month of november of Rs 2200.
    I had cancelled my connection in October end, and i had a proof for it.
    Since 31st october'07 i am not staying in India permanently.
    Airtel is great!!!!!!!

    tommorow come sms on my mobile customer care writing that take rs 249 for gprs then i call to customer care then he said that no charge will be taken (nahi legya) then today i see my blance is-30
    then after call to 121 and say complain to her then he said that i will no link after 24 hours call to me

    All airtel executives are illetrate and bloody . They are not aware how to solve problems of their customers. All the time they make excuses rathar then solving it. I have been facing net problem while using it through my pc but can't able for the last four days and their customer care executives are not able to solve this it seems to me that airtel appoints all low grade employees, may be airtel is not ready to pay for the right candidates. Airtel claims that it is having top class network but all is bull . I get my phone disconnected while driving into the city itself.

    Airtel Mobile — Very very very poor and unprofessional

    I took airtel for internet. It was not working and I reported more than 20 times, spoke to various people at various level. They says sorry. No one to help and we discontinued numbers. Paid all dues etc.

    After 2 months I got call for payment and I asked please provide me details of bill I have not received.
    They started using bad words and stuff. Call was from [protected]

    I called various people, but there was no result. Now ... Can some one help me here ..
    Airtel service is very very very worst. I have talk to one Mr.Karthik airtel customer care. He said repeated answer for complaints for single word "soory sir". He is not eligible to work for that job. His answer method is very very worst. I was customer in airtel for last three years. But he is not responding me.I spoke to him on 14.12.08 at 12.50Pm.

      I have been trying to get support for my Blackberry device for AirTel for over a week now. Customer support is completely inadequate and unresponsive. A most fundamental issue has not been resolved yet. Is there a forum or a 'higher authority' within AirTel or outside, where the issue can be escalated?

      hello i have bought a blackberry devise 8703 from reliance last week and there is a problem with it
      it switches off and restarts on its own several times in a day
      i have complained but no response

      Blackberry — Blackberry Support Issue

      Great article on Bloomberg Website with nice option that the Blackberry is
      coming up. This shows that we are no where behind in the world of
      technology. However, I have one nice experience to share with that probably
      will change your perception the way it happened with me. My initial
      sentences were my comments before but after interacting with so called
      professionals of Blackberry team including dealers, I have changed my
      opinion from great services to worse services.

      I would not use any abusive word however the experience that I had with
      Blackberry team compelled me to do so.

      I must share that I bought the Blackberry set Model 8900 Curve in
      the month of March 2010 and while using the same I encountered with couple
      of issues that were escalated with the respective dealers and when tried to
      reached higher authorities - could never get any contact details or forum to
      bring the issue up. Initial days of my complaint I was convinced by my
      dealers that set itself would be replaced. Would be shocked to hear that
      this assurance is now almost two months old. Each time I am trying to follow
      up, either the call is ignored or same fake assurance with no result, still
      as a customer I am in dark. Surprisingly I recommended the same model to my
      colleagues and bought almost 20 sets of the same.

      I can well imagine if this sort of treatment they can do with undersigned
      then what will happen to the individual customer.

      With great respect to Bloomberg article that I read on website (bloomberg),
      I felt like sharing my experience as could not control my
      emotions that on one side I am suffering from the behavior of Blackberry
      associates and on other side Bloomberg article shows lot of positivity about the
      company and its performance.

      authority so I will get with justice as early as possible.

      I am not sure if this is an authorised forum to discuss and what are the impact and response I can expect. I am using Airtel blackbery service. I got my account deducted by Rs 899 for the month of July-Aug. But after 10 days of service it got deactivated and it is 6 days since I am calling up customer care support for help but this is not getting resolved and they giving bogus time frames and reasons. It seems since the service provider is physically persence is not there and the complaints are raised through phone it is not at all getting resolved and hoing unheard. I am reaching out for justice. Appreciate if you could help me with resolution to this concern and do not allow service providers to take consumers for granted and the consumer rights are protected.
      I HAVE BB 8900. I WAS SURPRISED TO SEE SO MANY COMMON FEATURES MISSING IN BB ITS SOFTWATE AND SHOULD BE UPDATED IMMEDIATELY. THE FEATURES THAT MADE ME SURPRISED ARE AS BELOW :-

      I CAN'T ADD A NEW CONTACT FROM RECEIVED OR DIALLED NUMBER I HAVE TO COPY IT AND TO TO CONTACT AND PASE IT THERE LENGTHY PROCESS... (SEE E-71)

      DEFAULT NUMBER DIALLING FROM A SINGLE CONTACT HAVING HOME/OFFICE /MOB # WE HAVE TO MOVE CURSOR ALL OVER TO GO TO MOBILE AND THEN CLICK TO DIAL. IT SHOULD HAVE DEFAULT NUMBER OPTION SO WE CAN JUST SELECT CONATCT AND DIAL DEFAULT SET NUMBER AS IN NOKIA E-71

      LIMITED CONTACT NUMBERS OPTION : ITS LIMITED 1.MOBILE, 2 OFFICE, 2 HOME NUMBERS MOREOVER MOBILE IS THE LAST OPTION AND WE CAN'T EDIT THE HOME / OFFICE TO NAME IT AS IN E-71.

      REJECT LIST : IF WE SELECT REJECT CALL OPTION, IT IS FOR ALL THE CONTACTS, , , FUNNY ... ALL CALLS WILL BE REJECTED, ... SUCH A BIG COMPANY ... BLACK BERRY ... AND A SENSE LESS FEATURE ?

      MOBILE TRACKER ... SHOULD BE ADDED.

      PLEASE UPGRADE THE BB SOFTWARES ... ELSE NEXT TIME IT WILL NEVER BE "BB" IN ANY OF MY MOBILE, EVEN MY FRIENDS OR RELATIVES TO WHOM I HAVE CONVEYED THAT BB IS NO BETTER THAN COMMON MOBILE PHONES.

          when i activated my mms in airtel,i got the settings and have downloaded that particular settings.but when i received mms from my friend its received as msg with url address and password.when i ask to the customer care they didnt solved my issue.im not satisfied with this service.

          I too got a similar mail from a person assuming to be Mr. Carlos and the company they say is TOTAL PETROLEUM COMPANY SPAIN, MADRID, this morning. They say that i just have to pass an
          online interview and there is a list of available positions.

          Well, seeing the nature of complaints and queries i dont think that this is real. Because they are asking for a large sum of money. What if they get away with it. Similar to the widespread UK Lotterry spam.

          For safe side, its best not to send them any money.

          My question is, they are using big company logos, and if it is fraud why dont they do somthing about it. they have every resouce availible to track down the fraudsters. The oil companys make Billions of dollers. To top it off, their name is being used for .

            I used ICICI Bank Online to recharge my phone. Amount has been deducted my account but it is not yet credited to my cell phone.

            I received an SMS from airtel that due to some technical problem it could not recharge this time, how ever they accepted the money.

            I agree some times there could be few problem in systems. but WORST PART IS ...


            I have been trying to call their customer support number which no one picks up .. Me and my wife have tried at least 40 times.

            on their website they say write email to [protected]@airtelindia.com.
            I am writing daily emails but no reply.

            I searched for escalation channer an through their website found the email of 'Nodalofficer.[protected]@airtel.in' as an authority ot escalate the matter.

            Unfortunately this guy is also not responding. I received one email from him that he will do some thing, but no further emails from him inspite of daily remainder ..

            I have been searching google ..

            But can any one give me some email ID or phone number of any higher authority in airtel mobile like 'Customer Support Head' or so?

            I have started using an “Airtel” Mobile (Nokia & Model # 2600) for the last about few months.
            It number: [protected].
            I have noted by being very attentive that I am neither making any outgoing phone call from it nor sending any SMS from it for the last long time, but Re. 01/-, is being deducted from my very little balance amount illegally. The same, is reducing my total little balance. I have decided not to add to it any additional amount.
            I have had to make several repeated phone call from this mobile to 121. But even then no good response could be achieved in this regard from the very beginning till this present time. In addition to it, I have sent many SMSs to many related Airtel network, to get this atrocity stopped fully, and at the earliest, I noted that I was charged with Rs. 03/- at all the times of sending such SMS. But still, no good result, could be achieved from the very beginning till this present time.

            Airtel Prepaid Mobile Service Member — Daily deduction of Re. 01 illegally from my very little balance

            It's to inform all the readers, and related manager etc. to get this kind of atrocity stopped fully. I have noted very well that Re. 01/- is being deducted from my total little balance. My mobile number - +91 [protected]. If the same remains continue, I will have to discard using this Airtel Mobile Phone for ever.
            I will do without it.I have not made any outgoing phone call from my Mobile nor sent any SMS from the same mobile. No such service, is activated on my Mobile which can authorize its administrative staff to keep on deducting Re. 01/-. even then, they are being deducted daily.             When i checked the balance amount on saturday its showing 000

            Saturday night i called up to call center at night 11.30pm
            1) M/s Usha she took the call and she informed that the offer was closed that whay your money will not be there
            i asked her with out information to the customer

            2) But she couldnt answer i informed her to transfer the call to Tem leader
            She transfer the call to Mahesh he is the team leader
            I told him same conversation to him but Mahesh has replay that sorry for happen this issue
            We will do it on wednesday you will get the amount back
            suddenly he told u chaged the SIM another handset N70 i told him when i taken this handset i didnt
            remove the SIM then i told him transfer the call to Manager

            3)Mahesh informed that there is no manager today sunday they call back to you
            then he put me on hold 10 min and informed that manager was the there then i spoke to sudkher he is manager
            he told same thing i told him i want mony back
            he coulnt able take this call and he replied sunday you can get the call from our end

            4)sunday 10.15 am Vinodh called up and asked what was the isse i told him there is no proper answer from your end
            i want mondy back thats it

            This is the way AIRTEL giving service to the customer

            I was been charged Rs. 50 as clip charges from past 4 months and the connection is 10 months old now. However since its a corporate plan the clip charges is been waived. I did notice that from past 4 month i was been charged Rs. 50 extra and it is not mentioned any where on the bill stating it is clip charges, when i had sent an email to [protected]@airtelindia.com they say that Rs. 50 is charged as clip charges. I had informed them that this is an corporate connection and requested them to check the same and revert the excess charges to my account.

            I have lived abroad for 15 years and just returned to India. I am completely appalled by the quality of Customer Service in India. There is no Prepaid Customer Support at all for AirTel!

            Their website at http://www.airtel.in/wps/wcm/connect/Airtel.in/airtel.in/home/foryou/mobile/prep... tells you to call [protected] for a 24 hour customer support. When I dialied the number, it says the number doesn't exist!

            Does a big company like Airtel have a Customer Support department? Do they have a Manager or director working there? Does he/she get paid a salary? If yes, I think that person should be fired for such shoddy quality work.

            India will never ever grow up to be like the UK or USA with such quality of people or service

            Dear Sir,

            Please note I am getting useless messages / marketing calls on my phone. This has become nuesence to me. Request, to stop the same with immediate effect. Also don't try to load any game / songs or ring tones on my phone without my permission.

            Of late, I have heard that, you have started debiting directly the credit balance for loading the games / songs or ring tones to complete the given target. Please instruct your staff not to do this mistake unknowing also in my case.

            Airtel — atrocity of airtel with prepaid customers

            I got aitel prepaid connection long back. (cell no +91-[protected]). From last 3-4 months I'm literally struggling with my connection. From last 3-4 months airtel is deducting money from my account for "airtel talkies " for which I never subscribed. When I called 121 regarding this they said "sorry" thats all. but my money is not all reverted back. What the hell is this??

            and another important thing is I registered for National Do Not Disturb service on 18/02/2010 (id=s[protected]) but still my cell is flooding with commercial messages from airtel, from which I'm too much mentally disturbed.

            My suggestion to fellow Indians is please keep yourself from this fraud company.

            I am AnilRaj.R, I am totally fade up with your Airtel connection, which is I am facing for almost one week. For my last complaint from 13th Oct to 15th Oct, after a long fight I got solution on 15th Oct. And again I am facing the same problem from today (18th Oct 2010) 6.00pm, the problem is I am not able to do an outgoing call from my number [protected]. For this I called your customer care officers (useless fellows), who don’t know how to talk with a customer, I talk with Mr. Simran, Mr. Ankur etc. Mr. Ankur don’t know how to talk with a customer, I told him to transfer the call to his senior for this he only told me that thank u for calling customer care and disconnected the call. And also the same is done by Mr. Simran.
            Your customer care wing, your technical wing and other wings are not able to solve customer problem. So I am requesting u to please take your connection back and compensate me because at the time of last complaint, my loss in business is Rs.146000.00, visiting card cost for 1000 nos which I printed the same number is Rs 3000.00 and for calling to your customer care from other phone it is around Rs.600. So total is Rs.149600.00. so please do the need full as soon as possible.

            I am AnilRaj and I am using the most wrest connection in India (AIRTEL Prepaid) my number is [protected] which I am using for last one year. On 13th Oct 2010, 6.30pm my number is barred by Airtel, regarding this I called to Airtel customer care and from them I understand that my number is barred due to verification of documents, regarding the documents they never called me and they didn’t send me a message, when I told them that I didn’t get any call or message from your side regarding this at that time a senior supervisor Mr. vinod told me that they called me and informed me the same before last 2 week and from 27th Aug 2010 to 5th Oct 2010 I was out of India with my phone then how they called me I don’t know. And then Mr. Vinod told me that your number will activate before 14th Oct 2010 morning which is not happened, then I again called them in morning and a another supervisor Mr. Sachin who told me that within 2 hours your problem will rectify and then I submit my documents at your Airtel Office at NIT Faridabad by 3pm then I called from there to Mr. Sachin, then again he asked for 1 hour and I waited at your office till 8.30 Pm and then Mr. Sachin told to the staffs in your FBD office to issue a duplicate SIM for me and he told me that your number will activate within 2 hours. And till now my outgoing calls are barred.
            I feel that the experts in your office are not able to rectify the problem. I feel that now a day in India the worst connection is AIRTEL, no customer support, inefficient technical staffs, irresponsible customer care officers and irresponsible top level officers because I called there more than 20 times and till now not any responsible person called me. Finally I gave them time till 10am of 15th Oct 2010. Let us see what is going to happen.
            Such poor service...Y d hell do u keep cutting balance say around 20rs for unused stuffs, , , , and the agents puts users on hold, where in they knw dat each minute is being charged..shame on the service
            Well I agree that these Airtel Costomer service people do not solve your problem but they will misguide u.
            My self Suhail Khan & Ive complained to them several times and also to thier Manager Rakesh Ranga, but it did not help me since my problem of Call drop is unsolved since an month.

              Purchase data card on dt 7-12-09 and sim on 8-12-09 SIM No. [protected], on first time the sim activate take two days, and after activite this sim, does not proper working and connecting with my PC for internet.

              I telling to dealer at Shahdara but dealer say contact to airtel customer care, and give me so many Nos. i.g.-- [protected], [protected], [protected], and at last [protected] Miss Deveshwari Rana ji, (Miss Deveshawari Rana' No. always switch off) so i cannot contact with her, and the other nos. not proper response.

                  i am trying to create friends group from last 15 days...and it is continuously giving the msg as application down and server down. its shameful on ur part to provide such disgraceful service to customers. and i have called 100 times and requested customer service people to please look into this matter, but they reply saying they are helpless. then who the hell is going to look into this matter...???????? if i do not get my service properly, i will be forwarding the complain to consumer court...!!
                  please look into this matter as soon as possible, as i dont want to waste my time anymore with ur bloody service.

                    Hi Nodal Officer

                    I am one of the foolish customer of Airtel.My numbers are [protected] and [protected].

                    I have both these numbers and have frequent issues calling out as well as receiving calls from both of these numbers and outsiders number also from 1st Jan 2008.

                    We have exchanged SIM of both the numbers and mobile equipment changed also.After that we called your customer Service and they have raised a complaint.This was on 5th January.But no records of it.

                    On 7th early morning at 3:00 am one of my friend called your service.We had an emergency and we were not able to call anyone I managed to msg one of my friend and he in turn called Customer Service.This was the most horrible thing.The agents over there put my friend on SPEAKER AND EVERY ONE GROUPED TOGETHER AND STARTED LAUGHING WHEN MY FRIEND EXPLAINED MY EMERGENCY and on top of it he was abused and forced to disconnect the line.I WENT THROUGH LOT OF FURSTURATION AND MENTAL AGONY BECAUSE OF THIS.MY FRIEND WAS HUMILIATED DISRESPECTED AND ALSO PROFANITY WAS USED ALL BECAUSE OF MY CONCERN.WE HAD ONE EMERGENCY AND NO ONE WAS ABLE TO HELP US IN OUR NEED.I HAD MARKED A COPY TO CONSUMER PROTECTION ALSO BECAUSE I SINCERELY BELIEVE THAT AS A CUSTOMER I WAS NOT BEING TREATED FAIRLY BY YOUR COMPANY.

                    Moreover we have two complaints raised so far that is documented.One is 15142606 and the other one i dont know the number which is raised today.

                    Now your agents tell that they were not able to reach on this number and they expect me to have some other number other than Airtel.

                    You people dont believe in your own service.You can see my call logs that if you really try hard for some time you can reach me.But trying one time to reach me and then telling you are not reachable is not acceptable.

                    And I know for Airtel, loosing my two numbers would not be making any difference.

                    Because o[censored]sing Airtel I cannot afford so many losses in financial as well as social aspect and THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT I AM AN AIRTEL CUSTOMER.

                    Franky i dont think someone would reply mail for this also.

                    My question is like that when all things as per your terms condition are exactly fulfilled balance is more than Rs.20 always, every month 498/- for activated gprs , Then Why airtel never ever bother minimum responsibility even never sending a service provider settings too. If I write MO and send it 2567 – This service currently not available on your mobile . I’m using nokia 6600 but as a confusion several time I change my hand set for experiment if mine would be corrupt or temporary defective other probs , I formatted my cell . setting as like as a factory restore default . BUT ALL R EQUAL . And as per their sms response
                    “ we are………within 24 hours ……. “
                    Could you plz tell me How Many Hours make 24 hours.
                    And finally now your customer care officer admitted openly they barred my number whenever I made a call by one of my friend’s cell . and they just threaded me yes threaded this number ( my friends cell Which I use that time ) will be barred forever . they given the cause my behavior wasn’t well .
                    Am ill behavior man ? my nature was impolite by default ? I’m not capable Air tel ‘s connection ? By whom it will be certified? Your C-Care executive ! have I asked which colour they would like? which cosmetic they prefer to use ? If I lose my patience then what’s the cause behind it ? have I used any abusing terms?
                    I have recorded (by the help of my call recorder ware) their voice I can produce / publish if it’s necessary .
                    i totally agree...Airtel is a fake company !!!...there customer care executives are ppl who don't get food to eat...and Airtel hire's those sort off people...who then talk to d customer very rudely !!!
                    Vodafone is much better than Airtel..
                    i agree that a bunch o[censored]neducated freaks are the customer care fellow with airtel!

                      The Company Airtel provides fascitly to activate various schemes etc via sms. same are activated on own. later when customer uses the same it gets deactivated. later when reversals are asked for customer care doesnt reverts and reports as querry closed. all of a sudden in your followup period outgoing calls are deactivated.

                      One of the Tele marketing executive of airtel has offered me a scheme with post paid connection, she asked me a credit card zerox as document proff . on the next day there was call from airtel for verification and conveyed me that our document are clear and your card will be activated immediately and bill of it will debit from your credit card automatically . so i immediately told if it is so i don't require card of such type. but still they have activated the card.
                      i am ready to take the card but under condition , i will manually pay the bill in gallery.

                      Really I am unhappy with this Airtel service, my bill amount for the month of April, 09 was Rs.385/- but due to unsufficient balance in my account Rs.276/- got deducted, but when I checked my outstanding amount via toll free no. again it was Rs.385/- and there was update about that Rs. 276/-, I spoke to customer care executive many time but no update, even logged a complaint with airtel customer care but its of no use, they simply give the time line to resolve the customer issues but they won't follow up within the committed period
                      Really I hate the service of airtel.. ..

                        I have changed my email address and have requested to send out the bill for mobile number [protected] to my yahoo email account. I have not got the bill so far and have not made the payment. Incase I do not make the payment the Sim Card will be deactivated. I made a request for the change of mailing the mobile phone bill to this address about a month back and the same was acknowledged by your office but no action taken.                           taken prepaid connection in Sept 2007 from sector 37 (distributor ) grover communication , faridabad
                          This connection is not working since 15/12/07 even though i have given all ID proofs to the distributor as well at the AIRTEL office located at sector 37 . I have subbmitted the ID proofs two times at AIR TEL office but still my connection is not working .
                          I regret to say that even after several rounds to the air tel office at sector 37 .

                          2 months back I purchased a new SIM for my lost SIM. I gave them 100/-. They didnt even gave me the receipt of the same. They said that the SIM will ge activated within 24 hrours. After 3 days, the SIM is not still activated though. When I contacted them personally, they said that the SIM was faulty and also asked me to purchase a new SIM by paying 100/- again. Helplessly I purchased the SIM day before yesterday @ 2:00 PM. They again promised me that the SIM will get activated again after 24 hrs. Now still the SIM registration is inactive. I went their today morning @ 10:00. And also told them if sim doesnt get activated by 2 today, I will take a legal action. My wife happens to be a lawyer, will take steps under her guidance.

                          I lost my sim card last week and i came to Airtel head office at Santhome, Chennai.
                          And i provided all my details and they issued a duplicate sim and told me that it will be activated within 5 days and its not activated still. Everytime i insert my sim card it shows sim registration failed. Kindly take necesary action as soon as possible.

                            My office is located Andheri(w) besides Fame Adlabs, from past one week all the airtel users along with me are facing connection problems. We cant make outgoing calls, no incoming calls, nor outgoing sms.....only thing works is incoming sms. I'm tird of this as cell is the lifeline of business today.

                            a complaint against adlabs indore.the crowd which comes here is very bad.they shout and keep passing comments all over.not any normal comments, but very vulgar, and rude, not even considering the ladies around.the same behaviour is not seen in pvr cinema in the same city.the security outside checks our chewing gums in our pockets but dont at all bother to control the guys who pass such comments.jodha akbar was a very bad experience there. the movie created a very bad impression on me just because of the crowd in adlabs.i please bring this to notice that something should be done against it.

                            This is to inform you that, my mobile number [protected] is coming switched off dailly for those who calles me from outside though it is switched ON. It is happening since last couple of weeks and due to this I miss many important calls from my villages and city too. Further to this I get many messages to answer unnecessarily and if I don't answer these messages my balance gets deduted.

                            If you think, you have many users like me then please let me know accordingly so that It will help me to have another card instead of Airtel.

                              NOP (WAP) is active on my prepaid mobile number (Airtel, West Bengal telecom circle) for last few months. From the first week of November, 2007 I am getting a problem to access some login-web pages (like some email login pages). When trying to access getting response "Unable to create a secure connection to this server" or "Web: Connection time out" (Mostly last one). I have noticed that SSL (Secure Sockets Layer, security protocol for TCP/IP) encrypted connection is not available. To cheek the actual problem I have tried to access " login.yahoo.com " & " https://msp.f-secure.com/web-test/ (Provided by F-Secure Mobile Anti-Virus to cheek the web connection to update the Anti-Virus)" and got the same trouble.
                              I have installed another web browser (NetFront v3.2) in my handset and when trying to access getting reply " ERROR SSL handshake https://login.yahoo.com/config/login_verify2? " or " ERROR SSL handshake https://msp.f-secure.com/web-test/ " (but I am not getting any problem to access other normal HTTP pages & problem only persist in case of HTTPS pages).
                              Currently I cant access mobile hotmail, mobile gmail etc.

                              I have contact with Airtel GPRS help desk/customer care/Nodal Officer but they cant help me.
                              At last they told informed me that SECURED CONNECTION will not be available.
                              I'm in great trouble.

                              the same problem found with my connection (Airtel Live). Before November there was no problem with security of connection. But at this time its a great problem for email access.
                              Airtel did nothing on it.
                              SSL has been stop by Airtel. Customer care/Nodal officer are useless in this issue.

                              I am Shekhar and my Mother in Law is using a prepaid no [protected] which is a lifetime activated card we have requested no of times (fro past 6 to 8 months for deactivating the pitcure messages services for which we are charged Rs 30 monthly, we have tried all options (Un Luv, un Love a and all others informed by the call centre agents ) but the problem persists.
                              Request you to please deativate the services of picture maessage which we get from the Airtel server.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,
                                Compliments of the day and Happy New Year. I am Himanshu Arora from Amritsar (Punjab). I am a subscriber of Bharti AirTel from atleast 3 to 4 years. My Airtel number is [protected]. It was previously a postpaid connection till 24th December, 2007, but on 24th December, 2007 I migrated to prepaid service with the same number. After the activation of this number I got it recharged with Rs.1999 for Two year validity also got the balance of Rs.1779.
                                From last few days, I was trying to activate Hello Tunes service of One Year Subscription for Rs.200 by dialing *678#, but there was an error coming again and again as "We are experiencing network difficuties. Please try again later." Then I visited an Airtel Dealer for the E-Recharge of Rs.200 available specially for this service, but it also resulted in failure to activate and after that atempt I got a sms from the sender "ERecharge" on 3, January, 2008(Time= 6:41 P.M.) as "The VAS ID you requested is UNAVAILABLE. Retailer may have typed a wrong VAS ID, pls ask him to check and try again. TRANS ID[protected].". At 8:14 p.m., my balance amount was Rs.1722. Then at near about 8:15 p.m. on 3rd Jan., 2008, I again dialed *678# for another atempt for activation from my end and after the appropriate process I got a screen message indicating "Thank you for using *678# service. Press *1 to go one level up." After this I checked my balance amount, it was Rs.1722, means no amount was deducted from my balance and I got no message regarding the request or the activation time to be taken, so I thought it as the failure of that atempt, then I tried this thing atleast 2 times more facing the same problem without any deduction of amount and not even received any acknowledgement message regarding pending or approval for the desired request. After three atempts I decided to call Customer Care at 8:18 p.m. for the enquiry against the failure to my request, but they told me that my request has been approved and it is in process till 48 hours for activation, in addition they told that my all the three atempts were taken in consideration and they'll deduct Rs.600 instead of Rs.200 on the activation of the service providing me three year subscription. So, I requested them to just consider the first request and also requested check my loyality towards Airtel from the past years since my subscription and also told them that it is the duty of the service provider to acknowledge the customer for the Pending or the Approved request after every atempt. They replied me that I must have waited for sometime, then I answered that I tried for three times but even though I had not got any message to wait or either regarding my request is in process. I requested them a lot to help me in this regard and try to cancel my two requests and just activate the service for only one year instead of two and give my rest amount back. They finally told me that they cannot do anything in this regard.
                                As I was very much worried about loosing my balance of Rs.600 instead of Rs.200 of Airtel number [protected], it has come true and my balance of Rs.600 has been deducted today (i.e., 7th January, 2008) in the morning at about 8:31 a.m., moreover my service has not been activated inspite of deducting the amount. I request you to please call my metioned number and get to know that how a well known company does fraud to its customer by deducting the amount for a service without even providing it !
                                I again request you to please help me in getting my amount back from Airtel. It'll be a very kind favor to me.

                                  we had no clled 42401886 with airtel first of all we logged in a request on 1 oct for shifting to noida after 45 days the phone was shifted and and there was billing continuing on this no and new number alloted to us.
                                  and then shifting and name changed charges levied and the plan which was agreed for or continuing from 3 years was not applicable and some 4ooo rs bill was generated and no break given and which finally resuklted in disconnection and 10 compalin no given atleast a dozen of executives i spoke to no one wants to take onus till date there is no clarity of bill
                                  i am really fed and curse my self to choose airtel.

                                    Hi all,

                                    I am using Airtel broadband services for past 6 months. At this point of time i thought of discontinue wih Airtel. So hence i have requested for cancellation. I did not get any response from their customer care. I have requested for planty of imes, but they call me up and asking for change in plan. I have told them clearly that i do not have a computer at home so i cannot use the broadband connection. I am still finding it difficult to get rid of this problem. Their customer care reps are not allowing to speak with higher officials. I am really disappointed with the service.

                                      I Brahmdoe Varma tooked a connection of Bharti Airtel No. [protected] two months ago. Recently i m facing a big problem that airtel is charging @ Rs.5/- per message for live update of cricket news but actual problem is that i haven't subscribed for this. They have automatically started this service from 20.12.2007 & deducting the charge of the service as soon as i recharge my mobile but no one is answering to this. Till yet it has not been desubscribed & the major problem is that the no. provided by customer service for cancellation of subscription is also not valid.

                                      i have been suffered frm deduction of charge frm airtel due to usage of m.igfun.com, bt really i didint use it was.bt whtever so bt give me proocedure for unsubscribe for the same.

                                      hi this is vijay thakur using airtel no [protected] from last two year . Every month they charge me for one or two games . If i call them they said while using internet you activate this game . One month is ok but this is forth time . Can you do some needful

                                      I have an request to you for the deduction of account in my balance yesterday.I have recieve a message from the service centre that you have been charged by Rs.40 due to the using of live games,but I have not subscribe this service.My mobile no.-[protected].
