Sir,
I got activated 150 package for 500mb 3g and 500 mb 2g data. Nobody told for pro-data usage and no information about exceeding the limit. Due to that my bill is 3500 around. i got confirmation from customer care side, recharge with 500 rupee and after that we will settle and your outgoing will be activated. something i have completed and problem is still hare.
My point is that please take 150 rupee for data usage and if exceeding more than 500mb 3g and 500 mb 2g then charge as per your scheme. i have complained so many time since last 25 days and no body have given proper feed back and out going call still barred.
i want to be dis-connected from Airtel and please close my no [protected].

    I had Airtel Dish TV connection which I used for years. Becuase of several complaints and service not being good, I decided to disconnect from Airtel Dish TV services and subscribed another vendor for DTH services. When I disconnected from services I had Rs.350/ balance in my account.

    After a year or so, I got a call from Airtel DISH TV that you are not using DTH services and they can not be renewed (perfect becuase I already had decided to not to use) so we need your Setup Top Box and Remote and your account will be settled and cheque will be sent at your residence address within one month. Same day a Airtel person came and collected the "Set top box" and "Remote" This all happened on 23-Jan-2013.

    Now, in the month of March (around mid) I called up Airtel DISHTV helpdesk and to my surprise they completely deny that they have taken their set top box and Remote .. though I have a receipt of the same.

    Very strange and cheating business Airtel DISH TV is doing...

    BEWARE OF SUBSCRIBING AIRTEL DISH TV CONNECTION . THINK SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO GO WITH AIRTEL.

    Dish TV — Cheating the Customer

    I purchased a dish tv connection when the Government set a deadline and the local cable operators started facing the heat with their existing customer. Over the years I have learnt some very startling facts and interesting ways of cheating the customer.

    1) MOVIE-on-DEMAND: In the first year of joining up you get a bouquet of movies to view free of cost. Subsequently you can forget about this free bouquet because you've invested in a antenna and in short - you've been made a SUCKER.

    2) REMOTE: Try purchasing an additional remote (because your existing remote is damaged). You have not covered your STB under AMC (paid extra) so there will be an additional charge over and above the cost of the remote. - You've been made a SUCKER.

    3) Local authorized Agents: Try speaking to them about your complaint - 'APP DISHTV ke number leke directly unse baat karo'
    SUCKERED again.

    The only people who have gained out of this whole affair is the Government and the company. The public have been suckered into a piece of junk on their rooftop.

    Dish TV — Cheating Update by the service Provider.

    Dish Tv claims as Indias No. 1 DTH company. I am using Dish tv from one year. I was using silver pack of it but once I received msg from company to recharge by Three month's amount at one time and get some additional channels in this pack. I have recharged by the amount and they had shifted me in the higher paying plan which they have as Silver Saver.

    Now I want to go back in my previous pack but they want me to recharge by the same pack and pay more amount to go back in the previous pack.

    The same thing also had happened previously also also. They charged me Rs. 40 extra to go back in the lower amount pack.

    This is really disgusting. I want to go to Customer Forum for the complain against the service Provider and want to rescue the number of customers like me.

    along with sport channls( i selected pakage of rupees 210 p.m. I can not see e.g.ESPN, TEN SPORT, STAR CRICKET, )

    Dish TV — 23 hours complaint not resolved

    i am one of the customer of dish tv, my connection r not working last 23 hours,
    my dish tv complaint no is 54904246, but no one give me a solution from dish
    tv side, this is very poor customer resoluation system in this company,

    Dish TV — DISH TV Cheating Customer

    Don't belive DIsh TV offers. They will not provide what ever they offered & i complained almost morethan 50 times within 2 months & every time the customer care service give different reasons for the same. Still the problems not resolved. I also using BIG TV connection for the last 2 years, & they are offering very better service. Initially we think that DISH TV is best by seeing their offers & services, but really they are the waste services offering in India.

    Please don't buy DISH TV connection. Take any other DTH connection. Many hidden problems are in thier service & they will not like to solve the problmes. I can give proof for all the problems. Call me [protected] or send mail to [protected]@gmail.com if you need any guidance/ clarifications.

    Airtel Dish Tv — Enslaving Customers

    Dear Sir/Ma’am, I am using two Airtel Digital Tv connections currently and my customer id is [protected]. I wanted to upgrade my existing connection to HD DVR. After sending numerous queries on Airtel website which never got any response I learnt the procedure from one Ms Suman who informed me that I have to deposit Rs 2600 then request for an upgrade. I did so and gave a call for registering for upgrade only to be informed that I had to deposit a sum of Rs 3390 and not Rs 2600. After having deposited additional Rs 1600 I registered my request and was given a Number 13125671 and when I requested for an installation on the same day I was informed that the installation will take place on 30 October 2011 at 1500 Hrs. I got a call from Mr Laxman at 1100 Hrs on 30 October when I was not at my home and he insisted that I come back at the earliest. I informed Mr Laxman that I shall not be able to return before 1300 Hours and he can plan on the time given earlier of 1500 hrs only. He asked me to come at the earliest as he was in the locality and said that he would not be in a position to come back as he had to go somewhere. When I left all the work and returned and gave him a call to install the HDDVR he said that he was busy and would be able to come only after 1700 hrs. I then contacted customer care to cancel the installation only to be told that now I cannot cancel the installation as it’s against company policy. When I asked for termination of the two connections so that I could use some other service provider like Tata Sky or Reliance I was informed by Mr Vivek that if I do so I stand to forfeit whatever balance I have in my account. He gave me the number of one Mr Pritam Negi whom he said would reconfirm whatever he had told me. I wish to seek a clarification on the same and in any case seeing the attitude exhibited by the customer care personnel of Airtel Dish TV and their service engineers I wish to terminate my connections with Airtel. I would solicit an early response regarding how to seek legal alternatives and inform all potential customers through all available public means regarding this draconian policy of Airtel company which enslaves its customers.

    I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL OR INFORMATION FROM AIRTEL DISH TV after I had initially written in this forum.

    DO NOT JUST GIVE FALSE ASSURANCES to the readers and me just by writing in this forum. -- Please ACT.

    Hope, that AIRTEL DISH TV will do ethical and transparent business.
    I have not received any call or information from AIRTEL DISH TV regarding resolution of my problem, also I have sent a mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com on 31-Mar-13, also there is no response to my email.

    NO ACTION FROM AIRTEL DISH TV so far.

    As you can notice from this communication thread (Start to end), how AIRTEL DISHTV is be-fooling customers by posting fradulent and false responses. There is no response via phone or mail from AIRTEL DISHTV to me after I posted the initial complaint.

      my Airtel customer care service has been blocked. i am unable to call 121.since last 3 days I was calling to know about the status of my previous request. Every time I got a message that your request has been resolved but still it has not been resolved. No one in airtel customer service has given a satisfactory feedback and now they have blocked my 121 care also.

        I m a new user of airtel and few days back i recharged rs 200 and yesterday i made a own recharge for interneet and sms pack and then after 50 to 55 rs extra deducted in my recharge and i called lots of time 198,121,[protected] but no response and no intimation msg for extra deducted kindly sort out the matter as soon as possible.

          I have a Airtel Digital T V connection in the name of Camac. My address is 2 E & 2 F Camac Street and my name is Vivek Mahansaria. I have one Airtel Digital T V connection which i had stoped using from 2 years but i received a call from Airtel that they will give me best of services and please use our connetion. On 19.11.2012 i had recharge my Airtel Digital T V No [protected] for Rs 1220 and i was told you will get 6 + 6 months free and a balnces of Rs 610. On 22 March they have suspended my account saying that your balances is nil.

          I request you to take a legal action against Airtel Digital T V and they dont cheat customers in future.

              Glad to see your reply. Thank you for the information provided.


              I have two issues,

              1.want to change the registered mobile number

              2.activate the online account.

              In my registered mobile we have an issue that I couldn't send any sms from that number we are working with BSNL to resolve this issue.


              Therefore I would like to do all my communication online. But when I register as new user I got a message saying that I will get a mail with the password on the provided mail id , but till today I didn't get any mail .(I tried many time to register as a new user)


              Regarding this also I have contacted Airtel technical support they told we will call you back with in one hour , but no luck.

              Kindly do the needful to resolve this issues.

              i bought a airtel datacard 3G usb modem 27.09.2011. since then till today i am not able to use it. i called the adyar showroom, chennai more than 10 times and airtel customer also but they are not able to help me. please guide me to get a solution. Pawan, [protected].

                I am Deepak Bansal user of Airtel prepaid connection.

                Actually previously my mobile number is with Vodafone since 2005 but due to Network issue I had ported my number to Airtel in September 2012.
                But now I do not like airtel due to same bad network issue & negligent customer care service. so I submitted request for MNP in 16-Jan-2013 with Vodafone but Airtel rejected my request. I again submitted request for same on[protected] but again airtel restricted my number for MNP.

                Neither their call customer care nor their store give reasons for rejection. I now seriously hate Airtel & want to port my number to Vodafone.

                Please do the needful.

                I requested MNP from my Airtel prepaid (Tamil Nadu) to BSNL prepaid on 03-02-11 and got unique porting number AT126216, and my mobile number is. [protected].



                I waited till[protected] and then made call to BSNL and got the reply that its pending with Airtel. I contacted Airtel several times and they were not able to tell anything.



                Finally I got the information that my MNP request has been rejected on address proof ground as my new address is not matching with my old address witch I had given when I taken Airtel connection.



                I am a central govt. employee and every year my address changes now how can I retain my 4 year back address and provide proof for the same. As I had given new address proof and given a singed request to change my service provider why my application got rejected? Do you expect me to go back in time and again live at same place when I got the connection and apply for MNP.


                I don't know what are the problems here?



                Kindly look in to matter as this is not an isolated case I had seen lot many similar complaint on internet.

                Airtel Rejecting MNP — rejection of MNP

                I am having Airtel connection and want to switch to TataDocomo but due some reasons the porting code has been rejected by airtel

                Airtel — neither rejecting nor processing

                1ST march i sent message for porting from my no. [protected]...but airtel was not willing to give my UPC ...after calling their customer care several times n they hunging up on me ...atlast dey sent me UPC...
                Then on 6th march i went to docomo shop at south city mall and submitted my documents to them along with the UPC. I filled up the form myself and there was nothing wrong in it.They said that it would take maximum of 7 days to complete.
                2 days back i received a call from an executive of airtel , he said that as the sim card in on my sister's name and i have applied with my OWN documents its not getting processed.And told me to re apply.
                i tried to generate UPC gain but its showing the old one as airtel has not rejected my old porting request.i am in middle of it and feeling trapped.

                AirTel — MNP rejection

                I requested MNP from Airtel to Vodafone for my 4 postpaid Airtel numbers on 12-06-11 and received unique porting numbers. I have shared the same with Vodafone team and they logged the request. But with no valid reasons I got all the numbers rejected by Airtel. When i called airtel customer care, I am hearing that i should re-aply the request from vodafone, but vodafone team says that airtel is not releasing even after 2 relogins for the same numbers. I am with airtel for the past 5 year and I am not sure why airtel is hesitating to release my numbers. kindly fix the issue.

                Hi,

                My name is Krishan Kumar Bhardwaj and having a Airtel No. [protected] since long time. Now I am re-located to Mumbai but I want to continue the same number. As Airtel does not have any free roaming plan, I want to shift on TATA Indicom where TATA offers 2000 min roaming free per month.

                I had submitted the documents twice but both time it is rejected by Airtel. The rejected msg says "CAF No.[protected] Entry 19 july and disconnect 20 july by doner opr".

                I am regular customer of Airtel since long time but the way Airtel is behaving, I think, I shoud discontinue my all the Airtel Landline, BroadBand and Mobile connections. I have already taken Vodafone number in Mumbai.

                This my last request to Airtel, If they can approve my MNP from Airtel to TATA.

                  recently air tel deducting amount from main balance showing fraud downloads ,after complaining to customer care several times they returned the same but again and again they are doing the same,how many time i have to face this problem? before if Internet pack validity ended Internet couldn't be done without recharging Internet pack but now without giving recharge alert they deduct whole main balance amount immediately.
                  why should not be a provision to protect main balance or a provision not to deduct main balance without permission of customers,i can,t believe such a reputed company like air tel can do this type of chief fraudulent means.

                        AIRTEL PRE-PAID CONNECTION — deactivaation of airtel pre-paid connection after one month

                        I have taken a airtel pre paid connection with the scheme on purchase of nokia mobile phone. The shopkeeper assured to activate my connection within few minutes. However, I got connection from some other vender of airtel. My phone started working. It goes almost one month. Suddenly, six days before, connection of airtel has disconnected. After inquiry from Customer Care, I came to know that my address verification was failed and I have to submit another application with one photograph with Identity & Address proof. I have again submitted on 19.07.08 (Saturday) evening. They assured me that your connection will re-activate within 48 hours. It has been past almost 40 hours but the connection is not re-activated.
                        I don't know who varifies the address without talking with the customer. It is your duty to verify personally by visiting the residence of the customer or telephonically until the verification has got completed. This is not fair that you cut the phone and harassing the customer . This is taken very seriously and it can affect your business.

                        Airtel India — Looting of its customer

                        Airtel has started the business of looting its customer.One fine day i recieved a message from airtel that my cricket pack has been activated(which i dont know how) and to discontinue dial some toll free number which i have been trying since last 15 days but the response is that the number does not exists.I am right now in roaming and i have been trying the 121 customer care no. But after a long procedure my call is being hanged up.This is really insane while they continue to deduct rs 5 daily from my account.This is not the first time some thing like this happening and i am not the first one either.I really think i should go to the consumer court now no matter what it takes.And to end this i'll suggest every indian that airtel though they are cheap but they are really cheap.They are the biggest cheater in india

                        Airtel Prepaid — fake charges for downloading games

                        Dear sir,

                        I am M.A.Waseem my mobile no. is [protected] prepaid and since from march 09 i am am occosiaonallly getting the message from the airtel services that i had downloaded the Javascript games and trhe amount has been deducted from my acount 5 times. for 4 times Rs 15/- was charged and for one time Rs 50/-. I had made no. of complaints but still this mistake is continuing. they are not ready to refund the amount and at the same time i dont have any game in my mobile dowloaded from their services.

                        AIRTEL PRE-PAID CONNECTION — Airtel Pre-Paid Fraud

                        Airtel Prepaid Fuard – Disconnection after Re-Charge

                        I had taken a Pre-paid connection from Airtel 0n 23-07-09 No. [protected]

                        I submitted the documents of identity as Driving License and Original Copy of Employers certificate on Company Stationary.

                        I did a recharge of RS 1000/- which was accepted by Airtel.

                        Immediately one day after the recharge the connection incoming was disconnected saying the proof of residence is not valid. I had the documents resent through the dealer, explaining that the same had been ccepted by Airtel for Land Line Connection. The Land Line number has been given for reference to the Airtel Call centre, where I have have made many calls.

                        On 31 of Aug when I go with the proof of residence, of land line phone bill, company tells me that the number has been recycled.

                        About the money that was put in for re-cahrge- FRAUDULENTLY USERPED BY AIRTEL. WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION TO ME THAT THE NUMBER IS RE-CYCLED.

                        Excellent way of collecting money in one kitty from small time pre-paid customers to increase profits. Let them buy the connections, trouble them for documents. Even after they give the documents, eat up the money.

                        I am surely considering taking Airtel to Customer court for this. I am considering disconnecting the land line also. There are companies which treat the customers better.

                        I regret to inform you that when I contacted the person who charged this amount , he told me that the amout would be credited to the lifetime validity of my account and a separate account would not be created. Also , he informed me clearly that Airtel started this new scheme of creating special accounts with effect from November 1 , 2009 . Since I had done the recharge on October 22 , 2009 this scheme was nowhere in the picture and was not informed to me at all. Hence if you are planning to make free money from your customers , this is what is known as fraud. I want my hard earned money to be credited to my lifetime validity since the shop owner who recharged this amount told me clearly that Airtel is committing this fraud. He is willing to support me and go to court or any place against Airtel to get the money refunded. If you want me to go to consumer court or any other point of justice , I can very well do that. I expect a favourable decision as soon as possible from your end.

                        As I told , the person who recharged this amount for me is ready to support me , since he well and truly told me that I recharged on October 22, during which there was no such scheme.

                        Sir i have received message from airtel service provider that on my number there is an special offer regarding balance recharge. It has an offer of Rs 75 balance on recharging with Rs 25 recharge card. but when i recharged with it i got only Rs 25 as balance nothing more. when i complaint about it to customer care i did not get an appropriate answer and help. so please take some action regarding this .
                        I have been charging for jokes, cricket scores & even for calling customer care 121, this is very frastrating, I have never asked for these services. I have been a airtel customer for last five year, stop immediately my number is [protected]
                        Despite complaining that I do not want any value added service, Airtel continuously deducting the money from my balance. They charge for the services for which I have never applied / requested. They send dirty SMS, and unnecessary messages and continuously deduct the money. Even calling to the customer care........neither they provide proper guideline to my complain nor they transfer the call to the concerned personnel.

                        If they are deducting the money from my account saying that I have activated the service then Can they show me any proof that they have confirmed me that if I activate such service I will be charged the sum? They can not.........because they never send any SMS about the information / confirmation about the value added service.

                        Airtel is looting my balance. Please take necessary action against them and give me my money back.

                        AirTel — Fake DEDUCTION

                        I am just fed up of Airtel, in last one week i have charge twice for game download.....that's rediculous. There system is charging falsely.
                        When i wake in morning i just found a message stating it i have been charge Rs 15 for game downloading. When i contact 121 for help they inform me that system is showing that i have download game at mid night 2.53 AM.... it's a time when all we are sleeping....thier stupid executive says they may be i wake up at that time and after downloading it i get sleep......

                        Hello,
                        I have been using Air tel card from last 4 years.Initially it was good but now seems they doesn't care about customer related problems.whenever we are going to call to customer care, it answers only by pre-recording service.My problem is i registered for friends chat service and after that i want to unregistered this service by calling to customer care.for this they mentioned one toll free number but there is only for sign out option from service only for some days.and cutting for that service is going on.I want to unregistered from this service immediately.
                        Now i thought to change my service from airtel to tata docomo.
                        Instead of spending money on cricket match sponsors my suggestion is to improve your service.people lost trust on u.

                        i have activate sms pack on this no, but from today morning more than Rs.315/- has been deducted from my mobile balance, whereas i have balance my 2039 sms till 3 mar 2011. while i have recived no any information from airtel sevices that today is blackout day and all sms's will be paid.
                        so are requested to please reimburse my unnecessary deducted amount as early as possible and also please stop these types of fraud activities in future.

                        Airtel — Charge more--irrespective of tariff

                        I had a very good impression on Airtel but its sad to say that I no more have that impression. I am
                        charged more than I talk. We were informed that 1p/sec is the charge. If talk for 9sec they charge 11paise. If I speak for 39seconds they charge 41paise for the cal. When tried to enquire regarding this by calling 121, the call is attended by some agent and when I start explaining the issue the calls gets disconnected. Alas, I am charged 50paise now. If I repeat calling customer care, then same thing happens. This way 4-5calls get disconnected. I got vexed with the service.

                        Also, frenzo chat is activated by itself, when i kept a request , the service is stil not de-activated.
                        suddenly I discover that 20rs were deducted in my account. To enquire about why 20rs were deducted from my account, I made calls to customer care nearly 5times to de-activate the service. Even there also followed the same custom, cal gets disconnected evrytime I cal customer care again and again.


                        When I tried changing the network, I was informed that it might take nearly 7 days and I need to submit documents and during which 4days the number may be in suspension mode . What's dis, does it take 7days to change ur number and during which 4days u wil not b havg ur number activated??Does it sound meaning ful.

                        Please AIRTEL.....i request. Dnt trouble

                        Airtel Prepaid — Fraudulent charging

                        I am a prepaid subscriber of Airtel in Bangalore. On Sept 2, 2011 I got an SMS thanking me for "having subscribed" to Hello Tunes! I had NOT done anything about Hello Tunes, neither asking for it nor activating it. I could not talk to an operator to complain as the IVR system is so complex and confusing. Ultimately I found out I could unsubscribe to the unwanted service and I did that. I was informed that I have 29 days left of the "service". Then I found a sharp reduction in my balance amount though I had only used the phone for a few calls. I managed to call again and reach an operator today. He transferred me to his supervisor who said he will reverse the charges.

                        I hate to see that cell phone companies follow sharp practices like this. I hope that TRAI will look into this.

                        Airtel (Prepaid Mobile phone services in Bangalore) — Fraudulent charges to my account

                        1. On Sept 2, 2011 my prepaid mobile phone account was charged Rs 35 for Hello Tunes, though I had not made any request for any such thing. I got an SMS saying "Thank you for choosing Hello Tunes. You have been charged Rs 35/- for month". I wasted a lot of time getting an operator on "Customer Care Number" 121 to complain to and then to get his supervisor and finally to get the charge reversed.

                        2. On Sept 6, 2011 history repeated itself, with my receiving an SMS saying "Thank you. Please dial 55223 to listen live Aarti from Tirupati Balaji temple. You have been charged Rs 10/- for seven days with 100 minutes o[censored]sage". Again I wasted a lot of my time getting this charge reversed. I asked the call center supervisor how he can prevent such fraudulent charging in future. He did not seem to understand what I was saying and repeated himself without answering my question. However, he agreed to escalate the matter to his superior.

                        3. Again on Sept 9, 2011 I received an SMS identical in content and Rs 10/- has been charged to my account once more.

                        4. We have all been reading that "value added services" is a profitable business for telecom companies. However, it is easy to recognize that fraud can be even more profitable!

                        5. I don't know how many millions are getting cheated by such unauthorized debits. TRAI should require a database of SMS requests for service requests to be maintained before debits are allowed. A penalty of Rs 10 crores should be levied from Airtel to discourage this pernicious practice.

                        Airtel Prepaid — Fraud services charges

                        Hi,

                        I am a prepaid subscriber for Airtel and my number is[protected]. I got automatically subscribed for Airtel gamesclub on Sep 10, 2011 and there was a deduction of 99 rs for the game which I never downloaded. On visiting http://gamesclub.in it showed that I never downloaded any game. I tried to un-subscribe the sending UNSUBGC to 54321 and recieved SQLDB error. Again I sent another SMS unsub gc to 56363 and this time I was charged rs 3 and still got the same SQLDB error in response.
                        On Sep 19 at around 2:30 am (when I was in my deep sleep), I got another message saying I have been charged rs 32 for downloading java games.
                        I don't understand how can one download when he is not using the phone. On visiting the http://gamesclub.in , i see that no games has been downloaded for my account.


                        I don't understand why AIRTEL is making this fraud charges and automatically enroll into these services.
                        . They did the same for me. I've never downloaded such a stupid hungama content game, but they charged me 99. I called cust service (121) and complained, but the guy who attended my call transferred me to a supervisor. All i heard is 2 rings and call ended. That's the last time i spoke to a person @ airtel cust serv. I tried several times, but never was able to reach the rep. Although it gives me the option 9 it's not connecting me to a rep. Have they all absconded?

                        Airtel Prepaid — Fake Deduction

                        I have Airtel prepaid connection of +91 [protected]. I received a notification on my cell on17/11/2011 and i just clicked on the same, just by clicking it resulted into deduction of Rs. 99 without any reason. Now when i have contacted the staff at consumer care, there is no proper response and the same is considered to be data usage by me whereas it was hardly 5 seconds time. how come 99 rs. can be deducted for something which i never downloaded further why such link was sent on my mobile. Earlier also 5 days before 45 Rs. were deducted from my account without any reason and there is no proper explanatory response from the customer care department.

                        This has been the heights of looting the public, we are already landing up paying so much due to internet plans, call tariffs and over and above that all these charges by such carriers.

                          Hello,
                          The Airtel Network coverage is just Horrible in my home. During each and every call, almost 2 - 3 minutes are spent just identifying where the signal is better and a lot of times calls were dropped.

                          I had raised a complaint on 21st October 2008 with Ref No. 18917776. Unfortunately I neither received any call nor any improvement in service.

                          Honestly speaking this is one of the crappiest Customer Care in this World, which I have faced so far.

                          When I used to approach the Customer Care Centres, I got nothing but the false promises. Call centres never directed me to any relavant (technical/managerial) person whom I can escalate.

                          I am still looking for some resolution from AIRTEL.

                          I m Dr. Pranay Singh my mob.no is [protected].
                          I recharged my no. with 94 Rs topup plan for GPRS on 16th of december,that was valid for 1 mnth. On 12th of January early mng from 12.15 am to 1.45 am i browse net 25 MB only that was free within every night limit 75 MB and 154 Rs were deducted from my main act balance which was illegal

                          Till now i didnt get any satisfactory solution, every time customer care persons are giving me time and date that they will contact but till i m waiting.

                            Airtel is full of fraud agents. Airtel is full of inefficient managers.

                            We were looking for airtel broadband connection. But the port was not available near our house. An airtel agent by name Santosh (Mobile [protected]) came to give us wireless 4G instead of normal wired broadband.
                            This guy is from an agency called Teletech Services in Banaswadi. I don’t know why airtel hires such idiotic black marked agencies to provide their services.
                            We had to pay Rs 5000 as security deposit, which he promised is refundable upon returning the box. We used the service for a month. 4G connection was pathetically bad. Meanwhile we came to know that broadband port is available. We wanted to return 4G and get broadband instead.
                            When we asked Santosh to take back the box and refund the money, he lied to us telling he has not promised anything like that. He argued saying he never promised that to us. Then I called Vikas (Mobile [protected]), who is the channel manager from Airtel office in Pai layout.
                            He totally ignored our case and failed to take any sensible action on that fraud agency.
                            I requested him to take back 4G and give us normal airtel broadband. Since airtel played this dirty game on us, I am not even going for airtel broadband. One of my friends told me that Airtel did similar thing to him as well, and he suggested ACT broadband is good. Now, I am going to ACT.
                            Never again airtel unless they apologize and return back my money!

                            I had deal with the same Guy Santhosh ([protected]). He said he is from Info Data Global Services, Kalyan Nagar. He asked me to pay 1000Rs as refundable advance for the broadband connection promising that he will install the connection the very next day but its been 4 days now and he ignoring my calls. I am planning to visit his office tomorrow. Please let me know if anyone from Airtel can help me get through this guy.                               I have been with Airtel from 2004. I have both Postpaid mobile connection
                              [protected] and Land line[protected] along with Broadband service. From
                              January 21st onward the broadband is not working. I raised complaint on 21st
                              and the complaint number is 27685890. After few days the complaint was closed
                              without resolving the issue. Again I raised another complaint on Feb 4th and
                              the complaint number is 28231048. The complaint was closed and again the issue
                              was not resolved. Again I raised a complaint on Feb 20th and the complaint
                              number is 29000372. Your team worked on the complaint and they said the issue
                              is resolved and the complaint was closed. But the issue was not resolved. Again
                              I raised complaint on March 4th and the complaint number is 29565812. Again
                              your team worked and the issue was not resolved but the complaint was closed.
                              Again I raised the complaint on March 11th and the complaint number is 29877016
                              and 29890326. Again the issue was not resolved and the complaint was closed. So
                              once again I raised complaint on March 17th and the complaint number is
                              30149102 and 30152810. The issue was not resolved. Again I raised a complaint
                              on March 18th and the complaint number is 30201686.

                              I have escalated this issue three times to Appellate authority and no use. Even
                              they did not try to resolve the issue. I have also escalated the issue to the
                              Floor supervisors Velmurugan and Titus. They never resolved the issue and they
                              never called me back regarding the escalation. Then I escalated the issue to
                              the team lead Karthick. Even though he promised to resolve the issue ASAP he
                              did not met his commitment and never called be back. Then I spoke with Dinesh
                              from the escalation team and he now promised. Irrespective of who ever I
                              contact the issue was not resolved.

                              Every time the technician come and used to say Cable fault, line issue, port
                              problem.,,,,etc., Last time they said my Modem is not working. So I bought new
                              modem which is cost Rs 1000. next day Airtel sent another technician to resolve
                              the issue. This time he used my old modem itself and it was working fine. The
                              reason he said "Modem is working fine. The problem was in the line near to the
                              exchange. He said that he reconnected the line and now it will work". As he
                              said it was working fine for few hours and then again the line became dead.
                              Next day technician came and told me that there was a problem in the HUB.

                              I am doing my on-line MBA with United Business Institute, Germany. the cost of
                              the course is INR 50000. Everyday I am having on-line class from 8.00Pm to
                              9.30PM. Because of this issue I was not able to attend the class for past two

                              of this issue I was not able to complete the study and complete the exam. Again
                              I need to pay the re-exam fee INR 20000. Also I am calling Airtel 121 regarding
                              the issue every day. This is causing me headache and not able to concentrate on
                              my day to day activities,

                              So you need to resolve the issue ASAP. And you need to compensate for the
                              damages and loses which is around INR 1,00,000.00. Also You need to compensate
                              the inconvenience I am having and the level of frustration went high. So I have
                              started taking medicine. You need to compensate that also.

                              If the above compensation not agreed by you then I will have no choice other
                              than filing a complaint in Consumer Court . Please revert back ASAP.

                              Bottom line the issue needs to be resolved and the compensation for the loss
                              needs to paid by Airtel.

                              Airtel-BroadBand — Broadband not working

                              I have broadband connection of Airtel and for the past several month it has not been working at all. I have continuously lodged complaints but to no avail. Everytime one needs to talk to a new customer care executive, they will make false promises and nothing would happen. So far technicians have visited my house, they rectify the error and within a day or two it again goes back to error mode. I have requested & shouted but Airtel is least bothered. They harass the customer so badly and on top of that when I am asking them to disconnect the services they would not do that either.

                              The technicians who visit the house come at their sweet own time assuming that the customer is just waiting for them to give a red carpet welcome. One of the technicians came to my house around 9.00 PM and when he could not resolve the issue until 11.00 PM he promised to come in the morning. Since then that morning has yet to come.

                              Airtel — COMPLAINT AGAINST FAULTY SERVICES BY BHARTI AIRTEL LTD. & COMPENSATION AGAINST IT.

                              BUT AFTER THAT ALSO I DOES NOT GOT MY OUTGOING CALL FACILITY. SO I AGAIN CALL THEM AND WAS ATTAENDED BY Mr. SANDIPAN DAS. THIS GENTLEMAN TOLD ME THE SAME THING THAT THERE IS SOME TECHNICAL FAULT AND IT WILL TAKE 24 HOURS TO RECTIFY AND AFTER THAT I WILL GET MY OUTGOING CALL FACILITY.                               I m ravi chaurasia here. I am using Airtel no. [protected].I had activated net service from last five months. First approx. two month I am happy with your internet service within this time I not checked my bill statement. From last three month I am checking my Airtel bill and I find there is any other sms charges approx. Rs. 300 per month, but I have not used this services.
                              I had complained for this above charges at least 6 to 7 times but yet no action has taken from your side. After all I had deactivate net services on dated 05.01.2009, I am really very very sorry to say that I am not happy with your services. And right now I am having proof for unused charges taken by your co., and I am also sending this copy to consumer court. And further any bodies ask with me about your service then I will tell them that your service is too bad.

                              AirTel — Problem with Airtel broadband connection

                              I'm using Airtel broadband connection and i regret for taking a Airtel connection. Previously i was using BSNL broadband connection but i switched over to Airtel because i heard Airtel's got "uninterrupted internet connection." I didn't know it was just a promotional ploy. My broadband internet connection got disconnected on 17th June. I called the Airtel customer care and gave a complaint the next day. Madasami (lineman) came on 20th June, did something and said everything was OK but then the connection got disconnected again the very next day. I called the customer care again and explained the problem for which i did not get a proper response. I spoke to Parameshwaran (Supervisor) who kept promising that the work would be done before 2'o clock every time i call but his 2'o clock never came. I've complained more than 5 times and my problem has not been resolved yet. The main reason for switching over to Airtel connection was for uninterrupted connection but now i regret for taking Airtel connection. I "Expressed Myself" and I request you to take the appropriate action.

                              Airtel Broadband — line and modem not working

                              My landline[protected] is not working for the last more than 24 hours and i had lodged a formal tele-complaint ( number[protected] with M.Ranchita on 4th May 2012. I was told that the matter will be resolved by 4pm on 4th May...nothing happened ...then i got a call n was told that the service enginer will visit at 11am on 5th May..nobody came nor was i informed when somebody will come to my place to resolve the issue.

                              i always have very very unprofessional experience dealing with airtel.

                              i had requested in the past also to get my landline connection disconnected, i request again to get my above mentioned land line disconnected with immediate effect as i m totally fed up with pathetic services and after sales services of airtel .
                              The issue is not resolved yet...Also I am not able to attend my online MBA class for past two months. Worst service by Airtel to a PLATINUM customer like me. I would advice every one please loo for the alternative for AIRTEL. Very poor customer service for broadband. Also we need to pay for the non working phone with fine.

                              this is pankaj verma currently using broadband and fixedline([protected]) in Lucknow.I have been suffering repeatedly from the same problem which is yet not solved.I am really going through bad experience with bharti airtel broadband.
                              The problem which I am facing is the fixed line is dead and internet is not working .It has been a week since the problem occured and is unattended as yet.This is happening since more than a week.This affects my work a lot.I find no point in paying per month the amount when is not worth and for doing all my important work i have to either visit a cafe or do some kind of alternate arrangement.
                              I have complained several times for the same problem with service request reference numbers 35464722, 35411140 and 35333842.It seems airtel is least bothered to listen to the problems of the consumers.This is the mode of work which airtel is following, doing nothing just fooling around people.I am really fed up with the connection and service now.I have been using airtel since 2009. I am sorry to say that the service is getting worst day by day.If I am paying for the connection without a fail I also expect the connection to be a proper one.I have given n number of opportunities to rectify the problem but every time just the formality is done and a new reference number is provided.So now i request you to close the connection immediately and withdraw the connection.Kindly do the needful as early as possible.

                                This is with regard to my Airtel Broadband Connection A/C # [protected]. The services have been barred without even informing me. When I called up customer service, they say that one of my ICICI Bank cheque # 42703 bounced. This is incorrect, as I have bank statements as proof that the cheque was cleared on 29th Nov 2012. I have called Airtel Customer Care numerous times but they maintain the same position that I need to clear the funds. I have also provided them the statement as a proof but they are not ready to accept it and keep asking me about paying the due. This is a very poor service by Airtel. Airtel reference # 29807798 has been raised for the current issue, but each time they tell me to pay the amount due, although it is already paid. Can you please help me get this resolved? I am continuously being called up and harassed by Airtel agents to pay the due but they dont want to resolve the issue in their system.
                                Even in the month of Dec 2012, the services were barred without informing me. That time they said that the address proof documents were incorrect...but later after one week they corrected the issue in their system. I am looking forward to your help on getting this resolved or taking this to consumer court.

                                AirTel — Payment Updates

                                I have visited the airtel office in Divya Shree chambers, Bannergatta road and made the payment through credit card before the due in the month of October. But later on I come to know that the payment is not updated. I raised the complaint on the same (OCT) month. I followed up the complaint for a period of one week and got a response like unable to resolve the issue please check the same office where you have paid the bill. I got some time to visit again the same office in the month of November and produced all the transaction slips. I got the reply like “everything is update no need to worry am sending the mail to concern department it will updated in few minutes”.

                                Even after doing all these still I am getting calls from customer cares and the some consultancy for due payments.


                                I guess airtel should have proper internal comminucation or consistency among there software.
                                And they should value ther coustomers.

                                    The main concern of this complain that i am using airte money but i am getting trouble through online recharge by using airtel money account i have been complaint so many time in contact center they had taken complain every time and technical team also called ever but still i am facing same problem at last time i called to cc regarding the same them someone gave a number or mr. Nitin [protected] and they told to me that if you have complain too much time but you did not get resolution so call on that number be talk to him and i did same but someone avishek recieved the call and they talk rudely and told to me that i will solve you problem and i will call within 1 hrs but still i am waiting for call and resolutio. Finally i willing to say that its totally problem of airtel higher authority and also some problem is in management who will give the compensation whatsoever i am getting to recharge either resolve my problem or give me compensation

                                      Problems that I have faced in recent times is.

                                      1. Network issues- frequent disconnections and worse voice clarity.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I am airtel (mobile) user of Gujarat (Ahmedabad) . I must tell you that I feel I become fool by using airtel. I m connected since around 3 years with airtel although having biggest problem of call drop and network problem. But since last sometimes airtel had started giving troubles to me. Sometimes it activates some horrible hello tune and debited my balance without my permission. Then I have to do follow-ups and reminders to airtel customer care and if customer care executive thinks that I am right then only I can get it back. Now on 2nd October 2008 (after midnight of 1st October) around 12.10ami had dial 2 to3 times one no for 1 contest which is going on Zee Tv regarding Gandhi. As the whole day cell was not charged my phone got switch off when I was talking on phone on the same no. So I put it aside and sleep. Next morning after dial 1 call I come to know that my balance goes down from 172rs to direct around 67 rs. I was totally blank and not able to understand what happen in 1 night with my balance. It looks that airtel had invented new system that if your phone gets switch off while talking then you have to give fine to airtel!!!

                                      When I asked the customer care about my balance, with my surprise I they don’t wantto listen anything and just telling me 1 thing that I had download 1 java game from airtel live. You know I had not seen such rude n elegant customer care. It was not for care of customer it is just to give pain customer. If so, I do not think airtel should any customer care, coz the Supervisor and Managers are telling that you will keep calling untill you will not get money. And they don’t want to listen anything not even sympathize the customer. I might not write to you if they had taken care of it. There are certain reasons to not believe what they are telling. Which I mention it below

                                      1. I am customer since more then 3 years, you can check my history that how many times I had called you people for getting some money back or any complaint. I hardly use to do it coz I know what I m using and what not using.
                                      2. You can check my history I am regular user of Mobile office (GPRS –unlimited usage), for that I do regular recharge of 402rs every month except this last 2 months. So when I had that facility had not download anything, why m I going with the chargeable.
                                      3. As per your so called customer care if I had download any game, send me the link and let me know when I had connected the net. Coz since last 30 to 40 days I had neither use airtel live nor Mobile office. But your people are not ready for that also. They are telling me that I had just click it and immediately I had cancel it. So stupid am I!!! The person who is constantly using your Mobile office services since past 3 years and don’t know about such things!!! Is it possible?


                                      Anyway there is only 1 thing which I would like to tell you that your customer care is not for the customers, it is for the maxim giving pain to customers.

                                      Airtel - Bharti — PATHETIC service provider

                                      i ve been using airtel since the past 3 yrs and i ve never been happy with my decision to choose Airtel as my service provider. Within the first 4 days of my no being activated i was sent a bill of around Rs. 1500/- With countless attempts and visiting the Airtel gallery every alternate day to sort out the glaring mistake by them they just refused to accept it as their fault and demanded a full payment from me. Out of disbelief and disgust i jus discontinued the service. And then not learning from my mistake bought another Airtel card on a friend's name. and i ve never been at peace since then. All airtel wants & knows is to CON people.
                                      They deduct money from my balance as per their whims. Calling them on their so called "customer service" the executives manning the calls are in a mood for a 365 days holiday. They just dont want to talk to you and flatly keep you on hold until you give up and hang up. Some go to the extent of hanging up on your face. The once who do speak to you are highly incompetent and their reply to any & every query you ve is a standard "the system is down, call after __ hrs OR our system is not updated, call after 24 hrs." Deductions are made without ever informing the customer. God alone knows how they manage to go around calling themselves the best service providers??
                                      I am writing this mail to airtel mobile because by mistake I am a consumer of airtel mobile no. from couple of year which I bought over one of my colleague advise .buying airtel connection itself buying a problem where you get monthly punishment in terms of your huge bill .There are various grievances which should be notice by our sleeping & lazy telecom authority e.g. call dropping, week network (Mumbai Fort-01- Nr.Flora Fountain), pathetic voice quality across everywhere, wrong & complicated bills, I am really sorry to say when organization like bharti can't afford this large of customer than how it can dream on adding more client. I requesting to my sleeping telecom authority to wake up & maintain balance control over these tele services providers like bharti airtel to keep safe public interest.

                                      I ensured myself before writing this mail that nothing going to change or happen but still being a citizen of india I should raise my voice.

                                      Airtel (Bharti) — Regarding mismatch of call duration

                                      Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                      I Mr. Ramesh consumer of Airtel Services and my mobile number is [protected]. I was calling to number and the call duration for that number is 8min 59 seconds but the service provider has charged for 9 min and 1 sec and I launched a complaint but there was no proper response. Kindly register this complaint and settle us the same.
                                      I had requested to convert my prepaid number to postpaid 3 days back. I called up customer care to know the status of the conversion. Between the lot of background noise from the customer care side, and the poor voice clarity of Airtel network, I was able to explain my query to the customer care representative. Prepaid customer care representative advised me to contact postpaid customer care and gave a number. I called up the postpaid customer care. The lady on the other side was not able to hear me (thanks to the pathetic Airtel network). Call got disconnected. I connected to the CC again. This time I was able to explain my query to the representative. She advised me that it was not the correct number for postpaid CC. She gave me another number (*121# option 5). I disconnected the call and tried the number as advised. However I realised that there is no option 5 with the *121# menu. I tried some other relevant options, but in vain.
                                      This kind of service really frustrates a customer. I have now decided to move out of my Airtel fan-boyism and port to some other reliable network.

I m nt being able to connect to my near n dear ones also with outside world
                                        Sir I ve been visiting the airtel store at chakala nr bhagatsingh colony Andheri east mumbai 59.
                                        Now after a mth they told me is quite shocking,
